Was in serious need of some printing help. Jessica at this location was awesome. My client was incredibly happy with the final product. Having to do business when visiting an area can be a bit distressing and she made sure the order was well made and done in time. Thank you!

Worst delivery company in the world!I was expecting a package from Apple yesterday. The Fedex guy noted that the delivery was attempted at 12:30pm. I was seating at the top of the ONLY stairs that lead to the office where he/she supposed to deliver talking on the phone with Apple from 12:20 to 1pm. He/she DIDN’T attempt that delivery! And today it was delivered to a person named “L” at the front desk. I’m sorry Fedex, there is no one by that name at our office. And there’s no front desk! And the package has my name in it. Can you at least ask if I work there? You must hire most dumb and lazy people. Last time I was expecting a package Fedex, I had to pick it up personally at the customer center at Maspeth because the Fedex attempted once and never came back to deliver again. This is reason why I had to use my work address and the “Amazing” Fedex still managed to screw up. Thanks for nothing Fedex. Please don’t use Fedex if you don’t have to. I highly DO NOT recommend Fedex for anything!

Far and away the worst Fed Ex/Kinkos experience Ive had. I get that this location is small and only offers limited services, but thats not what makes this place bad- its really the people. This location is the closest one to my place of work, and I often find myself needing to print documents on my way to and from work as well as on my meal breaks. In my experience, the people here are unfriendly and pretty visibly uninterested in their work or helping their customers. The woman I find myself interacting with the most hardly interacts with me at all. She shows little to no concern for whatever issues I may be dealing with while Im there, and walks slowly from place to place around the location, presumably to avoid doing work. If something Im paying for gets done wrong and I ask her to correct it, she huffs and rolls her eyes before taking steps to fix the problem. When the place gets busy she ignores most of the customers and doesnt say a word to her multiple coworkers who can be heard loudly laughing and talking in the back. Ive visited this location a number of times over the past few months and this is a recurring thing here.And thats all on top of the many technical issues the place has. Their self-service printers are often offline or failing to establish a connection, making their print-and-go services almost useless. Ive had to resubmit documents simply because the machine couldnt establish a strong enough connection to download my documents properly. Even printing from a flash drive can be a hassle. Today, as I printed documents from my flash drive, the machine indicated that there were issues while printing one of my files. I went through the process of resending documents multiple times as the machine charged me for each failed print. I would have asked for a refund on my failed prints, but the same woman I mentioned above was on the clock, and Im sure she would have been too helpless to refund me.From now on Ill just plan the extra blocks itll take to walk to another location into my lunch break or commute to work. This place is a waste of time and money.
