FedEx has turned into the most disappointing delivery carrier ever. Over the last 3 months I have ordered from stores that partner with FedEx for delivery, ordering with express shipping each time, and each time the delivery person pulled up to my apartment building and pretended to attempt to deliver my packages. I work from home, not a doorbell ring or anything. What are they doing then? Is your job not literally dropping packages off?
Apparently they don’t take QR codes for returns even though it clearly says it on their website and opening a pdf with the return label voids a QR code because it means I’ve already printed the label!? LolI’m going to go ahead and assume that either they are not trained correctly or that she just didn’t want to do her job.
Waited for my package to be delivered all day, got my phones email notification 12:25pm that I wasnt home and missed delivery I went out immediately to see FedEx truck of course nowhere, never came to deliver(how convenient if driver wants to skipp he or she can do like this) Now the package will be held for pick up at this location after 7pm why???. I was home all day I even put a large written sign on door for FedEx ring bell! The door bell never rang and no note left by FedEx stating they came to attempt delivery.To stay alive in business FedEx must improve delivery service this is deceiving.More story: Fedex notified on my phone the item was available same day to pick up after 7pm at this location, drove 6mi and front desk said item was at other location I couldnt believe it!!! I had to drive another 5mi on cold rainy evening, I hate Fedex seriously.
Worst fedex place there can be. every single freaking time that something came wrong and I had to go there. How is fedex still exist I just don’t understand. If there’s a way to pay extra for any other company to ship out my items I’d pay for it. fedex is really trash enough to operate
Terrible service, lady working the counter is so unbelievably rude. Yelled at me for holding the door for someone else. Couldn’t get my package even with proper ID because apparently I needed proof of residency with a USPS certified mail including the address and my name even though I had proof of purchase for the item and ID. Line was out the door and I can tell people would be waiting a long time even as I was leaving. Just awful.
They are thieves, always steal my packages. They are bunch of losers, they have no life which is why they steal products. Get a life, if you can’t fulfill your job properly then quit your job & stay home. You guys have no right over our products. Buy it!!! Don’t steal!!! You guys deserve 0 star not even 1 star.
I have been here for 50 minutes standing in line (6 people in line) I finally got to the door to get let in - only 3 people let in at a time because of covid and there is nobody at the desk to help people. I have been standing here for 15 minutes in line with 2 people ahead of me with not a single person at the desk helping. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else if you can
I cannot even put into words how incompetent this shipping center of FedEx is along with the entire company itself. The amount of important packages they’ve misdelivered or lost completely and not even refunded. 7 months ago, said they delivered my package. Called back several times, they kept saying they’ll call me back refused to refund. I gave up and had that package show up 6 months later out of nowhere. About a month ago expecting important legal document, have a woman frantically calling me (luckily my phone number was printed on the outside of package) telling me she lived 3 blocks away and she had my package that looked important and she went out of her way to bring it to me. A random woman did a better job delivering an important package which extra was paid for on it than FedEx did. Last week, I order my contacts on Monday 2/21 for express shipping which was supposed to arrive by Wednesday, package is delayed and they say it was delivered on Friday, NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED. BEEN TRYING TO LOCATE IT THROUGH 800 NUMBER AND THIS USELESS MASPETH LOCATION WILL NOT CALL BACK. NOW I HAVE NO GLASSES AND NO CONTACTS AND WITH ASTIGMATISM I LITERALLY CANOT SEE ENOUGB TO DO MY JOB AND I AM STRYGGLING. IMAGINE THEY LOSE SOMEONES DIABETES MEDS. OH AND DO NOT LET ME GET INTO HOW 2 BRAND NEW IPHONES WERE STOLEN LAST YEAR AND THEY CLAIMED THEY WERE MISDELIVERD AND VERIZON HAD TO SEND ME NEW ONES. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ASAP. I have DoorDash Ed and can do a better job delivering food. It’s not rocket science. The address is clearly stated outside. What is the problem here?
This is the worse company ever!They are liars ! Rude and disrespectful liars !I waited all day at home for my packages to be delivered!!!!!Amazon and UPS delivered everything without problems but this guys just despicable!!!!I was home all day long and the door bell never rang, there was no knock on the door and no note left by FedEx stating they came by !!!! But I got the message thatthey try to deliver my package, but there was no answer at your delivery address. Which is not true !!!!!!As soon as I got this message I ran downstairs right away! And FedEx car was not there or near around !!!!!I called customer service they couldn’t help me.Then I had to take Uber to get to FedEx facility (spent my time and money because FedEx didn’t want to do them job ) .Then I spent 45 min in line even though it was only 3 people ahead of me!!! And again because FedEx not only liars they also doing everything extremely slow!! And when I finally got inside and complained about my experience and ask what I should do in this situation. The guy who worked there said that I can do whatever I want: call and complain but it’s never gonna change!!!This is crazy !!!!
The absolute worst delivery service and customer service. Drivers never deliver the packages, I have a ring camera that would alert me if they did, yet they mark packages as delivered constantly. When you call the 800 number to report the items not delivered, they transfer you to a manager by hanging up. This has been an ongoing issue with FedEx to my address for years with absolute 0 improvement!
The worse location! The register woman talks way too much with every single customer! I am literally waiting here while writing this review. Going onto 30 minutes waiting while she’s talking and talking and talking randomly with two customers who seem to be regulars here.In addition I spoke to the regulars and they say that the clerk at the front desk is not computer savvy and needs assistance and I agree. It isn’t her fault but while I waited 35 minutes to be seen I heard two employees talking about their personal lives laughing and lounging while the clerk had to physically go look for a package for one of the customers and try to take her time using the system. She even commented that her eye site has not been the greatest. She also moves a turtle pace. I don’t want to be mean but just think if you are going here you should be aware there is no “in and out” you will be there 40 min to an hour for a simple task.
A driver pretended to attempt delivery and wasnt able to due to no one being available..THE BUILDING HAS A 24/7 DOORMAN. There are even people who cover them if they need to leave their post to simply go to the restroom! The entry door to the lobby is never locked! Delivery was supposed to be before 11:30am today and they scanned the package as attempted to deliver at 10:04PM. The biggest problem is that this package contains live fish! Sensitive and very expensive fish that I paid a lot of money to have them overnighted. What the actual heck FedEx??Called customer service and they were not able to do squat. Arent even capable of contacting the driver to see what the heck happened between 11:30am and 10:04pm. Not even capable of opening an investigation into the issue. FedEx is incredibly outdated and has a terrible system.

I really want to give you 2 ZEROS. I was on my computer @ 7:49. The doorbell did not ring And “NO: notice was left. I waited all day as this was a medical device that my wife needs badly.You need to call out your driver and track his whereabouts when he says he was here.Now I have to wait another whole day.I dare you to respond to this post with some kind of “BS” story.If you find this to be true then you need to put him on notice.
Sometimes the wait time is long but this is a good Fedex location because its a main hub. You drop off a package and it is still going out the same day. It is worth the wait as they are open until 8PM on weekdays. I just learned the hard way that you DO NOT drop off time sensitive packages at other authorized Fedex drop off locations, especially in Elmhurst area. You just dont know when Fedex is gonna pick up the packages from those. Your packages could just be stuck there for days so better to drop off at a Fedex ship center.
They lie about making delivery attempt I was here at home all day and no attempt was made there should be a star category where you can choose 0 Star I paid for overnight priority because the item was extremely and urgently needed overnight to be installed but to no avail due to the incompetence and lying and awful service of FedEx organization very shameful and dishonest absolutely no integrity here..
They did not even attempt to deliver my package. Now I have to pay over $60 to Uder and pick it up. The FedEx help line was not any help either. I am sure its not completely the centers fault. But make an attempt to deliver. Call the number on the package... Try harder. Some packages are expressed for a reason.Michael
This location feels like it was long forgotten by FedEx and being run without any management . I had to go here on several occasions and every time I have an issue - I was refused to be helped by team member because she had a bad day and she said I have to wait for a next person to clock in to the shift because she is “done dealing with us for today”. My packages were sent back without delivery attempts.FedEx, please look into retraining the staff that works here.

I was number 2 in line one person behind counter. My turtle was a wee bit faster.Had label printed for them the they gave such a hard time and women behind could not figure out her own computer system that Fed Ex trained her on. Was so disgusted. I asked to pay for it they do not accept cash. Than I was charged 148 dollars to ship 8 lb. Asked tospeak with a manger was told no. It is now 10:15 still no help.All I had to do was return a package to Fl. That company sent me a return slip.Do not waste your time calling FedEx thats was another 2 hours on the phone. Finally gave up went to USPS they shipped my package at 70 bucks. The company in FL reimbursed me. We are now in the holiday season. Do not us FEDEX unless you truly hate that person.P.S. If they lose your package good luck launching an investigation ticket and them getting back to you. Went that road 3x’s and never got a call back. They system is gear for you to just give up accept the Status Quo
This facility should be closed, they stay locked door with 2 customers for easy 30 min, been there to drop off a package, 30 min nobody moved, when finally they opened the door they were very aggressive, why I knocked the door? I don’t see that they have 2 customers in? I said that in 35 min nobody moved, I left and never go there, it is happened pretty much same situations last 5 times….
Waited ALL DAY/EVENING for my package to be delivered, then I got an alert at 9pm saying I wasnt home. The package will now be held for pick up at this random location. But I was home all day! The door bell never rang, there was no knock on the door, and no note left by FedEx stating they came by.Update 11/16/21: The incompetence strikes AGAIN! Had a card that was supposed to be delivered today (had no other option but to get it sent via corrupt FedEx). Was home ALL DAY and the driver said I wasnt home. I called FedEx and they couldnt do anything to help me either so now my credit card is being held hostage at the FedEx facility - super cool.
Paid extra $$ for express delivery. Ive been told that the package was delayed because the customer was unavailable. When I checked my building camera, I didnt see anyone came into my building for delivery. Also, the driver has never called my phone#. They just lied!!Last year, my package was missing because it could get stolen. They also created the fake status updates (e.g. package delivered but actually missing, tried to deliver but the customer was unavailable) I just cant trust this location.There are so many negative reviews and I have no idea why FedEx headquarters doesnt investigate this place. The management and drivers should really be improved.
I received a message saying to pick up my package at seven, and then I arrived on time at seven, and he said that the courier hadn’t come back and asked me to wait until seven forty, and I hadn’t eaten my food yet. When the package is come that person told me I have to bring my ID with me and I show him the picture he say no, I can’t pick up my package😅 I have my airpod still Wednesday. FedEx, never again
Expected delivery for express shipping July 22. Said Delivered July 26. No delivery at all. Contacted for a replacement 2 weeks later. Express shipping w/ expected delivery for August 20. Suddenly Delivery Attempted at 3:45 PM on August 23.....but I was home all day and got no knock on the door, no doorbell, no buzzer, no phone call. nothing. Called and said they would have it delivered by August 24, 4:30. Its 5:43 pm. Wheres my package???? Ridiculous
They care nothing about the inconvenience Covid brought!Despite them knowing that many government offices are seeing people by appointment only they are rigid in wanting your ID address to match the package address. Ive moved while simultaneously being an essential worker so I havent had time to change my license.The worker was flippant and thoroughly unhelpful. I have closing documents for a house Im buying in SC being held hostage by a policy that should be adjusted for the pandemic
Customer not available? My camera caught 3 FedEx vanS go past my house. None of them stopped to even try to deliver the product. STOP BLAMING THE CUSTOMERS AND ANNOTATE THE REAL REASON. If you cant deliver on time then keep the f@$#&%g package at the facility and call, Ill go do your job by picking it up.
This is by far the worst FedEx location I have ever been to. My package was never delivered so I was told to pick it up at this FedEx location. I waited on line with my 1 year old son for 3 & 1/2 hours before reaching an attendant. When I got to the attendant I was told there would be no guarantee my package could be located. This was before he even looked up the tracking number. He put my tracking number in and said Im sorry this package cannot be released to you because the name and address doesnt match your ID. I couldnt understand why because I definitely was the pick up person and the address matched my ID. After all, I ordered the item. Another attendant came over and looked at his screen and noticed he had placed the wrong tracking number in the system. Once he put the correct tracking number in and verified my information, he proceeded to that back to look for my package. He came back 10 minutes later with my package in his hand, he then said, youre so lucky, I was able to find it. At that point I didnt care what he said, I just wanted to grab my package and just go home. I hope to never have to go to that FedEx location ever again 😡
I cant put into words just how incompetent and unprofessional this company and its drivers are. I wasted a whole day waiting for important documents, sent from within the same state - from a location 40mins drive away, that never came. Incredible.And this is not the first time this has happened. Absolutely garbage of a company. Zero stars if I could.
HORRIBLE service. The driver claimed they attempted delivery at 4:16 pm but my daughter was sitting outside waiting and they never showed up and she never even received the delivery exception until 8 pm, 4 hours after they supposedly tried to deliver. I will be taking this up the chain of command in FedEx. Now they’re saying they’ll deliver Tuesday(3 days later, even though they are open on Monday. I paid for expedited shipping and it was originally supposed to be delivered on Thursday so a week and a half for expedited shipping. Good job FedEx. Way to stay professional.Disgusted!!!!!
Im out of energy. I am going to start doing restaurant reviews. NYC is making me crazy, fed ex is over worked and some dont wait for a signature. They are a liability too, for amazon and leaving packages at the wrong place. For the most part, I get my packages&too afraid to complain, lest I lose packages out of Blanton ignorance. I cant give one more second of my energy to the negativity of this. Good job, BTW, to the majority of fed X, from the drivers to in house. Im getting a p.o.box to get my packages as our hatian door man really dont care if get mine. IT IS WHAT IT IS (N.Y.C).Whatever that means.
Went there to receive my package today, 2 days of “missed” deliveries while we were home. Ok, I’ll go get it myself. My ID with my name, my boyfriend with his ID with his address with a package that’s indirect signing with my name and his address. This black lady who called herself Edmund was really adamant about not giving me my package saying it’s APPLE. Ok, called APPLE and they said it was weird they did that and shouldn’t have. Fedex lady said manager will be back 8:30pm, doors to customers closed at 8:15pm. Unbelievable. Just a terrible woman on a bad day.

The drivers only want to deliver to Walgreens, so they can unload everything in one shot.Horrendous dont support this business!
I came at 5:15 PM stayed in a queue about 20 minutes and requested a FedEx representative to provide me with envelope, clear pouches where I can insert shipping label.I needed just 13 pouches, but the lady with pink hair( representative refused to provide her name) simply refused it with no explanation and objective reasons, just AGGRESSIVELY said WE HAVE WHAT YOU SEE After a long conversation she DISAGREE to provide any. However there was other FedEx person leaving his office and i stopped him simply asking for 13 pouches, he gladly started to help and as soon as lady with red hair came out from inside she screamed at him stating that she has nothing and he is not allowed to give me any, however he took 6 from the shelf and gave me 6 pouches, SIX from 13 I needed. On my request to call a manager she simply did nothing and said yea ok . After that I contacted the CS rep by calling the 888 number and they contacted the facility and confirmed that there were pouches in stock and advised me to go back and pick them up. I came back and the same lady told me aggressively she has nothing!I am absolutely shocked and disappointed, my mood was totally ruined. I did nothing wrong, just came for envelopes and pouches to ship my products and was badly abused . I never saw such unprofessional representatives in my life.After all, I needed to spend my time to locate envelopes in other locations, however for us its absolutely not acceptable, and all 13 shipments arrived late which is very bad for our online store.
There service is horrible! They have drivers that don’t do there job by delivering the packages. I waited all day for the delivery man and he didn’t deliver my package and said he try too. The African American lady that works there needs to be retrained on how to handle customers. Her body language and how she spoke with an attitude was uncall for.
An absolute shambles. You better hope your package doesn’t come through this facility or you will probably not get it.Their Driver is lying saying he’s attempted delivery two days in a row when I’ve been home all day. I manage to get another FedEx package from the Brooklyn location no problem.I’ve called customer service twice now and they’ve escalated with the maspeth management and I’ve still heard nothing from them.Avoid if you can.
If you are reading these reviews is more likely because your package was stolen or lost. Tracking number said it was “attempt to deliver” when I was at home. I went in person to this location to pick up the package and these people at the counter were very rude aggressive and they said that my package was not there and that I needed to either call FedEx and file a claim or call the police. My package was STOLEN BY THE DELIVERY TRUCK GUY !!! This person said he attempted to deliver when he never did I was at home the whole day. As a matter of fact I received another package that I was expecting and it was delivered by FedEx too! They know what is inside specially if you ordered something from Nike and is close to a shoe release day. Be aware !!! People at this location are shady and thieves!!! And if you have to go there you are probably going to have a hard time and waste your time because they are not going to help you. They treat you like if stolen or lost packages is something common there and they can’t do anything about.
Fedex has lazy drivers who dont even get out the truck. UPS/USPS/Amazon/DHL/Lasership/My Pizza guy can all figure out how to deliver packages to me, but fedex always fails. Incompetent and lazy. If I know a store uses fedex to ship, Im probably going to find the product elsewhere rather than deal with them.
Im in zip code 11366 and this is a review re:my many attempts to return a cable box to Spectrum using the FedEx Ground label Spectrum sent to me. I first scheduled the pickup for 8/12. Package sat at front door and was never picked up. Called again on 8/13 and rescheduled for 8/14...never picked up. Called to reschedule pickup for Monday, 8/17. I saw a FedEx Ground driver in our complex and asked him if he would take the package. His simple response was no. Package never picked up. When I called to reschedule, the customer representative put me on hold for 33 minutes and never came back. At the same time, I used another phone to call and was told that the driver tried to pickup on 8/17, but didnt have an apartment number. Of course, at the beginning of the conversation, the CSR repeated my address WITH the apartment number, so not sure what that lie was all about. The pickup was rescheduled to today, 8/18.Still waiting! Are FedEx drivers lying about picking up shipments?

Check my security camera and no FedEx delivery attempt in a 15min time frame.-Reach out to FedEx support, they open a case and will call me today. Never happen. Tracking show delivery for tomorrow morningFriday, April 16, 2021-Same thing. Fake Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed. Check camera and no attempted delivery.-Called support again, they will attempt to locate the driver and call me back today. Asked for a description of my house.-5:30PM came and they never called me. I called them and requested to pick up package at their hub. Rep check tracking number for 10mins and said I can pick it up at the FedEx hub, gave me address and closing time.-Spent 20mins driving; waited another 20mins on line with other customers who also had a fake attempted delivery status. Rep said my package is not there and gave a Walgreen address which is a mile alway from my home. Spent another 15mins driving to walgreen; waited another 10mins on line and FINALLY got my package.Moral of the story? Driver is lazy or went to wrong address TWICE. Tracking number show location as Maspeth hub which is probably why fed ex support gave me wrong location. I never got a callback or even email saying my package is at Walgreens. That would have been better than spending 40+mins driving in circles. I will boycott FedEx unless Im force to use them.
Attention FedEx corporate office. Maspeth location needs a total overhaul of new staff. Terrible service! First of all no worker answers the locked door even though theres a bell and less than three customers inside. Only customers open for each other out of pity. Had the unfortunate chance to be served by Sue. She works so slow she makes sloths look like road runners. Gave her printed mailing address and return address plus names and she still couldnt follow. Input the wrong addresses, sender name, and phone number. Instead of correcting or finding help she then she left me hanging and retreated to the back room complaining of headache and needing insulin. Sue cant even service one customer. With employees like this the company should rebrand themselves Fedslow or permanently shutter this location from servicing walk-in customers.
They didnt attempt delivery for several days in a row and the tracking says started that the business was closed (I was home around the clock the entire time). They had the right address, which I confirmed with them. Its taken several phone calls and I am now waiting to hear from them after customer service told me they would call me to arrange a delivery time. They told me this twice now from two different calls I made to them about this package not being delivered. Still no phone calls over 24 her later. One star is generous.
Fast friendly service. Had to run home to get a second ID but thats on me I guess. My address did not match the address on my package despite me having the physical door tag the fedex app on my phone. Fedex should up date this policy but the store and their staff have no control over that. They were friendly and helpful.
Worst place to pick up a package. I missed a delivery and door tag says that I can pick it up at this location at 7.30pm. the customer rep on phone confirmed that I can go pick it up at the specified time. I reach there at 7.30 and the package was not there!In addition they tell me I need a hard copy of address proof. (My govt issued ID wasnt enough) I tell them I have my utility bill I can pull up on my phone as address proof. They say they only accept hard copy! I ask them why? What is the need got a printed copy of my address proof, they say its their policy and nobody there knows why.Its a bunch of idiots that follow orders without understanding any reasoning behind it.I really hope you get a better service than I did. Website lied about making a delivery attempt on a certain day when I was at my apartment. I called customer service they just said it’s because of the weather, but I see companies such as Amazon, USP etc.. still operating even on weekends but fed ex isn’t ? Also I paid EXPRESS SHIPPING for my package and it’s still not here. Ordered Feb 2, and Feb 7 still not hereUPDATE: my package arrived on feb the 12 and those fed ex workers stole my package :( currently under an investigation to find my package supposedly
I dont know what happened to FedEx. We are a tax office in Maspeth (Pace Accounting) on a very busy street. About 3 weeks ago they started dropping off all document packages outside our front door—totally unacceptable. In most cases, clients are sending original tax documents that are highly personal. Whats the point of our clients paying for a premium service to deliver secure documents if FedEx is throwing packages at our front door like a teenage newspaper boy? They dont even ring our buzzer. USPS, DHL, UPS, all ring the bell and hand deliver inside our front door...with a smile. I know them by name. We have a box just inside the door so they dont have to interact with anyone. Ive tried calling to complain but its impossible to get a human. The driver just speeds away after his rolling stop. Ive emailed all our clients and posted on our website to avoid FedEx like the plague. The worst delivery service every created.
I came to this location and found Ms. Morrison to be very unhelpful. I had previous issues with fed ex and had to pick up a package. The customer service rep told me to bring a photo ID and a bill. I do paperless billing and had an electronic bill but she wasn’t willing to take the electronic bill. I am an Army Veteran that was picking up a laptop that I needed for a new job. I literally explained the situation and tried to plea that she understood but she literally kicked me out of the location “because of co-vid restrictions”
FedEx work ethics are poor and far from satisfying their clients needs.They demand people’s time without any concern nor flexibility. Their service is unreliable. The information they provide on the customer service support is completely out of touch from the branches you will have access to. I would strongly recommend big companies to find a more reliable shipping company. This one doesn’t take responsibility for any miss communication, wrong management or poor service.Last night the person I encountered at the front desk had no intention of helping out nor take responsibility for the poor information the online customer service provided in order for me to pick up my package. He actually felt quiet powerful dismissing me.This particular branch relies on the Hotel located 3 blocks away to get the information they need from the clients. Despite being an office they do not help their clients printing one physical sheet paper ( usually worth $0.12) to “prove” your residency because a picture of your 1099 or 1095 with a passport ID won’t do. Considering the big efforts companies are doing to go Paperless, they demand this and use the Hotel’s receptionist good will to help their clients needs.I have spent aprox $70 dollars in uber and missed one doctors appointment in order to pick up my urgent delivery because they do not consider coordinating with the person receiving a package and they provide wrong information.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!! FOR A WHOLE WEEK I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY HIGH PRICED ITEMS BUT THEY MADE SURE TO DELIVER MY TOILET PAPER AND BABY PULL UPS DNT EVEN WAIT FOR THEM TO “INVESTIGATE” NOBODY GETS BACK TO YOU IN ONE WEEK THESE THIEVES STOLE MY ITEMS THAT EQUALED TO $640!!!!
This company, regardless of the location, is the most unprofessional carrier out there. Paid for my work laptop to be overnighted and given a10:30am scheduled delivery.Of course they didnt show up. I waited all day, missing at this point, 2 days of work. And now they decide to say they were unable to deliver because I was not at home. I have been sitting in front of the door all day due to the desperate need to complete my work. And now they decide to lie saying I was at fault.And when one decides to call they either answer and dont speak, hang up, or never pick up.Congrats on having the worse service!And following the advice of one of your own employees to use UPS instead, if I was given the choice, I would have. I will urge others do not use FedEx.
Worst service ever. Drivers lie, customer service representatives lie. I was expecting trade-in kit from Apple. I setup text update to get instant notice. When I was noticed that the package was delivered, I went to the porch as I instructed the driver to leave the package there, but the package was not there. I called CS they kept telling me the package was delivered. Then they said they gonna call the driver. Later on, the package showed up at a fedEx pickup location.How come it was delivered and then it was located at a pickup location? This happened just a month ago. then, within a month it happened again. Same situation, expecting a trade-in kit, this time, the package was delayed 3 times, and then it was delivered. Of course the package was not there so I called fedex again. Then CS told me the package was delivered to another address as the shipper APPLE called to change the shipping address. So I called Apple and Apple claimed the fedex was lying. What a shame fedex. All I need was a kit to be delivered normally, but none of you can do this job correctly. I will never ever use your service again.
My package sat in a truck for six days before they decided it was time to deliver it- mind you the final destination was literally less than five miles away. I even offered to pick it up myself from their center but customer service claimed that they were only open two hours a day- what nonsense.
The service is worse than the post office and it costs three times as much. Also, the parking situation there is a pain to add insult to injury. They have a small parking lot that fits like 3-4 cars and is a pain to get in and out of. If you see it full though, just keep driving because it is guaranteed to take an hour. You are better off just driving to another Fed Ex location
This location consistently does not attempt to make deliveries. I had a recent situation where the driver claimed my address was a business address and that the business was closed when he attempted the delivery. I was working from home the entire week. They then informed me that they were placing the package onto a holding trailer and that it would be impossible for them to locate the package to make another attempt at delivery until further notice. They eventually did take my package off of the holding trailer - only so they could return it to the original shipper.
Horrible service!!!!! They never leave my packages at my door, even when it is written and requested. My packages are constantly stolen or never delivered. I was only able to get a few after I called and made a claim. I am getting so fed up that Im thinking of stop buying things online. FEDEX is the worst delivery company ever!!!!! UPS and USPS is 1000%%% better!!! I think if i continue to buy online, I will boycott any company that will deliver with FEDEX. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I purchased merchandise from Verizon and it was due to arrive this past Monday. FedEx contacted me to say it would be delayed a day. On Tuesday I received a notification that a delivery had been attempted. However, my doorbell did NOT RING and NO TAG was left on my door by FedEx. The following day, (Wednesday) I again received notification that a delivery had been attempted. Again, the bell did not ring nor was a door tag left. This has happened to me before so this time, instead of calling FedEx, I decided to notify the vendor Verizon. Who, patiently was on the phone with FedEx for 1.5 hours while I listened in. In the end, FedEx was unable to confirm time of delivery for tomorrow (Thursday). I am STILL waiting for my package. Verizon called me back to apologize and have said they are going to revisit company wide how they will ship going forward because they have been receiving LOTS of complaints. FedEx at Maspeth NY is NOT ATTEMPTING DELIVERY AND IS SENDING MESSAGES LYING SAYING THEY ARE DELIVERING. THIS IS FRAUD AND I URGE YOU NOT TO USE FEDEX.
Horrible service. Expecting an important package that was expressed mailed to me. Package arrived and was being held at Maurice Avenue facility on a Friday. I went to pick it up and was told The package is here but we dont know where it is. They took my number and said they would call me when it is ready for pick up. One week later no one has called and Im still trying to locate my package. No phone reps or supervisors available to help. Their either understaffed or too lazy to look through warehouse for my package. Unbelievable.
This is third time in a row. While sitting inside my apartment I have got update that they have attempt delivery and no one was at home. First time it happened last year so I thought may be he did a mistake. But now third time I am going to pick up my order. Delivery man didnot even bother to ring my apartment door bell.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Either lost my shipment or my shipment is always delayed even shipped with a paid account.I supposed to receive my package last Friday, but no delivery until my office closed. I called the customer service, and be told there’s a delay. I asked them to hold my package at the ship center, do not make a second attempt because it’s urgent for me to get this package. I will be picking up by myself the next morning. I went the next day with all documents needed, I waited for 2.5 HOURS for them to look for my package. At the end they told me there’s a MESS at the back so they couldn’t find it. They asked me to go on Monday again. I was unhappy but I waited till Monday. I called before I go to make sure I can get the package today, they said I can go pick it up, it’s ready in the warehouse. I went but still NOTHING!!!Opened a case but no updates, representatives transferred my call to case manager but never picked up!
My package was delivered to the wrong address and I cant get through to anyone at this #. Maspeth FedEx took the liberty of changing my address (Ive had hundreds of packages successfully delivered here before) for reasons unknown to me....I am in Queens and they rerouted it to a different city in new york. Now its lost. Even if I get my money back, the item cannot ever be replaced as it was one of the last of its kind.
I honestly dont understand, how FedEx at this location can keep someones property hostage and constantly lie about delivery attempts. Day one-delivery attempt at 2:07 PM. I was at home and nobody came. Day two-I wanted my package to be delivered to Walgreens. I just received an update saying that the business was closed, no delivery attempt. Well, Walgreens was open, so thats another lie. Customer service is useless. I paid extra money for express delivery and obviously they dont care...I hope youll get out of business for being rude and disrespectful!!!
Worst facility ever. I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. My package has been sitting in the Maspeth facility for 7 days with no updates, marked as future delivery requested although it should have been delivered last week. I called customer service and they told me they would open a case for me and someone would call me back within 48 hours, but no one got back to me. I called to speak to the manager and they put me on hold for an hour before disconnecting me. They obviously lost my package.If I have a choice in the future, I will never use fedex again.
Beware...I ordered a phone through my insurance the plan is for it to arrive the next day, but not with fedex it won’t.-The first day I was home all day waiting for it, then fedex said I missed the delivery, which is a lie.- Day 2...towards the end of the day there was a “traffic delay because of construction” so they postponed it for the next day. Sure.- Day 3..I called to vent out the issue and customer service told me it would come from 11:35 am to 2:30 pm. I then wait outside from 11:35 am to 7:06 when I found out they labeled it a “missed delivery” which at that point was total bs. I then had to take a cab and pick it up myself from the shipping facility.Long story short, they don’t really care about You.
I was expecting my new debit card. My bank assured me I would have this card in my hands today. So I am looking all morning out the window. The driver never stopped by my apt. Never rang the bell, never left a door tag. But had the nerve to put in the system I was not home. When I was looking out of the window watching all this time. I call Customer Service immediately since only 10 minutes had passed from the email saying failed delivery attempt. I am so incensed that i have to continually experience this horrid service. And I see that I am not the only one. WTF is going on here? This is totally unacceptable!! FedEx, you need to do better!!
If it was possible to give NO STARS I would. I have, on multiple occasions, had packages say they have been attempted to be delivered but no one was home while I was sitting in my apartment waiting for the package to arrive. Then FedEx wont just resend the package it ends up being a multiple day to-do. If you can avoid FedEx, Id say do it.
Poor delivery service, with attitude to match. Multiple shipments, over 15 in the last year were supposed to be 10:30AM next day. Not once was the delivery on time. Best I have ever received a shipment close to on time was 2PM on the expected delivery date. Usually 2-3 days late. If you truly need next day, go UPS. We just had a sensitive package get delayed over 2 weeks, their first excuse was the wrong building number, the next excuse was the business was closed. Security confirmed they never came onto the plant.
They are located at a sort of remote location not close to public transportation.But there are a lot of parkign spots around.The staff is very friendly and helpful. But the day I was there, I think they were under staffed so we waited for a while.The office is air conditiones but I think they do have AC at the back, so the staff was cominc back sweating and in breaths after picking up the packages from the back. Wish they have better working conditions.I give 3, not because I have a problem with the location, but overall my experience with fedex was really bad. They pretend, they could not find my address on the first attempt and next day they find the address but could not deliver as we were not at home. I called them for the package and they said they will keep it at this location. But then they decided to send it back to sender. Come on, sending the package back to the sender after 1 attempt (+1 pseudo attempt). Their a very big miscommunication between the call center and the ground operations.
Your service is the absolute worst 1 deliver but never ring the bell to inform any one that your there or you leave the package on the stairs to be easily stolen. Then when you state that the item can be picked up at one of your facilities when I go there to pick it up you cannot not find it it usually takes 2-3 visits to get the item. Basically your service is the worst
FedEx always left a Door tag without even ringing the doorbell in our apartment so how do you expect us to know that the package is there already? Also, I always track my package online once it arrives in Maspeth NY next thing I know “delivery exception” and door tag is in my door already and they let me pick it up in specific drop off location. This is not the first time it happened to me for this week so I’m very upset 😡 I don’t wanna go out that’s why I preferred to delivered it in our apartment because of Pandemic!So please it’s simple just ring the door bell or call us it’s very inconvenient for us to go to drop off location.This FedEx is Stressing me out.
I was expecting a pair of sold out yeezy sneakers and they said it was delivered today at 6:53pm i got the notification around 6:58pm says it was at the side entrance 1 we dont have a side entrance 2 i was home all day back and forth looking out the window i didnt not see a Fedex truck & NO ONE ring the door bell or knocked on the door i called and theyre telling i have to wait 48 to 72 hours to get a call back... i have a strong feeling the driver stole my package! ive never had any issue with any other delivery services. unprofessional disgusting.
The customer service is so TERRIBLE!!! I just went to pick up my package with requests, but they just ignored me.The lady was so rude, I tried to explain whats happening to me, she didnt even listen and said to me we have customer just waiting, If you have nothing else, you can leave.???is this way FedEx do to their customers? Horrible.Though my company pays for overnight shipping of time sensitive work related materials, if the package comes through this facility, it will be 2-7 days late. Facility sites everything from incorrect address to business closed-no delivery attempt as reasons for not delivering. And with all of these other reviews saying the same-its obvious the company does not care.

I was literally sitting by the window waiting for an extremely important package. This was to no avail as no FedEx delivery person ever came. No door tag left even though the tracking details claim one was. Then I tried calling customer support which was useless (thought I dont blame their call center for the terrible people at this local FedEx).There will be no reattempt until tomorrow by 4:30pm. How is the package expected to arrive at 10:30am one day and then 4:30pm the next??? And the same thing will likely happen tomorrow where no delivery attempt is actually made.I now have to go to the actual FedEx shipping center to **hopefully** pick up the package. But based on other reviews here and on Yelp, it seems like that might not even resolve my issues.
They claim to have attempted delivery when they dont. I have no idea how these people stay in business. I think its because online sellers just dont realize how bad these people are. I never choose to have my packages sent via FedEx, the businesses I buy from often times just happen to use them. Im pretty sick of it. Ordered a package from a company and purchased overnight shipping because I needed it the next day. Do you think I got my package? Nope. 2 day from fl.to queens and it is being day 6th express envolope in delivery vehicle all Vals like you talk to wall and says due to weather I just messaged social media all packages delivered on those days including 50lb packages. The absolute worst Fed Ex facility on the planet. This place is the black hole of packages. I received a “failed delivery attempt made” text as I was standing on my porch! Phone call to Fed Ex did absolutely nothing. Following day someone was home... “failed delivery attempt “. I called yet again and was told I would receive a call back within two hours... no call back. Avoid having packages shipped if you know this is the Fed Ex hub it’s going through. Absolute nightmare.
Driver claimed to try and deliver package but never actually showed up to my apartment and didn’t leave door tag. (I would know, I answered the door for Grubhub just fine 🤭).. I called this location multiple times and had alerts sent to the driver but after “3 attempts” (not real attempts but who’s counting) they couldn’t send it to my apartment so I will have to pick it up at a drop off location. Glad it took 1 day to go 3000 miles and 4 days to go 2.5 miles. DONT PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING IF THE DRIVER WON’T DELIVER IT TO YOU ANYWAY! At least the people in customer service were sweet especially Colleen, she deserves a raise for covering up the FedEx Scam of 2018!
Every single time a package is to be delivered by this facility, its GARAUNTEED that the drivers will fake attempt to have delivered the package and leave the customer no other choice but to come to the facility. they dont bother to ring the doorbell , they claim to have come a certain time but dont leave a slip at that time they claim. Beyond horrible. Of I can opt out of FedEx I woke without hesitation. The workers on the facility bleed unhappiness and it transcends to this scam of a company who claims they provide delivery services
Wow, these guys are horrible. I was suppose to get a really important package today, which i HAD TO SIGN FOR. The seller paid extra to fedex to make sure i sign for the package. I wait home all day and take off from work. Nobody rang my bell to see if i was home. Nobody knocked on my door or anything. It said the package would be delivered by 8:00pm, so i stay home all day. 8:00pm rolls by, i finally get frustrated and look at the tracking number that i had. To my dismay, i noticed that it said, delivered at 2:13pm. Signature wasnt needed. So, i call back the company that sold me item and they sent me screenshots of them paying the extra money to fedex to make sure I SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. I SWEAR TO GOD, I WILL MAKE SURE NEVER TO ORDER ANYTHING IF IT IS GETTING SHIPPED THROUGH FEDEX. THIS IS A ******* NIGHTMARE.
My package was said to be delivered from this fedex location to me in Bushwick. Fedex has delivered here several times and has never had an issue. On my delivery i specificly put a residential address with an apartment number. I got a notification stating package could not be delivered because resident was not home/business was not open. Im confused as ive been home all day... i realized that fedex probably delivered to the business next door when they are obviously not the apartment number listed. Obviously, im livid because they will redeliver and probably mess up again until they have to send it back to the sender. I have to now go out of my way to get it delivered to a fedex pickup location and leave my apartment to get it when it gets delivered. Very inconvenient for myself as i expected to receive my package in my own home. Whoever delivered my package needs to understand the difference between a business and a residential address. If my package is lost or sent back i will definitely not use fedex again.
Horrible customer service and long lines. I had to come out here to pick up a package because the delivery guy never rings or knocks. I wish there was a shipping company better than the FedEx or UPS duopoly, one that focused on good customer experience. I hate having to deal with these moron businesses!
The absolute worst!! Packages labeled as delivered when it’s not. I’ve been living here for two years and I’ve had no issues with any other carriers (unless it’s fedex). Most recently, package says it was delivered Friday and now I’m on the phone with the bank to cancel my orders because they’re still not here. It’s every single time Maspeth location is delivering. Customer service is complete trash. You all gotta tighten up. It’s embarrassing
The customer service I received at this FedEx was abysmal. FedEx screwed up my delivery, making me unable to pick up my time sensitive package. The customer service rep behind the counter had the gall to try to blame me for the error, even though I had proof that FedEx had made more than one error in delivery. I will never ship anything through FedEx again.
Horrible service. Rude and extremely uncooperative staff. I called before I went there and was told that I could pick up a package at the station. I get there and they informed me that they are returning the package to the shipper due to some technical glitch. Package had my name on it and I was there with a valid ID which they refuse to see. It was a Christmas gift for someone very important and now they dont have a gift for Christmas. FedEx is the worst service that you can use to have your packages delivered. The lady that I spoke to called herself a manager and refused to even listen to me. This was after I waited for 45 minutes. There was one lady on the counter and about 15 to 20 people waiting to be served. They couldnt even put a single extra employee to clear the line. The lady helping the customer was actually packing their packages for them, a task that the customers should have done themselves. Complete chaos. Avoid going there at all costs.
Make sure your package does not transit through this location! My package has been sitting on this location for several days, while sending very skeptical status Business closed - No delivery attempt everyday. How do you know that the place your are delivering (its residential btw) is closed or not? I am not surprised that this shipping center consistently receives one star.
2nd UPDATE: ATT resent the phone and it got stolen AGAIN. Why FedEx wont do anything about this is beyond me!UPDATE: Package finally got delivered, but the item (a new phone) had been stolen out of it with a sticker covering the opening of the box. FedEx then requires you to contact the shipper (my phone company) to get a claim filed which will take until eternity.Avoid at all costs! They dont even attempt deliveries but claim that they did. Items are sent back to this ship center which is basically impossible to get to if you rely on public transit. Im on my fourth day staked out waiting for this thing to get here and its not even going to make the truck today. Youll get about 6 hours of the run around on the phone and no one will make sure the package actually gets to you. An actual nightmare. If you can get it shipped elsewhere, do.
2nd time coming here had to send out a package. 1st time I waited in line with a friend so I really didnt care. This time I was there by myself and was 2nd in line while one rep (out of the 3-4 empty check out counters) was determined to help a customer find a package to which he didnt have his receipt or tracking number for. I get customer service is important but when there are 3-4 employees in the back room laughing loudly while customers are waiting in a non-moving line to take care of customers who dont have their lives together it leaves a sour taste. I know its easy to cruise l criticize but seriously at least pretend to care. I used one of their mailing envelops and seriously considered lying to the rep who finally came out of the back room (20 mins after the line wasnt moving) and asked me if I brought it with me or if it was one of theirs. I dont steal so I told the truth but says volumes of their business if they have to rely on the honor system for sales.
I was waiting for a very important package I paid extra money so I can get it the next day FedEx never came I received that same day two packages from Amazon FedEx said they attempt they never did this always happens they Track the trucks and make sure that they are going to the places they need to be at
Worst pickup location of all time. You hear workers in the back laughing. There was about 10 of us waiting for 40 minutes. The door to the back finally opens, they dont look at anyone and find a Mcdonalds delivery person, picks up their order and go back inside. Only go if you deliver food to them because they wont respond to you if youre there to get your deliveries.

A worker there by the name of Corartha Edwards was so helpful and professional....she answered all of my questions i had and gave me so much information i can use in the future when shipping....i will always be a consumer because the prices are great and the job get done! Thanks so much! Free parking also..i dont think it wheelchair friendly because i use the stairs...didnt see a elevator
Okay..Where to start....Multiple soul draining experiences at this place warrants my review. Whenever any FEDEX package has been sent to my home in North Brooklyn, its rarely arrived (an ongoing 5+ year problem). As a guide: So you know, when the package cant get in your building a few times, youll be forced to make the trek to the FEDEX location in MASPETH (an industrial wasteland surrounded by graveyards, inaccessible by public transit)...and half the time they wont have any idea where your package actually is, despite you calling beforehand FYI. Im no longer angry/enraged with FEDEX, simply disappointed... For the record, Ive never experienced such problems with UPS or USPS. Please, heed my warning.. I simply want others to avoid my pain.
The personnel isnt necessarily cheerful, but I was there to pick up a package and for that my only criteria are professionalism and efficiency. In total I was there for around ten to fifteen minutes. There are three desks, of which two were manned and there were about ten people waiting. In the time I waited, plenty of folks got their packages although a few werent allowed to due to incomplete documents or information. If you simply know your tracking number and bring a government-issued ID (e.g. drivers license or passport), youre fine.I saw a guy trying to pick up a package with a student ID and a lady trying with, I kid you not, a library card. The woman at the counter explained that they need to know with certainty that theyre giving the package to the right person, and therefore either accept government IDs or some other form of ID with a utility bill with their name (matching the ID) and address (matching the package) clearly printed on it. I find that pretty accommodating, as I definitely dont want anyone to be able to pick up my expensive phone or whatnot with a laminated piece of paper that has my name on it and a home-printed utility bill.The woman also explained to numerous people that a tracking number is essential, otherwise they have no way of knowing where to look in the massive warehouse. Im sure looking something up by name and address wouldnt be rocket science but I understand that this is exactly why tracking numbers are issued.For pickups, just bring your tracking number and government-issued ID, and its an in-and-out experience - exactly what youd want for a pickup!

Have been trying to get both a new debit card and new cell phone delivered to me - took work off so I could sign to receive and they never even rang my doorbell, just left the tag on the door. I signed it so they could just drop it off, and the same thing happened today, which suggests they didnt even go to my door. Unbelievably poor experience, and even though Ive called, nothing has changed.
Would give zero stars. Stayed home for 2 days, deliverer says business was not open. I live in a residential with cameras, they made no attempts to deliver my phone. On the third day I went to work and they left a note. Went to shipping center next day who said they couldnt do anything for me and directed me to the sorting center.Waited for 30 minutes in a small 8x10 stuffy room only to be told that my package was enroute even though my app and text notifications clearly say its still in the shipping center and was not scanned out.BUNCH OF LIARS.Someone here is stealing packages.
Well,this was my 1st time going there. Maybe its different on other days, but this waa my experience on the day I went. There was only one customer service rep helping people. She was slow & very distracted with her personal cell phone. She actually askes the customer for help with her cell phone. Next, she excused herself & went to the back room to ask another employee for help, regarding her personal cell phone! Very unprofessional & rude. Any way, I was very happy when I got my package and was finally able to leave this place. They have a customer parking spaces, but its not level & flat, its on a weird angle & on an incline. Getting in & out is a problem, since theres a lot of traffic on that road. The expressway is a few blocks away. Public transportation (buses) in the area.
Ordered a phone and it said that it would be shipped on Monday. On Monday, I took off work to wait for the package and it never came. Around 8pm they scanned the item as delivered. So I called them and opened an investigation. The next day my package arrives at my house while I was home. I opened my package and found that the phone box was opened and the phone was missing. One of their workers stole my phone. As the driver said, the previous day it was not on the truck for shipping even though it was on the list to be shipped and then BAM, the next day it appears on the truck, only to find out later that the package was opened and stolen. Shady place. I wouldnt give my business to fedex.

Liar!My app shows that your truck left at 8:15am!This is far below worst customer service I ever had and doesnt want to deal with them ever again.
This place gets a bad wrap because of all the people that come in already frustrated with undelivered packages. Yes the Fedex delivers are frustrating and I think often dont do there job well, especially in this part of Brooklyn and Queens. But the shipping center here has a great costumer service department. I received top notch service shipping a tricky overseas package here and would recommend anyone use this service at this location.
This center is horrible. They claim they attempted a delivery but the address was wrong. I called and spoke to someone on phone from fedex and he confirmed the address was correct. He claimed he will have them redeliver next day. The next day i check on line and they sent my package back to the company. This fedex location is horrible. This is the second time this has happened to me with this location. I dont know if the driver is just lazy or just and idiot.
Zero Stars - I have had two attempt to have two separate packages delivered overnight. The drivers do not ring the door bell. They do not leave a note. Absolutely horrible and lazy service. If youre not going to do your job correctly then DONT WORK THERE. Incompetent and utterly useless service. FedEx needs to fire these lazy people and replace them with competent workers.
THEY NEVER DELIVER PACKAGES. NEVER RING THE DOOR BELL ONCE. I HAVE STAYED HOME HOPING THEY WOULD AT LEAST 7 DIFFERENT TIMES. I never want to do business with them again. I am going to figure out how to ban my address as they waste gas trying to deliver packages but it seems like they are experts in delivering door tags. Pretty sure express stands for express delivery of door tags while they are playing catch-up with their actual packages.
The horrible business. I took uber to pick up stuff with my ID as customer service said that’s what I need. And she said I need proof of address which doesn’t make sense as I already have government ID. As I said I will show my digital bills, they said it isn’t acceptable digital although there is no specific requirements about the format. As I ask how to deal with it, they just kicked me out with security guard. That is the horrible place. FedEx customer service needs to educate the black woman who just ignored my request for service and white guy who said he is a manager who kicked me out.
Quick and professional service from the staff. be warned the only issue i have with this place is the parking. theres only 1 space for disability and maybe 3-4 regular parking spaces. parking is on a very steep incline and not easy. there is really no parking any where else
I wouldve gave a zero star if I had the option. I been sitting in front of my building allllllll day waiting for my package just to get an alert that they attempted to deliver and Boone was home. What in the actual hell is going on. And forget customer serrvice because they dont have a clue. No direct number to reach a manager. Paying all this money in delivery fees and taking off of work to wait for someone whos not doing their job and not getting replemanded for it.
This is the worst Fedex location on earth. They “mis-sort” packages, fabricate delivery delays, do not even attempt deliveries and pick up (I waited by the door for an entire day with no sign of a Fedex truck), create fake delivery exemptions, and state your building is closed when it is open 24/7. Since figuring this out, I have actively tried to NOT use Fedex when shipping packages to NYC. This place is a nightmare and should be shut down.
This is the most unprofessional, incompetent set of people known to man! They are rude, Edy gets the crown for that . They consistently lie about so called attempted deliveries, when in fact they didnt even bother to come . Try asking for a supervisor and see the run around you will get. I have been waiting for my package going on 3 weeks now that they keep atte moving to deliver .
I went all the way there to pick up a package and was told I could not use an emailed bill as proof of address. Really would have appreciated knowing that before I spent money on an Uber to get there and back. So now Im going to print off my electronic bill and bring that in. Wheres the logic in that?
I wish a 0 star was possible my iPhone never arrived. It was on the express FedEx truck. A week later and no one has a clue where my phone is. To top it off Verizon is doing an investigation on this location because they think the stole the phone out of the box. They were suppose to redeliver and the phone never arrived. Rude and unprofessional service.

I am at home the whole time they always left a “door tag” in our door once I track it and it appears to be “Maspeth NY” after few hours I will just see online that nobody sign/claim my package? And they will let me go to specific drop off location . Very inconvenient!PLEASE RING THE DOOR BELL !!!!! PLEASE CALL OR TEXT or notify us !!!! We have our contact info with you. FYI we pay for the shipping fees so that it will be delivered in our house . It’s not an option for us to pick up in drop off location!!!!
This is the worse location. If I could give NO star I would, but I must click a star before writing my review. I paid extra to have a package delivered the following day. I received NO package. I received NO door tag or notice. I called customer service and was told that someone would contact me in 2 HOURS. No one contacted me until the following afternoon (over 12 hours after I called customer service)! When I do receive a call the rep says that a door tag was left. I then ask for the complaint dept Im transferred and before I can say hello, my call is disconnected! This is worse service ever. Oh, and by the way, I called he 800 number for customer service. It wasnt just this location. It is Fedex!
FedEx by far is the worst shipping company in the USA. They refuse to DO THEIR JOB. This is the 2nd time I have had this problem. They claim to attempt a delivery and no one answers. Why dont they tell the truth. They never came. I got this bs response saying that the Customer not available or business closed. I live in a residence. The only reason you wrote that is because you never came to the address in the first place. I had this package shipped overnight because I needed it that afternoon. Calling up FedEx is just as useless. I hope these guys go out of business. Btw this location is horrible. Not talking about the staff its not their fault they work for morons. Its in a real corner spot with 2 spots in front on a real steep incline. Surprised nobody got hit by a car or ran over.
Not once have I ever seen a driver deliver a package to my door that required a signature. They claim to have attempted and failed deliveries, but they have never rang my doorbell once throughout all the deliveries, and never leave door tags either. The only way I know a package is waiting is through online tracking. Not sure whats going on but clearly someone is not doing their job, and lying about it. WORST FEDEX FACILITY EVER.
I had experienced lately, i was ordered online. The All Seller using Fedex services send my ordered items was lost. Tracked no said delivered, but when wass arrived at house, the item was vanish, while other order diffrents ordered was there but used other delivery services.
I paid money for an important package to be expedited and signed for. It says attempt was made, but I was home all day, no one actually buzzed or even left a door tag to show they came. Terrible customer service. Now they want me to miss another day of work and delay my package a few days? I dont have the time or means to play around for someone else to not do their job.
I had my package shipped to my grandmothers house because my parents spend most of the time taking care of her and they did not bother ringing the doorbell just a note. Now I asked my parents to pick up my package but the adress we all live in does not match the shipping adress so they went all the way over there showing them my ID, their ID, the note, and still wouldnt hand it over to them. I expected this package delivered 3 days ago and this is not the first time they have done this. Everyones home waiting for a package and not even a single doorbell presses.
Ive encountered long lines on weekday evenings but hardly anyone there on 1 Saturday morning. Staff is pleasant. I think the wait time will be decreased if 1 employee took tracking and IDs and another brought packages from the back rather than each person doing both jobs.
Terrible workers, ordered a package paid for 2 day shipping and a week later still no package. This place lies about drop sites being closed to avoid delivering. On top of that, they say they came to my house, but no sticker on my door to prove so. Worst fed ex place ever...
I would have given 0 stars if I could. My package was shipped using express delivery and was scheduled to deliver on Friday. On Friday, the tracking was updated with Delay in Delivery and the reason shown was weather problem when it was a spring weather. I called the center and let them know that I must have the package by Monday and they assured me that it will be delivered on Monday. On Monday, it again changed the delivery to Tuesday. When I called, they said that there was a labeling issue on their side. They also said that theyre holding the package whole day at the local FedEx station because their is no driver available. They refuse to make any accommodations to cover up their issue with the labeling and left the customer to suffer.
I have been awaiting a pump for my type 1 diabetes since last week Monday only to be be told that theyve made several attempts but nobody has been here to my building in which Ive lived at for 23 years. This has been the most frustrating experience of my LIFE! ONly to have my doctor call FedEx today and explain that I was in clinic being seen for them to supposedly attempt a delivery today again after they were notified that I wasnt home & given a time of 2pm to make this delivery. Im convinced this is the worst service ever. This device it is essential to me getting my insulin supply steady during the course of a day but now its running around in air space while I suffer for someone elses negligence to be able to follow simple instructions & to do their job accurately!!! Im piping mad right now because this my health that they are toying with 😠😕
The employees here are simply terrible and their delivery drivers frequently put no effort in delivering my packages. There is always someone in my house during delivery hours and the drivers usually do not ring our bell when we expect a delivery. Then at the end of the day when we check package tracking, they claim that no one was home. That is BS. This is the case for most of our deliveries. Then they do not even make a second attempt to deliver. I usually waste a time of my day to pick up packages that i usually pay for overnight service. Often a waste of money. I despise their service so much.
This place saved my butt when it was 8PM and I really needed onions to finish my tomato sauce, but didnt want to schlep to Shop Rite/brave the lines. Fresh produce, reasonable prices, friendly staff, NO LINES. Also spotted some Asian products that I definitely want to go back and try.So glad I found this place, and Ill definitely be a repeat customer.
If I can give it zero stars I would. I waited in this long line that went out of the door. The agent indicated that I need a proof of address. She was rude and terrible service. I showed her proof on my phone. Who prints these days. She just refused to give me my package. I just wasted my time going there, never again. If I ever receive a tag to pick it up of this location, Ill rather just return the package.
Absolute worst service. Tracking says attempted delivery but no driver passed through the building. I checked security cameras. Tracking also said to come to the ship center after 8 pm and I found out they closed at 8:15. The package is now ruined because it was sensitive and its now destroyed
This FedEx is the least helpful branch I have ever encountered. Despite having my government issued photo ID, they would not let me pick up the package without mail. This is directly in conflict with the policies of the national company, who informed me I only needed an ID to pick up a package. I am very disappointed in the lack of clarity and flexibility of their customer service.
Avoid FedEx by all means!! For delivery part, I stayed at home for whole day but the delivery was then unsuccessful and redirect to a pick up place. I couldnt understand it! Did FedEx every deliver? The failing delivery also bring me to his hell pick up place. To pick up my package, I brought my passport and the staff said I quoted here Its not even in English and that you dont have your address on it. In my whole life I have never been asked to provide a certificate of my address to pick up a package and I have never been in a situation that passport would not work. So I have to go all the way back home to print something for them as they also ask things printed out, no digital format allowed. Learn something from my experiences. A. avoid FedEx in the first place. In case you cannot, be American, otherwise dont use your passport. Third, print out your certificate of your address first.
-1 Stars. These people indiscriminately attempt to not deliver. I rescheduled my day just to wait for a package. No doorbell, no nothing, and all of a sudden I refresh my package status only to find that the driver opted to say mark my package as undeliverable. Obviously he/she had better things to do, than to earn his/her paycheck. What is the added value of Fedex vs. USPS? None.I really hope this company downsizes, fires the CEO with no severance, and then be sold piece by piece to Chipotle, Uber, and Airbnb.
They supposedly attempted the delivery at 10:12am (No one was available) I was in the front door of the business since 9:30am no fedex and after that I had to come to the location If i wanted it today, I ask the chat team 2 times one in the morning and one in the afternoon can I pick it up with my passport they said yes, when I got there and waited in line now they need a confirmation of address and nothing can be digital it has to be paper. I was like seriously I have to chats confirmation on my email that stated just my passport, now they are going to attempt to deliver tomorrow and he added a note with the time we open! But thats the reason I dont like them USPS or UPS never gives me this headache

2022-01-12They need more precision when giving the customer information, I was there in the morning asking if they print the label to send a package back and told me if, when I return in the afternoon with my package, I present the bar code that corresponded and they told me only QR codes are printed... I left, come back next day 8:53 in the morning, the attention schedule says 9 a.m. to 8:15 p.m., I had to wait outside until 9:18 in the morning with the low temperatures but no body offering any apology, everything like normal.

2022-06-09The worst driver/ delivery person. The express shipping driver did not even show up (I could see it from my front door camera). I waited two business days to receive and both days, they failed to deliver (not even door stabs which indicated they did not even come close to the door). FedEx, please educate your drivers to deliver properly or I will not do business with your company. If needed, I can give tracking number @FedEx

2022-04-04Waited 3 minutes for door to open. Clerk ran inside as I came in to talk on her phone about family issues. Heard her tell her manager she will take her sweet time to finish talking and then come outside to the counter. Finally came outside and continued her phone call. Very efficient and took point 1 minute to process my package but 10 minutes for her to come out.

2022-02-07Apparently this is the facility where packages are known to go lost/missing (translated stolen). My package was to be delivered within 2 days. An email was sent stating it will be delivered by 8 PM. Then another message was sent stating that due to weather conditions package will be delivered the next day. The next day, nothing! Someone has to be home to receive the package. I worked from home in case my package was delivered. Customer service is of no help, they are located in India. Meanwhile all my other packages are being delivered with no issues. Five days later I go to this trap building, arrived early, I was the 4th in line but they only let in 3 people at a time. When I finally got in I give my tracking # and was told, your package is missing/lost. You should have gotten a call on your mobile. I never got any calls. I truly believe theres a scam going on at this facility where drivers steal packages when they know its from a certain vendor and has value. The woman Sue at the counter is sloooowwwer than molasses and was not helpful. She couldnt even tell me where my package was but repeated several times that it was lost/missing. I was told to open a claim with the vendor. Total waste of time and space. FedEx needs to keep an eye on fraudulent tactics at this location.

2022-06-23Worst Logistics Company Experience I have ever had, had an extreme wait time due to limited occupancy inside the office, when inside the Man behind counter was extremely rude in telling me I wasnt allowed duct tape on my package. I asked where can I get a roll of tape, and again rudely responded with go buy a roll of tape, naturally I left with my package and a kind gentlemen in the warehouse next-door offered me tape. I come back inside and drop off my package to the much nicer lady. Upon leaving my car is scratched by a van due to the horrible quality of the parking lot, with such an incline causing doors to fling open. This nearly got me into an altercation outside the office. NEVER go to this location!!!!

2022-03-01I ordered a new phone along with three years of cell service from Mint Mobile for $2204.49. I paid for express one-day delivery on Feb. 23rd. I have video footage of the driver outside of my building of a driver pulling up in a vehicle, not getting out, and marking the package as SIGNED BY ME. Every single time, around 10-15 times now that I have spoken with someone on the phone, Ive been given the run around. Ive supposedly had them file a fraud and lost ticket, but I dont have much faith in that. It was supposed to be done on the 25th when the initial fraud happened, however I was told just today it wasnt even filed until yesterday. We were told a few days back even that we could pick it up on Maurice Ave, and when we arrived, we were informed that it wasnt there after taking the train for almost an hour one way! My partner is CURRENTLY on the phone with them because it is marked as delivered, but also we keep getting told its delayed. Because of the marking, I cannot be sent a new phone on Mints end because its marked as delivered. Im a flight attendant. Since the 25th, 5 days now Ive been in multiple states aside from NY without a cell phone aside from a work phone that doesnt operate on cellular or allow external applications. I dont have an extra two grand to place another order. My fate is left entirely in the hands of a company that doesnt seem to have internal communication, or any moral code.

2022-04-01Listen to me. DO NOT GO TO THIS FEDEX IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY! They one elderly woman working there. All I’m going to say is if you know how elderly move and how they can “multi task” then that’s all you need to know. I packaged my shipment beforehand I was right in front of her all she had to do was scan and give me my receipt. A regular had come in after me and after another customer and she still took care of him before me. And she acted like I was being too much because I asked her for my receipt before she stepped away to give him something. I was able to witness how she was with the other customers that came before me they got the worst of it. Please do not come here unless you enjoy wasting your time and being frustrated and flabbergasted at the same time.

2022-04-06The delivery drivers here are the worst! I dont know if they are overworked or they just dont care. Im constantly receiving updates that the package is delayed and then it says an attempt was made and no one showed up or left a notice of the attempt. Then FED EX customer service says they cant get in contact with the driver. Whats the sense of paying for EXPRESS shipping if its not going to be delivered on time. From now on I will put my trust in UPS

2022-04-07Just spoke to someone at the Maspeth center with a woman named “ Celinda.” Yet instead of hearing me, she started speaking continuously and over me. I tried to explain to her that the delivery person is not supposed to decide if my package should be delivered today. Yet she keeps saying it’s the drivers opinion that it’s not safe. Btch if it wasn’t safe would I tell agents and write on my instructions to leave it out my fkng door? Disrespectful and should not be on the phone to help people. A very dull mind and not able to listen and communicate. I told her to stop talking and let me explain yet she said “ you told me everything already” btch how do you know I told you everything ? I had so many things to mention like the driver did not ring the doorbell and neither did he leave the package out my fkng building as requested. So basically she says it’s up to the fedex person to make a decision on how the package should be handled. Lastly btch instructions on how to deliver the package for the fedex delivery people is why customers spend time writing it so that they can follow it.

2022-05-05They need to improve the process for dropping off packages that are labeled already. To wait in line 30 min for them to open the door just to drop packages is a big reason not to choose this location or even use Fedex as a shipping service.
