Had to send back a complete lemon of an Imac. The whole ordeal would have been stressful as the dimensions required a custom box. I dealt with Cindy who made the process completely painless and super easy. Within an hour the box was ready and the lemon was on its way back to the land of misfit computers. Thank you so much. Some clerks need to be retrained. Bad attitude. You cant always hire young youth.
This place is a dump. The guy working the counter is slow and could care less. Not only did he tell the customer in front of me to “go to the post office because our system has too many forms to fill out and I don’t understand them.” But he was rude and the store was a mess (dirty & the shelving was falling off the wall).
I was very disappointed with the shop because they didnt have any way to print out a label from my bar code and had to travel a ways to get it done

Normally a decent place never had prior issues but I dont understand why they sat on a package that I paid to have it delivered within a couple days. But its been sitting, ridiculous.

2022-06-22Absolutely horrible experience. My husband went there on 06.21, ended to print out forms saved on email and fax them over. Young lady working there give him their email to receive a barcode. He can’t see that well so he ask for help on which she replied “ I can’t touch your phone”. Ok, understandable, he sent to me, I told him what was printed there so he can type it. Then he asked her to help him to print out because he had no idea what to do with that barcode, lady is very angry and irritated told him “ I will help you” and never attempted to help. No customers in the store , none, except for him. After waiting for her for a very long time my husband adventually see another employee, a gentleman who immediately come over to help.

2022-05-15Lost my packages with them not at all happy they dont ring the bell sometimes leave it outside the building dont bring it up in the elevator lost a lot of money with them

2022-03-13Brought a package for delivery to lower Manhattan on Wednesday March 9th regular deliver certified for signature. Was told package would arrive possibly Thursday 10th, but definitely by Friday. To date, no delivery was received and have to wait till Monday the 14th to get an answer because theyre closed on the weekend. Could have driven there myself in better time and delivered the package. Unfortunately I was Ill and couldnt do so.

2021-12-12Fedex driver, a heavyset Hispanic man, who is assigned to deliver the package at Clark Ln, Staten Island. refused to deliver my package 3 times because the package weights 45 pounds. The package was shipped 3 times, but was never delivered. The first 2 packages, he didnt deliver the package but marked it delivered. On the 3rd attempt, he didnt even load my package on the Fedex truck. He said he would deliver the next day around the same time. But, he never did. He saw that he had to go up and down a couple of stairs to get to my front door. He didnt want to walk up and down Stairs with 45 pounds package. so, he lied and said the receipt of the package no longer lived at the address, which is A COMPLETE LIE. On November 3rd, the first delivery attempt, my landlord saw the driver put back the heavy package back in Fedex truck when he saw that he had to go up and down a couple of steps to get to my front door, which was too overwhelming for him with 45-pounds package.

2021-07-16Why is NOONE picking up phone call? LITERALLY i was just talking to a lady (at the 3rd phone call) 2 minutes after she gave me THE WRONG INFORMATION. I called back literally over 20 times and NOONE is picking up.

2018-02-28I use this location frequently, however I’ll definitely stop going. A retailer emailed me a return label stating I could take the email to the store and they’d scan and print the label for me. She charges me $1 to print a free/prepaid label - and tells me the charge is for the ink... after printing the label. The Richmond Ave location is much nicer anyway folks
