By far the worst Beauty Supply store Ive been to in the Bronx! No one claims to be the manager when it comes to an exchange. They all turn heads! They were very disrespectful to me and my grandmother because we wanted to do an even exchange claiming they gave us 2 recepiets! When I only got 1recpeit from the cashier. So unprofessional. Beware of this store and youre money ladies and genetlemen!
I liked this place until a worker sneezed into her hand, whiped it on her shirt and argued with me because I asked her to wash her hands. I find it hard to believe in 2016 with the knowledge we have about how disease, viruses and infections are spread, someone would refuse to was their hands when asked by a customer. Also I dont know any other establishment that doesnt have anti-bacterial gel readily available. I wonder if this worker washes her hands when she uses the bathroom. Im more than sure the answer is no!
Heavy set Spanish women at the front has the worst customer service ever and her attitude is disgusting. Don’t waste your money here
Don’t you hate stores that close a whole 30 minutes before closing time… Well this is that place. don’t go by the store Hrs on Google. they close whenever they simply feel tired smh
Some of their merchandise are literally open and no good and they still try to sell. I dont like the idea of having the guy who always stand by the door stalk me/follow me around the store to make sure I dont steal or something. Im a loyal customer and its really annoying. I pay for my items. I dont believing in stealing!!!
I had an awesome experience. Empress was helpful. The wig selection was great and I left with 2 wigs. Will definitely come back and shop again.
They’re selling virgin hair that is actually synthetic in HD packages. The owner refused to let me return with packaging and receipt and it was not used. Poor Experience.
Absolutely the most well kept beauty supply store Ive ever seen in the bronx. Ill go out of my way to get here if I need beauty supplies. Never crowded and a huge variety of everything!
I drive from Upper Westchester down to the Bronx to shop at this Beauty Supply store. Their prices, products and service are worth it. Headed there today to restock up on products.
The only beauty supply store I go to now. Wide variety of products, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Makeup selection is good too... lots to choose from

Dont waste your time manager is very nasty. Allows you to exchange only and the gives you a hard time to exchange the item.

2022-02-26Highway robbery. Almost $200.00 for a wig that’s not even a lace front but instead, a lace CLOSURE. The quality of the hair isn’t even that good to be charging that amount in a beauty supply store. Any wig that’s not straight had very dry, laughable quality, almost as if they were trying to pull off a synthetic wig and charge it human hair price. Who are they kidding here? A complete rip off. Never coming here again. Disgusting how they overcharge the community.

2021-10-23I have shopped in this store and purchased all types of supplies. Each time I noticed that the African lady with the weave has a nasty vibe. She will keep working on stocking even if she has customers. Many customers get fed up and leave. She deliberately does not help the customers try on wigs or help to pick any hair products. She will point to where it is. Her goal is to get you to leave..She is never pleasant and acts as though she does not have to help the customers. Shes been here for years with her fd up attitude. She does not like her job. She does not offer help and support to her customers. The wigs and the human hair wigs arent any good either. Better products can all be found on amazon. JENNIE YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS. THAT LADY HAS A NASTY ATTITUDE. ALL BLACK AMERICAN AND WEST INDIAN and you dont hire any. Yet you have this one with a nasty attitude. We can all go else where. As for me. I will.Buy on Amazon or co op city or mt. Vernon.

2021-10-28A great hair selection and cute colors are available for extensions. Workers are polite and helpful! I was searching for kinky hair extensions and they have had a wider selection than other stores that meet my needs! Keeping this location in mind for future purchases 😄💕

2021-02-09Second time going to this establishment and tho the wig section is fully stocked... service was not great. The 1st time shopping the sales lady was very rude. I understand due to covid some supplies arent allowing customers to try on the wigs on display but if there isnt a sign stating so then how are customers suppose to know not to even touch them. I asked the lady to bring out one that was on display in another color so I can see the color I originally wanted and once she brought the package out she said if touch the box you buy it. SMFH!! Even asking questions about the quality of the hair seemed like it was a nuisance to this lady..Needless to say I rather take my money elsewhere.

2020-01-01I absolutely love this place. I have a tendency of looking things up on Amazon anywhere I go for electronics, makeup and toiletries just to make sure I’m not paying more than what’s in front of me. 98% of the items at Feel Beauty are priced so good, I don’t have to order on Amazon. (This is my little trick that even Best Buy reps knew and they’d leave me alone unless I asked for assistance lol)The hair and wig section is spaced and stocked very well and there’s always someone there to assist with the lace fronts, etc.I would say the Gun Hill location has so much more than the one in Pelham Manor, nevertheless I’m very happy to see multiple stores opening up.I don’t know what I would ask to add or change just yet, but when I do, my review will be updated.

2019-04-20Staff is helpful. They have a huge selection of product. It’s always clean and organized. And there is a parking lot. They have many mini version of products as well which is great if you want to try before buying the regular size product and it going to waste. If your in the Bronx and need hair product, this is your one stop shop.

2021-01-02They have a lot of products especially wigs but no one shows you anything. The lady told me if I see something I like let her know and she will get it. It was a bad experience. No trying on any wigs.

2017-10-17I will never shop at this store ever again and i will advise my friends and family to do so as well. I was racially profiled because of my skin color. My girlfriend and i was shopping for hair supply. We was followed all around the store by the security guard. I told the manager that i felt uncomfortable about the situation. He did not show any sense of remorse. He could careless about my shopping experience.

2016-12-16Me & my GF were regular customers here. She spends a lot of $$$ on her hair & has spent a lot of money in this store buying hair from them.Their policy is no cash back & on top of that they issue store credit by writing it on the back of a business card. I was very surprised that a store of this size issues credit like this. After issuing us a $50 store credit on a business card, we could not find it less than a week later. After discussing this with the manager(Chinese male) he remembers issuing the credit, but not the dollar amount. He stated that his cameras and register had no way to verify that $ amount & therefore he cant do anything. Basically he did not care and was not willing to work with us even though he remembered issuing the credit.I would of accepted a discounted credit of $25 or $20 b/c we lost their business card, but instead we got nothing. Even after stating that we come here all the time & were there to buy over $100 worth of hair we still got nothing. So we left.Terrible customer service for regular customers that have spent $100s of dollars in your store.
