Very pleased and consider this pharmacy a 5 stars. The staff is very very helpful, polite, and respectful. I like how neat and clean it is. Also the various items that they have. Literally everything for your everyday somethings. My every visit have been smooth and pleasant. Definitely recommend. Hands down.

Great pharmacy to get your medication from. The staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Cashiers Leo and Alyssa are great. Front Supervisor Jordan is very helpful he makes sure you get what you need or will go the extra mile. Love these people

Great staff, Feel Good Pharmacy makes me feel as if they are part of my family. Always offering help as soon as i need it. Their friendly staff will answer any questions you might have, The delivery personal are very respectful and professional. Over all a 5 star from me. And i disagree about the racist part, have you seen how mix the staff is? And i have been going there for a few years now nd seen the way they treat everyone and i have to say everyone has been treated with the same respect and courtesy no matter their race.

Was vert pleased with the service given in this pharmacy. Cashier was very welcoming and Alyssa was very helpful in the pharmacy section as well as the supervisor Jordan which they introduced themselves very politely and helped me get just exactly what i needed. Thank you very good staff in there highly recommend shopping here.

I walked in to get a few things and was immeaditately greeted by the cashier and the manager Jordan who helped me a lot. Super nice and helped me get everything on my list.I was in and out of the store within minutes. I recommend this pharmacy !!!

Only giving one star because you cant give no stars. The pharmacist profiled me from the very beginning of my interaction with his tech. I asked for a pack of 10 syringes and before I told the tech the size they said they dont have any. Which I replied you dont have any sizes available? The tech told me no. I then said very politely that what they were doing is wrong that they were profiling me the pharmacist then claimed he never saw me to profile me when in fact him and I made eye contact when the tech told him what I was asking for . I work have my own apartment pay my bills and have very sick people in my family and dont need to be lied to and profiled because I have a tattoo on my arm... Shame on to u people for profiling you never know the pain someones in or the sickness they have around them

This pharmacy should really get Zero STARS based on the people running it NOT the employees (Employees get FIVE STARS). I had the worst customer service with Pharmacist Debbie. Her explanation for being unable to fill my narcotics prescription was inconsistent and unprofessional. She spoke to me as if I was dumb maybe thats what she thinks of us Bronxinites but shes WRONG!! I have over 20 years working in customer service in various settings including Pharmacy Tech for Kings Pharmacy and CVS and have been employed in my current job for 18 years handling Federal high level complaints for Verizon Telecomunications. So its safe to say I know about customer service. As someone how use to assist in filling prescriptions I just dont see how you would reprocess a prescription after you informed the customer you were not going to be able to. I had to contact my insurance and they informed me that indeed it was filled yesterday, the same exact date that the Pharmacist supposedly could not fill my prescription. Debbies (Pharmacist) explanation to me after rambling about not having enough pills to fill the prescription due to lack of supply was insufficient and her tone was INSULTING AND CONDESCENDING!! The question was Why did you fill out the prescription after you said you could NOT!! So you ramble on about lack of supply??! I swear it took everything in me to keep my composure. To the FEEL GOOD OWNERS! If she is the actual supervisor for the entire store as she stated she is not up for the job if she was she would have had more patience, consideration and empathy for me as a customer instead of acting like she didnt have the time or patience to deal with an annoying customer She has nerve! Ive seen my fare share of mom and pops stores go out of businesses because of poor customer service, poor management and inconsistent guidelines basically doing under handed business. I strongly suggest you revise your policies and implement them starting with your Pharmacist. As of today you will NEVER have my business or anyone I know. I refuse to give you my money. Or like Debbie said I dont need the $4 dollars from your insurance. SO THEN YOU DONT NEED BUSINESS! Keep in mind the only way your business will thrive is with good customer service and management that actually cares for the well being of their customers. Im in massive pain on my way back to the Pharmacy for the SECOND time today Thanks for nothing! So much for FEEL GOOD what a JOKE!! My second trip in one day with no meds in my system can you imagine the pain?!?!?!

As a longtime customer I should have never been a victim of discrimination at this pharmacy by Ms. Blanca- Tech including and the 2 females handling The OTC products I was try to purchase. I was denied to purchase products from this location Feel Good Pharmacy because of my skin color being black. This incident happen on or about October 1, 2018 No Words can describe how I was treated by the staff members Unethical behavior, This location is in violation of NYC Consumer affair law § 20-700 Unfair Trade Practices which is Prohibited. Feel Good Pharmacy depriving me the right as a customer to make a purchase because of my skin color is black and this company needs to be investigate for Discriminatory Business Practices.
