I called in a panic due to a clothing moth issue in my closet. Donna immediately made me feel better and reassured me that she could help. The clothing came back looking amazing and Donna was kind and compassionate throughout. There is such a fantastic quality of work in addition to family-like feeling at Feigenbaum Cleaners in Wilton, NY. Its truly one-of-a-kind. Thank you!!

I have had my shirts laundered, with starch and pressed. every time they are done properly and to perfection. Any missing buttons have been replaced without hesitation (refreshing)!!The pickup and delivery are seamless and the computerized program is problem free AND the girls who are on the desk are always helpful and pleasant. THANK YOU !!!

Absolutely so overpriced its unbelievable. They are over double the price for a simple blanket cleaning and a week out. I ended up going to Roxy and it only took 1 day and $20 instead of $50

A great dry cleaner with accurate mens trouser alterations. Plus, the young lady in the picture makes it her business to memorize as many of the customers faces and names as possible.Outstanding, pleasant service, with seasonal specials. Give them your email address; youll be glad you did !

WARNING. If you value your property DO NOT let Terry the seamstress here touch it. I brought in my deceased mothers dining room table cloth and personally asked her to cut in half and sew back length wise to make it draperies. She cut it horizontally. . I returned expecting a simple apology and plan to salvage my sentimental piece and move on . Instead I got a litany of rudely versed excuses. “You told me to cut it that way”, “the width IS the longest length””You should have pinned it”. Then she walked away. I am still in a state of shock over the treatment I received after she ruined this special piece to me. This review in no way reflects on the cleaning services here, just this seamstress. Hopefully this long time established business can find someone who is a better ambassador for them

I had a brand new USMC hooded sweatshirt that had a very small tear in the cuff the seam. They stiched it up with a different color thread . Will never do business with them again. Very unprofessional!

I took my sons hiking/camping jacket in for zipper repair. Two different employees handled it and gave me a price quote which was outrageous, but I left it anyway because I wasnt comfortable doing the repair myself. After driving the 40 miles home, I received a call from a frantic employee who said the coat smelled of fire and I had to come get it right away. She said it was stinking up the place and contaminating all the clothes. By the way she was acting on the phone, you would have thought she found a vial of ebola virus in the jacket pocket. I wasnt about to drive 80 miles to retrieve it that day so I went down on Monday. It was hanging right with all the other clothes with a big note attached that said to keep it away from all the other clothes. I was treated like I had cooties. Very unprofessional!This is a follow up to Mr. Feigenbaums response: of course your employee isnt going to admit to how she spoke to me. Does stinking up the place sound professional to you? Your tailor handled the jacket while I was there. If it was so awful, why didnt she refuse it on the spot? And your employee did not offer to clean it. She said I had to clean it and then said it would have to be ozoned before you would repair it and that would cost me an additional $25 on top of the $46 for the zipper.
