Tyriese assisted me in finding the perfect every day black bag via virtual assisting. He was patient and sent me detailed info with photos with NO pressure. When it arrived I was skeptical seeing it was a big purchase at final sale but I trusted his judgement and LOVED IT! Five stars for customer service.

Friendly SA’s and excellent customer service provided by Martin. I was greeted by Martin from cash wrap as I walked inside and dispensed hand sanitizer on my hands during COVID-19. I had zero feelings of paranoia, which is huge in high end shopping. From the exterior the store seems like it would be small from the outside and may have a small men’s section. It may be narrow set, but believe it or not there are three rooms full of merchandise; the back was dedicated to men’s collections. I found my way to the back and came across a few SLGs of interest to me. Martin made is way to the back as he was occupied with retrieving shoes for another client, but shortly after he came to my assistance. I asked to see multiple card holders/wallets, and asked him if they had new ones stocked in case I didn’t want one in the case with any imperfections. He has the most patience I have ever seen in any retail store, seriously. Eventually I couldn’t decided between a few card cases and was debating if I even wanted any of them. He pulled out another few, including a leather pouch that had my name all over it. Suggestive selling is a big deal in retail, and Martin delivered. I ended up purchasing the pouch/wristlet and was very happy walking out the door! He will have a conversation with you if you desire, but won’t if you don’t want to. We talked about fashion and what my favorite designers were, also giving me product knowledge of Fendi designs of the wallets I was debating on. 10/10, ask for Martin when coming here! Also, when shopping in the luxury outlets in the Tuscan region of Italy, the Fendi service abroad is quite comparable to here, especially considering being a foreigner to the Italians. Shocked to see they know what customer service is all about. Most top designers have rude, judgmental staff. My experience here and in Italy say otherwise.Update: April 2022-Tyriese is phenomenal. He has all the pep of a greeter, and all the product knowledge of an SA. Today I bought a men’s peekaboo crossbody belt bag 2-in-1 that stood out the second I walked to the back. Best service and when they didn’t have a box, he innovated and made two bags kinda turn into one haha!

I went with my friend and she got a beautiful green suede bag. The sales associate that helped her told her that there is lifetime warranty, as all of their products do and she could get the bag cleaned at any other Fendi location anytime she needed to. However, when we went to Fendi Manhasset to inquire about bag cleaning, the associate there told us that they do not offer those services and their products do not have lifetime warranty. We called other stores and they told us the same thing. It seems a little misleading and while we shouldnt be complaining because while we got a good bag for a discount, it was still a hefty price.

I always have a lovely experience visiting here. The team members are friendly and know when to give you space or to engage and provide some info. The store is nicely laid out and generally has a nice variety of product and better markdowns compared to hunting online sales.

Uneducated employees. Even with a clear service dog harness, one female employee tells me to carry the “pet”. Told her it’s a service animal, and she does not acknowledge and gives me the “suspicious/confused” look with two hands up (the “oh ok whatever” gesture) and try to just walk away. I clearly saw the look so when I asked what’s up with the attitude, of course she denied.If you missed seeing the harness on the service animal and are corrected later, usually you apologize or say “oh I see, I didn’t see that” “I understand”. But nope. Just rude and unprofessional. Maybe they will finally learn the lesson of training their employees properly after getting multiple complaints or perhaps sued. Will never go back to this shop again.

Amazing clothing. If u have some money to spare, i highly recommend this store. The designs can be a little flashy but if you like that then this is one if the stores to shop in. Its a great store and. Its has a nice signature touch to it

I visited the store on 11/22 and encountered the RUDEST EMPLOYEE! He was clearly angry and did not want to be at work. Definitely a top 5 experience of the worse shopping experience!

Superb customer service at this store. The male staff who helped with our purchase was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Prices are what youd expect from outlet stores. The store is kept tidy despite the constant stream of people.
