Waitress was nice but food was horrible 1st try boneless wings were cold second try wrong sauce, dry and hard. Ate but will never be back. And if that was 1 pound Id be shocked
First time, seated promptly for lunch, Lisa is very sweet & sociable, efficient with taking food orders and serving promptly.For the price, the quesadilla is alright, but the brownie sundae is the bombe, served on sizzling hot cast iron housed on a wooden plate.Will return for many more lunches.
Had an absolute amazing experience there. We were unsure if we should even go because it was crowded but we were seated relatively quickly and our server was a great guy, he was attentive and made sure we were set all the time. The food was great and we felt like the prices were comparable to other brick oven pizza places. We sat right next to the kitchen area which is wide open but we didnt see any kind of issues popping up. The managers or owners were very hands on there expediting orders and managing the staff. I would definitely come back and cant wait to get some more of their pizza!Thanks guys for a wonderful dinner experience!

What an awesome place! Ian, who took the time to show my daughter how he was making the pizzas was so kind and patient.Gretchen, our waitress, was so sweet and made sure we were all well taken care of.The food was amazing too! Came in for lunch today. Sat at the bar. Bartender / waitress seemed new and was clearly in the weeds. Were okay with that and can be patient, but when the manager came in and dressed her down things got uncomfortable. Dont know the circumstances. but discipline should not happen in front of customers.
Really slow. Not to be rude but the service was horrible. The waitress was just sitting there talking to the cook, which was also doing nothing, along with two other waitresses. Just a lack of effort. Ok good though.
The food was pretty good. The atmosphere was very nice too. The drinks..wow very strong and on point!
We had quick and friendly service for a Friday evening. The food was all hot and fresh and well-prepared. The drinks were good (but a little expensive). Not the quietest atmosphere, since its got an open-air setup, but good for a casual sit-down meal.
Had Wood Fried Chicken Wings for appetizers cook crispy they were delicious. Had Chicken Cutlet Sandwich also delicious. Erica are server was very responsive and pleasant. Would Highly Recommend Ferrari.
We ordered 1 pizza, 2 dozen wings, and an eggplant appetizer and it came to $70. Way too expensive for PIZZA. Also was given the wrong time for pickup. food tasted great thought
The food was excellent but the service was outstanding. Gretchen was the waitress that served us with timeliness and a smile with every time she came to our table. She was very busy but never stopped from taking care of us even though she had many customers. I believe she could be a 5 star waitress at any of the top restaurants in New York . We are from Texas and I can assure you she would be one of the best in any 5 star restaurants.
Very very disappointed !!I called my order in an hour ahead of going to pick it up. When I got to Ferrari’s my pizza order was not ready. I was told it would be 5 more minutes. After waiting over 20 minutes, I asked again if my order was ready. The hostess checked and told me it would be a few more minutes. When my pizza was finally brought to the hostess station, I checked to make sure the order was correct as I always do when picking up a pizza.This pizza that I waited an additional 25 minutes for was UNDER COOKED to the point where it almost looked RAW.I told the hostess that the pizza looked under cooked and asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager on site. I let the hostess know we would never be returning to eat here.The hostess was delightful, attentive and very apologetic, and I really appreciated her attention to our under cooked pizza, but with no manager on site, her hands were tied as to what she could do for us.She offered to take my name and number and have someone call us, but I wasn’t interested in hearing their excuses.We will not be returning to eat at Ferrari’s Pizza Bar in Webster at Bay Town Plaza !!

We ordered a country sweet with chicken and it was really good! My son had a white pizza and it was a bit bland but still pretty good. We also got bruschetta and it was a bit pricey for the quantity. Would I go again? Maybe..
Terrible place for delivery, I do not recommend them. You can wait up to 50 minutes for an accordion and they dont answer calls.👎👎👎
The calamari was over cooked and mostly pieces of crust all broken up very tasteless.Pizza left a lot to be desired. Again tastelessWay over priced and food less than fair. The service was good. The only thing I can say anything good about.I was telling a friend at market today and he was in East Rochester location last he also complained. Hers the skinny. You lot two customers in one night in two different locations
I love the food and atmosphere at the Webster location. I love that I see Erica almost everytime I go in, she has been there when others have come and gone. She is always upbeat and friendly and takes care of us! Not sure who the cook is but the food is better than ever.
Love this place! Great drinks and the wood fired pizzas are amazing! Have been here numerous times and have had the same great waitress every time. I think that says a lot! Even if its busy they are really quick too. The interior is based on Ferrari and theres even one sitting on a lift in the dining room! Pretty cool! When its nice they also have outdoor seating. Looking forward to going back soon!
Food choice are great. Prices are high but i have always enjoyed going there.
Very poor quesadillas ask for chicken quesadillas they serve me cheese quesadillas for $20.00 how bout that easy money first and last time they dont have personal pizza so i wasnt able to try it God Bless America
So far my experience with this place is amazing. I went on Tuesday which is when they offer 50 cent wings. Their pizza is very good. Their wings are spectacular, perfectly crispy, sauces are great, and they come with the best bleu cheese sauce I have ever had. Their french fries are different but they chew nice and are really, really flavorful. Customer service was great, waiters always asking if you need a refill.

I cant really comment on the food as we never got seated. Waited about 10 minutes at the door until someone came and told us it would be 5 more minutes. The place did not look at all full or busy. After 10 more minutes we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
Food was great and would have given more stars but service was terrible. Waitress never came back after taking our order except to bring the bill. No one asked about drink refills, how the meal was or if we wanted dessert. Very disappointed .

Pizza is very good. The dough, the sauce, the cheese and pepperoni all were flavored the way we like it. Wings were nice and crispy and had good flavor as well.
Great pizza with so many options including build your own. Staff was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Was a great atmosphere all around. Very nice place to get back out to after all the closings. 10 out of 10!!!!
Garlic parmesan boneless wings, not so good. Waitress never asked how they were. Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 had the wrong base sauce and missing a topping. Waitress didnt come back to ask how things were going until my son had almost finished his pizza. Cheese pizza was fine. Nothing stellar. Had to ask for drink refills, and only 1 out of the 3 of us were refilled.At the end, when we were asked if we would like boxes, we mentioned we did not like the boneless wings, and they did take them off the bill. I appreciate them asking why we did not like them. That helped a lot in my book.
Found it by mistake and it was a great adventure. Nice decor and very tasty food. My wife and I Had wedge salad and make your own PIZZA. Yummy ! Will come back with friends. Hostess wad very friendly and helpful.
The pizza was good. The thin fries are hard to cook right, its a 50/50. Some are ok some are overcooked. The bread for the cheese steak is simply not the right choice. Its too thick. Too hard. More experimenting needed on that front. Good vibe overall.
Had a good time here tonight and so did my son. Food came out pretty fast and was delicious. Nice environment and everything looked clean including the restrooms. Overall a good experience and definitely plan on going back at some point.
The food itself was very good although a bit on the pricey side. We issue first came however when being seated. We arrived at 5:30 and the hostess seating us told us they needed our table at 7 for a reservation. While this seemed a bit off being told how long we had for our meal, we were not planning on being there for that long anyways so didnt give it much thought at first. We quickly placed our orders but did not get our food until an hour after arriving at 6:30 however, so now had to hurry eating our actual meal after the long initial wait for the food since we were told we had to be done by 7.
Terrible food. I had been excited to try Ferrari for months and I was extremely let down. The food was tasteless. The wings were cooked fine but had almost zero flavor. The pizza was horribly overpriced as well as tasteless. To add insult to injury our food took over half an hour to reach the table and the restaurant was not at all busy.
Well where do I start. Placed an order for pick up. I was right on time. Ordered 2 pizzas and an order of buffalo wings. Pizzas came out right away. But had to wait 2o minutes for the wings. I get home, BOTH pizzas are cold AND one of the pizzas is a wrong order! I open the wings, NO SAUCE OR BLEU CHEESE. So, spoke to manager. Very very apologetic and was MORE THAN GENEROUS WITH REIMBURSEMENT. THANK YOU! They do have GREAT FOOD THO. EVEN COLD, WRONG ORDER AND NO SAUCE, ITS STILL DELICIOUS!
The pizza was great. Reminded me of old school NY style.Edit:I changed my review to 5 star because the server was very empathetic after she noticed my girlfriend crying due to her old cat being euthanized. And she brought us 2 cannolis. I will definitely return.
The food was good. Only problem is I ordered a kids pepperoni pizza for my 4 year old and it came out with the spiciest pepperonis Ive ever tasted. Dont get me wrong, great pizza, but dont serve that to a 4 year old.
6pm on a Monday and it was like walking into a nightclub. Loud unedited rap music playing. Ordered a pizza, it wasnt busy, and it came out cold and looked like our had been sitting out all day. By far the worst experience i have had since covid.

Was extremely unsatisfied yesterday when I ordered the Lipari pizza. It was supposed to be only drizzled from top but instead the slices were soaked and floating. I don’t think I will visit the pizza place again given this experience.

Strange atmosphere, couldn’t tell if I was in a pizza shop, by a kids indoor race track, or at a fast food joint. Pizza was okay, not turned in oven so one side was browned and the other was still doughy. Not sure it’s worth the trip or expensive price tag.
Should have had the pizza. Instead I ordered thy he fish tacos. Worst I ever had. Rubbery tortilla served plainly with bland mahi mahi, topped with some cold slop. The pizza looked great. Likewise the philly steak sandwich looked delicious. Noisy atmosphere. Tables a bit small to accommodate food, giant napkin holder and large condiment tray (which no on at our table used) so wished theyd pare that down or take it away.Next time pizza!

I was very excited about trying this place, but will not return. Lets start with the positive. Sat down right away, drinks received right away, server friendly as can be, food decent. Now for the negatives. May I suggest paying very close attention to when and what you order. We were in there prior to 7pm and were told some of the appetizers (tapas) were on special for $6 instead of regular price of $11. However when we received our bill, the prices were at normal price. When we questioned it, we were told that since the order was entered after 7pm they couldnt give us the special price even though our server had clearly explained to us what items were on special. They couldnt go back into the order once closed out to change any prices, which Ive been to millions of restaurants in my lifetime and I know for a fact that has been done many times. Our offer of apology was a $15 gift card or free dessert. We werent planning on returning so we took free dessert...cannolis, normally on the menu for $5 a piece. Who in their right mind buys. Cannoli for $5? Not even bakeries sell cannolis for $5 each.Next, one cheese pizza, no toppings, cost $20! Menu says $16, one sauce, one cheese, 2 toppings. Extra cheese $2. A large pizza with toppings doesnt even come close to that cost. Our total bill was over $100 for 2 drinks, 2 appetizers that were supposed to be half price, and 3 pizzas and $20 each. For pizza!! Our problem was not paying extra close attention to how expensive one pizza cost plus all the extras. We learned our lesson quickly. If we had known better, only one pizza wouldve been ordered for all 3 of us. Food was decent, but definitely not worth the prices. The prices are way too high for pizza when there are many delicious pizza places around here. Steep prices pay for fancy cars on display in and outside.
Pizza was good, mozzarella tower was pricey for the amount, the wrap was excellent. The waitress was MIA for most of the evening. Heard she was new, so I will be back again

2021-07-24First time here and the atmosphere was laid back and everyone was so nice. The pizza and wings came out perfectly. I was so happy there were boneless. We tried the Spicy Ferrari Pizza and Country Sweet/Hot wings, so delicious. But I wish there were more flavor in the crust.The take out box is also really beautiful. They are a little bit expensive, but worth the try!Will return soon to try the other options on the menu.

2022-07-20Update: I was able to speak with the GM who was awesome and made it right. 5 stars to the GM, and food. 2 stars to the situation happening at all……Walked in with a $100 gift card. Walked out with a $100 unwanted charge on my credit card. Apparently the new system doesn’t work with their private gift cards currently. Wish we would have been made aware prior to ordering or at least a sign in the door. Food was delicious.

2022-06-13Pizza was good, not great. Boneless chicken wings were good. Customer Service, horrendous. Most of the girls had a bad body language, never smiled at us or to other customers entering the restaurant (we were seated close to the entrance).Drinks were not refilled, not enough napkins, wings order was messed up. No apology, long faces. Never again!

2022-07-03I cant speak for all the locations but the quality of their food at the Webster location is wildly inconsistent. WILDLY. Ive been about 10 times. When its on, its ON - good flavor, good service, and chill atmosphete.But when its bad, its truly AWFUL - pizza so burnt its not really edible but they serve it to you anyhow; bottoms of pizza with so much pan/oven char that you all you taste is dirty oven; fried eggplant stacks that taste like fish rather than eggplant; and dirty tableware.Of the 10 times Ive been, at least 4 have been terrible overall and 1 or 2 had something off about them.

2022-03-05Food was completely bland. Train your cooks how to properly season food. Pizza was like cardboard. Calamari was less than flavorful....and dont serve it with a side of pizza sauce. So tomato-based that it made it taste even worse. Very disappointing dining experience, food wise.

2021-05-08Definitely enjoy the warm atmosphere here! I order the white pizza Kuskin, and wood fire wings. I also order a house wine. The food is good, I would say the pizza is cooked perfectly, I just wish it had more flavor in the crust and that the crust had a brushed oil flavor on it. Wings and the pizza needed salt and pepper. But other than that I would definitely come back and try another pizza, maybe a red one.

2022-05-22Food is decent. My veggie based pizza lacked flavor and toppings but my dinning partners meat pizza was delicious. Seems like the simple pizzas need better seasoning or ingredients to make it really stand out. Main reason for the low score is the slow service. The waitresses are just standing around. No one came over after the hostess sat us.I watched a couple come in who knew the owner. Of course they received prompt service. I understand how that goes but when you have a table thats been waiting 15+ mins, its a bad look.Just as we were standing up to leave, a server finally ran over. After the food was delivered and we ate, it took another 15 mins for someone to come over.While we were waiting another table came to the hostess station trying to pay their bill so they could leave. Guess their server was missing as well.They need to hire a better team. Willing to try again but itll be take out only.
