It was one of the best experience of vehicle shopping that I had with Blaine. He helped me with my decisions and guided me through with what they had available. I ended up with a sweet F150 and couldnt ask for any more. Ive received compliments with my new ride already.I went to two different dealerships prior to stopping by at Ferrarios (on the same day). I had an appointment with the first dealership and it was a waste of time. The salesman did not acknowledge my needs or what I was looking for. So I left the dealership and went to the next one. At the second dealership, no one seemed to be around to offer assistance. So I left there and Ferrarios happened to be the next one as I was getting ready to head back home. So I stopped by in to see what they had available. Fortunately enough, Blaine was available and eager to provide his services. After a few moments of friendly chats and making everything welcoming, he started to select some trucks that they had available that met my needs. After a couple of visits, I purchased a truck and am very happy with the outcome. On the day of the purchase, he had almost everything set up and ready to go including the dreaded paperwork.A huge shoutout to Blaine for his expertise and assistance!
Blaine Morehouse was great to work with I needed a new/gently used car within a week, which is a bit challenging with the car shortages. Blaine found a 2020 Ford Edge that was perfect. The sale was easy. The staff at Ferrario worked with me to review a myriad of finance options until we found a good solution that was affordable to me. Everyone was supportive and made this a great experience.
We had such an amazing experience with Ferrario Ford. Nick at the Elmira location, did such a fantastic job answering our many questions and numerous phone calls, as we made a 10hr trip from Southern WV to make a purchase. He was very polite and beyond helpful. They made the paperwork a breeze and did everything they could to make our purchase the best buying experience we have ever had. In 2015 we were shopping for a new truck for my husband. After visiting both GM and Ford dealerships, we liked the Ford F150 best. We worked with salesman Blaine Mourhess for this purchase. Even though we had a mix up with receiving the actual ordered truck, Blaine went out of his way to remedy the situation very quickly to complete our customer satisfaction. Over the first years of ownership, Blaine was always available to respond to questions or concerns we had. He treated us like he would if we were his family. In 2018 we decided to buy a lease vehicle for me. We went directly to Blaine for help for two reasons: we trusted him and we had never leased before. Fantastic experience with Nick Ramsey (salesman). Just purchased my 2021 Ford Expedition and couldnt be happier. I contacted Ferrario via Internet Request and was quickly contacted by Nick. Nick and I did everything over email, within a couple hours of initial contact. Once I provided Nick with all the requested details, I was received a swift response with a very detailed, fair and competitive quote. I just bought a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer from Ferrario Ford. Jonathan was my sales man and he make the whole process painless and quick. We knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and the price/packages were the best at Ferrario. The whole process on pick up day took about 1.5 hours. One of the important part to me is the service after the sale. Jonathan made sure to follow up with me after about 10 days to make sure I was liking the vehicle or if he could do anything for us. Blaine, who handles commercial business, knew exactly what I wanted and made arrangements to get my truck completely set-up to suit my needs. I bought my second new vehicle from Don at Ferrario because I had such a great experience the first time.This time I bought a new Jeep. It had 8 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. I have driven the Jeep to Philadelphia for doctor appointments due to a kidney transplant. I have 23,000 on it as of today.I went last week to get my oil changed at quick lube and they told me I needed new tires. I called Don today and he said well how many miles are on it? I told him and his reaction was dramatic. He said oh since September, thats a lot of milesSo, because Im a woman, I dont know how long the life of tires should be?Then he told me that they would have helped me if they were under warranty. Warranty? Thats all you got for me? The car obviously had a problem when I drove it off the lot.Needless to say, this will be the last vehicle I buy from Don and his team. I will not be recommending ferrario again to any of my network.Thanks for nothing, not even a recommendation.
Dealership wastes potential customers time. I got phone call stating they got an ev mustang in. I was told I could stop in to drive it on monday(friday). I drive down there Monday and they let me look at it but could not drive it cause springs compressed. Said stop back next day to drive. So I do and they tell me that I cant drive it cause they sold it to another dealership for way over msrp. Thays great for you guys but you had my number......you could of called to let me know. Instead I have almost 60 miles wastes driving back amd forth to your shop. Will never buy a Ford after this.......thanks ferrario!
We have been working with Blaine. He was more than helpful in guiding us through the car leasing experience, not having done it before. The trade in value of my Explorer was very fair. There was no back and forth trying to negotiate the price. In fact, he was within. 88 cents of the final monthly payment. AWESOME. We will be back!!👍
I recently traded in an f150 for an explorer. 2.5 years ago, nick sold me the truck and it was a seamless no pressure experience. I was very happy nick was there when I went back to trade. Again, an excellent, simple transaction! Highly recommend asking for Nick if your in the market for a vehicle! Guys like this are removing the stigma of pushy car salesmen! I’ll see Nick when I go to trade when the time is due.

We purchased a Ford Edge this week through Tom Ciccotti who exceeded our expectations. We had consulted with Tom a short time ago what our criteria was for upgrading. Tom took our needs to heart and kept looking. He didn’t waste our time on vehicles that didn’t meet our needs and when he found what we were interested in, he called, we test drove it and bought it the same day. This was my first time buying a vehicle from Ferrario Ford Lincoln and had a great experience! Everyone that we dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable! The salesman, Tom Ciccotti made the effort to make sure that everything that could be done ahead of time was taken care of. My wife and I are now semi retired and plan on seeing a lot of our wonderful USA. We went out west I September and had a blast but our 2016 Expedition was just a bit too small. We ended up purchasing a 2020 Chevy Suburban that we thought would meet our needs however, just after one month we realized we’d made a mistake.First off, I’ve been had multiple back and hip surgeries and no matter how much I wanted the Chevys seat to be comfortable, it wasn’t. Secondly, the back up camera appears to be a generation 1 and lacked clarity during the day and was worthless in the evening, when you especially want a great backup camera do to the size of the vehicle. Third, for a traveler, there were very few cubbies within reach of the driver, yes there was a large console but who wants to drive down the road at 70 mph and have to constantly lift the top to a console to get things. These and other things led us to go back to our tried and true Ford.The only reason we bought the Chevy is that it was one of the only high end large SUV we found that had all the options we wanted but had no sun roof. Do to my medical issues, I must sit straight up and close to the steering wheel, which means my head is much higher than someone else whom might be driving the same vehicle. My local Ford dealership looked across the state and was unable to locate a Expedition Max that met my needs. The only other option was ordering new and waiting 2 months. This wouldn’t work as our next major trip was in December. Out of desperation, i started to search the internet myself and after a few days located a 2020 Expedition Max at Ferrario Ford in Elmira. Even though the dealership was 2 hours away, I found them and my salesman Tom Ciccotti very easy to work with.I initially called and got connected to Tom in sales and explained the situation. We both agreed that in order for me to have the best chance at getting the most for my month old trade in, that I needed to make the trip to the dealership. To make things more complicated, I didn’t even have the title from the DMV for the Chevy. Rest assured, Tom was easy to work with, I told him what I wanted to pay for the Expedition Max and what I needed to get out of my trade. I knew upfront that I was going to lose money so the thought of breaking even didn’t even cross my mind. A local dealership had quoted me a significant loss, of which I turned down.Ferrario initially gave me a trade in price that was better than the local dealership but not where I needed to be to strike a deal. I told Tom, “I’m too old, too fat and too tired to blow smoke”, so in order for me to strike a deal right now, this s what I need for the trade and what I need to pay for the Max. After some back and forth with management,Tom came back and said we have a deal.I noted there was only one Fob and I needed two, Tom noted everything I said, I put down a deposit and we set the day and time for me to pick up my Max. The purchase was smooth and straightforward and it took a bit but I was provided two Fobs with my used Expedition Max. They even filled up the tank before I picked it up.Even though the dealership was 2 hours from home, the trip was well worth it. My salesman worked hard on my behalf, the dealership worked with me on my trade and the cost of the Max, so what else could you ask for. We have an awesome slightly used vehicle that we love and at the end of the day, we were treated fairly and ended up being $2000 ahead of what the local dealership could do for us.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Ferrario Ford or work with Tom again in the future.
Were buying a new Lincoln Nautilus from Nick Ramsey, and hes so over the top awesome! Hes staying open late to finish the sale, and he has made us the best deal ever! We couldnt be more impressed with Nick and the entire staff at Ferrario Ford-Lincoln. This will definitely not be our last car purchase from him.

Update: 10/13/20 came in to get an alignment on Mustang. Alex and Service Team are the best. They understand customer service coupled with outstanding support.Update: 9/2/20 brought the F150 in due to me screwing up a brake caliper. Alex and the service team solved the problem and installed new rotors and pads all around. They are true professionals, they only laughed a little when I told them what I had done....Seriously they are easy to work with and always keep my vehicles in top shape.
We just bought a new 2020 Escape hybrid. Our salesman was Tom Ciccotti @ Ferrario Ford in Elmira, N Y. He was a great help and very kind. He explained the answer to our questions very well. There was no pressure at all from him. If he didnt know an answer to a question, like if the vehicle could be flat towed, he openendly said he didnt know anything about flat towing. He referred us to the owners manual and a local RV sales person. It was a pleasure working with Tom.

Took my mustang in July 6th to have noises in the rear end diagnosed. Service advisor tells me I have a bad pinion bearing which caused wear and damage to the ring gear. He tells me the repair is covered under warranty and will take approximately 3 days. 3 WEEKS later... that advisor was fired and Im told my vehicle is done. I pick it up and within 30 miles my mustang is WORSE than it was at the start of it all! I bring it back and have to announce that I will be waiting for it in order for anyone to even drive it to diagnose the problem. Im given a loaner car that was covered in muddy paw prints in the back and had glass so greasy that I could barely see. After taking it upon myself to clean and disinfect the loaner Im left in limbo for another 7 days. I have to call and call in order for their to be any forward movement from the service manager. Im told finally that one of the bearings they installed was faulty and will require replacement. This takes another 8 or 9 days. Im told my car should be done on Friday 8/7. No call. Monday 8/10 while working I see my car parked outside looking as if it is finished. Still no call and my car is left outside in a severe storm. 8/11 I recieved a call saying it was complete. When I arrive to discover a whole new staff, I inquire if the technician has performed the break in procedure for a performance vehicle differential or at leastan extended test drive. Im looked at like I have 12 heads and the advisor proceeds to get the fixed operations manager, Ron Samson. Ron argues with me that their shop manual does not indicate a break in procedure and he refuses to accept the Ford pdf of said procedure i show him(which had the technician performed the first time, he would have found the parts defective to begin with) and tells me im not wasting an employees time doing that. I have to challenge him with a lawyer to even get an agreement to have an employee redrive my vehicle. This employee allegedly who owns a mustang and knows them very well tells me shes driven my car 20 miles and its perfect! While this employee was very nice and polite, she was not a certified technician. Im politely shoved out the door. Now here we are my mustang is beginning to make rear end whistling again not 35 miles in and is also covered in acid rain spots that will require extensive paint correction at great cost. 35 total days in service for a 3 day repaie and Im left with an undrivable vehicle with damaged paint work...
I worked with Tom Ciccotti to get the best price for a new F150 XLT. Didnt even know the adjustable break pedal & accelerator height was a thing! Happy to upgrade my Ford Escape 3L V6 engine to the 2.7 L V6 with Ecoboost. No shortage of power there. Very impressive engineering on vehicle & very pleasant sales experience!
I would not give them a whole star. Im 46 years old and this is the worst car buying experience Ive ever had the misfortune to go through. We bought a 2015 mustang over a month ago and it has been in their shop all but three days now for an oil leak. Terrible customer service.And when we call and ask about the car we get the run around and they act like we are bothering them. I definitely wont recommend them.

2022-07-02My daughter lost her car keys, we called Ferrario and was told they could make her a new key for 200.00. We called other places and prices were around 250-280. So we of course used our AAA and had her car taken too ferrario.
