Every single dog daycare in the country should reach out to fetch and catch to learn from F&C. Dan and Mallory have really created one of the best places in earth for dogs to go! We’ve been taking our dogs here since the day they opened and are so grateful at how wonderful it is.
I have never felt so comfortable taking my puppies to a facility as this . The staff is wonderful, friendly makes you feel as though they genuinely love what they do,and my dogs are always happy when arriving and leaving. So glad to have found them. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for boarding, day care and training. I have a groomer that I have used for over 18 years otherwise I am sure I would use their grooming services as well.
We brought our puppy Baylor here today for her first day of daycare. The facility is well maintained, staff are fantastic, and my puppy loved her time there! Really love that they take adorable pictures of the dogs and send a report card home! My dog can’t wait to go back. 5 stars!!!
When friends told me about this place i was worried.. Buddy has been with me since he was 7.5 months old. I was concerned about leaving him.. Yes i am very very guilty of being a helicopter Mom, so the 1st time i dropped him the staff was very professional, very caring and told me i can call anytime to check on him.. The 2nd visit Buddy was dancing and could not wait to get back to his friends and he has been making progress every week, + he is maturing.. thanks to these great people!I cant say enough good things about the staff and their patience.. Buddy is now 2 and has been going all summer... I have no regrets in letting him go and be a Dog and have fun!
Very happy to bring my puppy here for daycare. I have also been working with a trainer at Fetch & Catch, and am looking forward to future classes. Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! So happy there’s such a wonderful facility close to home where I can bring my dogs!
My goldendoodle has been at Fetch n Catch since she was a puppy, almost 6 years ago. Dan, Mallory and the staff are incredible. Without question, when I leave my dog in their care, I know she will be looked after by people that love your dog almost as much as you do. The dogs are well managed in groups and the staff actually works with your dogs during the day to build their understanding of basic manners and skills. I have also taken advantage of boarding and grooming and it is A+. I would highly recommend this business!Lynne J., Clarence, NY
Started taking my puppy here a few weeks ago. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Mocha must have a great time because she comes home and goes right to sleep. The one thing she did need to work on is crate time. It took some time but she adjusted that they rotate them in so all dogs get a ‘rest time’. Which all dogs need 😊
The staff was very pleasant and professional. They were willing to do the nail trim on my 17 yr old Rat Terrier even though shes not a client. When we arrived I told them my dog hates having her nails done and that she is more comfortable if you hold her while doing it. That is just what they did and I had a very calm dog when it was over which is unusual. They bare also doing a wonderful job with my Frenchie who IS a regular client.
Fetch n catch was so helpful, kind and compassionate when we lost our dog in February who they loved on until the very end! Now that we have a new puppy they are helping get him acclimated, trained and adjusted with some extra patience, TLC and attention along with their wonderful words of wisdom! I wouldnt go anywhere else! I know my puppy is loved and cared for and his needs are met!
Fetch n’catch is absolutely amazing. From the kind and courteous staff to the knowledge filled workers, I never have any concern leaving our pup, Nala with them. Whether it’s boarding, daycare, DaySchool, or just training, they’re reliable and awesome! Shoutout to Sam especially for helping us with training Nala from a crazy pup to a well mannered dog!!! Can’t say enough nice things!
Seriously such a great experience. The staff was super welcoming to my boy Sampson. He’s an 11 year old American Bulldog, and the staff handled him fantastically. This was his first time at a professional groomer as we typically bathe him at home, but we wanted to treat him to a spa day and Fetch n’ Catch did not disappoint. He came home happier than ever, met some new fur friends and human friends, and all together we are super happy.
Fantastic experience not just for Nala but us as well. Highly recommend there classes, our trainer was super sweet. Nala is such a different dog in just 7 classes. Our trainer Sam was great, very personable to each of the dogs needs. 5 stars all-around, worth the hour drive to go to them. Thanks again,Nala, Rebecca and Jamie Junn
I was extremely disappointed with both mine and my dogs experience with the operating procedures at Fetch n Catch. I was recommended this place by a neighbor, so I was under the impression this would be a healthy and positive experience for my dog. Unfortunately, that was not the case after his trial day. I was informed after his meet and greet that he was very needy and needed to be more comfortable with being in a crate for a few times a day. I have been trying to work with him on this at home, and tried following their advice more closely, as it was recommended to me in preparation for his trial day. I dropped him off today at 10:45 in hopes he would have a good experience. At 11:35, I received a call saying my dog was having issues being at daycare.Specifically, I was told he had busted through a gate and was overstimulated, while somehow simultaneously he was not engaging with the other dogs and isolating himself due to having bad separation anxiety. This resulted in him having to be put in a crate for an extended period of time all by himself. It was explained to me that he needed to better trained to be able to go to this facility. I was very upset by this because I make it a priority to ensure my dog is not running amok in shared spaces like this, especially in situations with other dogs. He is very polite around new people and LOVES playing with other dogs, so acclimating to new faces cant the big issue, here. Im frustrated with the staff because neither one of us was adequately supported today in ensuring he had a positive experience. I should have been called IMMEDIATELY after the gate incident happened, which was indicated to have happened very soon after I dropped him off. There was no consistency to their timeline of events, which is incredibly frustrating.I wish that this was the end of our unfortunate experience, but no - it continued further after this. By the time I was able to return to pick him up (12:30), he wasnt even in the building, ready to go; I had to wait for someone to go get him. While waiting, I asked to see the main room the dogs were in and I was very disappointed. It was essentially a large warehouse room with canvas dividers and very few things to engage the dogs (i.e toys, obstacles, etc.). In addition to this, my dog - who is medium-sized, but only 11 months - was placed with the larger, older, aggressive dogs without my permission. No wonder he was uncomfortable, he should have been placed with the appropriate age group! Or at the very least, the group of medium-sized breeds. In addition to that, when he was not isolated in a crate, he was kept with about 18 other dogs, which is confusing to me because I was told there would be a 10:1 ratio of dogs to staff within each group, regardless of size. If you have up to **95** dogs on site each day, as I was told there was, then there needs to be a more appropriate level of staff to maintain order with the dogs in their care. While waiting, I asked two different staff members for an explanation as to what happened and, and only got the runaround each time: everyone kept repeating the same gemeric, contradictory stories, and brushed off what I feel are valid concerns. After everything I asked I kept getting an inauthentic response that did not make me feel comfortable. Ever since I brought my dog home he has not been himself: he has been anxious and subdued, and behaving out of character in a way I can only attribute to the treatment he received today. After my experience with this facility I will definitely not be going back, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone else. I am truly disappointed by this unprofessional experience, especially since no manager or person of authority made themselves available to talk to me to ensure everything was resolved
We have been a customer at Fetch and Catch for over 6 years and have utilized their daycare, grooming and training services. Dan, Mallory and their staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. Our Airedales and Golden-doodle receive regular grooming at Fetch n Catch. I am always very pleased with the results and my dogs enjoy their day at the spa!
It’s a relief to be able to leave our dog where he goes to school - he’s familiar with the staff and they take such good care of him. When we’re heading somewhere we can’t bring him - we know he is having fun and we’ll cared for by the staff of Fetch ‘n Catch! Special thanks to Emily for sending pics this visit - it made my day!
Happy 9 years!!!! We have been with you for 6 of them since Koda was a few months old. I would drive across the country just to have Koda go to daycare there. The staff is nothing short of EXCELLENT!!! They’re family and the only ones I trust to care for my girl. She always has a fun time and comes home exhausted. #1 dog facility ever!
My dog absolutely loves fetch and catch daycare. She literally drags me into the building. I love that she’s getting exercise and socializing with other dogs in such a nice environment. Staff are great, facility is really nice, clean, Prices reasonable. I try to get my dog there at-least once a week.
We started our puppy, Ossie, in the Puppy Kindergarten Program when he was 10 weeks old. Coming from a large litter, we knew we wanted him to get back interacting with other pups right away. And as first time puppy parents, we wanted help and support with skills training.Fetch N’ Catch was recommended to us by a friend, who has used their day care, grooming, and boarding services for years. We’re so glad we took her advice! The staff is so friendly and, despite them having so many families coming and going from their facility, you’d never know it. They always recognize our family and our pup by name. The staff and trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive, always willing to answer and questions or concerns we may have.Since graduating from kindergarten, we’ve felt it was a natural transition for our guy to attend day care there on the days we work. Ossie loves going and we know he is stimulated both mentally and physically when he is there. We would definitely recommend Fetch N’ Catch to others!
We have been taking our dog, Wilson, to Fetch n Catch for the last 3+ years, and its one of the best decisions weve ever made for him. The staff are always friendly, personable, and clearly passionate. Their grooming services are among the best for the money, and the indoor facility itself is massive. If youre thinking of checking them out, keep in mind that they can tend to have a relatively long waitlist for certain services, but its worth it.
My little Shih Tzu, Bradley, loves going to daycare at Fetch n’ Catch. He gets excited as soon as we pull in the parking lot. The staff is very kind and always present, I’ve never had to wait for someone when I drop him off. The employees have always been able to answer any questions I’ve had and it’s evident they truly take genuine interest in each dog remembering the names and personalities of them just upon seeing them enter.Something very notable about Fetch n’ Catch is the culture- it is a happy, positive environment. Every staff member I’ve encountered and/or employee I observed interacting with other humans and dogs has been very friendly and happy; seem genuinely happy to be there and like what they do! If you meet the owners, Dan and Mallory, then this special culture will not come as much of a surprise since their energy and passion is infectious.
I was having an issue with my two young Cavapoos, playing roughly with each other. I was extremely concerned that I was missing something and they should not be doing this as roughly as they are. I asked the staff to watch how they play today in daycare and let me know if I needed to do anything to correct this. Jordan told me that they are fine, that they are playing normally for how they are reacting to each other. And other ideas for me. I am so happy to have a team that I can look to for answers to things that I am unsure of. Thank you everyone, you are all the best and Fetch and Catch has been so good to me for 10 years! It all started with Gibbs. They are the best at what they do in WNY. My family all take their dogs here for daycare, etc.
I use the daycare services at Fetch n Catch for my 4 year old Pomeranian mix dog. Everything about them is top-notch and professional. The staff are wonderful, and I feel absolutely secure about leaving my dog with them for the day. I love that they maintain a strict staff to dog ratio and also that they engage the daycare dogs in structured play and games. I highly recommend their services.
We recently started taking our Brodie to Fetch and Catch. He is only 11/2 years old and needed stimulation and playtime with other dogs. He’s met many new friends. He’s happy to go in and happy coming out. The staff is very friendly. They greet Brodie warmly which is important to me. I feel confident that he is in a safe and loving environment. I would highly recommend Fetch and Catch.
Fetch n Catch has been such a wonderful place for my dogs. Ive been taking my dogs here for 5 years now and I truly trust the staff with caring for my dog. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I know my dog will be well cared for here, whether its for a day of daycare or for boarding.
I am very impressed with the staff and facilities at Fetch n Catch. My newly adopted 2 year old boxer Lena attends play group there as well as obedience from Lynn Reece Broderick. Ive even rented the space for my two dogs to romp for an hour. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the facilities very clean, and my dogs love it. Lynn is a great trainer, patient and very down to earth. I will definitely remain a loyal customer and plan to use their boarding service as well. Ive recommended Fetch n Catch to friends and family and will continue to do so.
Have been getting our Havanese groomed here for approx 1 year. I cant say enough great things about our experiences here. From check in, to pick up everyone is fantastic. Gabby always listens to what we are looking for our pup and she always delivers. They do book up fast but from what i described above its no wonder they are booked up.We have used Fetch and Catch for boarding, training, and day care in the past and have had very positive experiences.Highly recommend !
Fetch n Catch is the best doggie daycare facility I could of ever hoped for my dog (Lola) The owners Dan and Mallory have a such a friendly, safe and exciting place to take my dog. The staff that takes care of my dog are so friendly and well trained. The attention and care everyone give my dog is just awesome. I would recommend Fetch n Catch to everyone. Thank you Dan and Mallory for everything you do for my best friend Lola.
Sparky loves Fetch n’ Catch. He goes there for boarding and daycare. Fetch has a large staff and they’re super. They really love animals.Fetch offers many services to keep your pet happy. When you board, your pet is out playing during the day - he’s not stuck in a pen.Sparky has been going for overnights since the pandemic and Fetch & Catch is still super great! They really care. Sparky again gives them 2 paws up and 3 tail wags - he love, love, loves them.❤️❤️
Griffin, our three and a half month old golden retriever has been going about once a week for three weeks now. He absolutely loves it. He gets so excited when we pull in. I love that they give report cards to let us know how his day is. I highly recommend! We originally enrolled him into daycare to get that socialization but now we are putting him in day school because we love it so much!
All I can say is WOW! What a beautiful facility! So comforting to know my dog is in good hands here. No matter what day of the week I go to Fetch and Catch my dog and I are always welcomed with open arms from the amazing staff. The owners Dan and Mallory are always so helpful and always give me positive feedback about my dogs day of play. I love knowing that my dog gets to play at such a clean well taken care of place. He always comes home happy and tired. I highly recommend Fetch and Catch. I would never take my dog anywhere else!
My puppy went through the kindergarten program and it helped tremendously with training. She is incredibly well behaved and I now take her to regular daycare and she loves it. The staff at Fetch N Catch are very friendly and professional. They take great care of all the dogs. I highly recommend this place.
Cant say enough about Fetch n Catch. This place is awesome. Feel very confident every morning when I drop off the dogs that they will be getting the best of care. The ownersand staff are all so friendly and a great group of people. Great for daycare, boarding and grooming. Use all of these services that are offered and very very satisfied.
Fetch n Catch is a wonderful, amazing facility!! They have incredibly patient & friendly staff members who are always there to answer any questions and assist in anything they can. I have rented the pool out for my dog to swim & she loved it! We plan to use their daycare & boarding this month! I also take my dog to Obedience Classes with Lynn Broderick there & she is a phenomenal instructor. She has many years of experience with dogs & it shows, she is very patient and will help you with any questions or concerns you may have!! I highly recommend both Fetch n Catch & Lynn Broderick to anyone who has a dog, you will not find a better facility!!
Great place to get your dog groomed! Our dog always looks great and isnt scared to go there -- always a bonus. The staff are all dog lovers, and it shows. Besides good quality grooming, they offer daycare/doggie play dates, training, and boarding. Theyre conveniently located near the airport too. I highly recommend you check out Fetch n Catch if you havent already.
Disappointed! Took our 2 boxer pups to meet and greet, went Wednesday for daycare. Dogs spent the day in a crate and without interacting with another dog? Was told there were 95 dogs there and our dogs were nervous, we should come on Saturday when its not so busy Sounds like you didnt have time for our boys. Wish you would have been honest from the beginning, would have saved us alot of time and $$$. We want better for our guys!
We go here for doggy daycare and boarding. Every time I call or walk in there, every employee is happy, courteous, and accommodating. There facility is amazing and Daisy loves it there. If you decide to go there, be prepared for your dog to be mellow and sleepy afterwards.Great job Fetch N’ Catch!!!
After they cancelled my grooming appointment twice in a row with the same excuse, I got fired as a customer because I got upset that my dog was going to miss two consecutive grooming appointments. They considered my being upset as being disrespectful to the staff. I have appointments every two weeks, it was going to be 6 weeks between appointments through no fault of my own. The didnt even let me know the second time, they waited until I got there, then let me know she wasnt going to be groomed that day. They have so many clients, they certainly dont need the business, so they really didnt care.
We have taken our Puggle, Cali to Fetch n Catch since she was a puppy (she will be a year old in May). From the owners to the rest of the amazing staff, their passion for what they do is top notch! They really love dogs and care for each. They work so well together and its a joy to drop off and pick up Cali. She loves playing with the other dogs and is tired out when we pick her up at the end of the day. Highly recommend this company!
I always feel comfortable when leaving my two small dogs at Fetch n catch. They run in excited and leave happy. All the people who work at Fetch n Catch seem to truly love their jobs and my babies which are not always well behaved nor easy! We are thrilled to have them attend here.
Our dog, Mickey, a Cavachon, has been coming to Fetch n Catch for years. He loves it!! The daycare and boarding are excellent!! He loves tha doggie pool!! I can’t say enough about the owners and staff. He recently stayed after having surgery and they dealt with the extra issues ( Cone and cast ) with care. Love the extra events they have. Hope to have his picture with Santa taken there this year!!
We can’t say enough good things about Fetch n Catch!!!!! They treat our Charlie and our Max like a family pet rather than just a couple of dogs that go to daycare there! Charlie can’t wait to get there in the morning! Max is attending the day school and is loving all the one on one attention he is getting along with all the awesome things he is learning! They LOVE it and are so eager to see their friends and the wonderful staff at Fetch n Catch! Thank you for everything you guys do for our Charlie and our Max! ❤️
Lynn is an excellent trainer. Not only did she interact well with my dog she was a good role model for me to observe. He fell in love with her instantly and wanted to please her. ( Usually that does not happen do quickly with him.) She taught me how to teach him and his improvements ( gone from being a nipper to a lick only pup) are amazing. The facility was amazing and clean and I loved the things they sell in the gift shop. I recommend this place for anyone who loves to do more with their pup.
My wife and I take our two dogs Remy and Rocco to Fetch and Catch at least once a week and we love it!!! Our dogs are so excited when they arrive and they never want to leave. Dan and Co. take great care of our little guys and we feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in their care. If you are looking for a great place for daycare or boarding then I would highly recommend Fetch and Catch!!!
I attend agility and starter agility classes with Lynn/Pet Works at Fetch n Catch. I was so excited when classes moved there, because the facility is great. My dachshunds have zero interest in swimming, and I dont currently need day care, but it would be my top choice for boarding or day care if the need arose. I have no idea what the review about Lynn (the trainer) shouting was about--her training is all about positive reinforcement and making the experience fun for the dog, never punishment! My only guess is that maybe the person heard people yelling commands to their dogs during agility, as a lot of it is done with the dog at a distance and the handler has to call out commands to the dog while both are running. Regardless, Ive received nothing but positive impressions of the owners of the facility and Fetch n Catch itself, and recommend both the Pet Works classes and Fetch n Catchs services.
I was pleasantly surprised when I started going to Fetch and Catch. For one, I was there for Obedience classes with my BC pup, Sonny Joe. Lynn is a very patient and awesome teacher. She is so pleasant, and the dogs love her.I also had an opportunity to take Sonny Joe for playtime on Saturday morning. This is a great idea, and I dont know of any other place that does this. We had a lot of fun, and I found the session to be VERY well supervised by the staff. They are very much in tuned with the interactions of all of the dogs there, so as to maintain a safe and fun environment.I am on injured reserved for the next month, so I wont be able to return real soon, but I loo forward to it.
Lynn is a great trainer for both dogs and their humans. Having adopted my dog at age 2 without knowing his background has made many challenges in the training process. Lynn has instilled the skills in me which has in turn transformed my once nervous dog into a confident, happy dog.Dan and Mallory have created a beautiful, safe, clean environment. I have also taken my dog swimming there as well. He is new to swimming in a pool which makes him a little nervous. The staff is very encouraging. We plan on going back for more!Overall we are very lucky to have such a great trainer and facility available to us in this area!!!
Buddys been going to Fetch n Catch since he was about months old: for play group, basic training, day care and grooming. Hes so happy and well cared for that he can practically check himself in! I have the utmost confidence in the care hes given and the friends hes made at FetchnCatch and would highly recommend their services!!
We take our yellow lab, Lily, swimming at Fetch n Catch every other week. The facility is beautiful and well maintained...and you cant beat the price for a half hour swim session! Dan and Mallory, along with other staff members weve met, are always very friendly and welcoming. We like Lily is the only dog in the pool, as she likes to have it to herself. (You can have more than one dog in the pool, if you choose.) We also like having the option to rinse Lily off in the self-service dog wash station after her swims, and having the use of the 2 drying stations, supplied with a high power dryer and towels. We have recommended Fetch n Catch to several friends and family members for both their dog play groups and swimming!
My dog is always so excited to go to Fetch n Catch. New Z starts to cry as we drive down the roadway and cries until she is taken away by staff. She also is excited to see me after a half day of doggie day care, which is reasonably priced. She loves her handlers there and has a great time, every time. Thank you so much and God bless.
Super friendly staff, good price! Love that I can text during the day to check on my puppy. Wish they had a camera to watch on their website, but other than that I trust them and will continue to send my goldendoodle to them. Theyre great at confidence building and getting her to socialize!
Can’t say enough about every single person at Fetch n Catch! Our 2 golden retriever boys Oliver & Kooper are treated with amazing care and personal attention. The communication is excellent and we love the social media posts! We are so happy they are back to business!
I have been taking my dog, Adso to Fetch N Catch for both day care and play group for a few months. He loves going there and I have been very happy with both the care and the customer service we have received. The staff is always friendly and genuinely care for the dogs that are in their care. I will and have recommended Fetch N Catch to anyone looking for daycare for their dog.
The staff is always positive and upbeat. Prices are great. They have fun holiday event for the pups that you pay a little extra for and they get special treatment. I bring my dog Taz here and he always happy and tired after. He never leaves with any bruises or cuts. High reccomend!
My Frenchie, Hank, started out at Fetch n Catch’s Puppy Kindergarten program and today he went for his very first day of Daycare. I am so happy with the training and socialization Hank gets at Fetch n Catch. He is always exhausted when I pick him up and sleeps the whole car ride home. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have.
Our dog, Buddy, has been attending the day school since it opened in December. We could not be happier! We love Sam and Meagan! They are so kind and caring and always take the time to answer our questions. Everyone we have dealt with has been just wonderful. We highly recommend Fetch ‘N Catch!
I first heard about Fetch n Catch through social networking. I called to get more information about scheduling a pool session for my dog, and within minutes of hearing about it- I had the dog in the car! Mallory was AMAZING- she explained everything perfectly, and had vet records ready and waiting for us as I walked in. The facility was clean, modern and provided plenty of space. The pool was a great size, and had a perfect sized ramp for Lola. Mallory explained how we should get Lola used the water and ramp, and let us take our time to acclimate her. She continued to stop by and gave us encouraging words. It was within the first 20 minutes that Lola was in the pool, enjoying herself! It was a moment that, as a pet owner, you live for!! As our time ended, we had a pile of towels and blow dryers available to us. The entire experience was well worth the trip!! I cannot wait to return again..and I can only imagine how Lola feels!!
Been going for years. Best part is no stress on the animals. Staffs amazing. The place is spotless and embraces technology like cameras and social media. I will always take my Animals there. I have a Rottweiler and pit bull. They are awesome at fetch n catch. Ck emOut.
I have been taking Arthur to daycare once or twice a week since he was a few months old. Fetch n Catch is our Favorite! Great location to leave him to play while I am at work. He always comes home happy and tired from all his running and playing. We Love the facility, people, retail and of course the dogs!!!
I have also been less than impressed with this new facility. I have taken my golden to swim a couple of times. Our swims have always been on week nights when there are classes going on. The teacher in the class is often yelling at the people taking the class she seems like more of a drill sergeant than a teacher. I too have to agree with the fact that the pool is quite cold. Not that my dog needs it heated to bath water temp, but it would be nice to not have to worry that she is going to end up with limp tail, which can be quite serious. The staff, with the exception of the lady who was teaching the classes seem pleasant. I question their competence in running a dog daycare since one of the owners has never even owned a dog. I have heard a few stories from different people about things going array in daycare and the staff being unable to resolve fights. Im disappointed with what could have been an amazing place for my dog.
I have been training agility with my two aussies, Bob & Breeze, at Fetch n Catch with Lynn Broderick for the last two months. The facility & the trainer are excellent. The facility boasts a soft rubberized floor for the dogs to run on, competition quality equipment, and a pool for dogs to swim in. Lynn is very knowledgable and is a trainer who is conscious of each handlers & dogs strengths & needs and offers advice in a respectful & friendly manner. I have recommended Fetch n Catch & Lynn to several of my friends.
My Madison and Sadie go there and love it! Everyone is so caring and kind and the owners truly care about every single animal. Madison has been attending and Sadie just started and she couldnt wait to get there on her second visit. I feel good about going there and know they are in great hands!! Thank you all for everything.
I rescued my Redbone Coonhound (Little Man) in October of 2014. He was in terrible physical and mental condition, and just needed a lot of vet care and TLC. I brought Little Man to a local doggy daycare to get him socialized, but never quite felt comfortable when he was there. Each day when I picked him up, the staff would criticize his behavior and tell me that he would never be a good dog. Then I happened across the Fetch n’ Catch sign while driving down Transit Road. I decided that it might be a good idea to stop in and inquire. The staff at Fetch n’ Catch was so helpful and friendly. I got a tour, and was so pleased with the cleanliness and efficient design. I scheduled a meet and greet for Little Man, and he passed with flying colors. I knew he would, because he loves other dogs and has a sweet and loving demeanor. The more Little Man attended daycare at Fetch n’ Catch, the more I realized how much the staff truly cares for all of the dogs, as if they were their own. Dan and Mallory are very friendly and more than willing to listen and respond to my questions and concerns regarding Little Man. Words just can’t express how much Little Man and I love Fetch n’ Catch. When I go to work each day, I am so comfortable in the knowledge that Little Man is being cared for by the best daycare and most incredible staff in Buffalo.Little Man attended basic obedience training, and I was so pleased with the results. The trainer was patient and helpful.I have used the grooming facility (Best Groomer’s in Buffalo!), and am extremely happy with the results each and every time.I boarded Little Man with Fetch n’ Catch on two occasions. I was comforted by the fact that there is a staff member at the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I was able to call to check on Little Man, although I knew in my heart that he was just fine and having a great time!I could just go on forever about how happy I am to have found Fetch n’ Cath. Little Man just turned two years old and he is quite the gentleman, and such a happy dog. I attribute the majority of this to Fetch n’ Catch. We have truly found a second home. I tell anyone and everyone that will listen just how great Fetch n’ Catch is, and how happy Little Man and I are that we are a part of the Fetch n’ Catch family.
We have been taking our chocolate lab, Cooper there since it opened. Its very convenient to board him there especially when I am flying out. Its close to the airport and they are extremely flexible about drop off and pick-up hours. Cooper has gotten to know the place so well that he starts to whine from excitement as soon as I pull off the thruway! Dan and Mallory always greet him enthusiastically and he really loves them. They are extremely kind and caring. The prices are great and the rest of the staff are excellent. LOVE this place.
All I can say is my Husky/Golden Retriever Mix, Luke, loves Fetch N Catch. Every time we pull in, he gets excited knowing he is going there, which says a lot of the staff and facility itself. The staff is always friendly and every time I pick up Luke, hes happy and tired which means he sleeps for the rest of the evening at home, which is great!!!
I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. After successfully going through the meet & greet process, we scheduled our 2 year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi for several days of daycare. Unfortunately, our dog picked up canine herpes virus on his mouth and his paws from the sanitary conditions at Fetch & Catch. After many vet visits and vet bills, our vet recommended we remove our dog from daycare and keep him away from other animals until the virus cleared up on its own.Approximately 3 months later, the virus had cleared up and we decided to give Fetch & Catch another try. When trying to schedule him a day of daycare, the person on the phone was extremely rude and insisted our dog had not been to the facility enough in the last few months. I explained that we were forced to remove him from daycare because of a virus he picked up at Fetch & Catch. Ultimately, they allowed us to schedule him for a day of daycare. My dog was very excited to go back to daycare - he runs to the door when we even say the word! He loves hanging out with other dogs and running around all day. I came to pick him up from daycare after work and was very confused at the run around that was given to me by the staff. The two employees behind the counter were whispering about our dog and kept saying to each other did you tell her yet? Tell me what? Was my dog injured? Was he bitten by another dog? What could have possibly happened? Finally after about 5 minutes or so, another employee brought our dog out from the back. We were planning on going on vacation in a few months so I tried to inquire about boarding. She then dropped a bomb on me that my dog isnt really a good fit for the facility. I was absolutely appalled. How could this be? He is the most loving, friendly, and happy pup around. He has been socialized since we picked him up at 8 weeks of age. He regularly attended weekly daycare sessions at another facility in Buffalo. We regularly take him to Knox Farm dog park and Ellicott Creek Dog park. Weve even traveled out of town for Pembroke Welsh Corgi meet-ups!I asked her to elaborate and she gave a few quick excuses. She said my dog was okay with a small group of dogs, but then seemed disinterested when in larger groups of dogs. She said he would often walk the perimeter of the daycare area and do his own thing and even took a nap at one point during the day. I asked: Did he show any aggression? How were his interactions with the other dogs? - again, no explanation. You would think a dog that walks the perimeter and takes naps would be an easy day of work! Hes a dog with 3 inch legs - he cant possibly run for 8 hours a day non-stop like some of the larger dogs. The employee then went on to say that our dog was very rambunctious around the other dogs and would be better suited for a different facility in Buffalo. She said our dog would do well at Canine Academy, Camp Bow Wow, or Dog Days of Buffalo. What?! So hes not good enough for your daycare, but hed be just fine at all of these other facilities? The suggestion to take him somewhere else is very contradictory and offensive to not only us but to the other local dog daycare businesses.I understand Fetch & Catch has a business to run and Im sure they want the best for clients and clients animals, however, the employees really need to learn how to speak with fur-parents more professionally. I have a feeling that each of these dogs is just seen as another dollar sign (we only wanted to take our dog 1-2 days a week as opposed to 5x a week). Im fortunate that my dog wasnt good enough for this clique like facility because he is getting better service/attention elsewhere.
We looked for a place for our pup to run off some energy. We couldnt have asked for a better place! Every time weve dropped her off, weve been greeted immediately and they know her name regardless of who greets us. They have worked with her special needs and weve seen some great social results. THANK YOU!
I have been taking my sweet little doxie, Lily, to Fetch n Catch since they opened and we both love it! Mallory and Dan are always helpful and give me a full review of how Lilys day went; they treat her as if she were their own dog, giving her tons of affection and attention. Lily doesnt want to leave when I arrive to pick her up ~ she has made loads of doggie-friends at Fetch n Catch and she always comes home happy and tired from all of the exercise and playtime. Since she is still young, having her receive lots of exercise if very important to me. The facility is top-notch ~ I am always fully confident that Lily will be taken care of in the most loving way and that she is safe there. She considers Fetch n Catch her home away from home!!
I just boarded my shih tzu while I was on 2 week vacation, which I have been doing for the last few years, and they are always amazing with him! I was out of the country and they reached out to the emergency contact I had left because my lil guy was having stomach issues. Fetch n Catch always goes above and beyond and I never have to stress that hes not being taken care of!!
My Redbone Lanie loves her time at Fetch n Catch ... in the pool! Yep I said it, my Coonhound LOVES the water! I highly recommend them if you are also looking for a safe and reasonably priced boarding facility. Kudos to the owner for hiring such a competent staff! See you in a few weeks!
Like most pet owners Im quite protective of my little yellow lab and only want to leave her in the best hands. I moved to the area in November for my job at 96.1 JoyFM, and asked around for the first few weeks about a great, caring, responsible place for her...and 9 out of 10 times Fetch N Catchs name kept popping up...and its clear why! Dan and Mallory care about your pet as much as you do, and as new, young, LOCAL business owners, it doesnt get much better. Im thrilled to support them, and so happy theyre also advertising with JoyFM! I recommend them highly!! Your pet will thank you (and definitely come home exhausted from play groups!)
Love this facility, staff is very friendly, we have a dog who is very nervous around other people & animals, and they do their best to make him more comfortable when we come in for classes, the trainer for obedience & agility is wonderful, we have learned so much about our dogs. Will definitely recommend this facility to others. Dan & Mallory have done a great job!!!
I just got a call today from this place that they had to cancel my meet and greet with my dog because they over booked the weekend I wanted to board my dog for my the wedding I was going to next week. They waited for to the day of to call me and cancel. Couldnt you call they week before not the day of?! Are you kidding me! Now it screws me over and I have to find a birding place last minute to board my dog and I was really looking forward to this place because I have heard great things. Sorry but they dont care about their customers at all!
Trust the Professionals!!! That is exactly what I did. When I first brought my dog Chanel to the facility to her “Meet and Greet” Mallory evaluated her. Chanel was overwhelmed by this AMAZING facility. Mallory, who comes highly recommended and is the professional said that I might want to take Chanel to a smaller daycare to learn to socialize,. She recommended a fabulous facility in which I took Chanel to. That was over 10 months ago. Since I will have to board Chanel soon I called Mallory and asked if she could re-evaluate Chanel to see if she can stay at Fetch and Catch. Well, low and behold if you follow the PROFESSIONALS ADVISE, Chanel passed with Flying colors and is now the new girl on the block at Fetch and Catch. Knowing we all want the very best for our furry friends and our family members this would be the one place you will want to take them. THANK YOU Mallory and all THE STAFF. Chanel and Corynn Dobmeier
I have known Lynn Reese Broderick for many years. She overcame some resounding hurdles and established an amazing teamwork with her dogs, so it only stood to reason that when I got my new puppy that we would start our foundation building with a positive instructor, that was Lynn! My BC puppy was on the soft personality side, I needed a positive reinforcement trainer who understood how to work with you and your pet for a fun filled pleasant leaning experience. I could not recommend this trainer more! Never ever would she be put in the class of being a drill sargent, I have referred many friends and relatives to Lynn for numerous training issues from behavioral, puppy socialization, and basic training. If you should ever have any concerns regarding the trainers you are considering for you and your pet, take my advise, go watch a couple of lessons for yourself and make your own judgement on whether or not that instructor meets or exceeds what you would expect from a professional. Lynn EXCEEDS!
Gabby did a wonderful job grooming Lucy today. It was her first grooming and she was matted, so it wasn’t an easy job. Lucy looks wonderful, Gabby kept her face and ears looking cute and actually didn’t have to shear her down as much as I thought. Thank you Gabby! Job well done! 🐶Carol Chrzanowski

2022-02-12We always take our dog here for her nail trimming. She is a rescue who is very nervous whenever she gets in the car. They treat her so good there, that today she gladly ran to Mallory, wagging her tail. Mallory does a great job with her. She understands her nervousness and makes it as easy on her as possible. All the staff there are so kind and obviously love all the dogs. Thank you and especially thank you, Mallory!

2021-12-29Fetch n Catch is the only place I will take my dog for boarding or daycare. They have always been incredibly kind, responsive and the check-in and check-out process is quick and easy. This past boarding trip we received a call that he had a sore tooth that was causing bleeding in his mouth. They immediately took him to the vet, followed up with multiple phone calls throughout the day and assured us that we did not need to return home. They administered three different medications to him twice a day and we picked up a very happy dog.We cannot thank Fetch n Catch enough for the careful monitoring of the dogs in their care and the responsiveness when a problem arose.

2021-12-24Fetch n catch is a wonderful facility that makes me and my dog feel safe and well cared for whether it’s a day at day school or a week at boarding. I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my dog as he always comes back tired, healthy and it’s obvious the staff cares for every dog that comes through their doors.
