Great experience with our Radiator Cover from Fichman.I had a very custom application as I had a small recessed niche that I wanted the radiator cover to recess into. Shiela, from Fichman Furniture, did an amazing job of communicating to me back and forth over multiple emails and phone calls and was able to fine tune this custom piece to be PERFECT! See pic below. Couldnt have been better.And very easy to put together...Thanks, Shiela and Fichman team!
Shiela was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with me as I had multiple questions about styles + measuring. She walked me through every step of the way during the ordering process. Assembly was so easy. I put each cover together in less than 10 minutes. We ordered 5 units and they all came in perfect condition. We had older, metal wall covers with broken access doors and now we have these gorgeous New England covers. I would definitely recommend!

I ordered 2 of the Lafayette covers. Waited about one month. Well worth the wait. Unbelievable. The covers are so detailed and were incredibly easy to assemble. Worked with Sheila who was very professional and super patient. We will be ordering 3 more shortly. Dont waste time looking at any other covers. I did and im very happy with the choice i made. Couldnt be more happy with them. Good job!!
Our house had radiator covers in almost all of the rooms except for two of them. We purchased one for my daughter’s playroom and it came in yesterday! It fits perfectly and really completes the room. It’s beautiful! Customer service is super awesome and always quick with replies and answering questions! My husband and I will definitely be purchasing a second one later on down the road for the last room without a cover!
I ordered two radiator covers from Fichman and had non-standard requirements because of the radiator placement. Sheila and the team did a wonderful job and got them to me ahead of schedule. The build quality is great and the covers look fantastic. Very happy with both the product and the service!

We needed radiator cover for room we were renovating, we shopped 2-3 places this seemed best combination of style, price, quality and reviews. And we were not disappointed! Sheila worked with us on nailing down measurements (hint - provide them many pics and many measurements of your radiator including closeups ) and the results were fantastic! We just received our custom-made Back Bay radiator cover yesterday. Itwas easily assembled and put in place in our dining room in about 15minutes. We are delighted with the beauty and quality of the craftsmanship and the matched painting. The cover is absolutely gorgeous and really completes the room. They were helpful from start to finish, helping me with over the phone measurements and talking me customization aspects of my radiator covers. They were responsive to my emails almost immediately, and the radiator covers are gorgeous in person and easy to assemble.
We bought the New England radiator cover for our babys room. Its well made and super easy to order and to put together. I love the instant quote. It took about and month to make and ship, but its worth the wait. It looks great in his room and nothing can beat the piece of mind we get on ensuring our baby is safe.

I purchased seven radiator covers from Fichman. I worked with Shiela throughout the entire process, who was always very helpful, responsive, and professional. We exchanged numerous emails prior to placing the order to help me with the measurements. After placing my order, Shiela kept me posted on the shipment and it arrived ahead of schedule. Once I received the radiator covers, they were easy to install and look great. When a minor measurement issue arose, Shiela went above and beyond to make sure they fixed the issue and my radiator covers fit perfectly. Fichmans custom radiator covers are a fantastic, easy way to modernize holder homes with ugly radiators. The covers also prevent the need to painstakingly paint the radiators (if, for example, you change the color scheme in a given room).The ordering process was very fast and the customer service staff we extremely responsive and helpful. The radiator covers arrived on the schedule originally quoted.

This company and products are amazing. From the first email to the final delivery the customer service was exemplary. Shelia was very patient with me. She walked me though every step, but I still measured wrong. Not only did Fichman replace the panel, they also replaced the top panel. I had asked what paint was used because there was a tiny paint drip that I wanted to touch up. I will definitely be using this company in the very near future.
I can’t say enough about how amazing this company is. I did a lot of research and realized that getting steam covers could be expensive - however Fichman furniture made it really affordable and they delivered an excellent product (we ordered 8). Shiela and her team were incredible. They went way beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied and every last detail was perfected. I’m truly grateful that we were able to get covers that were affordable and really make our home look beutiful.

Ordered 4 covers and all of them were perfect and better than expected. One of them being a custom fit for a radiator in a step being the most difficult to fit, was no issue for them.Will definitely order again if/when the need arises!

2022-02-14I just received my first of seven radiator covers. They look incredible! The ordering process was easy. The instructions for measuring on their website are clear. The finished product looks amazing! Ive got the next one on order already, and I cant wait until I have them covering every radiator in my home. 2022-06-25I had an ugly exposed radiator in my office that was awkwardly placed and an eyesore. I needed a custom cover and went to the Fichman site, followed their instructions for measuring, and submitted them. When I had questions and concerns (about how close the radiator was to a wall/closet door) they were extremely responsive, walked me through everything, and made a few changes to the specifications. 6 weeks later, it arrived - beautiful and easy-to-assemble and it’s absolutely perfect. I can’t tell you how pleased I am and what a difference it makes in the room. Thank you, Fichman Furniture! You have a customer for life.

2022-01-28My expectations were exceeded in every stage of the process: My Sales Tech, Travis, was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take extra steps, like looking at pictures of my radiators, then collaborating about approaches. He took my ideas into consideration, which I really appreciated!Measurement and ordering were easy: I watched their video, used their templates for guidance, then got back to Travis, who walked me through my numbers to double check.The cost seems very reasonable to us, especially for made-to-order, high-quality Radiator covers.They arrived earlier than expected! Well-packaged and easy to unbox. (You need space to lay the box on one side, and a sheet underneath helped limit the packing debris.)Assembly: I went to their website, and followed the clear directions. The first one took 40 minutes, the second, less than ten! The hardware is ingenious, and if you take the time to make sure that cam fasteners are completely pressed in and the dowels snugly screwed in, its hard to imagine “fatal errors.”Finished product: Beautiful pieces of furniture that transformed the appearance of our bedroom and living room! The computer-cut sections fit together perfectly, and the painted finish looks like it will last a long, long time. We couldn’t be happier!Brad Kenyon

2022-03-03I enjoyed working with this company. Theyre customer service is the best. We ordered custom made heater covers. Due to COVID I had not seen the box in 4 months and did not realize it was damaged in shipping. They rushed us a new panel. The covers look really nice. They were so easy to put together.

I was so worried that my photos wouldnt be good enough reference, but Travis was a pleasure to work with. He called and confirmed details about my custom order to ease my fears. 2017-06-26I have purchased 6 radiator covers from Fichman and this morning ordered another 3. Every single part of the process has been excellent. In fact, for one, I sent in measurements that didnt seem to make sense and a person from Fichman called to verify....turned out I made a mistake which he caught. Furthermore, having priced out other covers, Fichman is by far the most reasonably priced. It is a great product!

2020-01-20Excellent radiator covers, I have purchase so far 8 covers and could never be happier with the different look it has given my house, it has literally beatify my spaces. I would tell you that you get for what you pay for, I was hesitant with my first order with the cost, I waited about 4 to 5 weeks for the cover to arrived, I must say it was worth the wait and every dollar it cost, the qualify and finish of the cover is like no other. What better product to buy than a product made in our own country with the upmost quality. Thank you Fichman Furniture.
