I went in to the supermarket twice in the last 2 weeks and was watched like I was going to steal something. The first time by the security guard then again today by a worker. I dont need to steal. Not everyone steals and not all back people steal. You wont have to worry about me doing business there ever again. I have never felt so uncomfortable or unwelcome in a store.

This used to be my favorite neighborhood store and now I barely shop there I go for things like bread and salad dressing . Meat is usually going bad so are the cut up fruits they package it so you don’t see the damaged portion. The prices suck they don’t have good sales they used to so I take my business outside of my neighborhood unfortunately. It’s close but not convenient.

This store engages in price gauging. They are charging $8.99 for Clorox bleach cleaner spray. At one point they were selling Shop Rite bags to customers that they obviously got from another store. The store is filthy. I only go there to buy juice when I cannot go downtown. It is a shame how unsanitary the store is and how old the meat is that they sell. It is know that they repackage their meat. Buyer beware.

This entire store reeks of rotten eggs. had on a N-95 mask and couldnt smell that good but it seemed like something was off didnt notice until I got home , bought a dozen eggs that were rotten, the carton was rotten and the stench from it contaminated my entire grocery order, shopping bag , umbrella all of which I had to toss out . hoping to get a refund from Fine Fare. Nice to know in the MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC this is the level of cleanliness & sanitary protocols in place A V O I D .

This is a local supermarket in the neighborhood and its the first time there. As far as appearance, its very clean. Only went to buy cold cuts and a few things for the little one. But my cold cuts were cut the way I liked and the young man was extremely polite. Yeah Ill be shopping here again.

Decent local market but items never have a price on them or on the shelf, which is very frustrating. Comparative shopping, they tend to be as expensive as Whole Foods, even for basics. I only go there when necessary, I will walk the extra blocks to get a better deal.

This particular store was becoming a very nice supermarket but over the past few months it has gone into a steep decline towards bodega status. The quality and diversity of the goods have been greatly diminished by the very poor choices by the new manager who prefers to stock shelf upon shelf with the same low-quality goods. The ice cream section is a shameful frost-bitten embarrassment and sign that they just dont care about the store or their customers.

Chastity is very, very rude and disrespectful. She did not speak to me from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Once she rang up my items, she turned her back to me. Did not ask if I was paying cash, credit, or debit. Once my receipt was done printing, she tossed it to me over her shoulder. At this point, I told her she needed to work on her customer service skills. I told her she did not speak to me one time, and had her back to me the entire transaction. She said, Why didnt you speak to me? I explained to her she is the one at work, not me. Her job is to greet customers, ask how they are paying, and say good bye or have a nice day. Chastity said, You could have spoken to me first, and if you dont like it go shop somewhere else! The manager did nothing, and I tried to get in touch with store manager. He is a ghost because I have not been able to get in touch with him, so I sent an email to the corporate office. I said I would shop somewhere else. I have shopped at this store for 7 years, longer than Chastity has been in their employment. I have spent hundreds, if not a few thousand dollars. I will take my hard earned greenbacks somewhere else!

This store is trash. No healthy options and no fresh items. They sell out of date products.
