It wasnt the easiet but Todd Rubin and the rest of the team made sure that they were by my side for the whole process and made sure that i understood everything that was happing, and broke things down when i didnt understand.Even after my case was setteled (of course we won!!!) someone called me just to check up on me and see how i was doing. Personally I felt misled, for after the in-take process it took several days for a reply, only to be told they wouldnt be taking my case. A total waste of time. I honestly believed they would represent me, only to receive a phone call denying me representation. I told them I had all my medical records and they didnt even want to see them. I honestly thought theyd at least look at all the records before coming to a decision. Very disappointed!

Todd Rubin of Finz and Finz won our case. My child had a supracondylar elbow fracture with displacement. This is a significant break which included nerve damage. This case was not simple because it happened on a playground at a public school, but Finz and Finz won the case for us.

2022-04-27My wife Amy and I are extremely thankful to the entire team at Finz and Finz for their help and success with our malpractice case. Our case took six long years due to Covid restrictions but Finz & Finz was on top of the case from day one. Ultimately our case went to trial for two long weeks and we were granted a verdict in our favor with an equitable settlement. CaraMia Hart was the trial attorney with Brandon Finz at her side in the court room. Their expert and knowledgeable presentation of the facts to the jury along with their behind the scenes analysis team is best in class. We are grateful for the hard work and long hours that the Finz team dedicated to our case.

2022-04-30I suppose one needs to have a viable case in order to receive 5-star service. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with someone (not an attorney) who sounded lifeless and cavalier about an issue that caused me great distress. Being vulnerable about such things is difficult. As an attorney myself (albeit not personal injury), I pride myself in being empathetic with my clients. The representative rushed me off the phone, did not give any information or details as to a process, and I was never given a call back. Even after sharing private photos of my injury. At least the decency to have an attorney contact me to thank me for choosing your firm to provide business to. Everyone is a potential client. Either now or in the future. I would’ve appreciated a tad bit of decency and customer service. This firm lacks both.
