I am not even sure where to begin! I do not know that the words even exist to express how essential Anna and Fiore Real Estate Sales Corp was in selling our home. Anna helped us find our first home six years ago, and it was a privilege to have her list our home this time around as our family is growing and looking for more space. Anna goes so incredibly far beyond the scope of expectation for a real estate agent. She and her team have become more like family to us than anything.Anna found a buyer for our home almost immediately, and negotiated us an offer over asking which we were incredibly happy with. The professional pictures she had taken of our home were beautiful and I will treasure them long after we have left our home. She didnt stop there though. While there were some unexpected bumps in the road for our sale on the legal side, she picked up the ball and went above and beyond to make sure our sales transaction happened smoothly. She is incredibly experienced, giving her the knowledge to expertly navigate through all the surprises that may arise when selling a home. She is never off the clock and makes herself available to her clients 24/7. You would never know how busy Fiore Real Estate Sales Corp is; Anna and her team make you feel like you are their top priority.Selling our home during the Covid pandemic brought many unknowns and concerns, but Anna took our health and safety very seriously. When we unfortunately did contract Covid the week of our sons third birthday (canceling our celebration), Anna surprised us by decorating the yard, bringing cupcakes, balloons and a gift to make sure our son still felt special on his big day. This is just one example of the kind of care Anna gives her clients each and every day. I can not recommend Anna and her team enough; she is simply the best.
Anna was an amazing real estate agent when it came to selling my parents home. She is thorough and professional. The process went so smoothly. I am glad we used her and she got the job done. I highly recommend her!
Had a terrible experience with Anna and her “team.” My fiancé and I have been looking for a home to buy. Although we do not have millions to spend, it was evident from day one that Anna could seemingly care less about getting us a house, let alone making a sale. She refused to listen to any of our basic needs and the things we told her, like price range, taxes, to name a few. She attempted to encourage us to buy a $250,000 single wide trailer without even bringing us to see the property in person. She continued to tell us that everything was going for over asking price and we needed to be prepared to have our offers be $25,000-$80,000 over the asking price, right off the bat. There was one house that she told us that we were “lucky,” as she thought we may be able to make an offer of the asking price. Besides her refusal to answer many correspondences and lack of general interest in trying to help us in any way, it was evident that she was clearly just trying to get us to make an offer on anything that would be instantly accepted, so she could get her percentage of whatever commission it was and move on to someone else that was spending more money. I have never been made to feel so unimportant and worthless by someone who is supposedly working for us. I would recommend anyone that is thinking about enlisting Anna for “help,“ to find anyone besides her. In a trying time, with a tough market, no one should be made to feel this way, especially when making such an important, permanent and life-changing decision as purchasing a home. I’m really disappointed that my purchase wasn’t worth someone’s time or effort, especially if this is someone’s job. A real estate agent is supposed to work for you and help you to get the best deal for you and your family, in a house you love, that is just right for you. This was not the case at any point during my experience with her. The last house that I purchased years ago, from another real estate agent, with a legitimate agency, was such a positive experience, compared to this time. Luckily it never got farther than it did and we didn’t get too deep into it with her before having the opportunity to find someone else. I would suggest anyone reading this make it their priority to find anyone else besides Anna. I find it interesting that all of the reviews on here are all sent in within less than six months. This is either an obvious ploy to try and skew the ratings, or just shows a lack of experience, on top of manipulation. Stay away!
The most professional and personal experience that we ever had when it comes to real estate. They care, not just about the business transaction but for the people they are helping. At the end of the day, not only was this a business transaction but we gained a lifelong friendship. Great people! Thank you.

2022-05-20I can’t express how grateful we are for having met Anna! Anna from day one answered every phone call, email and text. Working with her to find our dream home didn’t take long. She was able to get us in right away, even when we thought we had no chance of getting in to see “our” house! She is knowledgeable and hardworking, goes out of her way to make sure to explain the process and is not afraid to ask the right questions when needed but also to make sure everything is going the way it should. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who listens to you and knows how to get the deal done!

With soaring prices and a highly competitive market, Anna was able to pull many tricks out of her bag to make our home offer stand out among the rest. When we finally found the home of our dreams (Anna was so patient as we toured probably dozens of homes, encouraging us to be picky and find something we truly loved), Anna did everything in her power to make sure our offer was the accepted one. Without her finesse, I am not sure that we would have been able to purchase our new home. Her network is amazing- you wont meet anyone in the business that she doesnt know or cant make a connection with, which is so valuable in this market.Anna will treat you as her own family. You will never feel like a number or a business transaction to her. Our son loved Anna, and was always excited to see her. It felt like she was truly invested in our family. Our little guy was very excited to have chickens in our new home, and she stopped by with a Future Chicken Farmer shirt and doll after we found the perfect property for it- just because. This is the kind of thing she does to make her clients feel valued. We had a new baby right around closing time, and her closing gifts to us were so unexpected, thoughtful, and generous, keeping our entire growing family in mind. We will treasure them forever. She really takes care of her clients.Throughout the home buying process, there was nobody we could count on as much as her. If you, your agent, broker and lawyer are all a team, Anna is the captain, helping to make sure everything goes smoothly. 2021-04-21We purchased our home from Anna in February of this year. From the first day we met Anna, we knew we wanted her to represent us as the buyer. She was extremely honest and helpful throughout the entire process. It brought us much comfort knowing that we were getting the truth and maximum effort from Anna day in and day out from the offer date through the closing.
