Firestone Complete Auto Care in other cities:
Warm welcome upon arrival by Mr. Romain. I made an appointment due to having a coolant leak on my 2010 Volkswagen. After a technician ( Mr. Luis) looked over my car I was told I had a radiator leak and my front axle boot was torn. I decide not to get the necessary repairs because I wasnt comfortable getting my car taken apart by a company that specializes in tire repair and alignments.I had the opportunity to bring it to the dealer and was told the same that I had a radiator leak but there was no mention of my front axle boot being torn.
Took my car in for a state inspection the other week and was failed for an outer tie rod end. Fine, no problem, there was a front end issue for sure. They actually went into detail on how I can replace this part myself. Pretty cool!I figured I could do the work cheaper myself so I took it 200 miles downstate to my mechanic brother. Once I got the car up on my brothers lift, it was actually the inner tie rod end that was causing the issue! Replaced the inner tie rod and got the alignment done at a fraction of Firestones cost and had it reinspected at a different shop. So in the end, two mechanics cleared my outer tie rod that Firestone of Colonie originally diagnosed as bad! I am not sure if it was a genuine mistake, or if they were trying to rob me. Regardless, I will never return here. The kicker was the nearly $1200.00 in additional service they recommended! loooolGiving 2 stars because they are friendly and the manager guy in the back is cool! Also it is a very convenient location.
I prefer to use interstate batteries and I went here 3 years ago to buy a battery and get it installed. There are limited number of places that sell interstate in the Albany area. Well there was a choice between a standard battery and a premium battery. I requested the premium battery and they installed the standard battery and charged me for the premium. There are two ways of thinking of this. One is that batteries can be similar in appearance and it was an honest mistake. But the other is its an easy scam. Anyhow I decided to buy my interstate batteries direct from the regional wholesaler and take them to my independent mechanic for installation. The problem I have with this particular mistake, if it was a mistake, is that substituting the cheaper part for the more expensive one and charging the higher price is a classic technique of dishonest shops. One thing for sure if you get a battery here make sure you open your hood and verify the make and model number and the date on the battery. Do that before you drive away. I dont know what led me to double check while I was still in the parking lot but I did.
I called to see if I could come in for a state inspection that day and was told I could, with maybe a 15 minute wait. When I did arrive, they had no idea who told me that, but said it was a 2 hour wait. Very frustrating experience. Also be careful, a lot of local Firestones have the wrong numbers listed on Google maps, so check on the phone to make sure you are talking to the correct location.
Was really sketched out about trying this location because of the reviews but decided to go there anyways out of convenience. Needed 2 snow tires and an oil change.the 2nd I walked in I was greeted (not expecting that) which I love. My appointment was at 2pm, my boys and I walked next door to grab a bite to waste some time. At 2:48 my car was done! I was blown away. Like there is no way my car is done and done right! The guy (forget his name) was super nice. Being a woman I thought they would try to up sell me and tell me I needed this done and that, but was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back for future maintenance! Thanks guys
Were traveling to Lake George from Philly and our tire was losing pressure and ended up here. Everyone was professional and very helpful. They trouble shooted the issue and fixed it up at a reasonable price. They had us on our way quickly. Thanks so much for helping us get to the lake.
Won’t go back to this store ever again. Went in for new tires and the mechanic over torqued all my wheels to 200 ft lbs when the wheels only should have been torqued to 90 ft lbs. My vehicle could have been ruined but thankfully I have a mechanic that I can go to for this kind of thing. If you ever need to know the torque specs of anything on your vehicle, the information is right in the book that comes along with the vehicle. Buy tires somewhere else and don’t go go there. Take your tires to your local mechanic and have them install the tires and wheels on your vehicle. Firestone really needs to train their mechanics on a lot of mechanical issues and stop worrying about how many tire sales you can make in a day. If your mechanics really know what they’re doing with their job, you would get a lot more business. Knowledge and honesty go a long way in this world and you wouldn’t get such bad reviews.
I gave only one star because one of the associates lied to my wife about needing new tires even though she bought them there and they were still in good condition. I spoke with the store manager and he promised me he would talk with his assistant and get back with me. He never bothered to call or look into this matter. He definitely lost our business.
You got to watch these shops, I go in for air in a tire and it takes 2 techs and Jacks under car . Unreal I just told them to pull my car out seems like they had plans to do something else, it did not feel right. And then they try to upsell you to get something else. Anytime you go to the places go with your gut if it does not feel right, thats what it is. Never again with Firestone on wolf rd and the manager was rude as hell, told me I can go across the street. Great customer service, and a mouth on him.
When our entire steering system failed, we pulled into Firestone as the nearest Auto repair place. We met Dave, the manager. That guy dropped everything on his plate for us and assigned two guys to stay as long as it took. Then he ordered parts from as far as 40 miles away and had then delivered by courier.Dave offered us HIS PERSONAL VEHICLE to take if we wanted to go get a bite to eat or anything else. He offered the same quality of service to everyone who walked through the door. He showed us every rusted part before moving to the next task. He was there with us and his team until the job was done well after the place closed.Did he win my loyalty? You better believe he did! This place was a dream!Lorraine A. Updating my review here, originally had this at 4 stars as of 2015: Try to avoid this place for various reasons. 1. Pushy sales tactics, they will be trying to sell you a tune up or an alignment even though you dont really need it. If you walk in this place make sure you know what you want and get only that. 2. Obviously I have no way of proving this here but I was called during a service appointment saying my wipers were ripped and they needed to be replaced. I had used them just a few days prior and they were fine so if I wouldnt know better Id say they ripped it on purpose. It was a rather large rip that I would have noticed in my line of sight (ended up replacing those myself). 3. These guys are mainly part changers, not mechanics. You need something welded back on? This isnt the place to go. 4. Pushy payment requests . One time, (Sunday) I was called that my car was ready. I wasnt able to pick it up until Monday in the AM so I was asked to pay the cost over phone. I was told that workers couldnt be paid unless I paid (right away instead of picking up). I think it was rather that the guy on the phone would have gotten the commission on the job. 5. If you ever go here to get a job re-done because it wasnt done correctly, youll be charged again. They will tell you there was another issue causing the problem now (and charge you for that). Its a rip off. This past December was the last time I was there after I was leaking oil and put in over $1500 in repairs, that didnt fix the engine, because after going to an actual mechanic focused on engines, showing me that the engine wasnt fixable. 6. LASTLY and the worst is the fact that they change the prices from their preliminary estimates for labor and parts (which BTW says that these costs are fixed for 30 days) in comparison to the final statement. Please, if you go here, make sure you check your statement! Overall, I encourage you to stay away. You need a better recommendation? Try TACS for service repairs in Delmar or Capitol Mechanics for specialized stuff. You wont regret it. Just stay away!
I received service for strut components here a couple of weeks ago, and was impressed by the customer service that I received. When the repairs took longer than was expected, Jeff, Mike, and Jim coordinated alternative transportation arrangements for me for a time-sensitive work commitment. They take their time to make sure the job is done right-and to make sure that the customer is well apprised of diagnostics and of repair progress. Car is running beautifully, as well!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Three weeks after my car was fully inspected by another auto repair shop, my son stopped by Firestone on Wolf Road to get wiper blades replaced. As a young adult, he unfortunately trusts people when he should not. The salesman told him that he was unlikely to make it home unless he had $1600 worth of work done. As an added bonus, he sold him a credit card. For weeks, we tried to reach Firestone and they were non-responsive or called and gave numbers where they could not be reached. Once I finally spoke with a low level manager, he was rude and cavalier and just said he signed for it over and over again. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. BUYER BEWARE --this place is devoid of any ethical business practices and they are clearly used to this kind of complaint. There are plenty of ethical shops around. This is not one of them.
I came here to get new tires mounted on my brand new wheels. One of the managers told me that he wont do it... because his machines cannot accommodate my wheels due to their size. I really really appreciated the honestly and professionalism that was given to me, which is why I am giving them a 5 star review. The reason was that their machine would scratch up my brand new wheels badly and he did not want to scratch them and ruin them. This is the reason why I bought new wheels in the first place! The previous shop I went to ruined my summer wheels by scratching them up. But the manager at this Firestone prevented that from happening again by politely turning me away. They checked my wheels and tires as soon as I arrived to make sure that no one is wasting their time. Thank you.
I used to be a faithful Firestone customer until one of the managers left and the store went down hill. There were always things they said needed to be repaired or replaced. The last time I was there the person cashing me out said that Firestone had the cheapest price for the oil change my car requires. I told him that the Honda dealership I bought the car from beat them by quite a bit and he told me there was no way I knew what I was talking about. So now I go the extra distance to Scotia AND save money. Firestone isnt worth the convince anymore.
Doesn’t even deserve one star... I was in from out of town due to a funeral and the night before I had to leave I got a flat tire and I pulled into this store and the guy was very rude and after I explained my situation he said I can’t help you last minute... so I asked about possibly using the air thing just to fill the tire so I could drive to some other place and he very rudely said no and shut the door... thank god I made it to BJs in Rotterdam where they stayed open late to help fix it... maybe you guys should take notes from them because under no circumstances should you treat a customer so badly...
This began with an unannounced breakdown on a Saturday night around 9pm. My battery light came on, then loss of power steering. Realizing something was wrong I quickly found an empty parking lot to pull into.Opened the hood and saw a misplaced serpentine belt and a tensioner pulley laying beside it. Called roadside service, prompt tow, first choice was a Honda dealer. Roadside said they could not drop at a dealer unannounced so I opted for this location. Once there I looked again under the hood to better analyze the full problem. I found the tensioner mounting bolt had been sheered flush with the housing. I was now concerned with whether this shop had the expertise to deal with an embedded bolt. Luckily they were open Sunday, one of the few shops that are. I called first thing to alert Romain to my situation. Despite having no appointment they took it in immediately and started the lengthy ordeal of removing the bolt which wasnt easy to get to. I must admit I had apprehensions all along the way and asked many questions on how they would do it and did they have the expertise. I was able to pickup my car later that afternoon with no further issues or concerns. Kudos to the shop fitting me in with an extensive problem I had! So far, so good, drove home (50+ miles) with no issues. The followup - 3 weeks to the day after this repair the bolt broke again. Did not choose to trust them with any warranty work. I took it to my mechanic and he did it in half the time. They may be able to do a more complex job but it may not be done right.
I went in for a routine NYS inspection and oil change yesterday 8/17, all simple. The gentleman at the desk came out and told me that I could not pass inspection unless I got all new tires. I asked why, and he said that my rear passenger tire was down to the bone, and that in cars with all wheel drive you cannot replace one tire, you have to replace all 4. This seemed off to me because I just had my rear driver tire patched at that same store on 7/16, and ASKED if my tires needed replacing. I was told they all looked fine and should last me a while. So I asked the gentleman if I could just replace the back two, and he said no; in order to pass inspection I needed to replace all 4. There was another customer next to me at the time who heard the entire exchange. So I bought the tires because I needed my car back, but went straight home to look at DMV requirements. Replacing all 4 is an industry recommendation; it is NOT required by the DMV in order to pass inspection. I was scammed out of $746 i didnt need to spend, most likely because i was a woman shopping alone and looked like an easy mark. My father called for me this morning and spoke to the man who helped me (Yero?), and who admitted i didnt really need to buy them, but that he had in fact told me I wouldnt pass unless i did. He also told my dad that he had not done or recommended an alignment on my car, despite the fact that there was a giant ad in the lobby saying free alignment included with any tire purchase. My dad then called the manager Aaron and told him what happened, that the employee had admitted it, and that his statement was almost verbatim to mine. Aaron was nasty, told him he believed his employee, and that I was lying and that I knew full well i didnt have to buy the tires to pass. He told Aaron we would take this up at DMV, and was told to go ahead, nothing ever comes of those which we took to mean that he has been accused of this before. When my dad asked to see the video, Aaron said this conversation is over and hung up on him. If our call to the regional manager does not resolve this tomorrow, I will take this as far as it needs to go, including going to court if needed. I will not be overcharged and have someone lie to my face without putting up a fight. One way or another I am going to make sure no one else becomes a victim of this store. Aarons LinkedIn profile brags that he always sells above their goals.....I guess we know how!
I have no idea what has happened to this store in the past year but it has gone drastically down hill! Me and my husband were strictly firestone people we used this location for everything! And never really had issues however the past 3-4 visit proved to us it’s not a one off occasion I brought in one of our company vehicles to verify we in fact had a bad wheel bearing the tech tried to charge me $199 to diagnose what I already told them was wrong! My husband gets there and automatically it’s no issue and it’s only $20. Bring another truck in to have the shocks checked as it only needed a bushing replaced attempted to charge upwards of $1000 for a $600 job because they were going to take the lazy way out and damage my vehicle and then repair the damage they’re be causing. My final visit and will remain final firestone visit was today we brought our new suv in to be inspected which currently doesn’t need to be done until end of august not only did they fail it for the struts which was understandable but the tech say a little power steering fluid and told my husband I had a bad rack and pinion which was not the case at all and they failed it due to that, the tech then proceed to write up an over 2000$ estimate and tell my husband I’ll give you 2200 for the suv! And peeled my inspection sticker which again didn’t even need to be done! I’m disgusted trying to lie and tell people somethings wrong with the vehicle just because it’s a vehicle you want and we’re trying to either get a crazy good price on or make some commission is screwed up! Once I bring it to be inspected and what not to my fathers shop I’ll be filing a complaint about falsingly failing vehicles as well as lying about what actually needs to be done on a vehicle.
Went to the location on Wolf Rd. To get regular scheduled service for a work vehicle. The manager was having a problem located our national account, I offered to give him my paperwork which he replied with No I wont need that. While waiting for him to locate the account which he was unable to do. There was another employee in the office (door open) on the phone cursing just about every other word dropping F bombs to whoever he was talking to and wasnt being quiet about it.I did explain to the manager this is not the first time our national account wasnt able to be found but when I purchased new tires last month they were able to find the account by calling an internal number for firestone. The manager had no interest in calling anyone and just kept repeating that he is not able to locate the account and would take 5 days for corporate. Not only will I ensure my fleet vehicles will no longer use this firestone but my personal vehicles will not be going here as well. overall the employees were unprofessional and unwilling to help.
I got new tires put on at the end of February. I had to go back 2 weeks later because they didnt properly put the tire on the rim. Just today, 3 months later, my tire flew off on the highway because they didnt properly torque the lug nuts when they re-did the tire. They also overcharge for everything and I am never bringing my car here again. I also got an alignment done when I got my new tires and 2 weeks later I had to get another alignment because they didnt do that properly either. Not only do they overcharge for their services, but they do a terrible job and rush to get it done.
Do not go here. Every.single.time. I took my vehicle here wanting a simple oil change, they quote me $500 to fix this or fix that. Theyre very pushy with the sales tactics. I now go somewhere else where I can get an oil change and inspection without being upsold things I dont need. Ive spent thousands of dollars at Firestone since 2010 and Ive finally seen the light. They want more money. Every time.
Do not go to this location. They take advantage of their customers. They convinced me to do work that did not need to be done many times. Have contacted corporate. Thankfully I went to a location in Rochester where they looked at my past records when o was co fused that my brakes were brought up again. Guys there uncovered what was going on and were furious they did this. I dont know much about cars and the Wolf Rd. Location took complete advantage of me. Never returning to this location again
Very bad experience with Firestone here. Every time they just told me to change parts and quoted me several hundred to thousand dollars. I complained on Firestone website twice, and they promised to get back to me within 48h, never happened. My 2003 corolla is about 110K now and I drive about 10K/year, is it reasonable to spend several thousand dollars to repair it every year?I am done with Firestone.
I was in Albany from out of town and needed a new tire to drive back home. Dan and the team at Firestone in Colonie were fantastic to work with. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. They got me back on the road quickly. If you are in the Albany area, check out the Firestone in Colonie.
I came here with my friend who got a flat tire that same day so she went to Firestone to get her tire fixed because she had purchased tires from firestone a few months prior. The people that worked here helped her quickly and were able to get her back on the road quickly as well.
If I could give negative I would. I stopped in for the free tire rotation for purchasing from them on a Subaru with 22k miles. Up on the lift it went. Manager came out and said I needed a bunch of things done. Several hundred dollars, alignment, brakes, differential service. Funny, as I just came from dealership where a multi point inspection, NYS inspection and alignment was done. Car is fine. He threw the shop order across the service area. Rotation done, car zoomed up straight in front of store and tech locked up steering so tight that I had to use all body weight to unlock ignition. DONT GO THERE unless you like horrible expensive service you dont need. Oh, they tore my wifes new wiper blades so it wouldnt pass. Had to buy theirs to get inspection. They suck!!!!
Lance & Dave were very helpful service reps throughout my maintenance I needed done. Brand new tires too!Although I marked down to 4 stars because I was charged for a cabin filter, then after I asked to see my old one, they realized I didnt have one, so they refunded my card. So I would have been charged with one if I didnt say anything. Makes me wonder what else they hit me with and didnt do.Either way, Id say the dealer is far worse. But overall, this will now be my Escapes main service shop.
Please beware! never bring your vehicle this store. i bring my vehicle for inspection and they quote me $750 for rear brakes and one side wheel bearing! i changed all thing only $108 part cost. and i bring back for inspection and they put on lift my car and they hammered my rear drum and blow up brake lines and they said we can not get off lift this car u have to pay $216 and that worker cursed me! i will going tomorrow dmv and i will open claims. totally rip off. they playing with your life. i will talk to my lawyer tomorrow.
I drive over 65K miles a year. Accordingly I am at Firestone auto centers quite often spending thousands a year. Of the dozens of Firestones that I have been to the one on Wolf road is one of the worst.Today I went in there knowing that the air conditioner compressor had died. But despite my spending thousands of dollars a year with these guys they wanted $130 just to look at it even though they had done $700 of work on it 13 months ago. Then they wanted another $1,200 to fix it.So I brought it over to Aamco on Central ave near Westgate. The entire job was $660.$660 at Aamco$1,330 at FirestoneSame length of warranty and same Nationwide warranty .
Worst service ever.. I gave my wifes car for oil/filter change. Any small shop will do multipoint inspection if we give car service for oil change. My oil light still showing 30%. Not sure if theyve changed oil and forgot to reset. Washer fluid is empty. Other oils are low.. when my wife driving my car in NY its stopped. We went to repair center in NY city and the show room guy shocked by seeing firestone service sticker with current date.. firestone proved as poor servicing center with no concentration at all. Go with dealer service even a little higher price.. they do everything.. I stopped going to Firestone..not at all 4 star rating service center...
Had an appointment for an oil change and wiper blade replacement, and it still took nearly two hours!I also mentioned on the appointment that I needed a state inspection, and told them when i arrived that i needed an inspection. It wasnt till after i left that i realized there was no inspection sticker; turns out they had done a firestone inspection, not a state inspection! The guy had even talked to me about things that wouldnt pass inspection next time and asked me about the temporary inspection sticker! He said oh, this happens all the time, then maybe you should clarify with people which inspection they want, although honestly i cant understand who would want the firestone inspection! The guy told me it was really busy right then, so i should bring it back at my earliest convenience. This was my earliest convenience, thats why i made the appointment! Even though theyre the ones that did the wrong inspection, he didnt make any effort to get me in sooner.I ended up coming back later that day and they finally did the inspection, and only charged me the difference in price between the two inspections. Honestly at that point i was really expecting them to comp the extra cost. It was only about ten dollars and would have gone a long way towards making the situation better. There are enough other shops that theres really no reason the have such poor customer service, and no reason for me to go back here.
Bad service and worst services manager I have ever experience. Recently I replace my battery at Wolf road Firestone and found they had kept loose wired while installing. Due to which i have to replace the whole wiring which cost me $200. Services center at wolf road are unprofessional. I am never going to get my car over there.
I will never ever recommended fire stone on wolf road...Staff is pathetic. I took my car to get air pressure checked..One guy told me sorry we are closed...but I can do for $20. R u kidding me, air is free. when I asked him why you charging me $20 bucks, he doesnt have reasonable reason...People doesnt know how to behave. Very poor service.

2022-02-19I hope someone from corporate reads this. I recently took my car (2014 Chevy Sonic) into this Firestone to diagnose a check engine light and get an oil change. Upon inspection, the firestone technicians quoted me almost 1400.00 in repairs to address the check engine light and the oil change. I paid for the repairs, happy that the car was fixed. Before I even left the parking lot, the check engine came on again. I went back inside to speak to the technician who then pulled the car back into the shop. After another 2 hours, they deemed that they also needed to replace the ignition coil which was completed. They charged me 132.00 with a 50% discount for the inconvenience. I leave the lot again and the check engine light comes on 5 min down the road. I call, and they tell me to bring it back a third time. Now, they tell me the valve cap needs to be replaced which is a 300.00 part. Rightfully so, they comped that part for me which was very kind but at this point expected.A week later the car passes the safety inspection and everything seems okay. 2 days after the car passes inspection, I end up stranded on the freeway because my car will not accelerate and smoke is blasting out of the muffler. I have the car towed back to this Firestone. They investigate AGAIN and deem that I need an ENTIRELY new engine (5,000 dollar repair-worth more than the car itself). They said that the valve seal has fallen into the engine and the pistons are flooded with oil. How does this happen especially when the replaced the valve cover the week prior. So now within a 24 hour period I am forced to decide to buy a new car or continue making what seems like pointless repairs. I dont like pointing fingers or blaming anyone but it just seems incredibly suspicious that they do all this work, charge me for it, finally get it to pass the safety inspection, and now I have a car with complete engine failure. Corporate if you read this, please reach out. 🙏 I need this to be settled fairly and quickly.

2022-06-04They replaced the ignition coil and spark plugs and charged me $700 then exactly 12 months and 2 days later when i took it into an actual Chevy dealership to get diagnostics done after a couple months of problems they said i needed a new ignition coil and spark plugs! I said i had just got it done and they said that Firestone didn’t use factory parts etc. I called Firestone and the pip squeak manager was so un professional and rude! Told me too bad basically! Cheney told me they’d fix it with a 2 year warranty for $500! I’ll never go back to Firestone again! Worst service and customer service I’ve ever experienced!

2022-05-02Needed all four brakes, pads, rotors and calipers , was unexpected. The technician that worked there went out of her way to help reduce the price with coupons to help lessen the damage. Work was done timely and brakes are perfect. Would highly recommend Firestone.

2021-11-15Id give a 0 stars if able to. My daughter made an appointment on Saturday at 9am because her tire was leaking. Tire is under warranty from Firestone. She called at 5pm to find out the status. Female who answered the phone stated that they didnt get to it. My daughter offered to leave the car overnight if they could guarantee fixing it on Sunday. The woman said it was guaranteed. I called Sunday at 1pm and the same woman said they werent going to get to it and they were busy all week and to make an appointment for later in the week. This was no a viable solution. Said I was picking up the car and taking it to another Firestone. A friend of mine went in to get the keys and the person there told him that they werent going to work on free cars before paying cars. Meaning that because it was under warranty, it wasnt worth their time. I called Firestone corporate and they made an appointment for me at another Firestone. They sent me an email regarding the complaint and that the manager of Wolf Rd would contact me within 48 hours. 72 hours and waiting. this place is the worst and should be put out of business. Save your money and time and dont go there. Other Firestones are better run and much friendlier.Update: to this date I have not heard from the manager or the regional manager as promised by Firestone. This place is a joke. But Im not laughing.

2022-04-28Reasonable rate for the work we had done, waiting area could be upgraded. The main flaw I saw was the condescension from the service writers...come on guys, not everyone is a moron.

2021-10-28I made an appointment two days in advance. Came to my appointment on time. An hour job turned out to be a 3 hour job. I wasn’t notified that parts for my SUV wasnt sent on time when I got there. Told me they would order the part and it would get there in 20 mins. I basically walk around colonie mall in Albany NY for 2 hours waiting for parts to come in and suv to be fixed. Came back and parts didn’t arrive. They didn’t even call o notify me. Couldn’t wait in lobby cause they were doing floors. Whole day wasted. And I had an appointment scheduled 2 days earlier…. Never again

2020-08-24Ive been taking my car here for all of my services - tires, oil changes, alignments, breaks, the works! Each time the service is efficient, quick, good quality, and honest. They always go out of their way to make sure my car is up to par and safe. They always have treated me with respect by listening and answering all questions and concerns. Not once have they tried to get money out of me, and always have worked with me to try and figure out the best deal and discounts to make the work needed fit my budget. I will definitely keep coming back to this location! Thanks, Firestone in Albany!

2021-03-09Had my (old, good-shape) Toyota fully tuned-up there in September, 2018 at 66,800 miles, and had four ignition coils put in - for $300, for the parts. In December, 2020 one of these coils failed and had to be replaced. Now - in February, 2021, the three OTHER ignition coils ALL had to be replaced !! Mileage now is 84,700. These four ignition coils were of POOR QUALITY, my car had to be towed more than once, and they lasted less than 2-1/2 years, and only about 18,000 miles !! Mechanic who replaced the Firestone ones said that new coils should last 100,000 miles !! Follow-up: They offered to address this for me -- even calling my case Reference Number 2513052. Nothing has happened. Poor Service!
