Staff provided excellent service! They replaced my torn tires and put winter tires even though it was close to closing time. This allowed me and my girls to safely drive to Ontario through a snow storm!!! I love my new winter tires! They drive so smoothly!

The staff are nice, and I used to frequent the store when I needed something fixed. However, when a part was broken (the tire pressure sensor) when the staff was putting new tires on, I was told it was a coincidence and the battery must have gone out. I brought my car to another dealership that is well known, and I was told that it was definitely broken by Firestone. Even with showing them what the other shop found, they refused to take blame for the issue and then said they would fix it if I paid another $100+ for the part. I will no longer go there. They have people with little experience and I have had several issues come up with them.
I highly recommend this place. Im here every month for oil changes, tires, alignments, etc. These guys have worked on my cars for years and have never once tried to sell me something I didnt need. Phil & Carmine will definitely take good care of your vehicle..
Called to bring my van in (brought here by previous owners) because it was making noise. In one day they checked it out, fixed it , not to mention super friendly. I’m glad I didn’t waste going anywhere else.
Firestone is a busy place, so even though I have been dropping my car off, it does not bother me. The problem that I have though, is I feel that they are more of a get your car in and then get it out, doing as minimal as possible.Recently I have had to get my struts replaced, and this is definitely not the place for that, I am still having nightmares about that quote. But to get that quote, I paid to have my car checked over, for the struts, since it was obvious that there was a problem with them. One heck of a bumpy ride.But this is only 2 weeks later, in which I just had my tires replaced yesterday (an experience in and of itself). And after they took thee wheels off, they informed me that my front struts were leaking.I had a feeling that something like that was afoot, the ride was still not back to optimal performance.But the problem is, firestone told me that they wanted to charge me $900 to change my front struts, but had also told me that they found nothing wrong with them...?I also had my inspection dine, the day before the tires were replaced, still told nothing.By the way, it is much cheaper to buy the struts and just pay an auto shop that will put them in for you. I paid half the price in total, and got it done days before firestone would have.
This place unfortunately wont help you very much unless your issue is very basic or just routine maintenance. Theres just too much they cant or wont do. From diagnostics to electrical/wiring to taking anything apart, they act like they cant do anything despite supposedly being a service shop. They were very helpful getting me financing for some decent tires, but aside from that, alignment, and oil changes and whatnot, what they do is extremely surface-level. They dont seem to even want to test or touch the vehicle much out of fear of some sort of liability. Unless you need financing (through their financing institution, CFNA) for tires or something, Id just find a full service repair shop with more able technicians on hand, such as your dealership. On top of their relative lack of ability, their prices are fairly high. Without them I could not have gotten 4 brand new tires, but for much else they wont help you.
Workers were fantastic. Able to change out my tire I blew and rotate them and let me know of issues I may see with other tires in the future. Highly recommend going here for car troubles
I had a great experience with the work vehicles my agency provides. We took them to Firestone and were dealt with in a professional, corteous and timely manner. I chose to use Firestone again to address some issues with my own vehicle and I couldnt be happier.
Sent my wife to get the alignment checked since we have a lifetime allignment for her car at Firestone. It was out quite a bit they fixed it and also gave her an estimate for other repairs that do need to be done. No pressure to spend any other money but they were honest about repairs that do need attention. Appreciate the honesty at a tire shop as this is not always the case.

THIS SHOULD BE VESTAL, NEW YORK STORE ---COMES UP AS BINGHAMTON-IT WAS VESTAL, NY---I had 2 bad experiences with the LAST owners-Was researching 4 wheel alignments on Google and came across Firestone in Vestal. I saw it was under New Ownership and thought to give it a try. I was very pleased with the attention . I was kept informed about my car during the wheel alignment. Then I had also had them change the oil-and I had a problem with that, which I was informed about. They fixed that and I didnt have to buy a new part for that. I am very happy I gave them a try, I WILL go back again. I was very HAPPY of the repairs to my car!
I used to go to a local tire store for my tires but that store was bought out by a chain. When I purchased tires from the chain it ended up costing much more than I had expected. The next time I needed tires I researched prices and Firestone ended up being the cheapest. They also have an interactive website where you can get a full quote so there are no surprises when you get the bill. A big plus that the staff was very nice and helpful. This is my new go to place for tires.
The customer service here is really good. When I took my car here to get inspected it failed bc the guy who sold me my 1st car didnt tell me everything that was wrong with it. So the car guy felt bad and payed for my inspection.
Apparently there’s a policy where you can’t put tires on if they have mud on the outside and water in them.

Those guys swindled me out of $640 dollars told me the wrong diagnosis about my car.told me I needed front and back rotors and pads when I brought my car back and complained that I was still having the problem. Phil test drove it and told me the problem was in my ABS system. I dont plan on bringing my vehicle back to Firestone ever again .
I go here for all my auto needs if I cant do it myself they have great service and will work around you. Very good on prices and wont try to stiff you for more money.

If you take your car here theyll find 15 other things that arent really wrong with your car to charge you for and make you an outrageous bill. The bald man at the counter was polite and helpful however.

Never been here. Called and asked them to mount 2 used tires on my vehicle that I have and they said they arent allowed to mount tires unless they are brand new? Ive never heard of such a thing...what a joke lol
Dont even bother Going here, It is a waste of time and money and gas. They tell you oh it is Free inspection to look at what ever the problem is, And when You get there, Oh we got to charge you before we even look at your car, and if anything breaks on your car by the mechanic doing, Your paying for the replacement, not the mechanic,, Go Figure A SCAM !!!!!

Swindlers! Do not take your vehicle here, they’ll tell you perfectly good tires are bad and make you buy up-charged new ones. They swindled my poor unassuming mother into spending $1000 when she just needed tires changed.

2022-07-02Scheduled to have tires put on my car 8 days in advance, and was told drop off at 8am pick up by noon. Once I arrived they were adamant that they told me drop off at 8 and be done by 6pm, and that I was speaking to the same person that scheduled me. If you overbooked that’s fine but you don’t have to tell me that I’m a liar. Run a tighter schedule or don’t flat out lie to your customers face.

2020-04-06My daughter was on her way home from college this past weekend and found a screw in the tire. She went to Firestone to have it patched. Carmine would not repair the tire and would only sell her a new tire for 140.00. He advised that the repair is not within the acceptable repair range. My daughter texted me a photo which shows that it is within the allowable repair range. I spoke with Carmine to have him reconsider in patching the tire and he would not. All he wanted to do was to up sell and take advantage of two college kids heading home.I would stay clear of this Firestone business in Binghamton unless you want to pay for things you dont need. There are plenty of honest businesses out there.

2021-11-18I went there to purchase the lifetime alignment for my truck, which I had just replaced the tires on. I drove over an hour to get here and when I did I learned that if anything is not stock, they wont perform the service. Now, I dont have a lift kit, or even a leveling kit, but the tires are 285/65/18 instead of the stock 265/65/18. Now, Im not a mechanic, but its hard to fathom how that affects your camber/caster or toe in/out but they said their machine cant do it. So, I left without getting the service done. Now, I know that they dont control their website, but perhaps a discaimer would be helpful. I wouldnt have wasted my time coming here. If your vehicle is 100% stock, Id say go for it, its a good deal. There in no where to park either, its actually a rather inconvient location. The tech was nice enough.

2021-10-07After spending money with this location, Anthony who is in charged there apparently don’t know how to do his job and quote the price on simple tires they offer. Hang up the phone on me. I called back and he crying to me about how much customers he have waiting. Probably need proper management in there buddy. That’s why I like HUNDA service and mavis tires. Smh rookie

They will make sure that you are safe and your vehicle is well taken care of. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field. 2019-07-30I took my mom’s jeep here for it’s second oil change appointment yesterday. The first one was in April. Both times the gentleman at the front was professional and quick. Really patient and answers questions. Other mechanic I spoke to were super friendly too. I’ve called in to make the appointment and they were able to look up my mom’s info and book me in as soon as possible. I went to the gym while they had the car and they called as soon as it was done. If my car didn’t need everything done at the dealership I’d bring it here too! I’m new in the area and I know one of the hardest things to find is a good mechanic shop. This should be your go-to if you want honest, non-pushy, service.

2019-04-06The customer service was phenomenal, the gentleman Carmine that assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that all of my vehicle needs were met. Even though Firestone could not provide everything that needed done with my vehicle Carmine went out of his way to find places that could possibly fix my aluminum wheel and ensured I left with all that he and Firestone could provide. I would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service and good prices!!
