My wife and I own a small car dealership, and whenever we need tires, I will be calling here first. I met Kyle while getting three quotes for a Honda CRV, he was tied in price with another company, but was by far the easiest to work with. His approach saved me time, which is incredibly valuable to me. They did good work, and kept The car clean as it is “Frontline ready” and needed to stay that way. I will return here
Very caring and attentive staff helped me when I was in a bad spot in bad weather. Above and beyond to help my care be safe again.They took me even though I was late, when the weather and roads where bad, to fix my flat tire.I keep going back to this shop, because every time I do they delight, its worth the extra price of a chain shop, for the care and quality service I get.
I took my car into Firestone to have both rear tires repaired and new rear brakes. After finding other issues the bill came to over $900. I thought it was a little high but reasonable. Two days later both tires needed air. They did not repair the tires! Now i wonder about the rest of the work that was done. I will never go to Firestone again!
I give them 4 stars because the work that was done was great. I did show up without an appointment, so let that be known. However, they said they could get me in before 10AM, car didnt roll in to the garage until 11:30AM. After it was in the garage, service was fast, and like I previously stated, done well. Just a little waiting room as to be expected, coffee and water available, pleasant staff.
Brought my car in for some seasonal tire servicing and ran into a legitimate oddball issue. Staff was very accommodating, upfront about what they were encountering, what the plan was to proceed and the degree of certitude they had in the proposed fix. Staff was very professional and cognizant of potential concerns of taking a nice car out for a test driving turning into/being perceived as a joy ride. tl:dr will return.

Worst experience with a shop ever. They charged for things they never did, didnt execute a simple job correctly causing more damage and never offered to compensate for those damages. Do not bring your vehicles to these people, there are so many great shops in the Brockpost area. Heed the warnings and horror stories because theyre all very true!
I dropped my vehicle off the night before for an oil change and to have snow tires put on, I asked the gentleman to call me when it was done so I could pick it up, this is a work vehicle and need it to do my job. 630 the next day rolls around and no one from the location called me, so I tried calling multiple times. Their website says they close at 7pm. The phone just rang with no answer, now Im going to have to wait for them to open to get my vehicle and be late to work.
Very helpful, ethical, and courteous staff. Had my car fail inspection, understandably, and they fixed it that day and let me understand the issues with the vehicle and maintenance that should be done in the future when I have more money available. Highly recommended.
Went in for a tire rotation a few weeks ago. They said they couldnt get the back left tire all the way straight which is fine. Then while filling my tires with air today, I noticed that they never changed the tire pressure gauges around in the correct order which wouldnt have taken them long at all. Pure laziness.
I always get nervous going into car repair shops by myself, because Ive had many of the sales representatives talk me into buying things I didnt think I needed. But, not at Firestone! I genuinely had a really great experience, and when he suggested I get an air filter change, he actually brought it out so that I could see what was wrong with it.
Guys actually working on my car knew what they were doing. As far as management goes, I’ve never witnessed something so poor. The store manager (bald) walked around that place like he was the owner and treated employees like garbage right in front of customers. Very awkward experience to say the least. Hate to see a pompous guy trying to manage some people who actually know cars.
Enjoyed my experience with the guys that worked there. Very friendly and patient. But they wanted to charge me $700 for brakes so I took it somewhere else and they only charged me $86. I saved over $600 somewhere else.
Stopped by about a year ago to have a hub bearing and brakes done. We had no appointment,dropped the car off, and the service didnt take very long.
Bad customer service. Guy at the counter should be polite, however that is not the case at this place. Never going back. Never using Firestone card again.
Told me my frame had holes i just seen one hole wanted it inspected for trip to Florida i had another place checked it out there was just one hole and they actually put it up on a lift and showed me Firestone just assumed they was afraid to put it up on a lift
I needed an emergency tire repair and these guys did a great job. I was in and out in no time. Highly recommended.
I would never recommend this place. They tried to do $1300 of unnecessary work on my daughters car. Offered me a credit card. Lol. I complained twice to Customer Service and received no reply.
Had to bring in my fleet vehicle. Made appointment and brought it my car took less than 30min. Highly recommend

This is the best firestone i have ever used. the store manager jason moore is amazing and knows how to run a shop. the other manager brandan mclellan is the best customer sales person i have ever dealt with, hes so kind, helpful and really makes me feel like Im welcomed. keep up the good work guys
1000 dollars in tires and they were asked to check front end because the old tires were wearing on the outside and they never checked the alignment I will be going elsewhere for the alignment and tires in the future
Very friendly and helpful. Parts needed for my car came in early so they moved things around and got it done earlier than expected.

I got my inspection sticker, and I got a alignment done. The manager was very nice and help me and if I have a problem again I think I would go to him definitely.

Had to spend a little over a grand in tires and lower ball joints on my truck only for it to fail on me and pop out of the control arm on the passenger side and almost kill me.... edit and update, manager reached out and apologized for the inconvenience with the whole situation, defective parts

I have had mixed experiences here. Was charged for TPS sensor on a vehicle that didnt have the option. May have been an honest mistake.
They took care of me right away and I was completely satisfied with everything
These guys are awesome. My daughter attends Brockport and they have been great with multiple car needs.
Been here 3 times and will never go back. They’re shady and if you’re a young girl who doesn’t know about cars, watch out. You’ll go in for an oil change and leave with a $500 repair bill.

2022-02-09Rick and Eric are great. I woke up to a car that had no hot air blowing. Took it in and they found 3 bad hoses and showed them to me. It was over 600 to fix and as a senior citizen living on a fixed income I didnt have that kind of money. They got me a Firestone card approved and I was able to get car fixed that day. They are very polite and caring people. Trustworthy as well. I will continue to use them. Love these guys

2022-04-28My husband made a appointment for today a few days ago and we got a quote for new tires. Our appointment was at 10 am and he dropped it off at 9:57. Later in the morning my husband got the call that they misquoted him for the tires and they were going to be cheaper which was great. My husband called at 12:45 for the eta on our car because it had been over 3 hours and he needed to pick up the car on his lunch break and take me to work at 2. The person he talked to said it would be ready within the hour. This being said our car was not ready until after two pm. I understand being busy and getting behind but this was unacceptable. When my husband questioned the guy he was incredibly disrespectful and said he could give him a discount if he applied for the credit card. Are you kidding me? Needless to say I ended up walking to work and being late, and my husband ended up going back to his job late from lunch as well. The customer service here is unacceptable and we will never be going back. All we were asking were for complete honesty so that we were both not late for our jobs.

2022-04-30These guys are the most worst. Went in for a simple thing, they tried telling me my car needed $1400 worth of work. The work needed was $750, $850 TOPS. The kicker is they considered labor for each thing - theres no extra labor to change pads and rotors if youre changing a calliper... I suppose being a little lady my brain wasnt supposed to have enough space for that knowledge - sorry boys. The guy at the front desk was also super gross telling me his wife dresses a certain way for him sometimes. Umm cool bro, thanks for sharing. Save yourselves some dough and creepy vibes and go somewhere else. These guys are crooks.Update 4/30/22 - as I was driving home today, my passenger caliper they replaced shed its bolts that keep the housing connected to the rest of the wheel and the entire thing slide up the rotor. I work from home and dont drive a lot, so Ive put maybe 250-300 miles on the car since they replaced the caliper. Luckily I was on a quiet road and not going super fast when it slid forward. They must have put it on hand tight and forgotten to tighten all the way. Found the bolts in the road and my brother had to come fix it for me. Never going back to these guys!!!

2021-12-22I would of gave a 5 star but because of the issues I have had in the past. Think when Kyle was working at brockport they did not take care of my car at all they did a oil change and did not put put the cap back on and couple of days later oil was everywhere and even My light came on I immediately let Firestone know what they did and they gave me 3 free oil changes then I told them it sounds like something was lose they told me it was my struts so $1,800 later it did not fix the problem so that was a waste of money I will never get back. But that was couple months ago.. but on dec 21-2021 store Manager Rick was in there and I told him what I was dealing with from the other guys that use to be in there and Rick told me he would have them look at everything to see what is going on. Rick said to me I want to shown you somthing he showed me my oil pain was rusted out and the noise I been hearing was my Swaybar links I fixed everything that Rick told me about and yes it fixed the problem no money wasted there. It just makes me so mad you take your car into a shop you expect they know what they talking about but you can’t trust every one. If it was not for Rick then my car would still be haveing issues. All I want to know as many times they looked under my car why no one toldMe about my oil pan it’s like that wanted it to rust out and start Leaking so they could get more money so as of right now I will only bring my car to Rick because the other people are a scam Artis and tell you to get stuff fixed and there was nothing wrong with it from the 1st place. I do give Rick the store Manager a 5 star. When I had my issues it was when Rick was transferred to Henrietta and the brockport Location had other Store manager

2022-02-26If I could get this place zero stars I would I went in to try to get my car inspected and the check engine light came on and all they told me it’s going to fail and they were gonna charge me $130 an hour to see what’s wrong with the car to get it to pass inspection they lost my business forever good luck whoever goes there worst customer service ever

2021-06-11The entire staff was very professional and did a great job inspecting my vehicle to advise me what needed/didnt need to be done. They made sure my lug nuts were torqued properly and offered me an awesome deal on future alignments. While I was waiting for my vehicle, the service manager was very helpful and kind to anyone that walked in looking for help. I definitely recommend this location!

2021-08-04Went in for a good deal on an alignment, got the call 2 hrs later I needed an outter tie rod end to complete alignment. I was at work in the middle of something so I said to just replace it..... My BAD!!! they charged me $110.00 for a part I bought 2 months ago for $38.95 & they charged me $175.00 to install it! It took me less than 45 min from the time I took jack outta car until I was on the road again!! So I had to see if maybe Im just cheap and that $300 is a fair price or not.... I found out $300 is fair for doing an axle, wheel bearing & tie rod! I am from outta town & they took advantage of my situation! Plus I drove 740miles to my next project and by the time I got here, the alignment is already off, I had to replace my outter half shaft axle on the side they worked on because they destroyed CV boots & my wheel bearing went bad also, abs & traction control comes on & my brake lights dont work unless I push pedal to floor!!!! They couldnt get any closer to the parts that are now wrecked but never mentioned any of those issues!! Kind of disappointed and feeling like a fool for not just doing work on it myself.!! Lesson learned!!!
