Facility was Spotless, ready to go at 7:45! Counter rep could have been more friendly. $1,000 + and was told a had 24 cars in-front of me…. It was 7:45 and I was the only one in the shop!

I scheduled an appointment to install a set of winter tires on my Tesla. The following day I received a phone call from the store saying they dont have equipments to perform on my vehicle. I explained to the gentleman its just the same with any other cars but I was told they dont service Tesla period.Then I asked if they would install the tires if I bring them the wheels. I was told if I dont care if they get scratched then yes and they wont be responsible if they get scratched. Those are SUV tires anyway but the guy insisted those are low profile tires and they will get scratched most likely and they dont want to touch them. The gentleman may have a bad day but the tone and attitude was totally not acceptable at all.
Long story short I needed a mount and balance... was quoted somewhere around $90 for the 30 minute job (seemed pretty fair reasonable and in line with most places around here)I arrived for my appointment and was quite taken by surprise when the gentleman told me it would be a minimum of a 3 to 4 hour job and possibly needed to leave the car until the next day and minimum cost of $220 possibly more that will would have to pay if they found any issues? Now ok I get it problems can be found during simple jobs like this but it was said in a way as if an issue was found no matter how big or small theyd fix it and Id be responsible for paying them for it... I dont know if they had a misunderstanding but i was very clear about what I needed done and knew 3 to 4 hours and $220 was quite excessive for this...I for one will not be returning to any Firestone location but for any future customers especially if you dont know what you need I highly recommend either 1.) Getting a second opinion elsewhere or 2.) Do your research find out exactly what you need and average cost so you dont get sold a job you dont need or upcharged nearly 150% for something thats not expensive
I came in after being disappointed by lack of results from another place and being put off for over a week by a dealer, and disenfranchised by a bad manager tapping on the glass and frowning when a young customer service man was trying to help me push up the schedule. Gary at Firestone was service oriented and confident enough to have humor when I told him that I was hoping for a miracle. Anyway, they fitted me in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it for 65 bucks, and got it all done that day. Ill be canceling the dealer appointment and shifting my usual maintenance business from the other place to Firestone. Plus you can donate 5 bucks to a good charity right there when you check out. Its nice to do business with people that take care of you and also help make the world a better place.
I took my car in for an oil change and paid for the check-up as well. I got a call describing what was recommended and prices after they checked out the car. The guy was not pushy when I declined the repairs for my car, and just went with the oil change. He was also very thorough at explaining each part and what it was need for and what it would fix. The repair was quick and I got a call when it was done. I went in to pay and pick up the car and there was no trouble.Employees were all nice and courteous and there was no pushing when I declined the extras. Even printed out a copy of what other parts were recommended and what happened while it was there.Very happy with the service here, would definitely go back.
Ive been coming here for quite some time and have gotten to know alot of the people. They are friendly and honest. Gary, Scott, Max, Jerry..always help me prioritize what repairs i need for safety and which ones we can put off. They are top notch. They always get the parts and have my car ready when promised. One time my battery went dead so they stayed open while I found a jump so i could bring it over for a new battery. Thats a good hearted bunch.
It was close to closing one day and I needed to get a tire change by the end of the day. I had a road trip the next morning. I called them and asked if it was too late to change all 4 of my tires, they said it was no problem and stayed past closing to get my car done. The staff was friendly and easy to understand. I thought they would be annoyed at my last minute request, but they were professional and made me feel welcomed.I’m writing a review because today there’s a manager special for $10 off if I write one (but it’s not the reason I gave them 5 stars lol) I came back for a car inspection. Even though there’s plenty of other car places to do it around my house, I find the staff here trustworthy and they take pride in their work. And I enjoy all the discounts :)
This place is good. They are reliable and trustworthy. I feel great to have them take care of my car. Although they are most pricey than others, but its important to have good mechanics to take care of your automobile.
I love this store. Friendly and knowledge staff. They kept things transparent and even brought me to the garage to explain the issues that my car had. A lot of space in the waiting area with free coffee. You can watch TV in comfortable couch, or work over your computer in the work station. Free Wifi too.
Quality service, excellent products, competitive pricing. 10/10 would recommend coming here. All the staff I’ve encountered have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I feel like some shops see a young girl come in with their car and they try to take advantage of the fact that they don’t have much car knowledge and tell them they need a bunch of not needed extras. That has never been an issue here. I’ve always felt like they listened to my concerns and helped me with exactly what I needed!

Have taken multiple vehicles here and has always had great experiences. They dont try and sell you anything you dont need and have great technicians that respect your property. I have a modified muffler on my vehicle and after a TERRIBLE experience at the Mavis Discount Tire up the road I was hesitant to take it to another shop. These guy restored my faith in auto technicians. made my vehicle drive correctly again.
Went there after I had a slow leak in my tire due to a nail being stuck in itand needed it patched. I went about 40 minutes prior to close, they got me in an out, were polite and I thought the price was reasonable. They guaranteed the work for the life of the tire! Im a happy customer 😊
We were traveling to Erie PA from New Hampshire when our car broke down on I90 outside of Buffalo. We arrived at Firestone about 5pm, and needed to get to Erie that evening. The manager David called the local Enterprise car rental office and asked that they stayed open a few more minutes and drove us there in his personal vehicle. He went out of his way for us and we really appreciated it. They called us the next morning and gave us an estimate and time frame for the repair. It ended up being quite an extensive repair with the car having to be there for a couple of weeks and we had to fly back out to get it. During the entire time they were very helpful and communicated what was going on and gave us updates on the progress. This place seems very well run and has great people working for them, if I lived in the area I would definitely go to them for all my vehicle repairs and maintenance.
We have been very happy with our experience here. First, we found tires online and they were happy to price match as well as work with us on the price of installation. We then had two tire sensors go off for low pressure. I stopped in without an appointment, was seen immediately, tires were filled, and was told to come back if the pressure went down again (which it did not). Next, we got a flat tire down in Colden. We called and was told to come in as soon as we returned from our trip. Within an hour we had our new tire put on for a prorated cost (since we had purchased our new tires less than a year ago). Finally, we used to go to a dealership for our oil changes, but it would take weeks to get an appointment. I stopped into Firestone and they were willing to take me then and there, but since I was unable to stay, I made a later appointment. Unfortunately, my son got ill on the day of the appointment. Upon calling, I spoke to Dave to reschedule. He was more than accommodating and was very empathetic towards my sons illness. I was told that as soon as my son is well to call and that they will make the time to do the oil change. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back!

Went here to get my car aligned. 91 dollars pretty steep. And I had to bring my car back 4 times for them to align it again and they still couldnt get it to stop pulling to the right. Then I took my truck there after I put in my simple torsion lift. 2 inches. Now my truck pulls to the right when it didnt before and my tires are wearing choppy. Would not recommend this place to anyone, the techs here do garbage work. Taking my truck back again to get my truck aligned. Seeing if they want to buy me new tires now cause god knows I dont have any money for them.
They fixed an issue with our Jeep Cherokee’s wheel in a very reasonable amount of time, also banged out an inspection hassle-free and did well-needed maintenance on this car while they were at it. Excellent service and will be coming again!
The manager at this business and location is not professional, he is extremely rude, and disrespectful. Staff also did not install my brakes properly, as I have had a previous top notch reputable auto shop inform me that my brakes were not properly installed by this location. Questionable competency and extremely dangerous.
First time customer, check in process was very easy! The gentleman that assisted me was pleasant & incredibly helpful! Waiting area was nice and clean with a little coffee bar. Definitely recommend for quick & easy service on your vehicle!
This is a 2019 written update: thee guys who work here are awesome. They super nice and always keep me informed on whats going on with my car. They do their very best with fixing the cars issues and have went above and beyond with helping me out. Ill keep coming here, I have no reason to go anywhere else.
Love the manager and staff there at Eastern Hills site!!!!! I got what I wanted from the staff HONESTY and great work !! I have had my truck at my previous mechanic for 3 times in two months for problems with brakes and steering. I tell all who work on my vehicles keep it safe if you see something bad and needs work let me know then do it !! The whole steering system had to be replaced. Other things needed done too and they did all of it and the bill was not bad at all. Driving out of there was like driving a new truck ! I have a sweet granddaughter who rides in them ! They broke a line my power steering and felt awful about it couldnt apologize enough.They replaced at no charge for the hose. Things do happen and we have to deal with it. Had to leave the truck for the night. I was just overwhelmed how professional and the honesty they showed. Wish more places where like that. Honesty best policy! Thank all of you guys at Firestone !!!!! 😘 😇
My car had a flat on Labor Day and I was without a spare. The whole team was very accommodating. They had the specific replacement tire I needed in stock. Despite being extra busy, the ensured theyd replace my tire by the end of the day so I could drive home that evening after the long weekend.
Ive been coming to Firestone for years. Theyre a friendly staff who knows cars and have always been honest of what my car needed. Theyve never pushed for unneeded services and have done quality work. Im happy to bring my car there.
Got a new set of tires and even though they didnt have them in stock, they ordered them from.rochester and had them within a day. I was in and out in under 2 hours, which I know tires can take some time (I had other work done as well). They do offer the lifetime alignment which means you can go for an alignment at every oil change with no extra cost added. It really is a great deal and all the employees have it for their personal vehicles.
The Guys in here are Great with friendly service; Dropped my Car off and picked it up when i asked if it could be done by a certain time. I was not pressured into getting services I did not ask for and if something came up and i needed something done they just asked if i said no that was it nothing else. Will be back again if i ever need something else done on my car

I recently brought my dodge challenger in for a tire repair. I called ahead, explained my issue, and that I had a road hazard warranty for punctures. They had me in and out in under an hour and fixed my tire for absolutely nothing. Prompt and considerate service.

This is the only place I will take my car for repairs. The staff is honest, friendly and helpful. They give accurate estimates on costs and how long a repair will take. They dont fix things that dont need to be repaired and let you of things that may be future problems. Very trustworthy.

I had some urgent fix required for which I had to schedule an appointment for after two days. While dropping off my vehicle I discussed the problem in detail and asked them to either fix it, or replace it and also asked them for a regular maintenance of the car. After waiting for about 2 hours and paying for additional services like battery change, spark plug replacement, I noticed that the original problem is not fixed. When I enquired about it, multiple lame excuses were made. Actually no body bothered about it and I was suggested to go to a dealer.... this could have been explained to me before I made the payment. If they had to replace or order a part they could have done that, I was ready for additional expenses, but I was turned down. I had been a regular visitor at this firestone. But this will the last one. I will try to share this experience with as many people I could....
I will rarely take the time to write a review about any business, except this one. I’ve never felt so scammed from a business, compared to what Firestone did to me.Not only did they completely take advantage of me as far as how much they charged for the services they recommended, although they also made up things that were not wrong with my car.A couple of the things they highly recommended was a $400 to remove and replace 4 spark plugs. They also quoted me for a $280 alignment, which I took to Goodyear tires down the street and they said the alignment is perfect. If I had Goodyear tires do the alignment it would have cost $60 they said.I was just trying to get a NYS inspection done, and I walked out with a $2000 estimation bill when I didn’t even think there was anything wrong with my car.Again after leaving Goodyear tires my bill was $21 because there was no issues with my car.Will never use Firestone again, and highly recommend everyone to use any other business.

I come here more often than Id like for any tire repairs or replacement. They are very nice and knowledgeable. They are always busy so be prepared to wait or drop your vehicle off and come back.
My wife was driving our 2017 Sienna from Columbus to NYC with our 2 kids. Battery died, she changed it at MTB. Battery died again in the middle of no where. She was freaking out. I called Firestone and spoke to Dave on a very busy Sunday. He assured me he will take care of it, and he sure did. It turned out MTB where we bought the battery did not clean the sockets before they put the new battery (BAAD MTB, never again). Dave @ Firestone charged us NOTHING. Talk about good samaritan? good people? good neighbors? talk Firestone. Thanks Dave

Took my car into firestone for some repairs, the next day my car would not startup and I had to call triple A. When I asked Firestone to look at my car again they offered to diagnose the problem with no extra charges. The issue was not related to their repairs.
Needed a new tire because I got a nail in the outmost tread. I was very pressed for time because I had to leave for a flight later in the evening.This Firestone location was able to have me in and out with a new tire just like they promised with time to spare before I had to leave. Its great that they are open on Sundays as well. This saved me the trouble of having to come back home to a flat upon returning from my trip.Sidenote, I recommend the hazard protection. Keeps you safe in case of any future nails that you come across the road. For some reason Im like a magnet for them.
Can’t say enough about this Firestone location on Transit in Clarence NY. Firestone has serviced our cars in several states out west for many years and when we moved back home to WNY they had all our records and got our vehicles through the NYS inspection process w no issues. They do all our car maintenance outside of dealer required service. You an trust them to do a super job w your vehicle.
My husband and I were driving back to Chicago, and got a flat tire on the NYS Thruway. Firestone Tire store helped us immediately and with total professionalism. We are back on the road .... Still hours away from home. Happy to have a new tire.

Not at all impressed. Brought in my dual axle trailer for an inspection, and Firestone said they no longer inspect trailers because they don’t have a technician that can check the brakes. Really?, How difficult or different can checking the brakes on a trailer be that of a car. Went down the street to STS Trailer and truck equipment, 6495 Transit Rd, Bowmansville, NY 14026 (Almost across the street from the Thruway entrance). STS inspected my trailer, and even change the battery in the breakaway brake system (and didn’t charge me for labor and only the part Which they had in stock with a ton of other trailer equipment). The STS guys were great, fast, courteous, Incredibly knowledgeable and I got out of there with a great price. I’m giving Firestone three stars ( should only be 1) because they turned me away and I ended up getting hooked up with a new and Infinitely better place to have my trailers inspected and worked on if necessary.

They have wondering service.. top tier nice people. However the bill at the end always feel like your in South Park and poop is coming out your mouth? Remember that episode.. I know you do. I walked in there to fix 3 things and comes out to over half a grand. Awesome people you just feel bung holed.. its not a nice feeling. Then you have to put it on a credit card and you dont want to put it on credit card.. then you end up disliking the experience more. Wouldnt even own up to scratching my wheels wouldnt recommend going here, all locations for that matter. They dont care they just want to rip people off. Heard them talking to other customers saying they needed to fix this or that and its unneeded. Even for tire this corp. is just a huge scam.

2022-04-28Thanks to lewis I got a good deal on swapping over my winter tires back to summer it was around $75 great deal and worth it just make sure you have an appointment.

2022-01-07Ive been to this place twice in the last month, just for simple mount-tire-on-rim kinda stuff, and I had to write this review to tell you I cant even remember the last time I got that kind of old world amazing treatment as a customer. TWICE. And Im not even especially great looking or charming, and not friends with anyone there. Both times I was taken care of immediately (when I assumed Id be dropping off and picking up later) and one time I wasnt even charged anything(!!). So my huge thanks go to Luis (both visits) and Gary (second visit). Im serious it was sort of surreal, I thought I was wormholed back in time. The first time they were even majorly shorthanded, which threw Luis in charge of a skeleton crew, and he was still all kindness and politeness and attention, on a Sunday, with other customers in the waiting room. I guess I could gush on and on but I just want to give my huge thanks to Luis and Gary and hope someone higher up the corporate ladder reads this and they are recognized for their excellence. PEACE.*before any bigwig is tempted to be upset about not charging a customer, think about how much goodwill and great word-of-mouth you just bought for 10 bucks.

2021-11-17Scheduled an appointment for today at 11am to drop off my car. I was pretty sure my brakes were going and needed them fixed. Was told when I dropped it off they would look at my car and let me know way before 6pm when my pick up was scheduled. I called at 4:30pm about the status. They told be my car would be going in shortly and they would call with what they find. I decided to go there at 5:45pm to see my car has not moved since when I dropped it off. The manager told me it there was 4 cars ahead of me but they were still willing to look at at if I waited. DONT BOOK APPOINTMENTS IF YOU CANT KEEP THEM! So unprofessional. I used to come to this firestone all the time but I will not be coming back again. My car sat for 7 hours and they didnt even have the kindness and tell me the truth when I called at 4? I DO NOT recommend coming here. I would rate a 0 star if it let me.

2021-10-22I had the Check Engine light issue diagnosed here. They claimed it was the issue with fuel pressure sensor, replaced my old one with a new one and charged me over 300 dollars. It did NOT do a thing; the issue continues.Brought the issue to the manager after hearing the noise when I started my car which shows noise from the engine before leaving. He was very rude and didnt care anything I pointed out. He said that they did not say the sensor will solve my cars issue and that it [the car] is still drivable.Maybe they can do some work on cars, but not recommend going. It is a waste of time and money.PS: When I was in the store waiting, the manager was really encouraging his customers applying for their card.

2021-10-26Very disappointed. I checked my car in at 1130 ( 30 minutes before my appointment) by 5pm my car still hadnt been touched. I was assured multiple times that they were pulling my car around as we speak but when I came back it was still parked and untouched. I wasted an entire day here. 😪 I understand staffing issues and the pandemic causing an unusual amount of cars coming in,but to lie to me is just unacceptable and no one apologized or made it right. Im very calm so I took my keys and drove off with 1 inch of brake pads left. Smh.

2021-05-04Gary was great. They got me in ahead of schedule and fixed two tires for me for a fair price. The other local tire dealer I typically use always seems to upcharge me. When I buy new tires for my other car this fall I will definitely go here. I selected this place based on many positive Google reviews and I see why they were rated so well

2021-12-07Bought tires from both Bridgestone and Firestone. I had to replace both of these sets of tires in about a year. I was promised that theyd give me replacements if this 2nd set of tires wore out quickly. They did not. Instead they tried to sell me a 3rd set of tires. +1 star for convenient open hours, including Sunday.
