In the past I have had beautiful cakes from First Class Bagels recently, our cake looked Very unprofessional he done. We called prior to pick up to see if it was ready and the response was impolite and we were told “if you were told your cake would be ready your cake will be ready”. On pick up the visual of the cake was terribly disappointing and they did not even have a box to put it in. I have called several times to speak to a manager and I keep being told that no manager is there can I take a message and no one has called me back. I am very surprised on this order. It was not my biggest order by any means, however if they could not honor it they should’ve told us they can. And at least call the customer back.
I am a frequent customer here ONLY because of the good food.(Food A 4 out of a 5)....BRAVO! I am not one to write a bad review about anyone or anyplace however I felt compelled to write one about First Class Bagels. I hope the owner reads this. Mr. Owner, the consensus on most of these reviews about this place are the same......BAD ATTITUDE,VERY UNWELCOMING AND SIMPLY PUT..... RUDE! Especially by the two ladies that work the counter.The lady with the dirty blond hair is simply a miserable human.Besides being unwelcoming she talks about other customers when they leave and the brunette with the injected lips is a carbon copy of the dirty blond.Its all about customer service, I know first hand that is is not easy pleasing everyone but if a employee is miserable at their job, find something else to do.It reflects poorly on your business!
Ok7/10 Saturday I just finished eating the stale chicken sandwich I that the Latin woman behind the counter said it was taking a long time like 30 minutes because it was on the grill And when I asked she had a nasty attitude and made me wait longer on purpose the café has good reviews but will h a woman liked that you gonna loose business she’s probably mad she had to on work on Saturday nobody’s fault
SIMPLY THE BEST!!!Bagels, out of this world delicious & fresh! Numerous spreads, sandwich galore. LOX is yum! And my favorite weekend splurge is the Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a roll or an egg bagel in pic... OMG YUM!!! (I mention to tell the Grill Master to put my roll or bagel on the grill & squish it, making it hot after its finished so it doesnt look that pretty in the picture.) The bakery is unbelievable, everything you can imagine, impressed! And I just gained 5 Lbs. writing this. Its worth the trip & calories.. The Egg sandwich is not salty, the bacon is...lol.. Its worth the trip & calories. JUST GO!!!PS THE LINE MOVES FAST
I went here today for a lunch. The chicken cutlet was microwaved to be heated with cheese and they heated it too long and it came out hard as a rock. I asked for the sandwich to be replaced and they were very rude and nasty to which I responded the same way.The manager or owner whatever she is should get out of the business. This place is thumbs down.
I thought this place was good, until I went there today and watched the worker apply cream cheese to my bagel with her gloved hand. She was wearing a glove, but still, kinda gross.I immediately threw my bagel out after leaving, and went across the street to bagel boss.Won’t be going there again.However, if you’re a manager/owner reading this, you may want to educate your employees on proper cream cheese application, because you just lost a customer because of it.Happy new year!
My cousin told me about this place so we decided to go there for lunch. (July 4th) we didnt realize they would be closing soon so we ordered a veggie chicken salad sandwich, veggie tuna salad sandwich and an açaí bowl. Sandwiches come with a pickle and a side of slaw, macaroni salad or some other side. My tuna sandwich was fresh and delicious. We also bought a cannoli, Oreo cupcake and a chocolate mousse parfait cupcake. Ill definitely patronize them again.
The staff is this place is enough to make you never come back. Just plain and simple rude. Food is good. But I will never come back here again. Really I work in a deli cost nothing to be nice. Management should really have a chat with their employees. There are a lot of bagel places to eat around this area. Choose another place.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and never had a problem until today. I ordered a french toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and when i took the first bite- it was not the same sweet taste, but it was a salt overload. I thought I was going nuts, so asked my wife to taste it as well, and low and behold it was too salty for her as well. When I tried to call the store, not even for money back but more for a warning- maybe they mixed up the sugar and salt. I was the recipient of the worst attitude from the woman on the other end of the phone. She accused me of lying and not even letting me get a word in, trying to explain why I was calling. Instead of listening to me, she dismissive and hung up the phone.
I had the worst customer service. I was trying to have a wonderful breakfast with my husband and he happens to love a Jewish breakfast with herring in white sauce and he enjoyed it very much. We were surprised of the selection of sweets and savory choices they had. As we were waiting on line to order we had to stop ourselves for wanting to sample everything. I ordered 2 very soft scrambled eggs w/ cheese home fries and sausage. They served me a 2 liquid egg omelette with cheese and you could see the brown over cooked liquid eggs not fresh eggs but Liquid eggs burnt and greasy diced potatoes and flat sausage patties that you can buy from the dollar store, I substituted a bialy instead a bagel. They charged me 8.99 + tax and I also purchased a medium coffee for 2.49 + tax. So with the simple math , and a total of 12.47 including tax. I returned the food to one of the staff members and i only kept the coffe e and the bialy w/ butter which they charge 2.25 + tax i should have gotten a refund for 7.64. they sent over a woman who introduced herself as the manager. The women in the photo above said I could only get 4.00 back. I questioned how she came up with that math and tried to explain why I should have gotten a refund for 7.64 and I was willing to exchange for some of their pastries. She wouldnt listen to reason and then told me to leave with nothing because I was supposedly giving her a hard time. Never did I once raise my voice or be hostel in any way. I would like if anyone recognizes this woman to please post her name. Also, she stole my money. I will be reporting this establishment because of her to the Better Business Bureau. Buyers Beware!!!!! You better like your food because you will not get a refund!!! In response to the owner who pretended to be only counter help told me personally that the woman in the photo was the manager because I thought a a business owner you wouldnt want any customer to mistreated as I was. I was never abusive and I didnt order an omelette. I ordered soft scrambled eggs. Im glad you have it on video. It will confirm with my statement. Dean and Pam you should have taken control over the situation perhaps your employee was having an off day. The conclusion is my money should have been returned minus the coffee and bialy. Im speaking from experience as a business owner and Chef .
My favorite of all bagel shops. More than a bagel store. Even better since the renovations in March 2017. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport and Dix Hills. Plenty of parking. Nice Staff. Usually a line, but it moves fast. Open into the early evening now. There is a seating area. Also public restrooms.
Not sure what was not clear with my review . I was waiting by the cakes for ten minutes all staff was looking at me and no one helped me after ten minutes the lady came over very rude and said all cake and bakery order are done at the deli and that is why I was not helped . Now we have hot sandwiches that are very and now they want to help me at bakery . I felt she was very rude and make it very clear to me and my husband that I was in the wrong place to order cakes and that all orders for cakes and cookies are done at deli . There is no sign . We left and did not order because she was rude. I can honestly tell you that we enjoy all the items here and the bagels. However we were very disappointed with the service today and the women telling me standing by the bakery is not where you are suppose toOrder bakery items . Please place a sign to inform that all bakery items need to be order at the deli. Thank you have a great day
Rude woman behind the bakery counter. Wouldnt even grab something out of the display case for me, which was literally right in front of her.. I had a pre-made wrap and a bag of chips in my hand so I wouldnt have to wait in line to order, but she told me I had to wait in line to get the item that was right on front of her? And then wait on line again to pay? I tried asking her about it and she turned her back and walked away.Lots of other delis around town that dont have rude staff.**Edit after owners response**: seems like you have every excuse in the book to justify why your staff can be rude to customers. Its never their fault in your eyes, is it? After reading other reviews this is not the first time your staff was rude to a customer and going by your unprofessional and poorly punctuated response, it definitely wont be the last. Learn grammar and teach your staff manners. Good luck in the future while you collect more 1 star reviews.
First Class Bagels had great selection of food to choose from, I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich which was delicious and it was big enough for two I just saved the other half to eat later that day. The lines are kind of long especially in the morning hours but the food is worth the wait.
New favorite place. Loved their bagels And bakery selection was huge brought home a Oreo cake that was amazing. very clean inside everyone has masks on. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly she made sure everyone wasn’t surrounding the counter and asked everyone to step to the back of the line while waiting. I heard her telling all the staff to make sure their doing it as well. Good job on making everyone feel safe coming into your store!!! Line was long but not a long wait all the staff was happy and friendly it’s nice to see everyone still laughing and smiling during these hard times!! I will be coming back!!
The spot is great. Food is great. I will never order through google again. I ordered while sitting in the car thinking that would be faster. Worst idea. I watched about 60 people get their order before me. I literally got 2 bagels with nothing on them and a quesadilla.
Great Place to get Bagels, Lunch, Deli, and Pastries.Prices are slightly higher then your average Boars Head Deli, but it is reflected in the portions and quality of the food.The worst thing I can say about the place is the line. I wish they would implement a electronic ordering screen/ticketing system to stop the line from going out the door!If you live in the area, just go there.
I have eaten at this cafe several times but today I brought a friend there to eat and what an embarrassment. The latin lady who served us was rude from the get go. It took 30 mins to prepare one sandwich and when I explained to the lady we were on our lunch break she slowed down even more. The fresh grilled chicken we waited so long for was already prepared chicken reheated. I will never eat here again or recommend it to anyone. A good word goes far BUT a bad word goes further. FYI to the lady with the nasty attitude....Never argue with the customer.....we are always right!Thank you for your prompt attention in responding. If you applied the same effort into customer satisfaction there would be no need to complain. Furthmore do not insinuate that Burger King or Mc Donalds is beneath your establishment because its not.
We have ordered a few times from here and while the sandwiches are okay, their service needs work. We ordered online, went to pickup, waited on the very long line to pick up only to find out that they had not even started our order when we arrived at the time it said the food would be ready. Then we didn’t even get the correct order, everything was made incorrectly when we had to pay extra for a hero and a whole wheat wrap.Probably the last time we will come here, it’s infuriating when you order food and they mess up time and time again.
This place needs an attitude adjustment… And a manager if they’re going to have teenagers working there. Not only did I wait around 30 minutes for my food but then when I got home I realized they gave me somebody else’s order…when I called the girl gave me a complete attitude on the phone and said well it wasn’t me… You can come here and pick up your food we have it. I come all the way back I stand around for 10 minutes until they hand me my food which clearly went home with someone else just like I went home with their food, And to top it off my order ended up being wrong anyway. Very annoyed with the way it was handled. I’ve been coming to this place for years and although it looks much better the service is terrible.
I see a lot of negative reviews on here based on customer treatment. I’ve been going here for 15 years and the customer service is hit or miss (depending on who is helping you.. I’ve had great experiences and not so great ones. Today was not the best, but I understand that they are VERY VERY busy and trying to keep up with volume, especially in a pandemic where politics has some how bled into a public health situation and everyone is divided on how this should be handled. This unfortunately gives these people two or three different kinds of customers to deal with. I ordered through their relatively new app, which is pretty good, but needs a little work. It was a bit disappointing to have half my order wrong after calling to confirm what I ordered (as I was instructed to do by the person who answered the phone). This was necessary because their app doesn’t allow you to make much customization or write notes in, like in Door dash, (really hope they fix that). Also the app is missing most bakery items and muffins, which is a shame because their bakery items are AWESOME. I won’t say I will never go here again, like some of these other reviews because that would be a bold faced lie. Their food is INCREDIBLE. Best bagels I’ve ever had!! And I’ve lived in NY my entire life. I would even dare say, better than the original Slim’s in Bayside which was always THE bagel for me, until I discovered this place (so so so good) All of their other food is very high quality and I don’t mind paying a little extra for it, as it is sooo much better than the chain joint across the street (BB) . That being said the attitude of some of the counter people could be a bit better (more caring, less frustrated and more considerate). Being a chef and having worked in the restaurant business, I understand the importance of the customer experience, but I also understand what servicing 1,000 people daily does to your ability to keep a smile on your face, so there is that. That being said I WILL be still frequenting this place and their food is encredible!! I also understand how emotionally draining and challenging, servicing this kind of volume can be, and in the end they took care of me today and did right by me. So keep up the good work guys.
Went here today for the first time after they renovated, and I must say, they really outdid themselves. LOVED the aesthetic. The seating was on one side, and the counter and kitchen was on the other. This place has a very rustic vibe to it. Its a good spot for breakfast/lunch. The brick walls really add so much class to the place. Food was delicious and portions were huge: worth the money. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pastries were mouthwatering. Strawberry cheesecake was yummy.Definitely check this place out, if you havent already.
Not only do they have the best bagels on the Island, they also are a fantastic bakery and deli. The staff are very friendly and eager to help you. Also the quality of the homemade dishes are first class. I travel several miles just to get bagels from here. Try it once and you wont be disappointed.
The service from this place specifically is very fast and courteous. They seem to allways hire energetic people which is nice. I have had no problems going at 6 am, 8 am, 12 pm and such.Price is a little high compared to more family owned shops. For example my typical bacon egg and cheese is about 11$ with a drink compared to about 7$ at other places. Im not complaining much though as quite often I get more bacon and egg than other places.
I really like this place . Very good breakfast, lunch and salads. The only issue is the long line and wait. They need a better system of taking orders.The person who takes the order is the same person who cooks the eggs butters the bagels and takes payment. 1-2 people on register and 1-2 people on the grill. Cant wait 20 minutes for an egg sanwiches. Employees are friendly and helpful.
Great place to go for breakfast and lunch. Generous sized omelettes and sandwiches and good bagels, too. The place is really a bakery that chose a wrong business name. They have more cakes and cookies than most places that call themselves bakeries. Plenty of tables to enjoy whatever you choose to eat.
Excellent service and even better food. Their bagels have always been stellar and their sandwiches and salads are good too. Their bakery though... Omg. The cakes are to die for and the pastries are outstanding. Surprisingly affordable too. They will write whatever you want on any of the cakes and they even sell mini cakes for 2. Be sure to try their chocolate satin and silk cake. Best $25 spent in a long time. Most of the cakes are between $23-26 and pastries are $2-3 in my experience. Never had anything bad there so its worth the trip for breakfast, lunch or dessert.
Ive been to this place over the years and avoided coming if I could go elsewhere but i am happy to say i had a much different experience this this time. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and focused on the customer they were helping, and were very efficient in getting the orders out. Although it was very busy, the lines are set up so there is plenty of room to order and wait, most bagel/delis cram you in like cattle and its a battle to get your order. i sat on the opposite side and the friendly young woman that took my order, brought my food over. Egg sandwich cooked prefectly as well. ill definitely be coming back on a regular basis.
Such rude, dismissive people—particularly the younger woman and one of the older women who I believe is her mother. And the long, tacky nails are so off putting—long nails like that are just beds of filth. I go out of my way to go across the street to Bagel Boss but sometimes I’m short on time and come here but def try and avoid it. Words to the owner or management, or to the ladies themselves:• be nicer• smile• don’t walk away while we are still giving our order• say thank you to your customers
This is easily one of the best delis on long island. They have great bagels, sandwiches, and one of the widest selections of side salads and cream cheeses ive ever seen. They also have a full bakery which makes amazing pastries, cakes & cannolis. The staff is friendly and they always have so many people working that the line moves pretty quick. Definitely recommend!
I’ll give them a star because the atmosphere is beautiful since they renovated. Sadly the counter help did not improve along with the decor. I stop in often for lunch since it is on the way to my office in Northport, but I am constantly disappointed. The food is mediocre at best, and the prices are a bit higher than other delis in this area.The girl behind the counter that seems to think she is 15 again is the absolute worst part of this store. Her attitude to the customers is appalling. You would expect to get decent customer service at a place where you spend your money a few times a week, but that is definitely not the case.
Fast friendly service and a really good egg sandwich on a everything bagel. Besides the really good egg sandwich, they have an amazing, on premise bakery. Sadly, no bread but the cakes and cookies were amazing. We picked up coffee crumb cheese cake. It was ridiculous!
Manager is very rude and inconsiderate. The owner should fire her for her lack of care. We have had 3 incidents at this place, and will not be going back.1- the batch of soup was bad, which they wound up issuing a credit.2- they made me a sandwich which you can see them making and they dropped the wrapper on their dirty floor, picked it up and wrapped my BEC with it, which is not sanitary and I called them out on it.3- my 5 year old complained about his bagel and cream cheese bagel, at which point I tasted and smelled the cream cheese and there was something off, it smelled like a chemical, we notified the manager, who said she would check the batch, 5 minutes later, you think as a concerned and attentive manager you would address the issue, and share your findings, nope, we had to get her attention to ask her, not making a scene just make sure it’s ok, we’ll clearly she didn’t agree and didn’t have any real input to offer or any apologetic feeling, instead her solution was for a family of 6 to no longer come in, doesn’t seem like a great answer.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Depending on the day they will tell you if you can place a phone pick up order or not. Some days they’ve told me they don’t take orders over the phone. If you’re lucky and get a hold of them it takes them 20 minutes to make an egg & cheese sandwich which usually takes 5 mins or less. Don’t waste your time or money drive an extra mile and go to bagel Chalet. This place is garbage.
Probably one of the better bagel stores of its kind in the area. They are a bit pricey but the food is fresh. My only complaint is that when I ask for over medium eggs on my breakfast sandwich that they come out not runny… Which is the whole point of me ordering them medium. Plus the ham that I asked for on my breakfast sandwich was still cold. So obviously it was not cooked enough. But other than that I have no complaints. Welcome to the neighborhood
Tried placing an order over the phone but the not so friendly woman on the phone stated that I had to order on the app. which doesn’t make sense because I’ve ordered on the phone before. So guess she didn’t wanna be bothered taking an order. She then decided to hang up on me. Terrible customer service. Going to find another place to get an egg sandwich
Great bagel/breakfast/lunch place! Everything I’ve had is really good and a generous portion. The bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are perfect and all of the pastries are to die for. They make all of their baked goods in store and there is a huge selection: full size and mini cakes, cannolis, pastries, etc. pretty much anything you could want. Maybe a little pricy compared to nearby bagel store but this place is just so much more that just a bagel place. Highly recommend it!Im giving 4 stars because they can be rude on the phone if you call in your order and I did have a bad experience with the food once. I stopped in after work to get a Ruben sandwich for diner. The kid who made it looked very much like he had a loooong day and was sick of it but I gave him the benefit of the doubt since I always had great sandwiches here before. That was a mistake! I got home and my “Ruben” (it’s called something else on the menu but was supposed to have all the typical ingredients, except rye bread) had no dressing, no sauerkraut and no Swiss! It was literally corn beef on a roll. Ew. So long story short... of you get food to go CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
Food fresh and delicious. However, the girl at register was getting help from another employee and rung up my order- she shorted me 10 cents. Its not the money its the principal. I asked her why she was ringing it up and she said the girl will just give me the exact amount - Well, the exact amount wouldnt fit in the container. Plus, 2 people helping me and it took forever. 2 phone calls accomplished while waiting. unacceptable. hope for better service if i go back
Best bagels in the area. During peak hours can get a little hectic but staff are always efficient and friendly. Huge selection of bagels and sandwiches. The renovation from a few years ago really improved the interior. Always my first choice for breakfast for the family and friends.
As always, great food, great service and 5 star owners who continue to keep First Class Bagels a centerpiece of the community. If you think you know about sports and you have 45 minutes to spare, say hi to Dean. (Hes the guy in the t shirt who needs to hit the gym more)
Bagels and sandwiches good, but service not so much. A very rude lady who took my order over the phone was arguing with her coworkers told me my order would be done in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later she told me I had just called 5 mins ago, finally when my order was done I get home and a breakfast sandwiches was wrong I called and she was so nasty about it she said she knew it was right and hung up the phone🤨
This location is beautifully clean with Christmas music playing for your listening ears. Thee food looks and taste divine. However, the attitude of our cashier/server was awful. My family and I traveled from Houston and New Orleans to visit our family in NY. Not sure is its her NY attitude thing or our being the only non-whites in the restaurant. Whatever the case may be, all employees should leave their personal views outside the door when coming to work. Without the public, theres no job. Rather you like me or not, business is business and it should be conducted professionally and with respect...at ALL times!
This is one of the worst L.I. delis I have ever been to. The setup is terrible, you have no idea where to order. The place often smells like it was mopped with toilet water. Many of the employees there are just exceptionally rude, but the worst is the manager/owner guy. I had three 3-foot subs made for a party (not a cheap order) and was told on the phone that each of them comes with a 1/2 lb of side salad. I go to pick it up, only get two, and they are obviously under-filled. I complain to the manager who gives me such an attitude and tells me that one of the subs I ordered doesnt come with side salad. He refused to make good on the deal, literally saying Im not gonna take the hit for this. What a piece of work. I will never go to this place again.
This is the closest bagel store in my vicinity, so I go there frequently. I wont anymore. EVERY time, the person helping me either messes up the order or left things out in which I was charged for. They are very slow as well. For as many people as there are behind the counter, the mile-long line moves slower than molasses. Thier bagels are ok, nothing to brag about.
Excellent selection, good service, great quality. They may not be the best, but they are awesome bagels. In addition the breakfast specials are phenominal. If you dont need the comfort of an actual diner, you can save some bucks and probably get a fresher, better breakfast then from any diner. The Bacon, Sausage, and Ham omlette with homefries (which are big hunks of seasoned red potatoe) and a great bagel for $7 is unbeatable. Just wish I got cheese on the omlette. Everything on the breakfast sandwich is made to order (including the bacon). Didnt try it, but the smoked salmon looks amazing and I would give it a shot if thats your thing. Huge selection of pastries, bagels, salads...you name it. I never got to try their lunch meat, but I will def be back for that as well.
First class bagelsis in an instant hit if youre looking for a great sandwich or just a plain old the great bagel theyre made in house in the morning in fact if you get there around 5 a.m. you can see them make them very delicious New York bagels everything seems very fresh in there too Ill be going back next because today is Sunday
Almost served my daughter moldy old fruit!!! Called to get a refund and they refused. I was told they would replace the fruit cup but I dont trust my child to consume their fruit after that!! Bad business!!! They lost loyal costumers from myself and my entire family!!!
Closest bagel shop to me. However, I avoid going. They are rude, slow and its poorly set up. You wait in long lines and thats if you figure out where to wait. The older guy stands around talking but when he finally stops to help hes actually the rudest. Cakes are always dried out.
I have been going here for years. I will never go there again. The owner has a 3.5% surcharge on credit cards. Claims that posted prices are a cash discount but he has had these prices since he reopened. Hate being price gouged. They lost me till they stop ripping off their customers
No customer service skills at all!!!! I went there for the first time the other day and the way I was treated made me feel less than human. The lady who took my order was the rudest person I have ever met and made me feel like I was waisting her time I will NEVER eat from here again and will suggest others stay away!!
Love the food there, but the staff are nasty and really rude specially the tall blond one she is rude Af and make me rush to order anything and when I ask something extra she make me this weird angry face like she hates me..and some of them don’t even smile they always so angry.. it’s just so sad to get serve this way when we’re good cliente.
I went in looking for a job they took my information said they would call me back on monday it has been a week and i’ve heard nothing i’ve been trying tocall them to get into contact to see if anyone got my information for the job and their phones or either broken or turned off bc the line has been ringing as if it were busy all week
Awful, awful management. Told me they wanted to hire me, trained me for a few hours, and then sent me a text saying theyre looking for someone with experience... like seriously?! Shouldnt you have told me that BEFORE you agreed to have me as an employee?? Super disgusted, and a true indicator of what customer service is like here.

2022-04-17My family and I absolutely LOVE the cakes you sell! My husband picks them up for every occasion!!! We definitely recommend this place! delicious!!!! Weve tried Oreo cake, rainbow cookie cake, strawberry short cake, then today we had the red velvet!!! DELICIOUS!!!!!!

2022-02-17Okay. I think it’s needed to be said, I’m from VA and not from NY. I have always been told New Yorkers are short and not very kind, but that has not ever been my experience when visiting Long Island. ESPECIALLY not here.When you first enter the building, you are greeted by dozens of colorful treats. The smell is great.I have bought a breakfast sandwich, cookies, bagels and cream cheese. I went back twice in one visit, because I was so satisfied. 2022-05-31The positive reviews of this place are fake. Food here used to be good quality but the quality has gone down dramatically. Got a catering order for Memorial Day party. The side salad was running bad had a smell to it. The chicken parm seemed to have been reheated multiple times was crispy. Called them today to let them know about the food order. The person on the phone told me never to order from them and never to come back. No apology, no refund, no sorry it was a mistake. Very rude people. Never catering again from this dump.

2022-04-11Food was awesome but I guess the staff wasnt having the best day. I felt unwelcome. Ive been coming here for a while so Im willing to give First Class another chance. I hope I will up this review to 5 stars afterwards.Aside from that, the recent renovations are really nice and everything looks great inside.

2021-07-11Great food BUT the wait is incredibly long. This place is always packed with a very slow moving line. We have ordered online three times and each time still needed to wait past 45 minutes to pick up two deli sandwiches. Im glad that they are getting business, but its frustrating to wait for so long for a sandwich. I recommend this place for the food but if you are looking to buy a sandwich in under 45 minutes, I would suggest finding another place.

2022-07-09I’ve been a customer for years and have to admit the customer service has seriously deteriorated. I’ve stopped in three times over the past two weeks and was treated like the staff were doing me a favor. While ordering the guy behind the counter gave me an attitude because he couldn’t hear me and had to ask the same question twice. Then he took the cash from my hand and walked to any other register without telling me how much I owed or how much my change was. He then proceeded to throw the four items in the bag like trash.It’s sad to see such a good place treat there customers poorly.

2022-05-31Picked corn muffins that were stale. Tried to return/exchange but the owner instead started cursing claiming I was a liar and then proceeded to threaten me that she will call the cops. A flurry of profanity continued from the owner. All for a mere request to exchange the muffins that were stale and cost at most $10. What a bunch of jokers. Never going there again. Glad we didn’t get sick from their food.
