My bus is always late. it’s supposed to be here at 6:45 but today i had to wait till 7:10. i feel bad for the kids who stand outside and wait for the bus for that long period of time. we don’t have a set bus driver so we continuously had different drivers and their excuse if they don’t have enough drivers but they have enough to constantly switch out drivers. everyday the bus comes around 7 now it’s so frustrating.

My Charter experience was all a bit of 5 Stars. Bus was 15 min earlier than expected and Driver was very polite and professional of his doing. Brought back felt like no concern they had my safety and alot of friends and family perfectly back to where we were picked up. My exp. was great and Im very pleased with the Driver and the professionalism of the Company First Student. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ,!!

Consistently late or extremely early, for 3 yrs. We’ve had problems all year, this year, with our current bus driver not stopping at our bus stop! Proper bus procedure is drivers are suppose to stop even when there are no kids at the stop! I tried to talk to driver; she closed the door in my face. I called the bus garage to speak with supervisor; he was not concerned with his driver’s behavior or the rules that the drivers are suppose to follow. Then he hung up on me. Worst bus company ever!

I was in training today to become one of their drivers. I had 2 very fine trainers, Alice in the class room and Joe for on the road, wonderful people and they have terrifc teaching styles.

Dealt with them for my sons 1st year in school. Consistently inaccurate and rude. Never came to pick my son up on his first day, the lady insisted the bus had come, I said it hadnt, and I could hear her shrug, she left it at that. When my son was one hour and fifteen minutes late from his return home from school (partly due to the schools letting them out later than usual), I called very concerned and expressed I wanted to involve the police. She said in a condescending tone, Go right ahead. I insisted, told her to give me specifics of the buss location or the whereabouts of my 5-YEAR-OLD and she put me on an indefinite hold. What a nightmare.

Do not work here, it is nothing but a total mess of internal politics and affairs. The company is a total and complete mess with nothing but incompetence, corruption, and discrimination running through it.If your intentions are to get the license then do that and get out. Best way to do so is to sign on somewhere around February March April at the latest and serve out your obligation of 1 SCHOOL YEAR and get the -redacted- out...some of you may not heed my warning but know this, no matter how well you think it’s going for you all you need to do is get in the way of someone who thinks they’re more important than you and you’ll most definitely end up on the receiving end. Some of these people are the most vindictive people I’ve ever come across, and considering that these people drive children around scares me and it should scare you too!

I’m a high school coach and my school schedules them for our sporting events. They are consistently late for all of our pick up times, up to 30 minutes or more. There have even been times that they have made us miss events.

Horrible experience with bus aides...this company is Sooo unorganized, seems like they dont communicate with one another...I have waited for over an hour for my daughters bus on several occasions.. I would not recommend this bus company for pets let alone children

Very good trainers. Instead of aides they need officers for the bad behaved kids and parents that dont support the transportation services.
