I love working with Breanna Young! What I love most about her is her balance of empathy and professionalism. She is good at listening to the heart of the residents, as well as making (sometimes tough) decisions that benefits the community as a whole. I am grateful for her leadership!
Had an amazing experience with First Service Residential and Inga Kilimnik in particular was super helpful, very informative and communicated extremely well with us regarding any details at all times for the application process. I’ve dealt with other managements in NY and never had such a smooth and easy transition as Inga made for this entire process. Would highly recommend her and her team!
Collaborating with First Residential and especially the Property Manager Henry Sanchez at Inwood Heights Coop has been a highly rewarding collaborative experience towards supporting the residents in the building, especially the seniors. We applaud the company for its hiring and especially thank Mr Sanchez for his work ethic and personable and approachable style and willingness to go the extra mile.
I had an amazing experience with Inga Kilimnik as an application processor for my condo application at 196 Orchard street. Shes super efficient and responsive. We got our application approved on the same day we sent it to the board! Thank you Inga for your dedication and I hope to work with you again soon!
First Service Residential is quite negligent in regards to handling tenants concern and complaints about second hand smoke permeation. For years my family and I have been dealing with second hand smoke permeating our apartment and nothing has been done to find a proper resolution to the problem. Even after requesting for an apartment inspection to verify our claims First Service Residential is keen on defending the people creating the issue by attempting to nullify our claims. Before the apartment inspection management sent a maintenance crew member to clean the area in front of the apartment of the person who smokes and spray an air freshener just moments before our inspection. That is a questionable tactic from a supposed top property management company. After years of complaint and a questionable apartment inspection my family and I have no other recourse but to seek litigation which we will. The issue is not only a health hazard but also an incendiary safety issue. Its simple, DO NOT ALLOW SMOKERS IN THE BUILDINGS YOU MANAGE!
I have worked with Gracie Moxheim on several deals over the past few years. She has always been responsive, friendly, extremely helpful and professional. Thank you Gracie for your diligence and attention to every deal. First Service is fortunate to have you.The only reason I gave 4 stars is First Service online portal to process applications is a little wonky and not very user friendly at the onset.
I would like to share my amazing experience regarding the excellent help and service I received from Courtney Jachim, the applications processor at FirstService Residential Manhattan.Courtney was very knowledgeable, professional, communicative and prompt throughout the entire process. It was a very smooth process. I very much appreciated Courtneys help!
I have been in the real estate industry for decades and have worked with many managing agents. Rarely do you come across a managing agents representative of the caliber of Inga Kilimnik. Not only is Inga a consummate professional - very efficient, responsive, knowledgable and pleasant to work with -- but proactive in her ability and desire to work with all parties to get a transaction done. Inga was instrumental in assisting in the conclusion of my last transaction. Were it possible to work with Inga on them all.
Buying a property is always a stressful event. When you have people like Sally Ann Pollio helping to guide you, it greatly eases the burden and makes for a lovely experience. She helped us through the maze and helped orchestrate the many steps with great patience and incredible professionalism. Thank you for you kindness Sally Ann!!
COURTNEY JACHIM, the Applications Processor from FirstService Residential is the best management agent I have ever worked with. She is so friendly and pay closely attention to any application we submitted. She replies to emails very fast and also stay on top of everything for the client. She really plays an extremely helpful role during the entire process and I would love to work with her all the time.Peggy Yulin PengRealtor from R New York.
Pricila is a consummate professional. I am a broker who is very active in one of the buildings managed by First Service (440 Kent Ave), and working with Pricila is always a breeze. She is efficient, transparent and communicative. What more could a busy real estate broker ask for! Thanks again for all your hard work and attentiveness; my clients and I really appreciate it.
Courtney Jachim’s customer service and follow up on processing a sublet application for me on the UWS was unsurpassed! The process went on for over 2 months. Courtney was on top of communicating with me to complete the application and get it in front of the board. She takes pride in doing her job well! Thank you again for everything Courtney.
My experience with this property manager was nothing but the best. The comparison that I can make is the torture my real estate agent and I had to endure with the last agent . They were lazy and completely incompetent . To have a new tenant move into my daughter’s apartment took close 4 months. Not with this company. My contact was Jazmine and it was a completely different experience. The whole process took about 5 business days and Jazmine was there whenever we needed help. My real estate agent who was dreading this process has been calling me non-stop and telling me that it was actually the easiest thing that she has done. Hat off to First Residential and hats off to Jazmine. Kudos to both for making the apartment holder’s life easier.
Breanna is a fantastic building manager. From helping schedule our move-in to helping with whatever came up, we could always count on Breanna. Shes personable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Were grateful for everything shes done for us during our time as residents of 400 CPW.
Margoth Carvajal at First Service Residential was a pleasure to work with. She managed our application process for our apartment as tenants for a Condo at Williamsburg and she made it the. smoothest process ever. She was always available to clarify any questions and very clear on each of the steps and what to expect of them. I really appreciate Margoth’s 5 star service.
As much as technology can expedite real estate processes, there is nothing better than the human touch of a friendly, polite knowledgeable, understandable and competent company liaison such as Priscila Vargas. After many hours turning into days then to weeks while waiting to hear back from the FS Building Management, I was able to locate Ms. Vargas’ correct business telephone number. Yes, her phone was incorrect on the original forms. But can I find them now? No.However, Priscila was so helpful by expediting my buyer’s Board Application for 72-61 113th St. 3B and keeping me in the loop. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know if my buyer would have continued following the steps to purchase itI am compelled to write this review since Priscila played a strong and essential part in this process. She always replied to my voice messages and my emails in a timely manner with accurate information. I sing her praises.
FRAUD, kickbacks , corruption. 60-day license suspension for FirstService Residential DI had my ceilings collapsed twice in my apartment in NEW YORK and they failed to do anything leaving me by myself to do the aftermath. A different tenant in a different apartment had her ceiling collapsed and was lucky to be alive. They ran from and then harassed a process server when I later sued them so that they can later say they were never served nor received my complaints. Is this how FirstService generates over US$2.2 BILLION in annual revenues (NASDAQ: FSRV, TSX: FSV) ?They are a complete FRAUD rotating their managers every year from building to building to diffuse responsibility.Contact your state Attorney General and sign petition on Change!Check other websites to know what you can do. Google finds my review too hot if I added all the relevant info to my review here on Google Maps.PS: FSR, Don’t bother to contact google to delete my review. I will provide proof of every word I said. And I will make sure that I will post and post again for everyone to know what scam you are running.
Christianne Montoute is an outstanding professional whose efforts make the submission, review and approval process of purchase applications in New York City Condos & Coops extremely smooth. She is highly efficient and very quick to respond with any pressing matters. I wish that every transfer agent I worked with in Real Estate had her very admirable attributes. Looking forward to working with Christianne again soon
Courtney Jachim is a dream come true as Management! She answered the phone when I called with a problem!! And then took care of it immediately, being helpful throughout the little details that ensued afterwards. Always responsive to emails so that we knew the status/timing of the application, she is sheer delight in a process that is often stressful and problematic. A deep bow of gratitude to Courtney!
Inga was extremely helpful on two occasions with our properties ar 145 East 48 Str : a) extending the lease for an existing tenant and b) leading me through patiently in filling the application for sale of one of our apartments. Those applications are complicated and without her help I would have needed to hire someone to do it for me . She also did it in a short period of time which I and my husband appreciate very much .
Christianne Montoule of FSR was extremely helpful and professional. During a period of heavy case load, she was still able to respond to a Lease Review in a very timely fashion and assist with speedy processing and final Condo Board approval. As the Owners representative, I appreciate her thoughtful work.
I am writing to express my deepest appreciation and compliments of Gaitri Patel at First Service Residential. I have been in NYC real estate for over 30 years and I work as a Transaction Coordinator for a top ranking team at Douglas Elliman. I work with many managing agents at many different firms, and my experience with Gaitri was easily one of the best. She is so well versed, responsive, and respectful of the process and consideration of all parties involved. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I only hope that I will have many more opportunities in the future to collaborate with her!!!
Breanna Young, Assistant Manager has been instrumental in reducing the noise from the upstairs neighbor. Along with arranging for rugs to be put down, Breanna set up a meeting between the neighbor and myself and we were able to better understand how the noise travels, and what sounds are most disruptive. I am very impressed with, and am grateful for the level of care Breanna showed in resolving this issue.
Hanka at First Service Residential has given our development 1st class service. From staffing our building with great competent personal to managing all the residences during our development launch through property closings. I highly recommend Hanka as she has handled under pressure a multitude of situations with easy. Thank you Hanka for your assistance with Hillrose28.
Slow and unresponsive, with many ignored or partially ignored emailsI was told there was no minimum for an insurance coverage. Later after application submission, my application was rejected and told the new minimumMany people kept going on holiday with loose ends untied and giving different answers from each otherDelayed by at least two weeks extra unnecessarilyMost of the reviews here are fake and from the agents, not the buyer
Christine Carr has been amazing! She has responded extremely promptly to my email and phone calls and addressed my needs by going above and beyond. She is a highly professional representative of FirstService Residential and I am extremely grateful for her skills and good will.
Our 500 unit building, one of the 8 Lincoln Towers buildings, has been managed by First Service for approximately 20 years (Cooper Square at first, then First Service). We have had excellent service over the years from the entire company but Christina Forbes, who was our building manager several years ago and Christine Carr, our current manager stand out. First Service financial group is excellent -- our budgets are routinely within one percentage point of actual and that is due to the solid work done by our auditors and First Service working together. The closing department is responsive to our needs and handles individual shareholders very well.I have been president of 160 West End Avenue Owners Corp. for 35 years and have worked with 4 different management firms prior to First Service. I can comfortably say that First Service has been our best managing agent by far.I have only one slightly negative comment about First Service. I think the company needs to do a better job of educating board members and shareholders of the work they do that isnt always noticed and gets taken for granted. We need a high level of service and the problem is that its difficult for management companies to raise their prices because they are constantly competing with bottom feeders. I suggest that a little more advertising of what is involved in managing a large building (or any building) would be helpful in this regard.Gerald RossPresident160 West End Avenue Owners Corp.
I would like to thank our assistant property manager Breanna Young, for her dedication to her job and always being there for us, whether it is a request or complaint, suggestion, sending announcements, etc. This is a large building with over 400 apartments. Breanna is a very responsive manager, and always takes care of everything perfectly, in a very professional manner, politely listens to all kinds of suggestions, complaints, frustrations, and always finds the correct answers and solutions and follows up promptly. We are very fortunate to have Breanna in our building to take care of many aspects of building management, not an easy job. One of the founding pillars of the building. Thank you so much Breanna.
Priscila Vargas was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is incredibly responsive and was happy to answer any questions I had. I havent always had positive experiences in the past with management companies, and I can say with confidence, this was the best experience I have had. Priscila has a lovely demeanor about her and handles everything in a timely matter. Thank you, Priscila- I appreciate you!
We were trying to buy a complicated property that was mis-represented as two floors. Remarkably a single outreach by our lawyer resulted in Jonathan defining it immediately and honestly - this is a single floor and a basement/cellar. He was the first person who accurately represented the property. He should be rewarded for his honestly instead of trying to cloak it without accuracy.
I am part of a big NYC real estate team at Douglas Elliman and work with FirstService nearly every day to get deals done. I greatly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency. Special thanks to Christianne Montoute for her professionalism and assistance! The rest of the team is also great and I thank them for their help. In such a busy market this kind of service is priceless and deeply appreciated by real estate professionals.
They are terrible! I have found them to be rude & very difficult to work with. I have sent numerous requests for help but I rarely even get a response from them. I think it would almost be better to have no management company than work with FirstService Residential in Manhattan. If you are looking for a new management company, look elsewhere.
Helping my mother negotiate the difficulties of purchasing a condo would have been completely impossible if it wasnt for the fantastic, extraordinary support of Priscila Vargas. If everyone at FirstService Residential Manhattan is of the quality of Priscila then the have to be one of the best companies of their kind out there. Thank you so much Priscila!
I have to say that Christianne Montoute of First Service was a pleasure to work with...As a Realtor, we need the guidance and assistance from transfer agents to get our transactions done and Christianne was patient, responsive and so very helpful...Believe me, thats not always the case--so I feel compelled to post my highest praise!
For more than 4 weeks our building was in violation of NYC law by failing to provide heat to its residents. Our emails and phone messages to our managing agents, Anne Larsen and Andrew Caballero, at FirstService Manhattan went unanswered. Finally on Nov 1st, our front desk concierge mentioned that the building finally switched the system to heat two days ago. Neither Anne nor Andrew have yet to notify residents that heat is available. Did I mention we lost our super in March and 7 months later, we still have no super. Granted, our Co-op board may be largely responsible for that. But my point is that neither Anne Larsen nor Andrew Caballero have provided the service that we shareholders pay for. And to make matters worse, their lack of response speaks volumes that they couldn’t care less if their clients, the residents of this building, are suffering in their unnecessarily cold apartments. Some might excuse a managing agent’s incompetence, but their shocking lack of empathy is truly offensive!
I just wanted to write about my unbelievably positive experience with Gaitri Patel at First Service Residential. Gaitri has been exemplary in every way from the very start of meeting her. We have been working on an especially challenging board package and I have never worked with someone so honest, earnest, diligent, thorough, kind, patient, and collaborative. Our jobs, both hers and mine, are very demanding in a very demanding city where everyone is in a rush. Working with someone as special as Gaitri makes me so grateful because she is the consummate professional and incredibly gifted at her job. I have to say I wish all managing agents were as amazing as this team and Gaitri. Ive had nothing but the best interactions and that says a lot.First Service Residential is truly first in service. And having a team member as talented as Gaitri Patel only ensures this.
I am a member of the Board of Managers at 350 W 71. It took a few property managers before we were lucky enough to be assigned Victor Kamara. Victor has been a wonderful addition to our community, works closely with our resident manager and our Board. Because of his focus and dedication the Board of Managers at 350 W 71 think very highly of FSR.
We have been living in a FirstService building on the UES for about three years now. For all of our requests and concerns, Peter Salvatore (the assistant property manager for the building) has been exceptionally helpful and supportive. He is always respectful, professional, communicative, and efficient. Whenever we email or call Peter regarding any inquiries, requests, or concerns, we hear back almost immediately with solutions! We really want to take this time to thank Peter for all his hard work, continuous support, and high quality service. He is fantastic and we thoroughly appreciate all he has done for us!
I served as President of the condo board association at 45 Park for several years, and was instrumental in bringing in FirstService Residential as manager for the building. They were terrific, in terms of managing the buildings finances, attention to maintenance issues, and interactions with the residents. A particular shout out to Maria Auletta, whom we were blessed to have as the manager assigned to our building.
Ive worked in Manhattan real estate for close to 20 years now and have worked with more real estate management companies than I would care to mention but I will say that FSR is one of the most professional, efficient and no drama. Christianne Montoute in particular is likely the most responsive, capable and above all, pleasant agent that Ive worked with at FSR. Whenever I have an application where I know that she is the transfer agent, my stress level immediately drops. At the end of the day our goal is the same in wanting to get the deal done and as painlessly as possible. Christianne helps doing just that.
I have lived at my Queens co-op since 1990. For many, many years, we have had the same Management Company, and the same Manager. Last year, our Manager was promoted and we were assigned a new one: Manny Lopez. I am writing this review to praise Manny for being the kind of Manager that everyone would want to have for their property! From the very beginning, Manny demonstrated true concern and commitment for the co-ops welfare. He displayed respect and civility, while maintaining an upbeat attitude and a fun sense of humor. Manny observed co-op conditions, offering improvement ideas to the Board, and he listened politely and attentively to everyone who approached him; he respects us, and we respect him. Manny is definitely a good guy, and we all appreciate it.When the Board asked him to get business proposals, he followed through ASAP; his suggestions have helped us a lot. He gets along well with our Staff, and they readily respond to his supervision. However, running a co-op is not always easy or trouble-free. When tough occasions arose, Manny willingly stepped up and pitched in. When he needed additional guidance or expert information, he has sometimes conferred with his Supervisor (our former Manager), in order to obtain and apply the best and most customized solution for difficult issues.Mannys energy and dedication have empowered us, reassuring the Board and our residents that our co-op will not be over-looked or neglected. I am grateful for what Manny does, and I hope that he will continue to be our Manager--for many, many years to come.
First Service has been managing agent of my coop for many years, and my experience with them has always been good. My recent mortgage refinance led me to new dealings with them, and I must say I am impressed. The application is now done on-line, and I had all of the required documents back in my hands within a week...a record time for my 35 years in NYC. Special kudos to Stephanie Cardello of First Service for her responsive, can-do attitude!
Diana Perez of FirstService Residential is a cut above the rest. I work with many managing agents, and she is such a stand out. She takes time to answer questions, go above and beyond to problem-solve and is incredibly fast in her communication with an upbeat attitude. She cares. It seems like she loves her job, and life, in general. This is a rarity, and I cannot say enough positive things in support of Diana and her team! Thanks so much.
THIS IS the worst management company ever. They are no responsive, incompetent and outright rude. In particular our building manager, Joseph Driscoll is completely inept, toxic and demonstrates gashlightling behaviors. His boss Mark Pepe condones this by refusing to address it despite multiple reports. I have witness unethical and unsafe practices. They do not fix basic infrastructure like plumbing issues that are the buildings responsibility. There is complete chaos in the building as rules are not enforced as Joseph is too lazy or incompetent to do anything about it. There have been fights in the laundry room that i have witnessed as a result of this. They are discriminatory in their practices targeting certain individuals while its okay for others. They employ shoddy vendors who do shoddy work and they provide no oversight or management of these vendors. Horrible company, with horrible staff and management that condones these behaviors -- avoid them like the plague if you canwow -- so a year later you respond??!!! Clearly this is not a priority for you. And by the way i did connect FS customer service last oct and it took 10 months to get a response. I stand by my comments that the company has the worst customer service and practices unethical business practices which i have reported several times with no actions taken
Seems like the experience you get with FS is going to be highly dependent on your building / who you interact with. Im glad others seemed to have a much better experience than I did.I lived in 503 W 46th (Revere) for a year. Its a nice building and if you face east on a higher floor you get a great view. The apartments are well finished and in a fun location (Hells Kitchen). In late 2020 we had a break-in. Somebody had forcibly entered and took stuff from the basement, including my bike. Building management (Eric Yoskowitz) offered little help and didnt bat an eye towards my sentimental connection to the bike. Please refer to rental insurance for lost items. We are not responsible.Fine...Ill get a new bike. But management communicated very little about the break in. In response to it, they hired security to guard the lobby. Visitors were asked to sign in and IDs checked. What are we, college freshmen? They discontinued this after a couple months of wasting money, I suppose.I moved out in May 2021. I accidentally delivered some furniture to the building because I forgot to change the delivery address. My mistake...Im willing to go out of my way to meet building staff there to retrieve it. The super (Tony) refused to answer texts and calls. When you do get a hold of him he never shows up at promised times. I escalated to Eric and I received what is so typical of Eric - a curt, robotic reply: Ill let him know you reached out.So...$500 worth of furniture sitting in the package room. Im sick of making myself available. They can have it at this point.Oh. There are bed bugs.
Chris and Melissa were really great. My landlord was slow to get me my lease so we were under a tight time schedule and they did everything they could to make it all work out. They were responsive and understanding of my situation. I really appreciated the service they provided me as a new tenant in the building.
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your team at First Service Energy for your outstanding customer support and professionalism. Since our company started working together, we have always been appreciative of the support and assistance we receive from First Service Energy. The knowledge about energy efficiency and sustainability, including your understanding of all the various NYC Local Laws is a real plus, and makes it much easier for our teams to coordinate on the various projects we work on together. Because of this team effort and coordination, your clients are much better served and seem to be always pleased with the final results. It has been a great pleasure working with First Service Energy. Marc Kaplan, Senior Project Manager, Pinnacle Energy Group.
I work with so many buildings in my sales and I have had the best experience here. Sally Ann P has processed probably 15+ of my applications. She is responsive, communicative and a truly helpful with such a high stress process for the clients. Being supportive is so important as your clients work to purchase. Often this is their first impression of a building or a board and I just really appreciate knowing that my clients are in good hands because she is fair, works to help the process and consistent with communication. Professionalism really counts in business.
Hanka Gojacic the assistant property manager at FirstServiceResidential had helped my tenant moved in at the neck of time, saving me big money at a time of pandemic with little work to none and saving my tenant the heartache of looking for a temporary place to stay. Her dedication and her kindness of serving her company’s clients are very remarkable at a time when everyone is force to work at home. She took extra time out to make sure we got the approval we needed so I would not be without another month of rent income. Thank you so much, Hanka, form the bottom of our hearts!
Id like to take this time out to say what a Great Company First Service Residential is. They take the time out to really and truly understand all the people they service and they do so at the utmost professional level. Its a pleasure to work side such individuals and truly an honor. Id also like to personally mention that Chris Ferlisi has been extremely responsive to any and all inquiries and truly understands the meaning of Professionalism.
Service goes beyond a friendly face to residents. As a general contractor, Rusk builds projects throughout Manhattan and the quality of service to resident’s contractors are an underrated element of service. Here, the Plaza stands out. For years, we’ve enjoyed the professionalism and efficiency of Tom Padilla and Pete Zinzi from First Service Residential. They truly care about their residents and we experience it in their assistance to us as we renovate resident’s apartments. While maintaining strict rules, they give us clear direction and sound advice to get our projects done with minimal impact on the building and its other tenants. Collaborating with Tom and Pete really lends to the success of our projects and facilitates our lasting relationships with our clients.

2022-07-04FirstService manages 329 Pleasant Ave in East Harlem.I would give a zero if it’s even possible. I can’t believe building owners would pay for an incompetent company like FirstService. The building “manager” Gil does not have a sense of responsibility to help the tenants. There’s so many issues in the building and our unit that should have been looked into prior to move in. From lights and floors that’s been painted over, broken dishwasher and laundry dryer, disgusting ponding on the terrace and many more issues that hasn’t been resolved a month after we started our lease. For about a week now, we reported a toilet leak, the plumber came A FEW DAYS later, then suddenly left without fixing anything because he said management didn’t want to pay him and he wasn’t going to work for free. The plumber left without fixing the issue. To this day Gil has not contacted me back to mend the situation and the toilet is still leaking. We are now going to hire our own plumber because of this. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

2022-04-22So far Ive had a great experience with First Service Residential. Sally Ann Polio was the person working on my application. 2022-02-26Stephanie Cardello at First Service is an exceptionally helpful and professional property manager (and VP of Compliance). As a real estate agent for almost 20 years, I have worked with dozens of property managers from different management companies throughout NYC. Rarely have I encountered property managers who have responded as promptly and as thoroughly as Stephanie always has.As experienced brokers and sellers may know, communication throughout the different stages of a sales transaction is crucial in managing expectations and in resolving potential issues that may arise. Working with a reliable and knowledgeable property manager is key to reducing undue stress and headache that often accompanies many transactions. If all property managers exhibited Stephanies strong work ethic and dedication, selling and leasing apartments in NYC would be much easier!

2022-06-08As a real estate agent, I work often with a variety management companies on an almost daily basis. They are an essential piece of any real estate transaction in nyc. First Service Residential stands out because of their exemplary service, most notably their availability, which is paramount in our business.. You always get a response quickly and when you’ve reached the wrong person or department, you get redirected. This is no small thing as often we wait days+ for a response. Not with First Service Residential. Also, almost every necessary item is available online and their site is easy to use, very intuitive. Always happy to see them as the building managers when doing a transaction.

2022-07-14My daughter secured an apartment in NYC for which I acted as guarantor. Its madness right now finding and securing any apartment in the City, but working with Inga at FirstService was a thoroughly professional experience. She helped both my daughter and me navigate the various requirements of the application process and exercised thoughtful discretion and judgment in applying the standards of review. After a hectic search for an apartment, we were pleased with the efficiency and fairness of the review conducted by FirstService.

2022-02-19Very close to public transportation with great views of Central Park and lots of amenities, including a well-appointed gym to maintain health, a relaxing garden- like sitting area to maintain well-being, friendly staff, and neatly groomed grounds where ice and snow removal are never an issue-400 Central Park West Apt 1S- New York City, is an amazing place to live!It has been a year since I relocated here. During my transition process, I had the privilege to meet the Assistant Property Manager- Breanna Young. From day one, she was professional, knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and most impressively-Ms. Young exuded a very high level of enthusiasm. She is truly passionate about and cares for the 400 Central Park West residents. Through my own experience, I have witnessed she goes over and beyond to assist me and is efficient and prompt to address any concern. Whenever I send a maintenance request, she always takes care of it right away and makes herself available always to answer my questions on a timely basis.I can only give her the finest reviews for her brilliant service.Sincerely,Alex Jean Antoine

2022-07-19As the current assistant for the Andrew & Amelia Team at Brown Harris Stevens, I communicate A LOT with management companies... from finding out information for a listing, to completing the board application. And I always get excited when a new listing uses FirstService! During a recent transaction, the buyers werent super tech savvy. I worked with their daughter and Courtney to ensure we had everything requested for the application. Courtney answered all my questions, often responding outside normal business hours which is nearly unheard of! She was always patient and respectful, and even laughed at my silly jokes. In short, she was an absolute joy to work with and I look forward to working with her again! I hope FirstService knows they have a fantastic employee in Courtney!-Anne

2022-01-16Our property manager, David Lozano, has provided excellent service to our condominium. He found highly qualified engineering and construction professionals and was pivotal in our obtaining favorable financing. He skillfully advised our management board on needed repairs and helped us successfully communicate to unit owners. I am grateful for his responsiveness, caring, and dedication.

2022-05-21This is an average of 1 star and 5 star. For 1 star - Overall experience with FirstService was terrible, all the contacts (Except for one) were very unresponsive and unprofessional. We had to make multiple inquiries to get an partial response, and the whole condo buying process was delayed due to this lack of response. The 5 star goes to our application processor COURTNEY JACHIM. She was super professional, responsive, and understanding. I loved every interaction with her and cant thank her enough!
