I was expecting something pretty special. Waitress was terribly slow sat at our table for 10 minutes before they came over and asked us what we wanted to drink. Only about six people at the bar no other tables being used. My wife and I both had sandwiches which for both substandard for a $10 bar food sandwich. Will probably never return
There were 2 steaks on the menu. One was 1 lb for $21.99 and a 3/4lb for $17.99. I ordered a 3/4 lb steak. It looked really big but I started to eat it. The manager came over and asked how I liked it. I said it was good and reallly big. He said it looked like 1 lb. I said no, it was 3/4. The waitress came by, said she made a mistake and gave me the 1lb. Steak. She never offered to give it to me for the 3/4 lb price. Since I would eat it I decided not to complain. When the bill came it was$24.99, not $21.99. Iaked her why. She said they had the right to change prices w/o notice. I asked to see the manager. The price was reduced to $20.99. Very, very poor customer service.
I always have a great meal here. They have fresh seafood choices, great chicken and steak options, and today I had probably the best chicken parmigiana I have ever had. Great food today capped off with an amazing view of a very placid Oneida Lake. Make this a definite stop on your food tours and adventures!
The Fish fry was good. The service was poor. We ordered shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and reminded the waitress when our meal arrived. Never received them until we were done with our meal. We never saw our waitress the rest of our time waiting for our check. Never was asked if our meal was good or if we needed anything. The collard greens were full of sand. Mentioned this to the maitre de and was given some vague poor excuse. We had to track someone else down for the check. I would not waste your time or money.
Very good food, but I was disappointed when my check arrived at the table. The cost of my sandwich was $2.50 higher than the menu stated. The waitress explained that seasonal prices vary. There was a statement to that effect on the menu. I incorrectly assumed it was referring to seafood, not a corned beef sandwich.
Stopped in with a group on a Saturday at about 3pm after kayaking, it was a ghost town. Not sure why, because this place was pretty good! Ordered the (quite large) burger medium rare and it was ACTUALLY served medium rare. Be warned: one side of fries is enough for two.
Well Id love to be able to comment on the quality of the food here, but we couldnt get past the extremely rude old woman when we came in that seemed to be trying to get rid of us, after waiting for about 45 minutes in a next to empty restaurant we decided to oblige her.

2022-04-24Had locally caught (fingerlakes) fried perch and it was out of this world, along with shrimp that was some of the best I’ve ever had. The fried haddock dinner was great as well, with phenomenal coleslaw to go along with it. The owners were tending the bar which is where we sat, and they were very welcoming and cordial. Would be back again!

2019-04-20Hands down, the best lake front restaurant in the US. 5 star service, 5 star food. Ive ordered multiple times, delivery, dine in and out. Saturday prime rib is to die for. Quality is job 1 for Fisher Bay. I cant say enough for the home town restaurant owned and run by the quality of real American folks. Great food and awesome service. What a treat to find great cooking and a family atmosphere. Felt like I was at home for dinner. Recommend all to stop and say hello to a great place to dine and relax. Hats off to Fisher Bay. Updated menu and pics attached. Thanks again for the great meal and company.

2019-05-15What a strange little place. So tough to rate. Dive bar, almost? But the menu was diverse. The perch was excellent. The service was fair to good. The restrooms need a major overhaul and had me scared to eat. Seriously. The smell. The view was fantastic.

2021-06-16Will never go there again! Waste of money and honestly the staff and management are very rude, and disrespectful! I will never do anything alone the lines of eating or and future tournaments for fishing. The older gentleman that owns this place and his wife are straight drunks. If you want a great or even a good place to eat I would never start here.

2019-09-14Cheyenne, our waitress today, was so kind, friendly, and professional!! Our food was ok (grilled chicken sandwich/fries and haddock dinner w/fries), but we both wish wed ordered the prime rib, as the guests next to us really seemed to enjoy theirs, and it looked fantastic!! Menu is extensive and kid friendly as well. View was spectacular!! Nice place to stop on the water for a quiet bite with great service.

2020-08-02Went for dinner tonight and although I will say our food was very good, there was no regard for the current Covid situation. There was a sign on the door that masks were required, however I did not see one staff member wearing one and many people walked in and out without one. We were seated outside, however any other restaurant I’ve been at with outside seating the staff still had masks on. We did go in to get our table and no one inside had them either. Makes me question what other rules they don’t take seriously.

2020-02-29Four of us celebrated my wifes birthday at Fisher Bay last nite, which is a very friendly neighborhood type restaurant and bar with a great menu. This was our second time there, first time for lunch. Two of us got the stuffed haddock and although my wife loved it , she could only eat half there was so much. I got the large order of perch which was fried perfect and it was great. My daughter is vegan and although their vegan menu is limited they bent over backwards to make sure she enjoyed her meal and she did very much. All in all it was a great time and well do it again.

2019-04-24What a wonderful family restaurant! Wait staff and owner were very friendly. Had the clam strip dinner. Very tender, fresh, and sweet. My husband had the Cajun scallops. Wonderful and tasty. This was our second time. Definitely will return again!!
