This was my first experience with Fishkill Auto Body Shop and I am so pleased that we decided to bring our car here for body work after our car was hit and run. From the beginning to the end it was so easy and professional. Suzanne always kept us informed as to the progress of the work. And the body work done by Andrew was impeccable. Pete was always accommodating and understanding and made sure the work on the car was done by the date he promised. Not only did the damaged area look brand new but the car was detailed inside and out and the engine was spotless. Great job Andrew! I cannot say enough on the amount of pride this establishment takes on the work they do and would highly recommend them to anyone. What a fabulous establishment!!
Amazing service! I brought my truck in for a little TLC once it reached 200k, Andrew had great ideas of what they could do to bring it back to life. He installed new head lights, painted the hood, bumper, grill, and side fenders. He even went above and beyond by touching up scratches around the truck, also detailed the inside. They far exceeded my expectations, I would absolutely recommend them!
I recently brought my Mercedes SUV to Fishkill Auto Body after an accident. They did an outstanding job, my car looks brand new and they even detailed the inside (which I admit, was a mess!). There was excellent communication throughout the process and they went above and beyond to get the job done. This is the best auto repair service I have ever had. Andrew is amazing! I was referred there by the insurance. Andrew did a very though inspection and clear explanation of what needs to be done. They fixed my car earlier than expected with outstanding work. What surprised me was that they not only did exterior cleaning, but also did complete interior cleaning and conditioned my seats! They also did a touch up for some minor dent on my car. My car was like brand new when I went to pick up. I’ll go to them if I need any auto repair work.

My daughter was in an accident and had extensive damage to her car. Every member of the staff at Fishkill Auto Body treated us with respect, kindness and patience. They took time and care to make sure that my daughters car not only looked beautiful both inside and out, but that it was safe and was in perfect driving condition. They went completely above and beyond. The car was cleaned and detailed from top to bottom. It was cleaner than the day we drove it out of the showroom when we bought it. It looks brand new! Andrew took a look right away and tried a few things to help avoid the need for repairs. Pete, the owner, went over the best options for my situation, ultimately concluding (against his interests) that repairs werent necessary. I am so grateful for their honesty and customer service and will happily return the next time I need auto body services.
Unfortunately, I was in a car accident and the back of my 2008 Subaru Impreza was severely damaged. On top of that I was new to the Beacon/Fishkill area and did not know any mechanics or auto body shops. I decided to try Fishkill Auto and they did not disappoint. Pete, Andrew and Suzanne turned a terrible experience into a pleasant one. Pete and Andrew were both friendly and very easy to speak to about the damage and repair needs, and they handled the whole process professionally and efficiently. Suzanne, at the front desk, was incredibly kind and she kept me informed of my cars status and handled the rental car return. The entire staff showed integrity and commitment to their work, and my car looked amazing when finished. Even better than before and they took the time to do a thorough cleaning of the interior. I definitely recommend Fishkill Auto for all of your auto body repair needs. Do not go anyplace else.
I brought my KIA in for some damage on the rear end. I just picked up my car and it looks brand new! I’m super happy with how it came out and the manager Andrew and his team really went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect and detailed. The receptionist took care of all the insurance paperwork and it was a really easy process. Overall they did a great job and I couldn’t be happier, definitely recommend this place!
Truly the best experience I’ve ever had taking my car in for any issues or repairs. Fishkill Auto Body is so helpful. Everyone I talked to was friendly, communication through the whole process was seamless, and repairs were done in a quick and timely manner. They not only did a great job on parts and the paint job, but I had a tear in the leather that they took care of and one of my seatbelts was damaged and they fixed that too. I got hit by deer 2 weeks ago and it wrecked my front passenger side. I dropped my car off on a Sunday and Monday morning their adjuster got right on the job. The whole process from start to finish went quick and smooth. Pete came outside personally and went over my car with me once complete to take a final look. Andy was very kind and easy to talk to about the whole process. Thank you Greg and Tommy in the detail department for making my car brand new inside and out. With four kids it was quite a mess. My son was involved in a front collision accident and my insurance company sent me to this establishment. They were so nice, they explained everything and they made me feel completely comfortable leaving my car there to be fixed. The receptionist called daily with updates (I heard from her more than I did from my insurance company) and Andrew (shop appraiser) was very transparent and walked me through everything that needed to be addressed. The end result was amazing. My car looked better than new when I got it back. Not only did they fix all the problems from the accident, they detailed the car as well. I would highly recommend bringing my car there. I was beyond pleased with the work. I even gave them a hug because I was so happy.

Andrew and team at Fishkill Auto Body are miracle workers! I bought a car from Carvana and when it arrived there were drill holes from a foreign plate bracket. Additionally the stripes had some damage as well as some other paint work. They worked with Silver Rock from Carvana to cover everything and then some! The work they did got my car back to looking like a new car!! You wouldn’t know this is a 2013. Some weeks later someone damaged my door- we went right back and Andrew got it perfect and on time for when I needed my car again. My car is never going anywhere else. The experience has been perfect. Thanks guys!!!!

Had a fender bender and brought my car to Fishkill Auto Body to get my rear bumper replaced. 5 out of 5 for me, paint is perfect, fitment is perfect. Detailed the car too and it was again perfect, whole car vacuumed, seats got leather care, car got ceramic coat done to it, 100% recommend.
When after getting my bumper scraped on my 2019 benz i received my car back like new. They did a great job. I was impressed. The detailing inside and out the car was phenomenal. My car was messy!! They even detailed my seat covers. The best place i ever been to be honest.

Fishkill Auto Body came highly recommended to me by several in the community following a minor fender-bender I was involved in with my new, month-old CRV. I was thrilled to learn that Travelers considered them to be a preferred body shop. My entire experience from start to finish was completely pleasant. Everything from intake and assessment, getting me in my rental car, and communication throughout the process was done with such care. On top of that, the quality of the work done was second-to-none. My CRV looked brand new again, and even though my work was relatively minor compared to some of the other vehicles they were working on, they treated it with the same level of precision that they would a large project. They truly are the best around at their craft and are kind, trustworthy people on top of that. I cannot say enough great things about Fishkill Auto Body. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.
I got into a crash due to bad weather conditions and brought my 2016 passat to this establishment for a full right front end repair. Right from the start it was obvious the owner and staff are all very caring and kind people. They maintained constant contact with me throughout the process and updated me on each step they were in, which was very much appreciated! It is unusual in this day and age to find businesses that take pride in their work, but Fishkill Autobody clearly does. This is the second time we have had our car repaired by them and their work is impeccable. Our car clearly looks like it just drove off the lot brand new. In addition, the staff is caring, friendly, and will work with you in ways many body places wont. I cannot recommend them more highly. If you need an autobody repair, go to Fishkill Autobody. These guys were honestly amazing. Not only did they finish my car in a meticulous and timely manner, they actually took the time to buff, wax, and completely clean the interior of my car before giving it back to me. I took my car here because someone left a dent on my car door accidentally and the shop works with Geico. When I brought my car in, everyone was very friendly. They showed me what they were going to do to fix it and they called me with updates often. I went to enterprise and received a rental. When I came to pick up my car I was very impressed with how clean my car was inside and out. I couldn’t tell where the dent was. It was the smoothest process. This place is amazing. I 10000% recommend Fishkill Auto Body. They are excellent!

Andrew, Keith and Suzanne were so welcoming and happy to help with anything and everything they could. Someone hit my parked car and drove off. I hadnt even had the car a year at the time and was absolutely devastated. Fishkill Auto Body worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of. They kept me well informed and up to date on the status of my car I didnt have to keep calling them for updates which put me at ease especially as there were delays. I couldnt have asked for better communication and they made sure that my insurance knew so that my rental could be extended. When I got my car back it looked like it did the day I bought it! I couldnt even tell it had been hit or that part of the car had to be repainted after the repairs. They did an amazing job and went above and beyond by cleaning my inside and out. When I came to pick it up they made sure I was happy with the work and that I didnt have any questions. The owner made it a point to come out and say hello and make sure I was happy with the work as well. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to them for any reason at all big or small. I have never had such a positive experience getting work done to my car! They truly made a frustrating experience effortless.

I brought my car here because I needed my bumper bumper and some wire repairs. This place went above and beyond they fixed the body work, fixed all the minor scratches they could around my car, gave me car wash clean my trunk and did a wheel alignment. The service was phenomenal. they also kept me informed every step of the way letting me know when the parts arrive and gave me a reasonable timeframe on when the work would be completed and it was done way before that, I would definitely recommend anyone to go here and continue to do business with them great company
Just picked up my RDX today. It has a rear end collision that needs repair. Andrew and others at this shop did a fabulous job restoring the car to brand new state. No trace of the accident whatsoever. Since they used all brand new parts from Acura, the car looks even better (and newer) than a nearly 3 year old car. This shop is very professional and great at communication with my auto insurer. Very satisfied! I wish I will not need to bring the car to a body shop again(will be careful driving) but if I need to, I know for sure where to go.
Don’t waste your time anywhere else! The staff at Fishkill auto body were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they’re almost as great as the job they did fixing my truck. After a sign ruined my truck door and running board, the team fixed all the damage, matched the paint perfectly and even managed to get the dents out of the steel running board for me. They worked with my insurance and made the entire process painless, even finishing a few days ahead of schedule. They even cleaned and detailed the truck, inside and out before I picked it up. If I ever need body work on a vehicle again, there is no doubt that I will be bringing it back to Fishkill Auto Body.

After my service was complete I was unaware on how to put air in my tires which is not their problem but they made it their problem had me come back filled my tires and recalibrated my car ,I love love love this place and their service .

I am the happiest customer on the planet. I had an unusual problem with my Honda Accord. The electronic battery senor and harness needed to be completely replaced (according to Honda) due to the incompetence of Monroe Tire on Rte 9 in Dutchess. I mistakenly took my vehicle there to have a simple coolant and oil change. They informed me that they could not turn off the check system light and handed me the clip that attaches to the battery sensor device. Geico recommended that I bring the car to Fishkill Auto Body. Bill, spared me the nightmare of getting the run around and more than that potentially thousands of dollars to fix what Monroe Tire broke. I am so pleased and blessed that I went to see Bill at Fishkill Auto Body, many many thanks to Bill. The staff, and especially Suzanne are decent, kind and helpful people.

A little late wit my review, but I brought my Honda Civic here back in November, after hitting a deer head on, on my way home from work. After going through the process with my insurance, this was one of the places that were approved by Geico. I’m very glad I brought my car here. I brought it in on a Thursday afternoon, they had it back to me the following week on a Wednesday! The quickest turnaround I’ve ever seen. Not only did they do an immaculate job, they also, did a wheel alignment, a full interior & exterior detail, buff the car etc etc lol !!! I wish I took pics after I got it back from them, unfortunately I didn’t. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs auto body work done!!

This is the 3rd time over the past couple of years that I have brought one of our vehicles to Fishkill Auto Body for repairs. While we aren’t always in control as to when or where one of our vehicles will be involved in a collision, I must say that there is a certain peace of mind that my wife and I experience whenever we entrust Fishkill Auto Body as the shop to handle our auto body repairs. Their staff is not only very knowledgeable, courteous and professional, they are also true craftsman who stand behind their pristine work. Working with Andrew Marchionni in particular has also made dealing with insurance companies hassle free, especially when it’s the other driver’s insurance company taking on complete liability.Picking up our vehicles after repairs always feels like that first day we drove our then-new vehicles off the dealership lot. Our cars not only ride and look new, they are also carefully detailed inside, without a trace of dust or dirt. I hope our cars aren’t involved in another collision anytime soon, but if they are, Fishkill Auto Body remains as our preferred auto body shop in the Hudson Valley. We literally drive about half and hour and past dozens of other shops to take our vehicles there and will continue to do so whenever the need arises.
Just picked up my Toyota Tacoma last week. Its one of the newer colors and I was concerned about the paint matching. It matches so well you cant even tell the difference! They are very professional and made sure that everything was done as it should be. The owner (Pete) came out to meet us when we picked up the vehicle and genuinely seems to care about his customers. Andrew gave an accurate estimate beforehand within a matter of minutes. These guys clearly know their stuff and run a tight ship. Will definitely use them again (if I have to).
My husband and I had an accident with our 2021 Hyundai Venue about a month ago in Kingston,NY.Our damage was a broken fender on the driver side and the outside window on the driver side was also damaged. We went through our insurance company who said we could choose the auto body shop of our choice. We wanted to use Healey Hyundai in Beacon, NY where we had purchased our vehicle but they did not do that kind of work. They suggested Fishkill Auto BodyWell the rest was history! We took our car in and we got a beautiful rental-a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee.They kept the car about a week and Suzanne in the office kept us updated on the progress. Suzanne call today 10-27-21 and said we could pick our vehicle up at 4:00 pm. They did a great job. The vehicle was perfect. They also washed and polished it and polished the wheels. Its a great feeling when you are 100+% pleased with a service you receive. That is how I feel about Fishkill Autobody. I have a limited production 2001 BMW that had several issues requiring some creative thinking. Andrew Marchionni, along with the owner Pete, had no problem coming up with solutions and delivering a pristine product.I have already been talking about them to car junky friends, and wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone whether it be a small or large autobody issue, or the make, model or vintage of the car. Susan did a great job of constant. Bill and his team went way beyond just doing the repairs. They detailed the car and did minor touch up on small scratches that werent part of the original work order. I found a place if I ever need body work. They separated themselves from other body places Ive been to.
This was my second time bringing a car to Fishkill Auto Body. They did outstanding work the first time and exceeded my expectations again the second time. The car was done- repaired, painted, detailed (including the engine bay) in less than a week ( luckily parts were available but still ! ). I picked up and dropped off the retail at the shop. Recently had my car worked on by Fishkill auto body after someone hit my car in a parking lot. The entire staff there was so friendly and helpful. They fixed my car up in less than three days and also Detailed my car I side and out. It looked brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done on their car.Update:In the course of two weeks both of my cars were hit by other drivers and had to be repaired once again. I went back to Fishkill auto body because they took such great care of me back in December 2019 when my Honda got hit for the first time. Took our car here at the recommendation of our neighbor after a small fender bender. The whole process was painless, they even helped us arrange a rental car. All the work was completed quickly and our car looked as good as new, they even cleaned the inside. Our car is a metallic gray and they did an excellent job on matching a tough color. I hope we won’t need their services again but if we do we would definitely be back and would recommend highly to others.
I was involved in a T-bone type accident, where a Pick-Up had run a stop sign, and hit my left side in the back, behind the driver seat. It was an insurance claim, and both Fishkill Auto Body, and the Insurance company estimated a 10 day repair process. However, I was surprised that Fishkill Auto Body completed the ordering of a new rear bumper, fixing the several dents, paint matching, and painting all the damaged sections, all within 5 business days. They had some paint left over, so they touched up some small chips, and rusting spots at several other locations. I got my vehicle back with the interior vacuumed, and exterior washed and waxed. This is my third vehicle that they have worked on in the last five years, as I like to keep all my vehicles well taken care of. Each year their service has improved.
Getting work done by Fishkill Auto Body is always an outstanding experience all around. I’ve been bringing my 2015 Jeep JK Unlimited Rubicon here for various needs over the past few years. You’ll get well beyond a “fair deal” every time here. They offer the royal treatment that could only come from an owner and employees that are completely professional and also really seem to enjoy their job. I wish I could find courteous, thorough, and professional service like this for all my needs in life! When a tree fell on my parked Jeep, causing $25,000 in insurance claims, Fishkill A.B. helped me through the entire Geico claim process, repaired major damage to the hood, windshield, fenders, roof, and roof rack. The Gobi roof rack was a particularly challenging situation because of the manufacturer. Thanks to Bill’s persistence, and Pete’s knowledge and the whole team’s patience, F.A.B. was able to solve all my problems. They have also replaced my fenders on multiple occasions now due to rust issues from the manufacturer. They have also installed a rear bumper and tire carrier on this Jeep. Today, after offering me a ride to pick up my Jeep, Pete made sure to add a few last minute finishing touches including a quick mod to an inner fender and scrubbing some stubborn adhesive residue off of the paint. I always look for a good deal and ways to save money. The service I received here is well beyond the value of dollars (mostly covered by insurance) that I’ve spent. On top of that, they washed the car and scrubbed the tires until the shined like new!They are the class act operation that I wish I could find with every company I do business with.

In my opinion they are the one and only auto body shop to go to in all of Dutchess county. My sister and I have both gone there. There work is impeccable and guaranteed, they also detail the inside of your car as courtesy and even buff out some little scratches on your car that may have had nothing to do with your accident just because they love what they want to do and want to please their customers after most likely traumatic experiences. They really go above and beyond their duty. God willing I don’t need to go back but if I do I will be going back here. I wouldn’t mind getting to see the friendly and knowledgeable employees that work there again though!! Love them! My car came back looking better then in did before the accident, side and out.

I’ve hit my fair share of animals unfortunately driving to work and have used many different shops and they are by far the best I’ve dealt with. My car was unfortunately hit while parked in my driveway and there was a good amount of damage. This place did an amazing job. You would never know the car was in an accident. The repairs, down to the welding and paint blending was perfect. Andrew was extremely professional and even showed me a spot where they had to weld and it was done better by them than the production line!!! Highly recommend this place for any auto-body repairs.
The staff at Fishkill auto body are the absolute best around. My car had gotten hit and needed repairs and they took it in and gotten everything done in a week. They helped with aligning my back tires, cleaning my car, getting rid of any scratches at all, all the damage from the accident, including a front bumper replacement and even went out of their way to make sure I was happy with how the car looked when I came to get it. They were flexible with pick up time since I work and go to school, they kept me in the loop if they found anything odd or had any concerns about the car. They are thorough and excellent at what they do. I recommend them even to my friends who don’t live near by for their car needs since they are the best around.

I am SOOOO grateful that I found this Auto Body shop! From the minute I stepped in, I knew I chose the right place. A deer ran into my Grand Cherokee and smashed up the whole drivers side. I brought it to Fishkill Auto Body, did a full walk through with Andrew and Pete and they pointed out things that I didnt even realize got damaged. My car was done a lot quicker then I anticipated and it looks BRAND NEW. The detail was amazing, the customer service was fantastic and Suzanne kept me updated every step of the way. Not quite sure why someone would quote me almost $10,000 to pain my trucks hood and roof. No accident or dents just sun damage to paint. Ridiculous !
We were referred to Fishkill Auto Body by Geico. When we arrived, we were greeted by Suzanne who is so very warm and kind. The front desk/waiting area was so clean. I never expected that at an auto body shop. They kept in touch and updated us regularly about when our car would be ready. Bill was wonderful with explaining the process and everything that would happen and when we came to pick up our car, he explained everything that was fixed. Everything was gone over so professionally and thoroughly. The car was washed and left clean and looked even more beautiful than the day we bought it. And it actually drives smoother than the day we drove it off the lot, not too long ago. After a shocking and disappointing accident that crunched up the whole front end of my Jeep Wrangler, a shipping company truck backed up into me- while in the toll lane!, I was devastated but Andrew & Susanne at Fishkill Auto were friendly and supportive. Unfortunately Christmas morning i hit a tree with my car and did quite a bit of damage. The staff at Fishkill Auto Body were super friendly and reassuring. Andrew was 100% on the ball and enthusiastic about helping me. He went as far as to contact Geico for me and start my claim which was taking days prior to his involvement . He also helped me get in a rental car. Before I left the shop Andrew took the time to go over every detail of what needed to be done to repair my car. I was actually excited knowing I would be leaving my car with him as he was very enthusiastic. When I got the car back Andrew showed me all the work and details that had been done. I just picked my car up a few hours ago and they went above and beyond. As soon I walked in they approached me like they’ve known me for years. I instantly felt comfortable. They went over everything in detail. They even detailed the inside and out (even under my hood). I was super impressed when I saw that. I was supposed to get my car back on Monday, but they called today and said it would be ready. I dropped it off Saturday. Quick and professional service. Someone hit my back bumper in two spots when I wasn’t in the car. So a new bumper and camera was what I had done. I hope I don’t have to get auto body work done again, but if I do I won’t go anywhere else. Their place was nice and clean as well. Amazing work and I’m very happy. Highly recommend!

I am extremely satisfied with the service and work they performed on my new Nissan after striking a deer. I was unaware of the total damage that was pointed out clearly. After speaking with Frank, the co_owner, I knew without hesitation I was going to leave the car with them. The work was done perfectly and completed in one day when we were expecting about one week. My car looks brand new again and they worked with my insurance company with a lifetime guarantee. They provided a ride home and picked me up. Living alone, this helps. The Nissan dealership was suggesting they would do the repairs but were going to use body filler instead of new factory parts. I am glad that I didnt have them do the work. This was my first visit to Fishkill Auto Body and I will return. The crew at the shop did an exceptional job repairing a large dent in my car. My husband accidentally backed my 2015 Chevrolet impala LTZ into another vehicle. The entire bumper was broken scratched etc., he then took it to ballistics body work Inc. located in Fishkill New York and The owner Paul repaired my vehicle. I just picked it up today and it looks like I picked it up from the show room. Not only did he fix the bumper but detailed my car and made it look brand new. Fishkill Auto Body replaced the rear liftgate, window, right turn signal and trim on my 2020 CRV. They went the extra mile keeping me informed along the way how the repair was proceeding, and when it would be completed. They also got the work done before Thanksgiving, returned my car clean and polished, and got me back on the road.
My car got vandalized and my two front headlights needed to be replaced. I brought it in to Fishkill Auto Body and Andrew fixed them as well as my bumper that didn’t line up properly. Service was quick and easy and I had my car back in no time. He even detailed and polished my car! I would recommend to anyone needing body work.

Fantastic customer service. My car took a very long time to repair due to parts needed and shipping delays but they called me every week to update me. When I was finally able to pick up my car the owner and another man (I apologize for forgetting their names) were very helpful and attentive. They were extremely thorough in explaining every little thing that was done. They detailed the inside of my car, washed & waxed the exterior, and even cleaned everything under the hood which I was not expecting. These guys are the best... bar none! After a parking lot hit-and-run, I had some minor damage to my rear bumper. Andrew and his team went above and beyond to restore my car to an even better condition than before the accident. Their attention to detail is incredible!They even fixed a trunk leak (factory seal issues) unrelated to the damage or the original repair. This also included an ozone treatment to eliminate the stagnant water smell from the leaking water. When my newly purchased 2021 Lexus was rear ended last week, they called me to ask if I was ok. This was by far the absolute BEST vehicle body repair experience. After getting into my first accident that required heavy duty repairs to the undercarriage, fender, door, tires and rims on my leased vehicle due for return next month, the Geico adjuster was phenomenal in walking me through the claim process and ensuring my car was well taken care of. I felt at total ease dealing with Andrew, and the owner Peter was so kind and offered a generous discount and top notch customer service. The car came back looking brand spanking new. They went above and beyond in additionally cleaning the interior leather and having it smell fresh and glossing the exterior giving it a sparkling shine as if I had just gotten it from the dealer. Their assistant Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with in the process of getting updates on the status of my vehicle. Andrew provided exception service and Susan at the front desk was efficient and courteous. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning the parts were ordered the same morning and the body damage was fixed and car ready for pickup by 4PM on Thursday. I like that they open early giving me a chance to get to drop off the car and get to work on time. One other great feature is their partner ship with Enterprise which allowed me to pickup and drop off a rental on site. I was very happy with the service and quick turn around. I greatly recommend their service.

Someone had opened their car door hard into my car, leaving a crease and removing some paint. Fishkill Auto Body had an estimate within hours and began work right away, constantly updating me throughout the process. The work was even completed a few days earlier than expected.The work itself was excellent, they removed the crease and blended the paint so the car looks brand new. I highly recommend Fishkill Auto Body!! Not only they fixed the dents on my car from a hit and run, they did it super fast because they knew I hadda pay outta pocket for a rental car. Today when I finally got my car the dents completely gone they waxed and polished my car. I was seriously impressed but they also went the extra mile and cleaned the inside and the engine along with filling up all my fluids. I was rear ended by an individual while parked in my vehicle. I have a 2008 Acura TL 3.2. My car was repaired at Fishkill AutoBody, and I believe that they were so professional from every aspect and very thorough. My car looks brand new. They repaired my rear bumper and repaired the lock damaged on my trunk. They also detailed my car which was so unexpected and so nice! I’m very impressed. The repair took about 5 days from drop off to repair to pick up, so it was pretty fast. If I have any other accidents, I will definitely use them and recommend them! Thank you 😊

This review is long overdue but I had to get it in here. Back in June I was once again in need of body work when a deer decided to plow into my car on the way to work. After such a great experience the first time, I took the car back to FAB without hesitation. They remembered who I was after working my car just once before about 9 months prior, and got me up and running with a rental car within hours. I was given updates on the progress of my car as they worked on it and I got it back looking better than ever. I recently moved further away but will without a doubt be bringing my car to them if it needs work in the future. Trust all the 5 star reviews, they’re that good.
Terrible service the lady at the reception very rude and ill-mannered would not return by mistake If I received an email from Fishkill autobody and I understand perfectly that in the rain it was not possible to take the inspection photo, it was a Saturday before the appointment when I arrived and I asked if he spoke Spanish when his reaction was rude and when with the help of another client I requested the appointment for the photo inspection that her answer was not kind the lady answered me it is stupid what she is asking such was our reaction that the person who helped me translate and I reacted puzzled, I even asked is angry and the other person answered me there are people difficult you know! some kindness and courtesy would be great
I recommend Fishkill Autobody located conveniently right in Beacon to everyone since the first time they worked on my car two weeks ago from an accident. They are amazing! Always go above and beyond. I had to take it a second time recently due to damage from a storm and not only did they detail the car on the inside as they always do and also repair a little inside issue that had nothing to do with the branches, but my car came back looking better then when I first. bought it certified pre-owned. Hands down the best auto body experience I have had! Some dummy bashed our windows in to get Toilet Paper, Fishkill Auto took our car right right away and had in fixed and looking better than ever in less than two days! The whole staff was so nice and accommodating. Andrew brought my car out and it was sparkling inside and out! Was not expecting a full wash and wax!! Would recommend them to anyone and will bringing my cars back there in the future!
Pete and the staff at Fishkill Auto were amazing! They worked with me to try and get my car as fixed as quick as possible. Went on a Thursday, parts were in on Friday, bumper was painted over the weekend to save time and the car was fixed within the day on Monday. They went above and beyond to try and make sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. They did an amazing job like my accident never happened. Hello , Im Dave from Wappinger N.Y. I just wanted to talk a little about Fishkill auto body . This is my second time that Ive took one of my cars in for service . First was my 2005 Honda CR-V to have the back repaired from a accident about a year ago . The owner Peter took me around his shop to show me what kind of restoration his team undertake everyday . His shop was immaculate and equipped with advanced technology equipment .After he looked over my fourteen year old car and explained what his team was going to repair on my Honda. Not only did they complete the work on time but OMG , the workmanship was the best that Ive ever seen . They treated my fourteen year old Honda like it just rolled of the Dealer ship factory line .Now lets talk about my 2017 Subaru outback with a cracked windshield , So a couple of week ago I called the Fishkill Auto Body and spoke the service manager Andrew and asked if they could replace the windshield . Andrew said that they are a qualify an authorized windshield replacement center . Yesterday August 5,2020 I drop off my 2017 Subaru outback , Once again I was blown away with the workmanship of this body shop. They even washed my car . When the last time you had your windshield replaced and they washed your car, I bet never. If you never heard about the Fishkill auto body , you dont know what youre missing. My cars are showpieces that I am very meticulous about and dont like any body touching . If you and your family or friends every need auto body work , windshield replacement . Maybe it just needs to be detailed . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Andrew and all I had to to was show him my car and he handled the everything. They went way and beyond fixing my car I brought it in after someone drove into my car, I needed a new bumper, rim, tire, and the rear fender painted. I dropped my car off on a Monday got a phone call on Wednesday for a update on my car and they were done that same Friday! I had a wonderful experience this week at Fishkill Auto Body. Paint was chipping off my car door and there were scratches on all sides. I left my car there for a morning and they painted the chipped areas and buffed out the scratches. They buffed the entire car and made it look new!The customer service was fantastic! They dropped me off at work and then drove the car to my job when they were finished. Pete and Andrew were so professional and friendly. AND, they didnt charge me a thing for the work!! Wow! I had the best experience with Fishkill Autobody twice. Two years ago my grill was split straight through to my radiator and they made my car look brand new, detailed and everything. So a few weeks ago when I ended up in a collision due to black ice I knew I had to go back to Fishkill Autobody. Once again they made my Altima look better than I’ve ever seen it! To top it off their customer service is the best.

Had my wifes car fixed here last year after getting hit from behind at a red light. Fishkill auto body was easy to work with and answered all my questions. Absoultely SUPREME experience! My vehicle need to be towed and was promptly set up as such by Fishkill Autobody. After some basic paperwork Suzanne took care of absouletly everything. There was no need for me to call as Frank or Suzanne would call and update my vehilces status. My vehicle was returned in showroom conditon, thoroughly cleaned (inside & out)and some other exisiting scuffs buffed out. I cannot express my gratitude enough. The process was painless, transparent and exceeded all expectations! Not having to deal with the stress and incompetance of the insurance company was the cherry on top. This was beyond service it was an experience that I argue cannot be topped especailly when dealing with a vehicle in need of repair. I got rear ended over a month ago and was thoroughly frustrated by the process of getting the police report and insurance involved. By the time my car was ready to be fixed, I was sure I was in for another headache. Our Minivan was struck by a uhaul; front bumper was almost ripped off. Fishkill Auto Body took care of us right away. Their customer service was excellent and Andrew did great work to make our minivan look brand new. They went above and beyond with cleaning and completing “extra” services to make sure we were happy. Will definitely use them again if we need it!

My car was hit while parked with significant damage to the bumper and fender. We called on a Thursday and made an appointment for the following Monday to drop the car off. By the time we dropped the car off, Fishkill Auto Body had already communicated with our insurance company and had ordered several of the necessary parts to complete our repair. They had enterprise ready, on-site with a vehicle all set for us. The work was completed within four days and not only was the work itself spotless and like new, but they went above and beyond and basically detailed the entire car (cluttered trunk included).This was one of the most seamless car repair experiences of my life (I have bad car luck). Very thankful to the whole team at Fishkill Auto Body!
(Red mustang) Pete and his team are one of the most professional, caring, compassionate group of people we have ever met. My wife’s mother recently passed away and left her a car. That car was damaged in a wind storm. Pete and his team made sure the took care of our car like it was their own. They took the time to recognize the sentimental value that this car had. My wife wanted it to look like the day it hit the showroom. The finish is flawless and the car looks brand new again. Fishkill Auto Body are amazing! They worked with my insurance and made my process of fixing my car great. what was even better they have rental service on site. I would deffinetly recomend them to any one trying to get any job done, big or small.. You cant even tell that I had any work done to my car. 2022-04-25After getting into a bad car accident with my 2021 Dodge Charger Scatpack i took it to Fishkill Auto Body where I was assisted immediately. Not only did they fix my car and get it back to it’s original condition, they took their time perfecting all the fine details of my car to ensure my satisfaction. I was kept updated and given a realistic timeline of when the car would be finished. I would recommend this shop to anyone, they are true professionals and did such a great job!

2022-05-18These guys are top notch. My daughter backed into the front of my wifes car. I did not want to go through the insurance company so I planned to pay for it out of my pocket. I brought it to Fishkill auto body and spoke to Andrew. I explained my problem that I was not filing a claim with insurance, and Andrew said not to worry and that they would take care of it. The price was much better than what I thought it was going to be and he did a great job. The car looks brand new and pristine. They kept me informed of what was going on with the repair. if I need body work, these are the guys that are going to do it. Thank you Andrew and Pete from Fishkill Auto Body for a great job.

Each time the team was super friendly and efficient. You could tell they care about the quality of service they provide. 2021-10-06I got hit by a vehicle as I was parked in a parking lot. Went through the other persons insurance company through Fishkill Auto Body. The process was extremely smooth and efficient! Repairs on the car were fantastic! I love the workmanship and the end result looked absolutely astonishing. The car shined as if it were brand new off the lot. They even touched up scratches and small chips around the exterior of the car as well as detailing the leather interior and exterior. On top of that they cleaned and shined my tires. I am beyond satisfied with their work and professionalism. They were so genuine and I will most definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Weve been to other body shops in the past and this one will be our first choice from now on. The work they did was perfect. Everyone was so professional and kind. 2021-09-02Decided to bring my vehicle to Fishkill Auto Body. They were found to be working with GEICO which is my insurance company. It was the most smoothest transaction in having a vehicle repaired. Went to the shop, received a date to bring the car in and upon dropping it off my rental car was right there ready for me. One stop fixing. They fixed my vehicle so well I could not even tell any body work was done. I am a car fanatic and know what to expect from a reputable company. All new parts were used and a new wheel was also used. They contacted me all the way through the completion of the job. The employees were definitely there for you. I would greatly recommend this repair shop. The shop is Neat, clean and professional work is completed there. Five stars all the way. Dont hesitate to go there.....

2022-04-20Fishkill Auto Body did a fantastic job on my XT4!Had a tree fall on it while driving, and it did damage to most of the drivers side. I am very, VERY happy with the results of Fishkills work! Both Andrew and Suzanne were great to deal with, and I was always kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle. Id 100% recommend them to everyone!

2022-01-17My car was hit while parked at my residence on Dec. 9, 2021. Fishkill Auto Body was suggested by my car insurance and I couldn’t be happier that I took their advice. F.A.B. was friendly, professional, supportive, and took time to go over what work they were going to do. The parts to fix my car took awhile to get in and F.A.B. kept me regularly updated every step of the way. They were able to match the paint color perfectly and cleaned the entire interior and trunk before I picked it up today. They will have all of my future business! Thank you!
