Fit Life is by far the best gym in the local area, maybe even the best on Long Island. There is a ton of nice brand new equipment. It is very spacious and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are always looking to improve the gym in any way they can. I would recommend this gym to anybody!
My husband and I LOVE this gym!!! We are visiting from out of state and we are very impressed. This is the cleanest gym we have ever been to. The equipment is really nice and the staff is always super friendly. We will be coming back every time we visit the area!!!
I have been going to Fit life in East iIslip for 2 years now. The gym is extremely clean, a very friendly atmosphere, supportive staff and an overall welcoming environment. The equipment is top notch and in good condition. They make going to the gym extremely enjoyable.
Been goin to Fitlife since the beginning. Can’t say enough about this place. The staff, the trainers are super nice and very welcoming. Besides that there gym is extremely clean and always has sanitizer around to wipe machines down. The owner is always looking for ways to improve the facilty. There daycare is the super safe and really well cleaned. Fitlife gives my wife and I time to get back to working out with no worries if rushing home.
My family and I love this gym ! Everyone who works at fit life is friendly and polite . The gym has great equipment and is always very clean . I bring my to two young daughter to the child care and they love it . Both girls look forward to going to the gym to play and make new friends ! My sister Val and I have been taking Tristans Primal Strength class since he began it about 2 months ago and we love it. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in his area of expertise, which is how to breathe properly, use proper form and improve your overall flexibility. He teaches how different parts of your body affect each other and how to strengthen and target specific areas that may be causing you pain or discomfort.Additionally, Val has worked with Tristan in private session and has experienced notable relief from carpal tunnel syndrome and vertigo, again, due to his expertise and his ability to identify the cause of the issue rather than just the symptoms.We highly recommend his Primal Strength class as well as booking a private session with Tristan.
This is my first serious gym and after going for about 4 months, I can say that this facility is top of the line. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful to new customers like myself as well as the more experienced members. It’s truly a great environment to be in and it keeps me having fun with my lifting journey.
The man behind the gym desk and the personal trainer Robert Skidmore has gave amazing advice and tips on working out and has the ability to motivate you. The passion and experience he’s had since the age of 14 in the gym life is amazing and signing up with fit life was because the gym has amazing machines that really work the muscles it’s a family friendly gym and everyone treats you well and is respectful. Robert Skidmore truly is a great employee and personal trainer as he has an aura of positivity just by being around him and he’s very Caring and respectful to you. Probably one of the best atmospheres you’ll find in a Long Island gym. Great people and amazing staff here. If you’re not a fan of the commercial/factory like feel of many other gyms on the island than look no further. Owner is constantly making improvements with layout and equipment. The staff are so nice and personable.
I’ve been to a couple of gyms on Long Island, Fitlife definitely tops all of them. The best equipment, and most definitely the best workers. They don’t look to take your money like other gyms, they put the community first, and the prices are very good compared to other gyms. I highly recommend fitlife.
I am from Italy and came to NY with a friend from college. I came in today with my friend and I was very happy. Justin and the staff were very friendly and the equipment was very clean and easy to use. I wish my rugby club in Italy had equipment like this.

Been going to this gym for the past 3 years. This place is awesome. The owner is constantly improving the layout and bringing in new equipment. The staff is very friendly and the place is extremely clean. Besides all the equipment and great atmosphere, they make the best post workout proteins smoothies! Had moved back to East Islip about 12 months ago and joined FitLife just 4 months ago after searching for a quality gym. The facelift that this facility has received over the last few years is must see, and the cleanliness is top notch. Sauna, steam room, childcare, classes and functional movement areas throughout the gym really do set it apart for anybody seeking a place to feel comfortable in when working out.
Visited suffolk from out of state and when I found this gym I was extremely happy. No nonsense gym where you have everything you need with the nicest people. The environment is very welcoming. It was the perfect gym while visiting suffolk county. They also have week memberships for short time stays. I also liked seeing the american flag up inside the gym. LAND OF THE FREE, I LOVE IT.

Great gym overall the staff is extremely kind and helpful. This place is so clean too they have 3 cleaners around the clock normally sanitizing the place. Gym members are pretty respectful over all as well. 5/5 highly recommend.

This gym is absolutely great, we just came from another franchise and it is night and day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they seem to truly care about their customer, if it is trying to get you the best deals possible or being there when you wanna chat a little. It just feels like a big family.The place is very spacious and well ventilated so it doesnt feel overcrowded even at peak hours. It also has a lot of different high quality equipment and machines and several of the same machines are spread out through the gym so you never wait to do your exercises and you can really do pretty much anything, which in my opinion are just total life savers!They just remodeled the whole cardio section and i know they have more great projects to perfect this gym up their sleeves. A day-care will be open this month in case you need it (at no extra-cost!).They also make sure that the place is always clean and neat, which can be a big concern with recent events.For the slightly higher price than low-cost franchises, this gym is definitely worth it and I am really happy that we switched gym for the best!
Best gym I’ve ever been to. Their protein Shakes are always great no matter which desk employee makes them. Great trainers who know what they’re doing and can help you reach your goals. Also only going to get better with their incoming renovations and new workout equipment

Ever since the transition from the old owners to Fitlife the quality of the gym has increased tenfold. The new management and staff have been dedicated to creating a well rounded fitness environment. I have been going to this gym for a few years now, the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is cleaned throughout the day. There is a lot of different equipment to use for a variety of ways to workout. They are always updating the gym with new equipment.

I was recommended by a friend to try out FitLife. I had a 1 week trial and I tried to get as much out of it as I could, and I LOVED IT! The staff is so attentive, friendly and helpful. The staff cleans the machines regularly, and are always wearing masks, which makes me feel very safe. I love the layout of this gym- no one is on top of each other. I absoloutely recommend this gym! :)

Excellent gym!! Johnny, Justin, the staff and members are all very friendly...a great atmosphere to work out in. All the equipment is clean, smooth and working. The gym is big enough to social distance while working out, everyone wears a mask (properly), and cleans the machine after each use. There is also staff that walks around cleaning the machines. I Highly recommend this gym.
FitLife is a great gym. They are constantly updating and adding new equipment. It is very neat and organized as well. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk to the cleaning crew. This is by far the cleanest gym I’ve been to.
Exceptional gym. Great staff. And the best part is they are constantly raising the bar. From new machines to a beautiful new juice/protein shake bar, they really pull out all the stops for its patrons. I wish I could take this gym with me to New Jersey! Simply awesome!

Great gym! Management was super nice and welcoming walking into the door. All the equipment is smooth and working properly. Clean and maintained beautifully. Great vibe and atmosphere. I would deff recommend this gym to anyone who is a first timer or been in the fitness game for many years.
I can’t say enough nice things about this gym. I always have a positive experience and everyone, staff and members included, is very friendly. I love their group classes and the personal trainers are incredible. I’ve never had to wait more than a minute for a machine I wanted to use and there is enough equipment there to support any workout. Would highly recommend!

The staff is stupendous, everyone is always so welcoming and kind as well as helpful.The gym is always in immaculate condition since the opening of fit life, a G R E A T variety of machines that are all new and if not new in intact condition.The atmosphere is great, you feel like you’re home, you can work out with a peace of mind.I’ve been on the hunt for a good gym for almost two years now, I’ve done trials at almost every gym on the island as well as I’ve worked at a handful of gyms but as far as competition, no one compares to how wonderfully this gym is prospering.If you’re not a member and you are looking for a gym where you can feel comfortable working out, where cleanliness is never an issue and staff is always helpful and never rude. This is the gym you’re looking for. Happy to say I’m officially a member of the fit life gym. Their manager Justin signed us up and when doing so I accidentally overpaid (which I didn’t even realize) I went and worked out and before I left the building he stopped me on the way out and returned the money. Truly I was stunned at the honesty and walked out confident that I’m in the right place.

I was very pleased with manager Justin whose customer service was outstanding in helping my Father over the phone yesterday. I myself am also a member of Fit Life East Islip and have always been pleased with the fitness center. Justin has also helped me in the past as well. I also would like to recognize Tom, who is an excellent employee and has always been helpful to me over the years. I would highly recommend Fit Life East Islip, very clean, excellent equipment/amenities and a culture of truly valuing each and every one of its members.
I use to work for FitLife when it first opened so I may be a little bias but I haven’t stepped foot in that gym in a year + and what a difference. Johnny and Justin really know what they are doing and have done everything they said they were going to do. They have completely turn the place around. That gym is finally turning into the gym it was always meant to be and they are not done yet. Place looks amazing and I’m so happy to be part of the FitLife family.
Recently made the change to FitLife in East Islip and could not be any happier. I was a member at my old gym for over 8 years and wish I had switched a long time ago. The gym is in great shape and very clean. Equipment is all brand new and what isnt brand new was just recently reupholstered. Staff is friendly and dedicated to helping you achieve your best overall fitness experience. I would highly recommend.

Just started coming to FitLife about a year ago because of all the great things Ive heard from my friends, and it has definitely lived up to that. Even all throughout COVID, the gym was still a great experience every time along with the great sanitization on top of it all. I really enjoy coming and I do not see myself leaving for a different gym for a long time.
I was out of the gym since the beginning of the year and when I came back the staff made sure I was up to date on everything. All the equipment is new and updated as well as the gym being very clean. The new owners did an amazing job and I’m excited to go back!
I was a member at Gold’s gym for 11 years. There were many things I liked about it, but I never felt really comfortable there. Last year, my trainer made the switch to Fitlife and asked me to check it out… I have had such a great experience there this past year. I feel much more comfortable, there are so many cool little areas to work out in, i never get bored! There is every single type of equipment you could possibly want. I mean, EVERYTHING. There’s a track upstairs, which i love. The cardio machines are nicely spread out in a few different sections..and they’re good machines, not beat up old ones. When they re-opened since Covid, I noticed everyone has been really diligent about cleaning all the machines after use. There are so many cleaners on staff, also. Really nice people! I personally see the owner changing vent filters and sanitizing with a machine...he can also be seen moving the equipment in and out for the outdoor classes...i respect that he’s very hands-on (and also knows my name since the day i joined, to my surprise). The whole staff is friendly, the gentleman who works in the morning says hello to me by name… It’s those little things that really make a big impression. Their smoothies are also delicious! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’d never change gyms. I’m in love with this place, and am grateful it exists.
FitLife is a great gym to workout at - kept super clean, has all the equipment I need, and friendly staff. I will continue to workout here over other gyms in the area and would recommend to anyone else looking for a safe gym to workout at.
I always hear about strict contracts that are so hard to get out of when it comes to gym memberships and this just isnt the case for Fitlife. They are super understandable and so friendly and they care about building relationships with customers and giving them the best experience they can. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. I had forgotten to freeze my account and even though it was totally my fault they were so understanding and made it an easy process to come back and fix my membership. If you are looking for a reliable gym that is flexible Fitlife is definitely for you!!!!
Fit Life in East Islip has been a great switch from the old gym with new, clean equipment and the employees are very willing to work with you and help you in any way they can! They also do their best to pay back to those in the community!

I have been in a lot of different gyms and FitLife is by far the best. They have an amazing variety of machines, free weights, and cardio, they even have a track on the second level. The gym is kept clean and what I really like is that all the weights and dumbbells are re-racked in the right place which you very rarely see in other gyms. It was never too crazy that you can not get on the machines you need. The staff was so friendly and helped out my boys and I when we were visiting from out of town, the other big chain gyms wanted nothing to do with us. I highly recommend this gym to everyone in the area. I know you will be just as impressed as we were.
Great personal feel gym at chain-clubs-you-get-lost-in prices. 50 pounds lighter and later I can’t say enough about the staff and management. Called today to ask about my sons membership since he left for college and they were great! They froze his account and I was able to handle all over the phone. I recently inquired about this gym. Tried it out but came across the most disrespectful human being ever. She goes by the name Derina Wilson. She made me feel like I was not welcomed and then shamed my body because I dont look like her and disrespected me infront of everyone. I thought gyms are supposed to encourage you but not this one. I do not recommend to come to this gym if you want to be able to work out in a judge free zone. Derina Wilson ruined it for me!
First time visiting this gym from out of town and the workers were extremely friendly and helpful in setting up a week trial for me. The new owners of this place have really turned it around from what i heard it used to be, this gym literally has everything you need to get a phenomenal workout with brand new machines and then some with a yoga area and boxing area. Great atmosphere & It’s not crazy expensive for a membership either which shocked me considering everything they have to offer. Amazing gym, wish they had one back where i’m from in Miami. Don’t hesitate!! 10/10.
Just started membership at FitLife a couple of weeks and really love it! Every staff member Ive encountered is polite, helpful and happy at their job! Parking is good, building is clean and they offer many amenities...sauna, steam, showers,training. There are so many workout machines, never need to wait and there are a variety of classes sure to meet your needs and abilities. Certainly conducive to fitness!!
I was never a big gym person. But after I had my son I knew I needed to get in shape and fit life has been amazing! Everyone is very helpful and there is so many different machines that even beginners can use. They also offer free daycare which is a game Changer! Try this gym out, you won’t be disappointed!

This is by far one of the best gyms to fill this spot. They have renovated most of the equipment as of right now and quickly adding new machines everyday. They are respectful and guide you perfectly. I use to go to retro in Islip and hated it. Fit Life is a place where you feel comfortable while still getting the insane workout with all their unique machines. I highly recommend the 1 week trial because they will definitely convince you to leave your old gym and start working out at Fit Life
Its so refreshing to see a health club adding something new and exciting for members everyday whether it be new equipment, group fitness classes, or nutritional drinks and bars. Cleanliness, friendly staff, and a great overall atmosphere makes members feel welcome and comfortable. FitLife raised my membership fee after a couple of months of joining. The roof leaks after every rainfall. Manager Justin failed to resolve my concerns . Lost a good customer for their greedy $5 increase. Good luck retaining new customers!
Today I went to sign up for fitLife Gym. I have been going to this location for over 10 years and I can honestly say it has never looked better! The staff, especially Justin was so welcoming and really wants everyone to have a positive experience when you walk through those doors. I have been a member of several gyms over the years. Some good some bad. Some expensive and some cheap. Fitlife has exceeded my expectations. In my opinion they are taking the gym experience to a new and positive level. They actually care about the customer and not there bank account. The staff is sincere and extremely helpful. Personally I feel that Fitlife is onto a whole new mindset when it comes to physical fitness in the 21st century.

Under new ownership the gym is striving to become even better than before. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. Even though I signed up very recently, the attentive staff found and returned my lost wallet before I could even ask if they had it. On another occasion, I locked my car keys in my car and my phone died. The staff let me use their phone and even offered to help me get the door open. I am nothing but thankful to the staff and after bouncing around multiple gyms in nearby towns, I can safely say that my loyalty is with FitLife in East Islip
Best gym ever!!! The guest program they offer is the best extra money spent. For $10 more a month you can bring unlimited guests; even to the classes. The gym is really clean and Justin the manager is great.

I was a member at another gym for many years and I am so happy that I made the switch to East Islip Fit Life. The management/staff are so friendly and helpful. The gym is full of new equipment with a huge variety for weight training and cardio. There are also many classes with a schedule that makes it easy for members to attend.K.E.
Fit Life is where it’s at. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming, they treat everyone like family. There are so many great areas to work out in, even if you choose to be a little more secluded. There is an upstairs with a track for running, which is awesome. It’s very clean, including the machines and locker room / bathrooms. There is a sauna in the locker room which is a plus plus. Everything is NEW and still in the process of new and exciting things :D THX team 😻
Bravo!!! Johnny Moya and the staff at FitLife have done an amazing job in transforming the now defunct Synergy into a perfect neighborhood gym. I have been an active member at this facility for over 24 years, and I am more pleased now than ever. The gym has been freshly painted, and equipment has been positioned differently so that there is more space to workout and move about. This week the cardio equipment arrived and has been installed and members are now grateful that theyve waited it out. The staff here are wonderful....personable, cheerful, helpful, and hard working. I hope that those who exited after the extreme summer heat, and overall uncertainty about the future of the facility, will reconsider and sign up for FitLife. Maryann C, Oakdale

The renovation is really well done and there’s New equipment. The front desk and manager are super helpful and friendly! The classes are starting to build up again, with great instructors. A couple more class times and options and it will be a well rounded gym!
Just got in new treadmills. Please is fresh and newly painted. New owners doing a great job bringing this place back to life. Been coming for 19 years and place desperately needed a facelift. Classes are being added back again and its where I am staying for my gym days. Everyone is friendly and eager to assist. So dont delay and go down and sign up. Welcome FitLife!!

I joined Fitlife about a month ago and it has changed my life already! Billy is the best personal trainer and helped me get from totally out of shape to passing a really important agility test for the police department in 26 days. He so knowledgeable in everything! Nutrition, fitness, equipment, routines, you name it. He was recommended by a lot of local people when I needed to find a trainer and I totally see why! The gym itself is so clean, the staff are so friendly and personable, and the protein shakes are amazing 😍😋 so happy I found this gym, highly recommend. 💪
Smart move by the new owners letting members use the gym for free while new equipment was pending ! State of the art cardio equipment has arrived as promised, Im sure strength equipment will soon follow !The gym looks great and is shaping up quickly.I also find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable.

Great New Staff. New Cardio Machines And A Much Better Layout! When Synergy Fitness owned this club it a had a real down vibe like there was a black cloud always hanging over it. They Synergy were like vampires just sucking everything they could out of the club and never giving back. The remodel and whole attitude of the place has changed its bright new and positive. From day 1, Justin has been a source of positive energy that is emblematic of the entire FitLife family. Every day is a day to improve both internally and externally and the staff provides that culture and lifts you even when you feel terrible. Machines, weights, classes, cardio equipment all clean and accessible. Just a fantastic experience. My wife and I are so glad we met Justin and joined!
First day back at the gym in four months. Started new membership and I was impressed. A lot of different machines to use, cardio studio, boxing / MMA studio.Fitlife has personal trainers that are actually fit! I look forward to going back on a full time basis! I was re-inspired after spending my morning there. Im so glad this place reopened. Lots of equipment, friendly staff. Justin the general manager is a nice guy and quick to answer any questions. I love the atmosphere, and being able to sit in the sauna or steam room after a solid workout feels amazing. I wish the new owner Johnny Moya the best of luck. This manager/owner/maintenance/great personFitlife seems to be making changes that I’ve never seen before work actually seems to be getting done, they actually have credit card scanners now! Never saw that, well once their was this kid James that was an awesome worker.It takes more then a good manager to run a gym it also calls for you to be a good person good job Justin! Can’t wait to see what more equipment and deals you have for this gym! Keep it up! Plus their is a down to earth awesome front desk girl sam who is awesome at her job! I love it here Bc it’s a community gym and I feel at home here. The staff, the trainers, and the members are all so kind, and uplifting, and keep me motivated through my entire session.

Ive been at Fitlife EI since it opened about a year ago and it only gets better. Friendly staff, experienced trainers, quality equipment, very clean facility, fair pricing, and they even sell a variety of freshly made healthy meals and protein shakes. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out.
Ive been training with Billy Richards, originally 10 years ago and recently came back to working out and was lucky enough to be able to train with him again. So, i re-joined the gym where he was working and when he told he was leaving, I said “you go, I go”. And here we are at FitLifeLI.!! Im very happy I’m here!! FitLifeLI really has a comfortable atmosphere and welcoming staff. 👍💪🏻💦
Theres a solid variety of good equipment and everyone is friendly and supportive. The only bad thing I can say about this place is the music they play isnt great, but youre probably playing your own anyway so its not even a big issue.
Awesome facility. Has every machine you need for a solid workout. Equipment is all well kept and like new. Staff is on top of things. Definitely worth it.

I stopped going here after the last owner destroyed the place but recently came back to see what the new owner was doing. In all the years Ive been here none of the owners have done as much in such a short period of time then the current owner. Im glad to be back at this gym, lots of good stuff going on, friendly professional staff, and an environment conducive to workout.

This is the gym you need to be a member of. I have belonged to almost every gym on Long Island- Retro Fitness, LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Unique etc.etc. and I can honestly say this is the most well run, up to date, clean and fun place i have seen and the staff is dedicated, friendly and totally knowledgeable about everything fitness related - and the manager Justin is fantastic and goes above and beyond to make your time there the best it can be!!
I have been going to this gym for little over two year ( when was still East Islip Fitness) and I have personally saw the decline in service here. This gym is poorly managed. The other day I asked Paula When cardio equipment will be deliver , her answer was You get month for free, so stop complaining. She only chat with other employees , ignoring gym members. Ever since she received a higher position, she thinks she is better and she can speak rudely to everyone. One time when I enter the gym I met Justin and he was so positive, and was making everyone feel welcome. I never saw him again, so he is probably not working there anymore. I really hope this gym will succeed, because I dont want go anywhere else.
Since this gym was taken over by Fitlife East Islip, it has really become an outstanding facility. Johnny Moya is an excellent businessman and a pleasure to work with. He not only cares for his business but also cares very much for his clients. If you are looking for a gym, this is the place.

This is a great gym, it’s nice and clean, and it’s big enough to still be able to social distance while working out. Plus all of the trainers are really helpful.
Good gym, good location, and has everything you need while they are going through the renovations. I don’t see how anyone can complain considering it’s FREE at the moment. They could have closed the doors until it was done but instead, keeping the customer in mind tried to make the switch as easy on us as possible and in a few weeks there will be brand new equipment. Also FREE.
As a long time member and former employee, I love this gym! The layout of this gym in particular is unlike any other gym and its what it makes FitLife East Islip the best.
The renovations, cleaning, and new cardio equipment make FitLife East Islip look and FEEL better than ever in the last 4 owner/management transitions!. New vision, new vibe, and so pleased that there is sooo much to offer, particularly HIIT training area in the front. Ropes, tireflips, wallballs, more quality weight plates than you need. There is an MMA area, and Acupuncture! Knowledgeable training, best group fitness on the south shore. So thankful to all at to FitLife - I feel great, and youre doing an amazing transformation, and I cant wait to see whats next!

This place is awful. The paint job thats being done is like putting lipstick on a pig. The equipment( Not much of a selection) is very old and outdated. The speakers dont work so you cant hear the music. The Wi-Fi is horrendous. They dont even have a computer. You have to sign in on a piece of paper. The new owner definitely has no idea what he is doing. No cardio equipment and the place has been open for 5 weeks. Big thumbs down
The team at fit life East ISLIP are fantastic led by Johnny and Justin . Extremely customer centric and always willing to listen to ideas and suggestions. They have done a great job renovating the facility. Also a special shoutout to Thomas on the weekend.
I was hesitant to head back to the gym, but once I walked in and saw all of the precautions that the FitLife team is taking, I was put at ease. I am so happy that this gym is back, and I am so happy that I belong to this club.

First off to be fair ...the new owner just took this place over 30 days ago...this place was beat down....he has all of challenges to overcome in a short time...Rome wasn’t built in one night...don’t listen to bad reviews when you don’t know the full story...ten years this place wasn’t touched ...the new owner Johnny couldn’t get in until synergy the old gym was out dec 31...he couldn’t get in and do any work until the 1st of the month of January ...then he was faced with the challenge of building a new empire that had been destroyed for the last ten years...the owner is there day till night he is always at the gym speaking with membersand trying to get it this place fixed up..he gave everyone a free month becaus ehe need to get new equipment..he has a long road to recover this gym but if anyone can do it I know it’s him...I love this gym..if your going to complain about WiFi-I have never had a issue...or the radio not being loud enough to hear-get some earbuds cost 99 cents at the dollar store...people need to be understand he has done more in 30 days then the last owners did in ten years...I fully support this gym and I go every day...be patient and give the owner some time to work his magic...30 days and a review is not ample time to judge this place ...i get reviews are very important but to complain about some of this stuff is ludicrous...give this place a shot you will not be disappointed

2021-12-29FitLife in East Islip is a great health club. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility is always very clean and well organized. The equipment is top-notch. The other members are polite and cheerful. There is a great variety of group fitness classes and personal trainers. The club is open till late hours, which greatly helps me coordinate within my schedule. In addition, FitLife was recently renovated. I highly recommend FitLife in East Islip.

2022-01-11I was leaving another gym in the area and they made my transition as smooth as possible, all the workers are very nice and professional. Gym has great machines and sauna is a big plus. The protein shakes are good and healthy. I’ve been to many gyms in the area and this one is my favorite, Well worth the price.

All of the employees are wonderful and always willing to help, plus they make delicious protein shakes. So happy I belong here!

2022-01-04I had a great workout my first day at the gym. I usually struggle finding machines but there are plenty to choose from. Thank you to staff member Robert who was very welcoming and professional when signing me up for a membership. He was also knowledgeable and patient with not only me but everyone else who went up to him with any questions. Great gym, great service and great team. I’m glad I got a membership there.

Beyond clean, extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers and very respectful members. Great quality equipment with good variety. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town!
