They have great quality cell phone and computer accessories for $5. Its like the Nordstroms of dollar stores! The staff is not as friendly here as the one in Farmingdale.

I was not happy with the customer service. I understand that we are in a pandemic, but that shouldnt mean that you dont provide customer service. The older woman at the register needs training in customer service. She left my items that I purchased on the counter, I asked her for a bag, her response was oh they use to give out bags but now theyre 10 cents.. I said okay....and she put her hand out for the 10 cents. I placed a dime in her hand and she just put the bag on top of my 6 items and walked away. Wow, I wanted to say arent you going to put the items in the bag? But I didnt. Very disappointed in the service. I have added a picture of my receipt.
I had a very nice time at 5 and Below the other day. Lindsey the cashier was very nice and professional.She made my experience much better.My only complaint... not having to do with employees: would be the choice of music in the store.I would highly recommend this store.
Very organized wonderful customer service the line moved perfectly didnt have to wait on One Long and the employees were extremely friendly I will be back again was there today and will be back in a few hours there are things that are extremely helpful and are very good I just wish one thing that the Crocs that they have had a smaller size I was looking between 6 and 7 because the seven and eight ran very big because Ive always been a size 7 and the 70 just did not match my shoe size but overall a + a + a +
Your standard dollar store but some items are up to 5 dollars. Great place to grab a phone charger or a small gift for a kid.

Found bluetooth ear buds, with a 30 hour life span. Store was stocked. Staff was friendly upon entrance and great and fast at register.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I just went there with my kids to get them some candy and was greeted by an old hag yelling at us that they were closing at 7:00pm. She should have checked her sundial to realize the store still was open for another 40 minutes.Oh well, another store that will never see another penny from this consumer.5 Below, you better wake up because businesses are going bankrupt as it is and your employee’s poor customer service is not going to help.She either needs to retire, be put out to pasture, or undergo some serious customer service training.

This place is awesome. Lots of stock and a huge selection. Maneuvering between aisles with a stroller is a breeze which seems to be one the of the biggest issues.Pricing is great considering its pretty much a dollar store.
Really convenient store to go to when you want to get cheap snacks before a movie or pick up an extra charger! The aisles are always really clean and organzied, and the staff at the front are really quick to help you out. Never have to wait in line and surprised how they even can do sales for certain items.
Nice store the only problem was that there was no shopping carts in the store I had to go back in to the parking lot to find oneI am not doing that again.

I was disappointed there was only one option for the Chanukkah wrapping paper and it was more money than the rest, though, I know its not this stores fault. Every employee was good about masks, took the line pretty quickly.
Everything is more or less about $5 they dont really have anything for a dollar but if youre looking for some cheap toys or electronic accessories five below is definitely the place to go! also their return policy is phenomenal as long as you have the original item that you purchased you can pretty much exchange it at any point in time!
I love the store, but dont be fooled you will come out spending at least $50 for you will find things that cost $5 here and $20 somewhere else. Best at dorm room accessories and make up and trinkets. however, They get you on dollar products like stationary and soaps that are $2+ here. Nevertheless, great store to shop for gifts. Will become one of your favorite stores.
Had more than i thought. Stationary stuff, lots of arts & crafts, cards. Good products too. My son picked up a phone holder for the windshield and the thing was easily worth twice as much. Very sturdy and doesnt shake when driving.
The store is very nice, well organized. They carry a variety of items. Everything from slippers to book bags, movie and music CDs, make up, nail polish, fragrances, and much much more. Everything is priced $5 or less. I had a lot of fun shopping here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking. Lots of bargains. I would recommend it.
The five below in Levittown is a great store. Perfect place for an add on gift or Christmas stocking stuffers. They have a great selection of games, cosmetics, coloring books, you never leave without something. Everything is priced at $5.00 or less. My youngest daughter loves the Beanie Boos they carry along with the huge selection of candy. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you dont see what you are looking for just ask. I recently purchased two yoga balls that were not out on the sales floor. A team member had to get them from the back. Such a fun and affordable store!
Lots of miscellaneous items (some hard to find and only found online). Good value for most items!

2021-12-17A great variety of merchandise for great prices. Lots of things that you dont see at every other store, which is great. Perfect for small gifts, grab bags and stocking stuffers. However, it does get incredibly busy during the holiday shopping time period, rightfully so, but they keep the line moving pretty quickly and usually its worth the wait.

2021-11-20Novelty and small gift store at very affordable prices. Practical use products, such as shampoo, conditioner, powder, sun block, Tylenol and health & beauty items are available. Snacks such as candy, potato chips and soda are also available here. Plenty of cell phone covers and chargers available as well. This store has a decent selection of good quality merchandise at low prices. Convenient household and trendy items make for an eclectic shopping experience here at Five Below.

2022-01-21EXTREMELY RUDE!! I watched them yell at a customer (who put a mask on when asked, even tho you didn’t have to wear one, others weren’t) then the worker who was identified as a young female (she has very sassy mouth) continued to be rude to the customer even tho they instantly listened. She would not stop yelling at them from across the whole store causing a seen! Where in your workers hand book does it tell you to treat customers this way?!? It was horrible. RUDE WORKERS I regret not calling corporate it was DISGUSTING to watch them treat someone who was buying a lot that way and they replied instantly. (Once again others were not wearing a mask) Thankfully the customer put everything back and left. It was about $100 worth of stuff. I will be going back to find out their name and call corporate because this is not okay and something actions need to be taken on the worker.

2021-11-19Lots of cheap stuff. I was looking for an inexpensive hat to wear at the start of the NYC marathon and discard as I warmed up. Found one. A plus is - dont laugh - a great selection of bubble gum. Yeah, ever since my growing - up days in Brooklyn in the 50s, Ive been a bit of a bubble gum addict. This is the place to go if you have a similar affliction.
