The guy Andy there was nice and made my food to perfection and even let me try a sample milkshake that was excellent would definitely recommend coming here
I think this is a very reasonable Burger place. The burgers are good and having a broad selection of toppings is what really appeals to me. The couple of times Ive been here the workers were always quite busy and fast with service. My only con is that their French fries are actually pretty good except the amount of oil saturated in them is too much for me. Edit- ordering online and pick up on site is slow and quirky. I feel its just easier to order in store.
Was missing half of my order that they forgot to give to the Uber eats driver and was told basically there’s nothing they could do about it. Guy seemed like he could care less! First item I have ordered for delivery during this pandemic and was really looking forward to it. I would give it negative stars if possible due to this employees demeanor. $30 for 2 burgers and small fries. Better off going to local owned place than a chain.
Nasty nasty overcooked tasteless cardboard that I paid $10 for. Never in my life will i touch a five garbage burger again. How i wish there is a in and out chain on the east coast.
Always a great time. You think it, they create it. Its that simple. If you want the best tasting, freshen meat and fries, for almost the same as those thrughway burger stores, you need to go to 5guys. Simple decor with great counter service plus awesome food equals a great time. Add into the fact that it is a repeatable experience, thats a big WIN!Run dont walk, and if youve never been to a 5 guys, tell the cashier. No joke, tell the cashier and they will make your first experience a pleasant one from beginning to end.

Good burgers, with good variety, and interestingly enough, a peanutbutter milkshake! Pro tip- ask for one of them with chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla, and youll like the result. As for the fries, they give you an obscene amount, and theyre fine enough.Its hearty, greasy experience that doesnt really feel like fast food. Just dont get it too often. I think its my go to burger place if Im in the area.
First experience with five guys giving it 5 stars. I didnt even order bacon on my cheeseburger and they gave me bacon which was a great addition. The burger to topping to bun ratio is equivalent to the david sculpture in Rome..perfect proportions. The fries were perfectly salted and not too greasy. The fries were handcrafted and hand cut by baby cherubs. Great job guys.
Oh my lanta. My fries were delicious and my burger was perfect couldnt have made a better burger myself. Best Five Guys ive been to. I live by a different one thats just ok this one on the other hand. Blown away.
Okay, there ia NO DOUBT that all the food, burgers, fries, everything is absolutley the freshest it can be. The hamburger meat, fries are all cooked fresh when you actually order it. One problem I have is that its a bit pricey, even just for one person for a fast food restaurant. But the food IS good.
Twice visited since the grand opening;On the first visit, a walk-in, one of the two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines was not operational. However, the employee at the register was super pleasant and took my order quickly. It didnt take too long to prepare my meal and it was delicious!For my second visit, I placed the order with the Five Guys app ahead of time. I waited at the outside seating area until my pick-up time. Whereas they normally call out the order number for walk-in orders, they dont have the best check-in for app orders. It took about five minutes before someone asked me about my order which was ready. Then, I was instructed to get my drink cup from the cashier. Check-in for app orders could be somewhat better.All-in-all, though, both experiences were good and the food is GREAT!

Im pretty sure they make the best burgers ever. This is one of the best burger joints I ever ate at. The fris are amazing. You know they organic because the bag of potatoes are at your feet. I have to say that if your allergic to peanuts DO NOT go there, because they have buckets of peanuts. 100% that I would recommend this place. 10/10.
Five guys is a great alternative to the other fast food joints. Good burgers, loads of fries and millions of options. If you really like a burger from another place, guess what? Five Guys can make it for you. Make sure to find out about their secret menu. They can make you an In-N-Out burger from Cali, they can duplicate a Big Mac, or...they can just make any of their burgers to your liking. Loaded with onions? Sure....mayo, ketchup and mustard? Sure. If you go inside to eat they have an endless supply of peanuts for you to snack on before you get your food. They work with uber eats and other delivery services. So get your fix and enjoy
Although this Five Guys is located at the mall there is NO entrance from the mall into the restaurant, you must enter and exit through a separate entrance. Upon arrival at 11:45am on a week day there was only one other person there and I immediately noted the music was blaring TOO loud. I was helped immediately and ordered the smallest single burger they had which apparently is not on the menu board. I also ordered the smallest order of fries and a drink. They have large barrels of free shelled, salted peanuts to eat while you wait for your order. Food is fresh, hot and portions are enormous!! Excellent!
Always great but a little pricey!
The hamburger with the works was so delicious, and everything on it was fresh. Place was very clean and a friendly staff. Also, have a chocolate banana shake, the best Ive ever had.
The food was really good, but the manager Richard here dont get me started. Always yelling at his workers and it kind of creates an awkward environment. I felt really bad for the workers, they were doing a good job, but one person messed up and he blew up on them.
The burgers there are still delicious, but I really missed that they don’t offer peanuts anymore because of the COVID-19
I always forget they’re in/outside the mall. Staff is cool and they make a mean bacon cheeseburger with the Cajun fries. Yum ! My favorite guilty pleasure. Keep up the good work

Order 3 bacon cheeseburgers through the door dash service love 5 guys food and never had any issues but when I pay for bacon I expect it and one of the burgers did not have it tried to call the store to make them aware and there phone is busy off the hook? Terrible
Nice spot, cant go wrong if you know what you want in a burger. Wont be cheap, compared to other fast food chain, but you are getting what you pay for.

2022-04-16Some of the workers get drunk while on work. I smelled alcohol of a few when I been there. Thought it was a one time thing but happened too many times already. Will go to another location for now on.

2022-04-24Great food! But they skimp on the fries and that’s the best part. For a place that has literal bags of potatoes in the restaurant they can give you a Five Guys Large Fry where my bag is soaked in peanut oil, not just a cup and a small sprinkle of extra fries into the bag.Edit: I went in and waited at the counter for someone to come up and take my order. There was no line. The staff was busy, which was fine, except I heard them talking amongst themselves and asking each other who wanted to go up to help me out and almost all of them gave a refusing gesture or just straight up said “nah”. So I left and ate elsewhere.

2021-10-09Wow, I havent had five guys in so long. I definitely got the bacon cheeseburger with the works!! And then I tried the grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was okay nothing crazy. But wow I forgot how delicious that burger was with all them toppings.!! Keep up the excellent work!

2021-11-16Is there any better smell on earth than burgers and fries cooking? If you love burgers and are not allergic to peanuts I hope youve tried 5 guys. They use peanut oil and have stacks of bags of peanuts in the restaurant so of you have a peanut allergy I would stay away, and also I feel very badly for you that you cannot eat a 5 guys burger or peanutbutter. Anyway, their burgers are not just good for a fast food franchise, theyre really good, period. Good meat, peanut oil adds flavor, they use high quality bacon, and theres a ton of toppings to choose from that you can add for free. Their cajun fries are also just about my favorite fries, and the portion of fries is ridiculous. They give you a cup full of fries in a bag filled with more fries on the bottom. The shakes are phenomenal as well, super thick, and many flavor options (including peanutbutter, chocolate, oreo, coffee, and BACON! Its got an oldschool 50s style burger joint vibe with the red and white checkered designs and the burgers and shakes. They keep their menu simply but execute to perfection. I tend to post alot of bad reviews of eateries because when I have a bad experience I want to share it so that others can avoid having one, so I decided that for the sake of balance I should add good reviews for local places that really deserve it. If my doctor didnt tell me I need to cut back on cholesterol I might eat 5 guys every day.

2021-12-06Edit had to change my review because I visited this location recently and they are doing much better. Food and quality are good and the customer service is amazing and down to earth. Things change.The service and food quality and cooks. Are slowing declining at This five guys. The service and customer service used to be great at this location. But that is going away. We went and got both our order wrong and didn’t do their signature fill the fries to the bottom of the bag. We then waited for another bag of fries which was nice but the fries were soggy and gross. We got home and realized our burgers had other toppings we didn’t ask for. We called up asked if we could be compensated. They offered 20% off our next meal. Yea no thanks we want a refund. We wrote a letter and got 20$ in gift card even though our order was 27$ how do you expect to keep customers like that? Will admit though the manager was nice just didn’t really give us good compensation for our meal.Anyways other locations are great. The food is usually Awesome at five guys but this shop is on the slow decline. Would recommend hitting another shop up.
