Definitely Recommend! Best burgers in town better than any of the diners anymore. High quality ingredients. French fries are all made fresh there and theyre so good. Add as many toppings as you want. Free soda refills. Love to Chow on the peanuts they give out for free while youre waiting. Clean environment friendly staff. During the pandemic you can call your order in or place it online and they will just bring it outside to your vehicle. Food is good and consistent you always know what youre going to get.

The lines arent too long, maybe a 10 minute wait on average. Its a little pricey but you get some pretty good food for it. Once I forgot my shake inside and an associate ran it out to me, so that was nice. Definitely worth a shot if you want a quick burger.
I love five guys, but this was my first time at this particular location, the cheese wasnt even melted on the burger and the burger wasnt even a patty... Ill just keep frequenting the location I normally go to...

This is the best place to get a burger in all of Kingston. You wait less than in the McDonald’s drive through and you get a fresh cooked real beef hamburger. If you haven’t had Cajun fries you have to. The staff is always awesome. Even after I just witnessed some lady throw a temper tantrum about her curbside order she never checked in for. She threw her bag of burgers on the ground and screamed for 10 minutes. Remember to be kind, even if you don’t value the skill of cooking a really, really phenomenal burger, 1000 times in a row. Thank you for your service and wonderful food.
Love five guys. Oreo shakes are bomb digity. I found out you can get a burger minus the roll and it comes in a tin bowl. A small fry is more than enough for one person.
The only fast food place that caters to celiacs. Our beat choice when we are on the road. This location was clean and the people polite.
5 Guys is hands down the best burger place on the planet. The staff are always smiling and friendly. Order some Cajun fries (even the small is a huge portion) , a vanilla malt milk shake and have them put your all the way, no mustard cheeseburger in a lettuce wrap (instead of a bun if youre watching carbs and gluten).....thats about as close as you can get to taste bud heaven. And all for about $15!
I come in to deliver their food and the energy is positively poppin with tunes and good workers, I ordered a small fry and got sick. My system cannot process that heavy oil. I really want to enjoy fast food. I wish the company will welcome organic and health friendly food/oil.
You just cant go wrong with Five Guys... the juicy burgers, unlimited toppings (grilled and fresh jalapeños, anyone?) and the overflowing FRIES. Customer service at this location is also so sweet. They brought out my order to spot 8, but got the shake order wrong. I called them up and the darling on the phone apologized and vrought out the right one. To err is human, but to make a please a customer after messing up... thats divine!
People here cant read it seems. I ask for 1 LG fry no salt and 1 sm fry with salt and to be baked separately.well to say the fries were in one bag all with salt. And my mother is allergic to salt. So to say these people dont care. I can tell.
They are a tad expensive, but its probably worth it for the burgers that can be customized to your liking with an assortment of toppings provided. Also, the French fries (both regular and cajun) are to die for (not to mention the huge amount they give you). I also like their online ordering site where all you do afterward is let them know youre there and wait in your car (curbside pickup).
We come here all the time. The burgers are so big and juicy they are ALWAYS the same delicious! 5 guys is worth the 40 minute drive! The baby fries are enough for at least 3 people. The staff is so friendly. We love it so much!! Its a must stop!
I celebrated my nomination last night in this excellent restaurant. Well we had a magnificent evening and the venue was definitely one of the reasons for that fruitful event. The stuff cooperated in a pleasant style, the cuisine was yummy and my friends were very delighted. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

When Five Guys opened up it was really unique and very flavorful. A little disappointed now though. Its always been a bit pricey but the prices have gone way up. Today for two hamburgers and fries and two drinks it cost me almost $25 and the food is not that good. its a little Bland. The staff was great, very nice and didnt have to wait long for our food. But I dont think its worth the money I paid.

Service during the pandemic was great. Distancing & masks were worn, it made us feel safe alone with outdoor seating. On top of that our order came 100% correct and tasted amazing.
Great food, no complaints there. But I always find it super annoying that Ill start ordering burgers for me and the kids to have to start over realizing a cheeseburger has two patties and a Jr has one.Also, they should have simple named condiment combos to save time. Saying the 10 things I want on each burger makes ordering stressful. Theres a reason most fast food places use a number system, quick painless orders.

Ive heard and read about 5 guys and the hype was big. 1st time I had it was in Wilkes Barre area and was not impressed at all. In fact so little that I havent had it for a couple years.Worked in Kingston, N.Y. and a guy suggested it with the usual hype. Figured Id give it a second chance. Not impressed. Its not bad, its just not good, and I personally dont get any of the hype. Itll be a few years til I try it again. What can I say...I really tried to like it...
Solid burger, killer fries, you can always get a quality bite from a Five Guys chain. This location is doing a great job with cleaning high contact surfaces, having hand sanitizer available and good signage for curbside pickup and mask requirements.
Absolutely love 5 guys. Burgers are the best fast food burgers by far. A little expensive, but worth it. You can add any side possible to your burger or hot dogs free of extra charges. Also fries are homemade.always take a bag of peanuts home as well 🤭
The food is great. Better than Mcdonalds. But very expensive. 24 bucks for 2 burgers and 2 drinks. The soda machine was very odd, sprayed soda all over me. Staff was loud, but very friendly. The chairs squealed loudly when moved, but other than these... Great restraunt. Food tasted amazing. Not worth 24 bucks though.
Where can I say about the best burger place in the world. I belive God himself must be flipping the burgers here. The way the burgers just melt in your mouth and with so many options I could spend my life here just seeing what greatness comes from the kitchen. Dont get me started on the fries , perfect amount of salt and so savory. I love the fact that they fill up the bag and not just the cup. Service here is amazing, very friendly and very clean. If you havent been to 5 Guys yet you really have done yourself a disservice, if you are someone who dislikes 5 Guys you should question your life decisions.
Food is always great. Curbside pick up was a little shaky. When we got there and called to let them know the phone was busy for like 5 minutes. Shake was great and had a cardboard straw.

Absolutely incredible cheeseburgers with pretty much anything you can think of to put on them. Portions are huge, fries pretty much fill your entire bag. As another reviewer mentioned, fries in a cup - ha,ha. Fries everywhere!Coupled with ordering via the Five guys app and Im all set! Love it!!!!
Access to the parking lot is narrow. But the curb is low and theres no apron between the parking lot and the road. So larger cars can go in and out like hillbillies.Oh, most importantly, the service is good, the serving sizes are generous, and it tastes good.

Came here Dec. 2015. Based on the amount of calories alone, Ive stayed away from Five Guys. We were driving home from Massachusetts and needed a driving break. My husband insisted that eating here was worth the calories. He was right! I ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms. That first bite was so, so, good! Juicy, plenty of toppings, and hot. My husband got a plain cheeseburger with bacon....equally as good. He also ordered the malted milk shake. I took a sip and it was delicious. We also got two small fries. If that was small, Id hate to see the large fries. One small was plenty for the two of us. They were a bit greasy but still nice and crispy. I didnt go into the restaurant and we ate in the car so I cant review on the interior.
Love the fact that Five Guys is Whole 30 approved! No fillers in their burgers and they will do a lettuce wrap in place of the bun! Great for those with gluten issues too.
This its a regular Five Guys but what kinda surprised me was how they didnt have peanut shells all over the floor like the other Fine Guys Ive been to. They still offer peanuts (its on a box on the counter by the fountain drinks) but they arent in boxes stacked on boxes stacked on boxes. Still good. This is the first Five Guys where Ive seen they offer bacon in their shakes!! I asked the cashier what he thinks is the best bacon shake. His answer was the salted caramel. I might just try it next time.
There was never a time that it was a bad idea when someone suggested Hey, wanna eat at 5 Guys? - I mean.... come on. Their burgers are legendary. If you want 1 patty, get a Small. if you want 2 get a regular. I know, it sounds different than ANY OTHER burger chain - but Small = 1, and Regular = 2. Also, unless youre sharing, dont order anything bigger than the small size of fries.
1st off let me say that food wise its all good and yummy. its clean on the inside as well. restrooms are clean. now the bad news.. $$$$ wayyyyyyy over price me and my g/f spent over $ 24. on burgers fries and soda. again were talking. hambugers and fries here not shrimp or t bones but a hamburger. if you have that kind of money to waste then by all means enjoy. I on the other hand will eat steak if I wanna spend 24 bucks.
Fresh veggies real unfrozen beef and amazing shakes. I never seen so many soda options. Clean and friendly environment. Multiple times better then the neighboring burger joints.

Burger was good as always. Just not sure it was worth the cost. Burger fries and milkshake 18 bucks. Fries were limp, needed another minute or 2 in fryer and chocolate shake was just vanilla with a bunch and I mean a bunch of Hershey syrup added to it. Hey if youre gonna charge 5 bucks for a chocolate shake think you can spring for chocolate ice cream

2021-06-03I mean, it’s five guys. Unless you’ve never been to one, you know what to expect. I haven’t been to this one in over a year. It was definitely very clean this time. Friendly employees, good service. I always appreciate a clean bathroom.

2022-03-31First time at Five Guys and will be my last. Spent $45.00 on food that i wouldnt have paid $10 bucks for if it was offered to me. I was there at 11.15 am. Only number 3 on ticket. Ordered a BLT that had overcooked,burned on edges bacon,tomato and a piece of lettuce i had to find under all the mayo...2 Hamburgers overdone with lettuce,ketchup,mustard,barely lettuce and tomato.. I see a pattern with the lettuce shortage in the orders..1 little hamburger,,again overcooked and lettuce was noticeable under condiments. 2 orders of fries that were so soggy and soaked right thru the bag when it was picked up out of the plastic bag provided by the nice and friendly staff. The front counter and key pad were dirty and there was grease or oil on the keypad machine that i asked to be wiped off but was done after i picked up my order. Staff was clowning around but had smiles and was very nice. It is sad that i will not be back because the reviews show it is/was a good place to eat. Sorry Five guys,do better at this new/renovated location...

2020-03-16Burgers are always juicy and cooked to perfection, my regular-the bacon cheese burger pairs perfectly with the strawberry milkshake. I paid 15$ for a burger and a milkshake which could get pricy if eating out with a group, but I always leave full and satisfied

2021-11-13My son and I loved to go here, fries are the best. We missed the peanuts during the pandemic so was happy to see them out. For some reason when I use the app the order is never right but it was fine. Just missing some bacon and toppings. But it is always good. We were already on our way when we noticed the small issues.
