Typical five guys nice room layout, good service. Price for a burger is expensive. Expect to pay over $20 + NYS taxes for burger, fries and soda per person.
Good burgers and fries. good price and service, not surprises, was not crowded considering the location.
Great place to grab a bite. Burgers are tasty, and the place is clean. I highly recommend it.
One of my favorite places to hace a really good cheeseburger, I like that you can add all the toppings that you want to make your own hamburger, the fries are really good, both, its a must if you visit new york. And if you are on a hurry, dont worry this place is super fast, I think its a little pricey but its totally worth it
I expect it to take a while because it’s really fresh, but these guys are really slow. The restaurant was dirty, the bathrooms were deplorable and the staff was much more interested in chatting it up instead of making our food. Also, no peanuts! I mean that is like seriously their gimmick! Asked about it and they said no, apparently people were eating too many. Disheartening. Sorry five guys, not you’re best foot forward!
Inner City Fiveguys are a bit pricy, but the same quality grease food you lovePrices for Double Cheese and Double Bacon Cheese are $10+ now before Tax
Every time I stop in here, its a horrible experience. The workers just dont care. I had one time that my burger was made, put into a bag, and then left there to get soggy for 15 minutes while the staff waited for other stations to catch up.
Customer service, great.Food beyond great. I have been sleeping on the Cajun Fries!!!! Yum!! The workers are working hard, great morale!!!I’ll be back. Weekly? :)

2022-07-09Very good burger. Thats how a typical american burger is. Its only few minutes to wait and u can pick up your ordered food. For beverage u can choose whatevere u want because its self service with refill option. Next time i will come again. Five guys - five stars.

2022-04-20What youd expect from a 5 Guys franchise; clean, quick, and good value. Located in between Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Station, and a 10 minute from Times Square. Bathrooms are available to paying customers.

2022-06-15A fountain drink here is more than $3. BUT they have 2 machines and neither work! Can not get anything at all out of them. Sorry they say but what about a refund? I paid for at least one drink, they even say free refils but I got nothing? Sorry is nice but not enough. Will NEVER eat at a five guys again.

2022-06-01Very bad experience at this location. The double cheeseburger was done within less than a minute. The pattys werent warm, the cheese wasnt melted and the sauteed onions were cold. I am ok waiting an extra minute or two to get a hot sandwich and not what I received

2022-03-04The food was definitely good. I used to work for five guys and was a little disappointed in my ticket time especially since it was empty but overall the food was good. The staff seemed annoyed that I wanted a side of bbq and A1 sauce which was the only takeaway.

2022-06-05Excelent burger, fries and milkshakes, the only downside is the price, but its really nice to spend the money every once in a while for a meal as good as this.
