Best prices by far! Great service! Fast fast fast! Had a problem where the proximity sensor wasn’t working after new glass and LCD screen. Took it back and put in a new sensor at no charge. Done in 20 minutes. Great store. Forget sending it to Apple and shop local.
What a great place with a great crew working here. They do repairs and have access to some great unlocked refurbished phones. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 7 there in great condition with no issues. They also have a good selection of cases and accessories. Highly Recommend.

Best phone repair shop in all of Kingston. Very good service and quick repairs! EDIT: I have to unfortunately retract my last statement as I have returned to have a IPhone repaired. First time I got it back the new screen was scratched up, just looked used. Corner wasnt even sealed on. So i had him put another screen on and waited a week for him to get the part so the screen would fit correctly and now the corner of the screen is showing white when pressing down on the home button. Hope to give this place another chance but this experience was very disappointing.
My Ipad was no longer taking a charge, thought it was done for....brought it in for a FREE diagnostic and they quickly figured out the problem. They gave me a very reasonable price and fixed the problem in only a couple of hours.Great customer service, a very nice shop, definitely recommend.They also have a nice little waiting area and play up to date music.Very Satisfied customer.

I damaged the charging port to my ipad and was told it would cost me $300 to fix it from both apple and best buy. I pretty much gave up hope and was going to buy a new one. I saw the sign for the shop when driving down albany ave and thought to give it a try. They were great. Managed to fix it for me for a fraction of the cost. They had all the necessary parts in stock too. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

The HDMI on my ps4 is damaged and I went there over the summer and got a quote of 95 dollars for them to fix it. I recently brought it in to get repaired and they told me 160 dollars. This was obviously an inflated price for this repair. So I called the computer repair shop in Saugerties on Main Street. The quote I got was around 75 dollars for labor and 10 for the HDMI. Im sure for other repairs they are ok, but dont bring a game console there before looking around.
I only had my Samsung Tab E a few months before I left it on the roof of my car and drove off. I had a low end case from a discount store and both the inner and outer screens cracked. Plus the unit sat outside overnight in light rain but I could still see the screen flicker. I’ve heard it’s almost impossible to replace both screens but I drive by Fix n Phone every day and thought I’d stop in. They diagnose for free and said it could be fixed. To my delight the repair was perfect and the tablet looked brand new and for less than what a new one would cost. Fix n Phone also ordered me a very durable case that was hard plastic and shock absorbing rubber. I learned my lesson the hard way a good case is worth the money. I highly recommend Fix n Phone to repair any electronic device. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional. I have an old laptop that stopped working and will bring it by for a free diagnosis. I smashed my phone on at 1:30AM on July 4th. I called Fixnphone at 11am on the 4th of July holiday and he said bring it right in and hell have it fixed in 40 minutes. I was shocked and swung by. He was really nice and professional and called me 40 minutes later telling me that my phone was fixed. Thanks!!!
Broke the screen on my new phone. this guy switched my phone with a non working one and installed my info into. i busted him, got my phone and money back. under Setting/system/about phone, take a snapshot or remember the last 4 digits of your phones IMEI number to make sure youre getting your own phone back

I have iPhone 8 plus and I had crack my screen yesterday night and was gone black I was so worried that will it get fixed or not my friend recommended me to go Fixnphone at ulster ave Kingston. when I been there today afternoon they told me it will be fixed in 30 min and I was surprised and and in 20 min my phone was as normal as before. Great service. I lost some files on my iPad and was in complete panic mode. Called Fixnphone. They tried to help me on the phone but when that didn’t work I went to their location in Kingston. They quickly figured out what happened, restored myfiles and suggested deleting and reinstalling to get rid of any bugs. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Recently I had issues with my iPhone. I stopped in fixnphone on Ulster Avenue in Kingston as I was passing by and was pleasantly surprised how nice the showroom looked and and how friendly the guy behind the counter was. After asking a few questions, the guy behind the counter turned out to be the owner “Nik”. He was extremely helpful, as I know very little about iPhone issues. He was able to tell me what was wrong and what was needed in a few minutes. I had to go to work but returned the next day. Nik took me right away and began his trade, fixing my phone. End result, Great job, Quick friendly service, and very reasonable pricing. Give Nik a try if you have phone issues!
Couldnt have done worse. I brought my phone in that I have had for a year and a half. I had dropped it breaking the screen. After paying $300 2 days later the screen broke while in my pocket. Im not sure if it was just a poor quality screen or just a poor installation. Either way find someone else to repair your phone. They wouldnt replace the screen.

2022-03-27Not happy with this place. I gave a $35 dollar deposit so the person I spoke to can look at a tablet I had.brought in .That same person ordered a part that turns out not to be the problem. I Was told he didnt know whats wrong with the tablet.and couldnt get my $35 dollars back because it was for part and labor went home minus my deposit and a tablet that still doesnt work. Wont go there again.

2021-08-13The gentleman was very nice and honest about the work that needs to be done to my cell phone. I wasnt able to have the work done because it would cost more than the phone itself. He understood and was very polite and said any time I needed to come back to get it fixed he would do it for me. I would highly recommend Fixnphione.

2020-12-01I have been here 3 times now - twice for my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 (smashed screen and replacement of speaker) and for my Dell laptop (new monitor). Nick has been EXCEPTIONAL each time, explaining what needs to be done and also breaking down the cost (for the labor and the cost of the part). I HIGHLY recommend Fixnphone and am 100% satisfied each of my repairs. There is no doubt that the next time I break another electronic device, I will be visiting Fixnphone again!

2021-05-14My phones charging port stopped working at 5 p.m. on a Thursday evening. I used the few remaining percentage points of power to call Nic at Fixnphone to see if I could bring it in. By 5:45, he was diagnosing it and taking it in the back for the necessary procedures (replacing the charging port and the badly cracked screen) to save its life. I hate creating eWaste, and was glad that Nic agreed it was worth extending the life of the phone. He never tried to upsell me on a newer, flashier, ($$$) phone, and provided a discount for the second service and a warranty for the charging port. He was very kind and efficient, and by 7 p.m. I was walking out the door with a perfectly functioning phone (with a sparkling glitter gel case, to boot). Absolutely recommend (both Fixnphones services AND the glitter gel case) !!

2019-12-13Excellent service,they even fixed home button on iphone free of charge while installing a new battery.Very friendly and prompt.Best Buy (official Apple repair) needed an hour and required that ya sign a waiver absolving them of any reaponsibility if they bricked the device,also they wanted 129 dollars to fix home button on top of battery cost.These guys just fixed the button while they had phone open,just had to bend a couple tabs up,Independent repair is the way to go.

2020-05-16I needed a new screen on my phone. Quick. Thats what I got. The owner was so nice and helpful, my phone is like new. I hope I never need this kind of fix again, its expensive, but I would definitely go back here to have it done. The owner is really nice, helpful. And, he followed safe Covid-19 protocols.
