Went to the brand new Asheville, NC location and was truly impressed by the customer service there. We brought our puppy in and she was adorned with lots of love and treats! The store was clean and visually appealing, and we had any obscure questions about the sustainability answered. Great store!

As a long time fan of this brand I had traditionally purchased online. Once more stores came to NYC I would swing through now and then to see what was new and immerse myself in the brand. With the camping season upon us I picked up a pair of convertible pants which needed to be hemmed. What a wonderful experience!I had thought alterations would take weeks and that perhaps I should consider a local tailor when in fact the team at this location was wonderful and turned around the pants with lightning speed.I cannot speak highly about the staff and in particular the tailor they have ensconced at this location. I don’t know anyones name but I am now remembered when I walk in and feel like part of the family.

Ive been to all three Fjallraven stores in Manhattan. Theyre all great & the service is outstanding! However, the Meatpacking store is just amazing & has a great selection. Anthony is the most knowledgeable guy! He takes the time to explain everything. I recently purchased a Kanken Tote in Del Mar, CA store. I flew home & just couldnt love the color (I travel a lot and wanted something a tad darker). Not a problem- Anthony surprised me with the red I had my heart set on, knew the Del Mar store well and had me happily on my way after he also found me a beautiful mini in my dream colors. These people who work here are amazing. If youre reading this review youve already been sold on the merchandise. Now instead of buying it online, come into the store and get the full experience. Friendly attentive knowledgeable people who know their product and more importantly care about its customers. Im a huge outdoor clothing and equipment aficionado and you cant beat excellent clothing and equipment sold by people who care and know.

Too stunned to react. Zero customer service. U have to ask for everything and the staff is obviously too annoyed to answer. Did they not pay u enough?? Why this attitude 🤌

Customer service misinformed about pricing for servicing. They sent us to Soho store where there was a tailor in premises. Except that there was not. And that the “free tailoring” would in fact cost $15. If you want this brand name, go for it. The shirt was made in China, just like Eddie Bauer or LL Bean.

Fantastic service/Great experience! Aaron was an absolute gentleman, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the door assisted me eagerly and was friendly. A nice pleasant Vibe about the store. Well done on all points. Im not even a person to write reviews but I felt it necessary to highlight this place.Good job Fjallraven!

Nothing was priced. Staff seem perturbed to give you a price when you asked. Also how do you pronounce this place? I gave up

Superb customer service and a good selection. The people here are very helpful, patient, friendly and fun.
