The attention is very good, however the prices are very expensive
Im 19 years old so when I went to check it out, they thought I was playing around so no one came to check up on me. I had to ask for help and even then the sales lady was ignoring me. She was arrogant but once she saw I was serious, she treated me a little bit better. On another note, its been 3 weeks since I purchased my furniture and I still havent received it. They need to be more responsible on delivering furniture as fast as they can.
They had exactly what I was looking for. The spokeswoman who helped me is Dany and she was very helpful! She made the process so quick and easy for me. For the quality of the furniture, the price I paid was amazing. I definitely recommend shopping at Flamingo Furniture!
Furniture low quality damaged they give u one story then another at the end of day they stick you.with it pure junk and over priced.
Nice selection of furniture here, they have a few floors of it. Unfortunately they didnt have what I wanted , but some of the sets are really nice. Its worth the trip to visit.. parking can be tough on 5th Avenue so bring a bunch of quarters if you can even find one of those gobble eating parking meters.

Bought furniture for my apartment 3 years ago, it is first time I had to buy furniture as I moved into my own place. The salesperson made it easy to pick furniture and had it delivered a few days later. Prices are decent.
I bought a closet and I needed it to be built because the instructions was in a different language. They wanted to charge me $75 after I bought a mattress, sofa, 4 dressers, TV stand and 2 couches plus I gave them a big tip. I will never buy from them ever again.
Just received my furniture from Flamingo. Delivery was on time as promised. Furniture looks great! They were best priced place in the area and had great service on the floor. I would recommend their store if you are looking for furniture in the NYC/LI area.
The sales person was quite friendly and courteous. He listened to us and showed us only things we were interested in purchasing. He assisted us in finding the furniture that would fit well in our home.
The furniture looks good, but material is not. It breaks down over time. And if you do not have the receipt they will not fix it. And even if you do. They are not willing to replace damaged items after 48hrs. Even if it was the delivery men at fault.It’s much better to go to Ikea than getting ripped off here at this place!

I recently moved to a smaller place and had to purchase a bunk bed quickly. I was looking for a durable bunk bed at a reasonable price. I searched the web and visited mutiple stores. I went online and looked for reviews. At the time Flamingo Furniture had mixed reviews so, I decided to check them out myself.From the moment I walked in the store I was taken care of. I was eyeing a bunk bed for weeks so, I decided to go in for pricing and measurements. Once I got home it turned out that the bunk bed I wanted wasnt the right fit. I visited the store once more to see if they had something else. I was greeted by the store owner and much to my surprise he took care of me himself instead of passing me to someone else. He listened, took his time, and wasnt pushy at all. He was genuinely concerned about me purchasing the right bunk bed for my situation. After I went home and confirmed it would fit in my space I placed the order with him immediately along with a mattress and I received my bunk bed by the end of that week just like he said.The delivery was awesome! The guys built the bunk bed in less than 30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. They were in and out and just like that I was done and ready to move on with the rest of my move.A couple of days after that I realized I would need an additional mattress because, my old mattress was too thick for the bunk bed. I visited the store once more and was greeted by the owners son. He was so outgoing and just happy to be of service. I placed my order right away and had my mattress a couple of days later.Ive heard horrible stories of furniture stores with pushy salesman and deliveries that took more than a month to arrive. I wasnt looking forward to purchasing furniture but, thanks to the staff at Flamingo Furniture I was pleasantly surprised. Not only would I recommend them I will go to them first if I ever need to purchase additional furniture.
Flamingo has been furnishing my house since i was a baby . Glenda & Jonathan furnished my mother’s house three times .. and recently bought my living room set in my apartment! Love this furniture store great customer service good quality furniture
This Furniture Store is the most crooked and dishonest store, with old flimsy furniture. I would not recommend this location to anyone at all, you will just lose your money no questions asked. Please do not ever buy furniture in this place.
After being screwed by Ikea, I first went to their clearance/warehouse store because it was closer and they have a decent show room. Found something I like but didn’t have it stock. Albert helped me out with my options and recommend me Johnathan at this store. (Main store) Johnathan was extremely personable and helpful and walked out with a sofa. Not to mention, delivery on the spot! 15 mins later after returning from the store, the sofa arrived and was brought in and build in another 15mins. They earned my loyalty.
On Sunday afternoon I went into Flamingo Furniture. Upon entering a sales lady approached us and I explained that I was looking for a reclining love seat, and she told me they were upstairs on 2nd floor. The stair case was very high and steep.I asked for an elevator and she said they did not have one. The store has no accessibility for disabled people. She then left to help another customer, and we did not see her again. What happened to customer service?? This trip was surely a waste of my time and they lost out on a sale. Never again.....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Flamingo furniture is a joke... There furniture is cheap quality, u order one day and once u pay them they deliver weeks 6 later, i bought a couch last year in April and it broke down, there wood is cheep, i was forced to pay for flamingos to build my couch in my house because the sofa was big i was told i couldnt change the order so i had no choice but to pay $100 extra for them to put it together on top of the expensive sofa, they are swindlers...so yesterday i threw that cheap sofa out and went to Bobs Furniture and bought and amazing set and they will be delivering tomorrow. i would NEVER shop at flamingos again, and i would NEVER reefier anyone to buy furniture here again!!!

Due to the pandemic I had to wait 6 months to get my furniture...absolutely the worst experience ever..sat on a beach chair in my living room for 6 months...you have to call and harass them to get wat you worked so hard to get...Never again...

Not a good place to shop for furniture. Very unhappy with my flat pillows .almost a year and still waiting for a phone call back . I called a few times and even went into the store. Living in staten island ,thats not a cheap trip .

Horrible, I try buying a closet from the 3 years ago I paid for it and when they went to get it they only had one left and it was broken, they told me to wait about a week and three weeks past and I never received it. When I asked for my money back they didnt want to return it until I mentioned calling the cops on them

My moms expirience was horrible she had bought a Daybed made out of Wood Sawdust Yet the saleswoman told her that it was made out of Real Wood and they were getting ready to close the store they hurried my mom into buying their furniture so my mother didnt get a chance to see what she had bought and also their was missing peices and my mom couldnt build the Daybed and the salesman told my mom that she cannot exchange the furniture nor get her money back on top of that my mom had also bought a bed From flamingo furniture They told my mom that it was a good bed and it supports up to 400 pounds and That it was made out of HARD METAL!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY FROM THIS PLACE. THE FURNITURE IS POOR QUALITY. I PURCHASED A BED FROM THEM WITHIN 9 MONTHS THE BED FRAME BROKE AND I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO FIX IT.

That store is a scam. I bought a bed for my child and the one I ordered was soft, it was different and they gave me a different horrible one, it was like a stone they didnt want to change and expensive. And a bad deal

The most inescapable and worse service is in that place, my wife and I bought some furniture with a price of almost 4,000 dollars and the lethear of one of the armchairs is being flawed. we are tired of calling and nothing, 2 kisses have already sent a person to look at the furniture and never grab anything, they are like waiting for the guarantee to end with a story .. (do not buy in flamingo) we are still waiting for the person who will repair it.
It is very expensive, but it is quality.I think its worth it if you want a piece of furniture that will last you for a long time.

2022-04-08Thank you Jose for a Job well done!!! My Mom and I had a great experience looking for a dinning room set. We are very pleased at the wide selection that was available. We were greeted from the moment we walked in by the entire staff throughout the store. We had time to look around without being overwhelmed or rushed. Great shout out to the delivery team who were in and out in five minutes with no problems. Extremely professional!! Way to go Team Flamingo!!! Please thank the receptionist who kept us up to date with the delivery service.

2020-09-13I purchased some merchandise from this store. I got already 4 days delivery with four different products that I bought but didn’t receive sofa yet and it’s been 41 days....I just talked to costumer service and they don’t even know when it will be delivered.Finally I got last delivery after two months. Delivery service extremely bad!

2019-03-30So far so good! They were really helpful and personable, not pushy or anything like that. They have a huge selection for all budgets. My furniture will arrive in at least 2 weeks but they said it usually takes 7-10 so well see. Highly suggest you stop by just to look if youre in the area & market for furniture!

2021-05-18I placed an order back in March and I still have not received my complete order. The promise of two to three week delivery was all a lie. When they finally contact me for delivery I received a bed frame with no mattress a dining table with scratches and stains. Every piece of my order was delivered separately every week. Now is May and still waiting on a dresser. Just spoke to rep and they have no idea when it’s possible to receive my dresser. And that’s not all. I order my grandson furniture in January. Finally it was delivered a few weeks ago. But a draw was damage by delivery and set up person. It has not been fix or given an exchanges as promised. Big mistake shopping here.

2018-07-24Ordered a sofa/love seat set and was initially disappointed that my delivery didn’t come on time and that there was a small tear on one of the pieces, but John from the warehouse went above and beyond to deliver the set quickly and sent over a specialist to repair the tear. Wynn was also very accommodating and helped us find what we were looking for. Good quality, nice looking furniture.

2019-04-26MAKE SURE to read the contract CAREFULLY! Because once you pay, they do not refund. They only provide you with store credit. The products take forever to get delivered, not only that but they really don’t have the best quality. Also, take a picture of the price of the product you’re buying before paying because if you want to return, they change prices.Be very careful with your choices and where you put your money.

2018-10-16The salesperson, Wynn, very quickly asked all the right questions and directed me to pretty much exactly the kind of bedroom set I was looking for. His supervisor (one of the owners, I believe) was extremely understanding and accommodating of our needs. Though I ended up spending more than I initially planned, I got everything I was looking for in one place, with delivery and assembly. It was definitely expensive but all but one of the items is solid wood and all seem pretty quality.
