I never like to give a shop one star but the way I was treated today was unbelievable. Starting of with the manager who was not even there I had to personally call his cell and the attitude he gave me over nothing was honestly unacceptable and what I mean by that is talking to be with an attitude like if he did not want to be disturbed and then hung up on my face. But there was a very generous worker there that I appreciated. But I have never met anyone like that and if you guys and girls want to be treated like that then you can do unreliable business with them because they over charge for prices. For example like me, I went to go get a tire and the price for a 19 inch tire on there chart says $90-$100 and they have the nerve to tell me it’s $130 and there prices says $90-$100. I spoke about that but he told me that the manager told him to charge me $120. I’m an honestly out of words.
Don’t go to this place ever. They are mean and rude. They will over charge u because they know u got not alot of options and they try to take advantage of this. They charge me 50$ for replacing a flat tyre with my stepney tyre only. Then they charge 100$ for a used tyre. They are always disrespectful and rude.
Price is 50% higher than other flat fix place.The staff is very rude and uncooperative.They sell used tires but tires are discarded by others and they vollec them saying it is useless and you will on trouble. But by hook or crook they fix it , which is more dangerous. They repair the discarded tires very hazardous way and sell it.You loose your money and time . do not accept used tires. I have very and extremely bad experience.Better fix your car tire and change to new in a good other places.Some how or other they suggest you to accept used tires by deceiving tactics.This location service in all respects is extremely bad.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I was charged $25 for tire plugs not patches. They ran down after 2 weeks. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Office of Consumer Affairs. They took advantage of me because I am a woman! Shame on you!!!!!!I had to pay another $23 for patches at another place.
This is the worse tyre shop i e ver had the unfortunate experience to stop by. Staff just so ruse and unpleasant and unwelcoming its unbelievable. I will never suggest their name to anyone. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. After having a blow out on the expressway and being towed to the nearest tire shop, I was totally taken advantage of. $78 for a standard tire clearly worth $40... I typically tip minimum 20% for services such as this and NEVER NOT TIP, but being charged almost double for a May Pop used tire... Its apparent that their Holiday Bonus was include in the pricing!
Was here just a few days ago after my tire pressure kept decreasing and got a seal. I came back today because it is still decreasing and they are claiming they never seen my car in their life. They are fully aware I was here. Terrible customer service. We are reporting to BBB. I suggest others do the same for this place as I see so many other people with the same complaint.
Worse place. The guy wanted to change my car tire (note: used tire price is $78 dollars) instead of fixing flat but I did not let him do that. Then he charged $15 dollars from me forcibly just for putting air on the tire . Please don’t trust that guy.

On my way to work, something puncturned my car tire, about a mile away from this tire shop. When I pulled up, I asked about the price to fix my tire, and it was very reasonable, almost surprising!The guys at the shop, did a great job at identifying the problem, patching it up, and quickly sending me on my way. Professional, and encouraging.
Mans told me $78 for a used tire. Where does anyone pay $78 for used tires? Ridiculous! Went to the spot across from John Adams and got new tires for $110. This place and their low rating are right in line with eachother.
Lol, just came out of there at 5:02am. Dude told me $68 for 1 used tire for my Mazda 3. This is a scam and the owner should fire these overnight guys cause theyre scamming people. Ive came here once before to change 2 tires that popped on my GMC and the guy told me 45 dollars which was reasonable. Very disappointing.
This is definitely one of the worst places to come. Staff has no respect nor do they seem to enjoy doing their jobs. The person was paid to patch my tire, did it the first time without scratching my rims. The second time when it had to be redone he ensured to scratch and damage my rims. My advise is to find another place.
Bad service. Rude worker asked me what happened to my tire and I answered I dont know, so he says that I am being sarcastic. First he says something is wrong with my rim and he will just patch it up so I asked him to clarify what I should do to avoid it from happening again and he says you are not listening to me, its not the tire,(argumentative). Later on he says my tire is roded on the inside and that I would need a new tire which is a different story from before. He then charges me $80 for a USED tire for a lexus 99 es300. Maybe because I am a female.....but I said no thank you. Then he said come inside to pay a $15 service fee. I asked where is the (service fee) sign; there was no sign. Then the boss came and corroborated the workers story. I asked for the service fee sign again and he said that I can go. I take it there really was no service fee charge. Unprofessional and untrustworthy and not nice. I will not return to them even on my worst night.
Got a flat on the Van Quick, pulled off to change my own tire and parked here. These fine gents were outside changing tires and helped me with mine.
Biggest idiots ever. At night they jack up prices. $109 for a used tire. I would rather abandon my car then take it to these amateurs. I have gone here prior to the above event. I had a wheel lock on my car, they took the wheel off and realized they didnt have the tire. Next thing you know they didnt give me the wheel lock back. Super expensive. charged me for a tire that cost 160. 2 days later had to replace the same tire because when he sold it to me it already had a patch on the corner of the tire and didnt even warn me about the patch. That was a real shady move. Karma is a b$%*@ it will come back! This place is a joke and the people that work there are not honest. Im reporting them to the BBB and get them flagged. This spot has saved my life so many times, their services are open for 24 hours and will be able to help you anytime. Ive noticed though some customers that pull up are in a rush and dont understand its a first come first serve business, believe me they see you, and know who pulled up when, be patient and they will be able to help you better! By far the worst experience ever Do Not Go here. Terrible selection of used tires. Dishonest business owner. Over priced and poor quailty selection. Staff is totally hands off when dealing with any issue. They will reffer you to the offsite manager who does not pick up the phone.I had a flat and needed a tow to a nearby flat fix. It was not late and I had a few choice to choose from. I had one free tow with my insurance provider so we wanted to make sure that the tire shop that i would be towed to would have my tire measurements in both used and new. We called ahead and the owner said that my tire size was in stock both used and new (that was a lie). Great my insurance agent now schedules my tow, because I will have a few choices. I get there and I am dismounted with my one free tow and the tire shop that assured us that I would have options only had one terrible tire that would fit. I asked if they had another used choice they did not. I asked about a new tire option and the attendant said that is the only tire. I explained to him what happend about my tow that I only had one trought my insurance. He showed no interest in helping he said that I had a choice to be towed somewhere else. That I do not have to buy this tire. I asked can you lower the price he said that he can not. I parked my car nearby had my friend remove my tire and had my tire fixed at another tire shop. Compasion and customer service can go along way. There was no need for the way i was treated all the attendent could have done was to call the owner for me. He had no authority in adjusting to price i get it. However the only reason that I was at that shop was because of the owner telling a lie

Great customer service even thought it was busy on a busy street and a rainy day Omar made the experience seamless. Avoid this place at all cost. Their tire prices are insanely expensive! I asked for 1 used tire for a toyota camry 2014 18 inch tire used and the guy wanted $103 when those tires are $30 used. This is crazy! Imstead, go to Jamaica ave and Hendrix st. Their tires are very cheap and very good quality!
My father went there to get a plug into his tires and after waiting a long time he was treated nasty and charged $15 for a task that would normally be charged $8. We are tight on money and extra expense was frustrating. We wish we would have gone somewhere else.

I went here to get my tire fixed. I took the tire off myself and they did a bad patch job. I came back to see if the could fix it, they told me to come back for the night shift so I did and they said word for word I am going to work with you but if nothing is wrong with the tire Im going to charge you $10 and if there is something wrong Im going to give you a discount. Such bad business, poor work worst experience I have had and they are expensive.

Driving to NJ from Whitestone, tire light came on. Thought trip was a bust, and i saw this place in my rear view. Took a U turn and gave it a chance. Worked out well. Turns out i over inflated my tires. Dont remember the guys name, but read back to me the basics of tire inflation.

2022-03-24Hello on 3/19/2022 at around 7:30pm I stopped by my local tire shop as I have done for the last 11yrs for tire services. I was greeted by a soft spoken gentlemen with a black hood and his partner who was lighter in hue with big curly hair. I needed a service done and the gentlemen quoted me $30. I asked the gentlemen if he had a torque wrench instead of using his impact gun to avoid damaging my vehicles Hub which he informed me they did not. I was in need of emergency services and the impact gun should be safe as long as they dont constantly pull the trigger. The services were done and my car was unable to move due to myself purchasing the wrong part. I immediately walked over to the gentlemen and apologized saying I would have to walk to Autozone and come right back. Autozone is approximately 16 blocks round trip walking. The gentlemen became irate and aggressive and proceeded to tell me i cannot block his driveway and as a courtesy he could put the car back in its original state so i could drive. I did not have anymore cash on hand and this business does not take card. I apologized again and told him the only other option was to call a tow truck which would block his driveway for hours. he then began to tell and be belligerent and mock me calling me names and laughing with his buddies saying Im stupid and poor. I have been coming here for 11yrs as well as all of my family and i was shocked to get Customer Service like this. I was able to get cash and I paid for the service. the gentlemen kept talking calling me names after being paid and it took about 12mins for the new person who arrived to help me. I apologized again for the car trouble. But it was tough to be mocked for 30mins and then another 10 for repairs to be complete. fast forward the Bolts are my car are stripped as well as my Rotor Hubs which will cost me $1,100 to replace. I expect better service from a local business let alone one my family and I have been going to for the last 20yrs and always had amazing helpI will never return again and I need compensation for the damages.I will call my lawyer.( Update because these folks only take cash and don’t give receipts there’s no proof i was there.& they will have scrubbed the footage once they get the letter from my lawyer…..avoid them they are not honest and seriously disrespectful ) My friends and family will no longer come here

2022-05-12This tire shop needs better workers, they claimed they fixed my tire that was caused by a nail, that same tire lost all the air in less than 24hrs after I paid $20 to fix it, which is expensive in my opinion. I asked the dude how much is a used tire 245/35/19, dude said $120 for a use tire, told him his crazy 🤣🤣. If the tire was close to new, I’d pay that price, but what they got there, ain’t no way!

2021-11-24I give this business establishment 5 stars. They are open 24 hours a day, easily accessible from the Van Wyck Expressway. The!gentlemen are courteous, knowledgeable and get the job done in record time. I never feel cheated or taken advantage of …they are very honest and straightforward. I have used them 2 or 3 times! Prices are reasonable.
