Flat Rate Rug Care’s technicians completed the work with time to spare the last time around. They never charge a high price for comprehensive rug cleaning, and their skills and talents shine through every time they work for me.
Happy to give them five stars. They deserve each one for the job they did a couple days ago. My antique rugs have never looked this outstanding, and theyve been around for over 100 years. Incredible!
My handwoven wool rug from Chile is once again immaculate. Now I understand why there are so many five-star reviews here for Flat Rate Rug Care. Ive tried doing handwoven wool rug cleaning before, and Ive never gotten anywhere.
Flat Rate Rug Care removed all the coffee stains and got rid of the pet hair and pet throw-up stains as well. I thought the stains were going to be part of my oriental rug forever. The hair is one thing, but the stains being gone is a big, big plus. I love that I got my money’s worth hiring Flat Rate Rug Care.
Mold and mildew are no longer making me worried about the condition of my rug. Finally! I have Flat Rate Rug Care alone to thank for this. Calling them rug experts is no exaggeration. It doesnt matter if I need regular microfiber rug cleaning or antique Persian rug cleaning, as Flat Rate Rug Care will always come through for me. Their prices are always fair and their assistance is always first-rate in every respect.
After this team cleaned my rugs, I couldnt even recognize them. They were all immaculate. I just wish I found Flat Rate Rug Care sooner. If I knew about them years ago, I never wouldve threw out these terrific Moroccan rugs I had. These definitely couldve been salvaged. Oh well. You live and you learn!
I was in panic before reaching out to them. Thankfully, they provided the emergency oriental rug cleaning service I needed, and if I didnt get this when I did, I dont think my oriental rug would be in my home—it would be in the trash right about now.

Although Im constrained physically from doing so, Im giving more than two thumbs up in spirit. The A++ rating is one I dont give out often, but Flat Rate Rug Care achieved results that I thought were only found in fiction, so the A++ is without a doubt warranted. 2022-01-13When other rug cleaning businesses in NYC let me down, I was confident that no rug cleaning business was ever going to satisfy my needs. I gave the last shot to Flat Rate Rug Care and Im thrilled I did. They showed me that first-rate rug cleaning businesses still exist, and they knocked it out of the park when I hired them. Theyll certainly be hearing from me in the future.

2022-03-28Only experts can clean my delicate antique rugs, and this is a rule I wont budge on. In me, Flat Rate Rug Care will always have a satisfied and loyal customer. Thats because I only trust their technicians with antique rug cleaning. They understand how important my 200-year-old rug is, not only to myself but to my whole family, and thats why they treat it with care during the cleaning process and during transport. If my rug ever got damaged, I would be devastated, to the point where I dont even want to consider this right now. Take my word for it when I say Flat Rate Rug Care is the best rug cleaning service for those who own antique rugs.

2022-02-23I cant believe these Moroccan rug cleaners are so good. Theres no way I could clean my Moroccan rugs like they do. They have the best tools and cleaning products, and they have know-how that I dont think I could gain even if I tried. These guys are professionals in every sense of the word, and Im glad I can recommend them here and now.

I wouldnt be surprised if most rug fanatics in the area know about Flat Rate Rug Care. I know several of my friends who are rug connoisseurs are big fans of them, and my friend Jeffrey—who knows more about rugs than most rug manufacturers—is the one who told me about Flat Rate Rug Care. To this day, I thank him for telling me about these best-in-class rug cleaners.

2022-06-17They were the cheapest around yet their service was best-in-class for sure. I hired them after a Covid diagnosis scared my office, and now we all have peace of mind because we know the rugs are clean. Also, nobody was diagnosed with Covid after the original outbreak, and I cant help but think Flat Rate Rug Care helped in a major way. This is an A+ business for sure.

2022-03-23Along with the five stars, Im giving two thumbs up. If I had more hands, Id give more thumbs. Before these fine folks cleaned my rug, they rewrapped the edges, did some reweaving, bound my rug, and then thoroughly cleaned it. My rug is in fantastic condition at present, and you wouldnt even know it was on its last legs just a couple weeks ago. Bravo!
