Flowers were gorgeous (I selected designer’s choice as I read it’s the best way to get the prettiest arrangement from the flowers they have available) and delivery was a few hours later. Perfect!
Overpriced and rude. The shop renovations are lovely but I’ll be buying flowers elsewhere.
Send as a gift and they loved them. Super easy to order online and quick delivery the next day. Great to get an email confirmation when they were delivered.

The owner was very kind to me. I had to order flowers for a memorial service. Being in Florida I wasnt sure what I might get. I told him the amount of money I had and color preference, that was it. I also told him I hoped the arrangement would not be to small. He assured me he knew exactly what I needed. Yesterday I spoke to the mother of the friend who passed. She thanked me for the flowers, I said I hope they were pretty. She said, oh no, not pretty, gorgeous.

Very unfriendly, staff. I suspect they only stay in business because they price gouge.After not being greeted or offered help, I inquired about the cost of peonies and was told $15 a stem. I thought I misheard him so I repeated the price to confirm. The worker then rudely told me it’s because I was trying to buy them out of season. I said I’d try another location, he seemed happy to see me go. At the bodega, literally steps away, I got 5 beautiful stems for $20 total AND friendly banter with the person helping me.
Flowers were stunning! The delivery process was a bit rocky, but the flowers made it and the recipient was thrilled!

I have been in here a few times over the years and the owner of this store is BEYOND RUDE to his customers. Todays interaction is my last time of going into this store. Today I went in to buy some flowers for mothers day, there was literally no other customers in. The owner was on the phone, as he always is, and his employees were all around working on orders. No one looked up. No one asked me how they could help me. So I saw a bouquet of flowers on the ground and I picked them up and asked them if they were for sale, the owner looks at me, scowls at me, grabs the flowers out of my hand and places them back on the floor. And then walks away talking on the phone again. He has done this to other customers over the years. He made no indication to get off the phone and assist me in my purchase of flowers, so I just left. He and his employees have a TERRIBLE customer service model. If you have customers in your store, you ask them how you can help them? You tell them, Hold on one moment, Ill be with you shortly. You dont just blatantly ignore customers. This owner is rude, and doesnt care about your service, so I hope he goes out of business. There are plenty of other places to get flowers from, try Broadway Market on Broadway and 86th street, dont waste your money by supporting this business.

This was my first time ordering from Flowers on the Park, but I think it will be the first of many. The flowers were beautiful, the arrangement modern and interesting, and the flowers kept blooming for days. It was the ultimate Valentines Day gift.
I called Flowers On The Park from Los Angeles and ordered an arrangement for same day delivery on the upper west side. The recipient was out but they left the flowers with a neighbor and phoned the recipient to inform her of the delivery. I saw photos of the arrangement and my instructions were followed to the letter. The arrangement was unique and stunning and the lucky recipient could not have been happier. I will use Flowers On The Park in the future.
I have always had very good luck with this florist shop. Their designs are innovative but classic, design, proportion, freshness, flower choices and colors all work in harmony. Highly recommend taking Avis advice on what is at peak!

Hugo, a so-called employee, at Flowers On The Park is flat out rude. He was not helpful or kind in the least and gave nothing but attitude. The owner should be more selective in who they choose to have represent them.

2022-04-12Stumbled upon this cafe by chance and immediately fell in love! The staff is so friendly and making my coffee so quickly. Great variety of pastries. Nice ambient with refreshing vibe as a result of flowers and candles. Free wifi and a lot of seats for work or reading. Would def go back!

2021-11-04I’m happy to say Flowers on the Park raises the bar for what to expect for an arrangement on the upper west side. I had the pleasure of working with Avi on an arrangement. I don’t know if it’s the lighting or the marble everywhere but I’ve never seen such vibrant flowers. Everything in the store is immaculate. Can’t wait until the cafe opens! You have to see it for your self and I know I will again soon. Thank you flowers on the park!

2022-03-06Very cute plants and coffeeshop in upper west side . They serve colombe coffee. I got the vanilla lavender latte with oat milk (they ran out of Oatly so were serving plant oat). They have indoor and outdoor seatings. Prices for the plants seems to be little high (comparing to other stores on the city).

2021-10-19Flowers on the Park is amazing and Avi is the best! We needed flowers to give to our daughter for her college graduation. At his recommendation, we chose the dozen long-stemmed roses bouquet, added 6 more roses to the arrangement and had the upgraded vase lined with a leaf ~ it was truly stunning!! They used the freshest, high quality flowers and had them delivered to our hotel on time. Our daughter loved her arrangement!!UPDATE: We just sent Autumn Sunshine to our daughter, and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! Excellent customer service too as the delivery date had to be changed due to her working remotely. So glad we found a florist in NYC that uses the most beautiful flowers and is very accommodating!

2020-07-06I had a terrific experience. I ordered online and the flowers exceeded my expectations. They were even better looking in person. The staff also validated my address which I really appreciated because I was calling from out of town. Easy to work with and a beautiful arrangement for a very fair price.
