Today is snowing in state of NY. This is one of my favourite truck stops. Clean showers, friendly staff, plenty of parking. “SUBWAY” on the other side of the road.
Long waiting time for shower, restrooms dirty and out of everything, no breakfasts, no oatmeal, no milk for coffee, half of shelfs are empty. This place need a manager. But at least this place is exist. So one star ⭐️
This ain’t no Love’s. The women’s restroom was filthy. The last snow was four days ago, but I had to stand in a pile of snow to pump my gas. Forget long-handled squeegees for my salt-encrusted van windshield: there were no buckets of windshield washer nor squeegees with handles of any length at any of the pumps. Even in 6 degree weather in Oklahoma, Missouri and Indiana, Love’s keeps the islands stocked with these essentials. First and last Flying J experience.
No doughnuts, no ready made sandwiches, no pizza, nothing on the roller grill what type of store are you running. Said something to the young lady behind the counter she said I don’t care I don’t work any harder than I have too. Very professional employee you have. Also the door on the truck side needs to have a hinge or spring on it if you open it up it smacks the exterior wall it’s asking to be broken.
Fills a need when the RV needs diesel. Usually clean and decent staff
You have to pay a toll to stop at this store truck drivers. Let them know this is wrong & try to not stop here at any of the three at this exit. That’s so wrong to put a toll there just to force all truck drivers who need to stop here to sleep or get fuel to pay an extra toll! Disgusting!
Ridiculous, they keep drivers waiting for a shower and I went to ask if all the showers were busy and the guy at the register said they have no one cleaning the showers because he was working alone
What a disappointment. No one to clean the showers. They are under staffed they say. The place was dirty. Makes me think if I was to get COVID it would be here.Go to TA across the street.
Curious that the preferred parking is all the way at the back of the lot ?So I’m paying extra to walk 200 yards in the freezing cold to go inside.Whatever. It’s upstate NY: the land of imbecilic people with bad teeth 🤷🏻♂️
Im not a trucker so I can only speak about my experience. For a truck stop they try to keep it as clean as possible. The staff work long hours is is constantly on the move. Theyre also very friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible. They have all the amenities any other truck stop can offer while having more goods for sale then most. While the service side has plenty of food and drinks they also have a Dennys attached. If youre in the local area check them out if you need the services. Make the call based your judgment.
Stopped in for a shower 🚿, mid morning. A little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. Great water pressure and temperature. Very limited options in their hot case. Dennys was the other option. Store was very clean.
Decent truck stop. They are understaffed (who isn’t). Not a dirty truck stop , it’s outdated. Reviews on here about it being “dirty”, it’s outdated. Not dirty. Being understaffed they can only do so much. Diesel island is a mess and needs to be completely redone. Again, outdated, old. I’m assuming the smell is probably plumbing problem which is not something to hold against the store nor employees, that’s corporate . I know based on how the store was last year, it has improved immeasurably. Always greeted when walking in.
Nice RV lane BUT auto shutoff on pumps didn’t work on either side (as evidence by us and the pool of gas on the opposite side). Women’s restroom was TINY - women were lined up. Restrooms were clean enough…but not by much. Nice donut selection~!
Clean, hot and newer showers. Bathroom/Shower room includes soap for shower loaded in a pump on the wall. Fan is also in the room to keep it less water vaper in the room. Door locks also once your in after entering your one time code for the door. Excellent service and price.
1 star for the minimal effort that is put into snow removal. They appear to try and do it all with a pickup truck and put down no salt except near the doors. Its a decent place though but quite busy. Definitely stop here if youre looking to fall on your a$$ walking across the lot.
Nice truch stop. Easy in and out, god hot shower, and how about famous pj fresh pizza? Pizza was Good!!
Clean showers. Friendly helpful staff. Wait time for shower was not long and it was very clean. Rob was very efficient and made sure we had plenty of towels and a good shower. Food in Dennys was excellent and served quickly. Waitress was wonderful.
Dirty shower for $15. No receipt on the gas pumps
Was a good place to get gas and if we had a large RV we would pay a little more since its easy to get in and out. Prices were cheaper then other stations close by at least 5 10 cents a gallon. About 6 months ago prices went up. Check prices before stopping here. Really a shame because it was convenient. Batavia is just as easy to get to just a little more traffic. Prices are now cheaper in Batavia so we will go there instead.
Always a horrible experience at the fuel island. Dirty parking lot and diesal fuel spills everywere. Staff is always super nice and helpful. There going to lose alot of buisness when the speedway goes up across the street.
Im on the road full time in all of US and Canada. I have never seen a dirtier Flying J/Pilot inside and out. You can tell it didnt just get away from them, that garbage has been there for awhile.

The coffee was good, the cleanliness was basically good, but I was grossed out at the prospect of going to the bathroom...
The one in Pembroke NY was an absolute pit. Seemed like nobody wanted to do their job. We stopped at a few in the mid-west and they were clean and welcoming. Leave it up to NY to ruin an experience.
Wouldnt it be time to refresh the truck parking yard. The yard was designed for local trucks with 48 trailers! Like most Flying Js, you leave the structure of the old scale present. My last visit amazed me to see young team members who seem to die behind the counter. Your name inspires energy but the zest, the efficiency was absent!
Nice place. Its all good. Convenient to the toll road. Parking looks safe. People are nice.
Nasty experience.Pump 19 not working and not shutdown. Pump 22 activating DEF when told to “ skip “ . Fuel receipt machine inside out of order . Checkout line 15 people deep. Needs new manager I’d say
I was there a couple days and I have visit here a few times .The coffee is great ,there was this one cashier with long black hair that doesnt wear a company hat his shirt is never tucked in to look professional. He was so rude each time I am there he is always to busy talking to everyone else and on his phone as well , one night I came in and he was fighting with some one, I know everyone needs there job but that young man is rude and shouldnt be still working there .Not happy with his training
Parking lot is fine, you ll find a space but no good services.I went for shower and very hot water runnin, I won’t be able to take shower and even no good breakfast.

Showers and the whole building is nasty 🤮 showers are nasty and not clean the fuel island does not work half the time. Customer service is a joke. Don’t wasted your time keep going not worth the headache.
The floors were pretty dirty when I visited. They definitely couldve used a good moping. They definitely have a good last minute in a pinch auto selection if your vehicle should happen to break down. They also seem to have a decent snack/beverage selection. Not a bad place in the grand scheme of things. Just needs some cleaning detail every now and again.
Stopped here to get shower attendant didn’t clean toilet or bother to flush sink still had hair in it asked for different shower room it was worse not a clean place for a Trucker to be employees don’t care just half work here
I have been “next in line” for a shower for 45 minutes. No one there cleaning the showers. They should warn people before they buy a shower.
Filthy trash all over the fuel pumps inside isn’t any better
Breakfast burritos at hot counter same price as other FJs but really only half the size. Not surprising since even their Dennys is more expensive other Dennys. I will buy nothing here ever again....
Lots of parking. Clean bathrooms, nice showers, the staff is friendly. Lots of food selections, quite here also.
Parking is fine...cleanliness below standard...I doubt bathrooms are ever checked...no toilet paper in stalls trash all over the floor and this was on a weekday during daytime....why on earth would a trucker wont to shower here...might as well wash off in the parking lot😡
The food was top notch! I even found a healthy wheat and flax pancake option that was fluffy and delicious!
I like flying J but this one need an improvement and train staff customer service! I stopped at this gas station on Sunday morning around 1am, and I was going to make myself ice coffee from there Dunkin Donuts express when it turns out the didn’t have anymore ice coffee so I asked the gentleman “old guy” cleaning around the Dunkin’ Donuts express side when would you have more ice coffee? So he just looked at me and shacked his head, so I repeated the question multiple times and he ignored me! Then I went and asked the guy at the register he said it’s gonna take 15/20 min. I’m like okay that’s fine. Went made myself hot coffee went back to the register the same guy from the DDE was at the register with the other guy and they were talking I waited for about two minutes while they are facing me, so then I approached them and said how much two dollars and the looked at me like I’m a rude person while charging me!!
Gas prices were good. Had a slice of pizza that was good. Was not very happy about checkout process as the cashiers seemed to be jumping around from register to register. I waited at the register that the cashier had just checked someone out at shortly before I went up and I was waiting there then she started cashing people out at another register at the other end. Had to update my review after stopping here again today. Bathrooms were filthy and out of toilet paper. My friend was going to pump my gas while I was inside but didnt know my zip code so after 2 attempts it froze the pump from being used. I used the telecom to explain and asked them to please reset it. After waiting and waiting to get it reset I finally left and got gas elsewhere. Just seems to be lacking in the customer service department.
Dont ask the guy on Midnight shift at the fuel desk. To do anything. He is so rude. If you buy a reserve spot and show up late at night dont expect to get it. He claims he is the only one working and cant go move drivers that didnt pay for the spot.. good luck trying to cash a ck
For truck drivers this place is great. It has plenty of parking and a Dennys inside for great food. The downside is when more trucks show up it becomes more difficult to park because there isnt a lot of space to maneuver. And if you have a truck parked beside you it can be a little difficult to get out
OMG! Those people cannot be much nicer or kinder. My wife was driving from Columbus to NYC when our minivan died in the middle of no where. They let her leave the van over night, kept an eye on the van to make sure it is safe, every manager made sure to tell the next shift manager about the situation. Truly refreshing. Thank you so much guys and gals, I wish I knew your names so we can send thank you cards.
Clean, friendly staff. I stop in here all the time. Really busy place most of the time. Usually have fresh coffee ready, the employees will prepare fresh coffee if asked. Update... this location has upgraded to the new digital style fresh made coffee systems. Each cup is now ground and served fresh on demand.
I loved the selection of beverages and the gas price is one of the best in the area! The set up inside was very well laid out and there was even a small lounge area. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that, the flying J is where I used to get my football magazines all the time and they didnt have even a single magazine just one paper that wasnt sold yet. But out of everything there that was my only complaint.People were really nice, workers were helpful (except for the guy who seemed overwhelmed opening bags), and the atmosphere was nice. Only complaint, no magazines to keep me entertained on the road.
This is almost always a quick stop for us, for gas and a restroom break, so I cant offer much of a review. However, the staff Ive encountered on our stops have always been friendly, the restrooms were reasonably clean and the location is easy to get into and out of.
Everything else is fine except the space for truck parking. Designed by a crackhead, I bet people lose bumpers all the time when a trailer gets hooked to it when they are trying to leave. TA on the other side of the road has way better parking thats definitely safer to avoid any damages.
I dont know what has happened to this place. The bathrooms where not the cleanest or stocked with paper towels, floors needed to be swept, coffee area was a mess and needed to be wiped down and restocked. The food from PFJ was good. Some of the employees where under trained or did not care about their jobs. Handed a professional driver a preferred rewards card after telling her he was a professional driver. Employee did not know how to print out the reserved parking receipts had to wait on management to come to register. At 4:30/5 am there should not be a shortage of coffee as drivers are beginning there day and we run off caffeine. Was very dissatisfied with my visit to this location this trip.
Super disappointed. This place last summer was very clean. Today..Every single trashcan at the fuel pumps was over full and trash all over the place. You couldnt even get into the far right fuel pumps because of trucks parking parallel in front of them to take their break. And this was at 0900 in the morning. Maybe the TA will be cleaner.
No fuel at 6 of the islands and no one knows which lane is working. people kept waiting for the retards standing ahead for 10 minutes to just realize its not a fuelling island but a rest break island
The truck drivers that pay for a spot r just out of luck. If they dont move oh well they get a free spot. U the person that paid for it ahead of time just get a refund but no where to park.
This truck stop has gone downhill over the years. Used to stop all the time and it was great and friendly but now it always seems to have dirty floors disgusting bathrooms and showers are a mess. Stopped giving bags due to New York not having bags when every other truck stop I go to having them even for a dime. Staff just seems to not want to be there.

Dirty. The floor was dirty all over the store. It did not look like it had been mopped in a while. The glass case that covered the prepared food was dirty. That looked like it had not been cleaned in a...ever. They were not busy so cleaning could have occurred.Meanwhile, at Dennys, I ordered food to go. No problems until I asked for the carb content of a smoothie. Kimberly did not know but she spent five or ten minutes looking for the answer, I thought. She came back with a paper menu with only the calories listed. She asked me if I wanted it. I had to explain to her that that was not what I was looking for. She then stated that they dont list the carbs on the menu. Huh? So what did we just accomplish here?Then, when my food was ready, she emerged from the back with my food bagged up. She was eating something, chewing with her mouth open and talking to me. I almost gagged.At the same time the cook came out from the kitchen. He had a full beard. This bothers me to no end. I think it unhealthy and downright nasty. It used to be a health violation. The kitchen is closed off so you cant see into it. If I had seen that earlier I would not have ordered. I had not paid yet so I balled up the receipt and walked out. So much for that.
This is a very busy place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean. They have a Dennys that looked comfortable. Easy access to the Thruway. I will stop here again. Truck parking is crowded, so get in where you fit in ✌😎
I drive a truck all over USA and I been to many pilot/ flying j, but this place stuck out of the bunch for me. When i came here , there was a long wait for a shower , but that was mostly due to a lot of drivers came at same time. The gentleman that would take care of showers was running back and forth without stopping. After i took my shower and was doing my laundry, the young gentleman kept running around and consistently apologizing to people that waited. I worked as a store manager at companies like RadioShack, best buy, and Autozone as a store manager, and frankly people that are dedicated, respectful, and energetic as this gentleman is, are hard to come by. I hope that someone will read this and give praise to this young fella. I didnt get his name buy he is tall with long hair.
If i could give this place a -5 🌟 i would. This place is disgusting. Trash everywhere. I dont think they ever sweep. Or mop for that matter. The bathroom smelled like feet. We were Going to shower bit quickly changed our mind. If the front of the store looks like this im sure the showers are just as filthy.
Very clean showers took a team shower my shower number one was so nice and clean! (I guess handicapped?) My bfs shower room was small but clean. We waited 20 min for shower but employee was so nice and apologized.
The staff are awesome, fresh coffee every time. But the out side is so nasty I been to so many gas station but is far nasty filthy place I ever been in .I was afraid of turning on my truck and turning the place on fire and that is a hazmat issue and a red flag . Lots of garbage where the fuel is at. I walk to the building far nasty . I hope they addressed this issue and make it cleaner and safe environment..!!!!!
Clean place, lots if pumps, decent food. Dennys and mini Dunkin Doughnuts on premise. Staff is always quick to help and generally knows the store and operations pretty well.Today it was just gas (which btw is cheaper than most places around) and decided to grab a monster and red bull (wife and my self) when the customer service rep asked me.if I was looking to get energy from said energy drinks? I if course replied yes and he promptly showed me a newer drink on.the market that he said worked well, he was right. Anyway yeah good place to stop.

Very fare Gas Prices, Diesel is a rip off everywhere so its comparable. Has a restaurant attached. Good convienient store and nice Pumps. Does seem to always take a long time to get in n out cause the folks working there literally have alot to keep track of and stuff to do so have a little patients. Seems they got a decent selection of trucking equipment, CBs and Bulbs n such. They have showers to.
Flying j in Pembroke ny.the dirtiest truck stop Ive been in.the mens bathroom was disgusting,looked like it hadnt been cleaned all day. Walking up to the building was just as disgusting. There is trash cans over flowing with trash and the smell is enough to turn your stomach. Most Flying just are very clean but this is one that must have been forgotten about. Very disappointed.
Trucks cars RVs ...all kinds of vehicles gas up here. They have all kinds of snacks too! Sandwiches drinks and coffee for weary travelers. They also have a restaurant for those with the time. Bathrooms usually found clean. And truckers can get a shower to get freshened up and feeling human again. Staff has always been pleasant and fast. And youre out of there and back ....on the road again.
This is a real truck stop. If you want CB radio gear, this is the place to go. Radios, antennas, SWR meters, coax cable, theyve got it all. Plenty of tools and other truck related items as well. Bathroom was acceptably clean, and the pizza was pretty solid. Not the best slice ive ever had, but hey, its a truck stop, not a pizzeria. Definitely will be returning.
If it werent for the fact that this is on my way to the city and has the best prices, I probably wouldnt come here. I purchase a little over a thousand dollars in gas from here every year and didnt realize until awhile ago that you dont get rewards points for purchasing gas which seems a bit silly considering youre asked to put your rewards card or number in at the pump. Additionally, there is no way to circumvent the additional time it takes at the pumps when it asks for the rewards information which means it takes extra time for the pumps to start. Its an OK place, but they really need to do something about either the speed of the pump starting, or the reward program.

Nice place to shower , but not the best water pressure. Dennys is pretty decent, just dont be surprised if they bring you soap scum lined glasses to drink from. Also, do not expect to get WiFi outside even if you pay for it, because it doesnt exist!
I was running out of gas and this was a life saver!
They have showers for truck drivers they provide towels and washcloths good prices nationwide coffee is amazing buy their cup like I did refills always they have def diesel and regular gas great food selection staff is friendly and very helpful
This is one of the few pilot / Flying Js that have extremely hot showers with steady water pressure. I didnt engage with the staff so I cant give a review on anything else.
Thwy have some decent food by register kept hot. Its also cheap. They have bathrooms which see many truck drivers though so its not always clean but not bad as a whole. Gas is cheaper than most plases outside of the resservation which is close by. Dennys is also next door. Lots of parking. When there are co certs you do see alot of traffic.
Stopped going here for gas a while ago. Receipt printers on pumps were always out of paper. Its inconvenient for me to have to go inside and wait in a line for my receipt. Good pizza though.
Worst experience... most of the time pumps not working nd toilet never cleaned nd smells alot
As a single mother of 2 infants it is not easy juggling a one-year-old and a three-year-old plus everything they are grabbing off the shelves at the same time. Their workers were very rude and just sat there and watched me struggle and get upset rather than ask me if I needed help. Also I waited on line for 15 mins with plenty of other behind me while nobody came to assist. Huge thank you to the lady who came and helped me by going in the store and telling them they did not do my gas right rather than me having to take my two babies out of the car again thank you very much people like you are very appreciated!
My sandwich was rock solid and the cashier had an attitude when i asked fire a refund since i couldnt get what i wanted... Wasted 20 mins of my lunch break
Very clean and tidy. Dennys restaurant was tempting us with wonderful food aromas. Employees were cheery and acknowledged us as we came in and as we left too.
Not enough staff to man the front desk. Long lines at the single operating register while two other associates were otherwise occupied. Waited in the line to sign in for a shower and ended up putting the stuff back on the shelf rather than wait in the 6-7 deep line on the way out. No clue where the manager was who could either step in or reprioritize associates. As the saying goes: We dont have time for this s...
Trash in mounds around trash cans. Washers left puddles in tv area. Bathrooms are disgusting. Showers are even worse. Took a shower to have our clean clothes - jackets coated with beard & pubic hair. I ended up throwing away my recently deceased mas sweater that was covered in hair. Got a free shower (500 fuel points).
The Dennys is absolutely horrible! I ordered a steak, soup, & salad to go. Thought it was an easy order. The waitress comes out with pancakes! PANCAKES! This is the same waitress that took my order I might add. After coming back out for the 2nd time everything was there except for the soup! Maybe if she wasnt on her cellphone she wouldve noticed! I then went to speak with a more competent waitress who then informed me that there was no soup! She apologised then asked if I wanted something else. By this time I was ready to choke everyone in there so I just told her that Id take some steak sauce, & call it even. The sooner I got out of there the better for everybody! The only reason why Im even giving one star is because of the thin redhead waitress who actually took the time to help. She should be the manager. Fire everyone else, & start from scratch! NEVER EAT HERE! Get fuel, & something cold to drink then be on your way!
Absolutely filthy. The parking lot had garbage everywhere. Can I go in the mens Room there were feces on the toilet seat, trash and paper all over the floor, the garbage cans overflowing and to top it off a flying j employee had just come from there.
Usually Im very satisfied with Dennys in Flying Js. And, I have always been satisfied with this location as well, until today.My Haddock came without the garlic toast and broccoli that I ordered. The waitress said she would bring it right out. But,bit didnt come. By the time it arrived my red skin potatoes well going soft and the fish was drying out.Worst of all: The garlic bread was delivered sitting on the broccoli. So, I had to eat soggy, broccoli soaked garlic bread with mushy red skin potatoes and dried out fish.
This place is a dump trash out side and the inside, floors are dirty, bathroom dirty never a shower clean, wow.

Showers are disgusting , poorly cleaned,. Diesel fuel bays are dirty , fuel all over the ground poorly maintained, spoke with management they dont seem to care,This place needs New Management someone who cares about their jobs not just a paycheck

I love stopping at Pilots but this is has to be the most dirtiest one I ever seen they havent mopped in years the fuel islands are so filthy trash everywhere ,but the restaurant Dennys was good everything else needs to be cleaned up.
Typical truck stop. All the things you might need on the road. Has a Dennys restaurant attached. Nothing to write home about. Fuel prices were on par with local stations. Easy to get on and off the Thruway and at the exit for Darien Lake.
The are getting BETTER at what they do. Now, their food court up front HAVE stepped up their game. AND that is a good thing. They fix a plate fit for a trucker. U gets your money worth. It take me some time for me to eat all mine. I NOT MAD at them at all. THANK YOU for all YOU do.

This is my must stop location whether Im going to Batavia or Darien Lake. I have to stop here. The food and atmosphere is just great. It is a truck stop, but it is very clean. Their pizza is excellent, but so is everything else.
Okay Pilot/Flying J, I have caught on to your scam with the ice . Every store Ive been to in the past couple of weeks has partially melted ice or froze just enough to prevent them from melting their boxes . Dont tell me its due to the hot temperatures either , because T/A and Loves ice is frozen solid and also has an actual 10lb bag . The scam is ice will melt faster so you hope we will buy it more often. That isnt a very bright idea . We can buy the ice else where including food and coffee . I know its not an individule case when each pilot flying j had ice in the same condition . Do you not think we pay enough as it is ? Give us break and fix the issue please
Fuel pump had traffic backed up in the highway.Nobody pumping fuel and nobody pulling forward.Called in and asked for assistance, was told that they were short handed and could not help.I finally got out of there and went to the T/A where my business is appreciated.Im done with Pilot and Flying J.
This Truck Stop and Gas Station is great . All in one , Restaurant, Nice Bathroom a Small Store for Snacks and Beverages. Good prices for Gasoline and usually close to the Thruway or Highway.
I spent 10 years driving the 90 back and forth, traveling all over NY state. In all that time, Ive only found one other place that offers fried beef and been burritos, always. For this reason, whenever Im gonna be driving by, I bring the hot sauce! Thank you, Ive actually brought friends in from out of town just to get em. Hey, call me crazy but whatever, I fricken love those things! ❤ 🌯
Could use more horse trailer/RV parking. Typical chain diner. Not bad, not great. Bathrooms pretty clean. RV Dump station available, inconvenient/unsafe location for dump station.
Love the place. Great staff. Dont know how they keep up with all the traffic. Make it look easy. FAST! Cleaner than could be expected.
Please teach that young man with the mullet how to clean a shower. Every time I stop here its over an hour wait for a filthy shower.

Very dirty restroom, washing machine. Really disgusting, i wont shower there
The gas stop had every drinks and snacks available for the road warriors. Bathrooms were reasonably clean.
Disappointed with new coffee machines. Did not taste like it use to. Some things humans do better
Semi pump stations are in bad shape, most of their pumps didnt work, Incercom phone on fuel island never work, Staff need to come out of store for maintenance on fuel station. I wasted 30 minutes jumping my semi to fuel islands and finally drove to TA opposite to them and saw the difference.
Very busy Friday night 10 pm 8 drivers waiting for showers. Garbage pails full with garbage around the pails. Food shelves almost empty needed to be refilled. Not happy about flying J these used to be clean places to stop Im going to start stopping else where
Not bad for a little truck stop. People were really friendly and helpful. As a side note, theres just something horribly wrong with a part of the world where you have to dress up like uk muk the Eskimo 1/3 of your life. Thats Why I moved from here
This is a good stop just off of NY State Thruway and close to Darien Lake. It is basically a truck stop where you can gass up and buy food and travel items inside. There are snacks and items for all ages. There are automotive items, games, food, movies and drinks. If you belong to Good Sams, you can get a discount.
Our server at Dennys was great! I went to use the bathroom at the flying j and it was discussing no toilet paper the garbage was everywhere. Just dirty.
Great spot for overnighting in the RV. Dennys present. Only drawback is the overly loud music being played via outdoor speakers. You may need earplugs to sleep :)

Amazing service at the desk. But I gave this for stars because they decided to put the reserved spaces in front of the fuel pumps, making it hard to get out by having to make a tight turn, or wait for the other guy to move.
Showers here are 5 star... I have never showered in a truck stop. I imagined the worst... To my surprise...it was cheap,updated,and rather luxurious Lol. Total shocker...
Mediocre J, better than some, Ive certainly seen a lot worse. Parking is kind of tight. Someone destroyed my mirror in the winter sliding in the snow. I wasnt even in an end space. I shouldve went to college.
I love this travel center because of the wise selection of snacks and beverages as well as travel necessaries. A Dennys is attached for when you want more than a snack.
Thruway gas and convenient store on the NYS thruway in Pembroke NY. They also have a Dennys restaurant and coming soon Dunkin coffee shop. I travel this route a lot and try to stop here on my trip,always clean restrooms and great coffee and snacks available
Not bad. 3 day lay over. Good facilities. Well mannered staff. Dennys has free wifi. Game room sucks. And the tv room is average: Few lose chairs and two booths. Two set of restrooms. One in shower hall. Over in front of Dennys entrance.
This is a great truck stop . I stop by here every time I go to Buffalo NY. They got a dunking donuts inside for coffee and sweets, and a lot of truck spots to park a truck and go for a break or sleep in. RECOMMENDED
Stopped in for some chicken fried steak really miss the other place that used to do a fantastic job although in this area the only place that makes chicken fried steak the right way is the Flying J in this area got to love it is a second in the runner-up that particular dish I would give itA !!á@
The worst truck stop, filthy dirty, smells so bad, bathrooms were disgusting, and all employees were standing around talking doing nothing. If an inspector walked they be closed down
Clean showers at this location and they even offered me an extra towel. There is a Dennys on site but I didnt go there. Deli items available at the counter.

DO NOT STOP if your trying to stay healthy . This place is filthy . Pumps havent been wiped down in years , bathrooms are dirty , trash all over the lot . An illness waiting to happen . Stay safe drivers , go somewhere else
Clean, with a great variety of quick snacks and drinks to choose from. It has a nice big parking lot so traffic is not bothersome when coming and going.
Bathroom was so gross. Every stall was very dirty. Woman that works there handling the hot item food, with no gloves on.
BUSY stop. .usually kinda messy bathrooms.. some are well taken care of from my experience with them... I would use the woods before some of the stench I smelled... not all but several I have used
Fresh hot food and salads. Casier very helpful with everything. The parking land needs plowing through. Its going to be hard in the morning to get traction if you are mty.

Disappointed though pilot and flying j was supposed to have a restaurant open for the driver during this made up pandemic. The Dennys is closed and who wants to eat all that fried food.
Bathrooms are always nasty been here 2 days on a 34 he restart every time I walk in the bathroom trash everywhere. No tp in stalls trash running over constantly.. trash outside just as bad all weekend
They had free breakfast biscuit and coffee for birthday month if you install their app. So I got them and had them. Pretty good.
Cheap gas. Right off the pike: easy on and off. What you need for food, drinks, bathrooms. Great Dennys if you have time.
Somewhat clean restrooms. In the morning the showers are not as clean as in the afternoon. Good customer service. Clean grass for a stop when you travel with family for a picnic. Awesome coffee. The coffee host is very cheerful and always friendly. Good deals if you have their app(my pilot).
If no bag next time I’ll leave the staff on the register I will take only one thing that I can carry it I won’t play a clown trying to see how many things I can carry.They are expensive and definitely chip they do not wanna give you a bag

My visit for the time of day was good. Plenty of parking, no wait for fuel, no wait for shower, hot fresh food in display case.
Coffee is always disgusting either taste like it was put through a sock or water down, which is weird because is supossed to be dark roast.
A pain in your butt to try to scale or get fuel but very very nice people inside it almost makes up for having to wait so long to stay or get fuel because theyve always got a great personality and willing to wait on you and help you

As a truck driver we have to stay for 10 hours. The showers suck NO VENTILATION bring up to shift and no one knows why

Pretty much a standard truck stop, definitely cleaner than a lot of them and a nice big parking lot that doesn’t feel cramped.
Showers were awesome, no issues with laundry facility, food was awesome, servers we great! Definately worth coming back to.
Great location for a truck stop but they dont have a huge selection of items that Im used to seeing. Would be better if they offered a little bit more 😉👍

Gas is horrible.i nor.ally get 32 mpg but after I filled with their gas I was getting 26 mpg. As soon as I had to fill up at my Mobil it went back up

Awesome place. Modest parking space. Nice soup. I had chicken pot pie soup and it was delicious.

Filthy, inside and out. One of the worst Ive ever seen. Ive stopped here for a layover a handful of times over the last 4 years or so and a few times between 2002-2004. Ive never seen it like this.
Just pumped gas, but nice place that provided alot of windshield washer with squeegee which is nice bc not all gas stations provide that anymore.
Ive been there 2 times and they had pump problems. Couldnt get fuel. You would think they would have fixed it by now its been 3 weeks since the first time I doubt Ill be going back
I stop at these almost daily. Always a welcome reprieve from being on the road. Clean showers and good staff. Always a good experience.

2021-09-13The parking lot is very dirty and smelly. You can fuel here and leave but its not nice to stay.The showers are small and the access hall is so small that you walk past the washer the dryer the restrooms the lounge all to get to the showers in a small hallway.And the showers are too small. There is a Dennys here. And it allows inside dining.But who knows, this place is just too small.

2022-04-24Dirty! There are expectations when you pay 50 cents more per gallon. Today 198 gallons which is $90 for service I did not get! We deserve clean facility and everything working. Well clean up the garage please. Wash your fuel islands please. Dump the mud they I’m supposed to clean my windshield with. Replace bent and broken squeegees. I know it’s harder and harder the the new generation of trucks and now the Filth of the flip flop brigade not even being able to flush the toilet but 2 stars only because Denny’s is open.

2022-06-16Good travel center off I 90. It’s on the eastbound side but easy on and off in either direction. Good gas prices, bathrooms were quite clean. Friendly staff.

2021-09-23This Pilot has big parking lot but to park is very difficult, also people park where ever they want if even a lot of empty parking lot make difficult to other driver to park on empty spots. If you select this Pilot be careful a lot of people hit other trucks and run, my advice to you go TA next door better place and easy parking. Showers at Pilot its super dirty, I cant even call this Pilot at all. Run from this place. Also if you check available spots thru trucker path this driver always mark lot is ful but its not. Even at night they have a lot of empty spots. Also reservation parking is all way at back yard not in the from. Recommend when you sleeping or doing 34 hrs turn your camera for 24 hrs so you can see who hit you. My advice to you. God Bless YOU, be safe over the road.

The fact that Flying J relies on the truck drivers for their business and some locations are not willing to offer us a short grace period to drop our trailers so we can make a quick run is RIDICULOUS! It’s unreasonable on every level! We are travelers! Please understand! The truck can’t go everywhere, and all I do is ask for 2 hours to drop and you say no? Totally unfair! If someone left their car in your parking lot for days, you wouldn’t even notice and you can’t give me 2 hours?

2022-06-08I wouldn’t buy food here. They overcharge you I would go to the speedway across the street. Paid half of what I usually pay here for lunch. They like to rake drivers over the coals for more money. The driver side nozzle on the fuel islands run slow. Faster at the TA. Lots of parking though. I like the party row lol

2022-02-01I fuel up here several times a week, fuel islands are always filthy, paper towel dispensers usually empty and quite often the kiosk at the pumps are not working. Parking lot is littered with garbage. Inside the store is not much better, dirty, understaffed, and the showers and bathrooms are usually filthy. Im not sure if its a management problem, are just a matter of being understaffed, but it needs attention.
