Best apple cider doughnuts around. Also they have cranberry orange muffins. Multiple cranberries inside unlike other places.
Great assortment of things.Some a little pricey.But all in all a nice store.

Not what it used to be:( No sandwich/coffee shop, even the restaurant that took over the now extinct sandwich shop is closed; baked goods very expensive; store is loaded with items high priced and made in china or elsewhere; the card selection is limited, it used to be wonderful; recommend Lakeside Farms:)

2022-03-17Love this quaint little country store.Best donuts and baked goods in Albany county and Saratoga region.The people are super friendly and there are gifts for every occasion and every family member..Whoever is their buyer / merchant clearly knows their audience.Heard they are bringing back lunches by popular demand .Thank you Fo’Castle, looking forward to our Sunday strolls in your shop!!

2022-05-04FoCastle has some nice gift items to offer but they are on the expensive side. The donuts are very good but the increments you can purchase in are ridiculous. It never used to be like this - I read a response from the owner to a review someone else left that people get a chuckle out of the Burnt Hills Dozen of 15 donuts for $16.95 - I can assure that many of us do not. Even 5 donuts is too much for two people. I thought this changed due to Covid but I was told by an employee that was not the reason - it was packaging that they could no longer get? To be forced to buy donuts in increments of 5 - Covid or not - nobody does that anywhere. There are other places in this area to purchase delicious cider doughnuts.

2021-12-13My favorite country store! This is the perfect place for lunch with lots of soup & sandwich options. Be sure to get their apple cider donuts or an apple pie for leaving. Plenty of parking and friendly employees. Feels like coming home when I stop in. I’ll add photos next time I’m in town.

2022-01-25It was okay not what I figured it was when I used to go there but with covid and the rest of it I guess it would close a lot of stuff up they used to have a place in the back where you could get a sandwich and coffee if you want it or a hot cocoa but it didnt look like it was open or it didnt look like they used it anymore they still have a limited I supply of pies and donuts and cookies they do have several things of Nick nacks flags candles other assorted stuff that you might need for a party or wedding something for your dog they do have an animal section they have also a little section for your for your kids stay at little toys for your kids not really my kind of store but it was a nice visit and its lFO Castle farms.

2021-07-01I can spend all day in here. Their products are wonderful. The candle melts smell so good. I love buying things from this store to make my home feel cozy. Especially in the winter time. Also try their apple cider donuts first thing in the morning! So warm and fluffy!
