Beyond delic! Celiacs dream spot if you are a carnivore lol or love an awesome salad bar, lovely atmosphere and Kevin Maldonado and the whole team at the Walt Whitman location were all amazing! Just about everything was gluten free including the mini Brazilian cheese rolls that they also use as croutons in the delicious salad. We had amazing service and such a great ambiance not only for a special celebration but really for any special meal out or get together! For the experience, we tried just about every cut of meat which was really special for my teen celebrating middle school graduation! Can’t wait to return!!

Took my wife to Fogo de Chão, the Huntington Station location for her birthday. The food was amazing; my wife and I absolutely loved the service provided! They provided family style and intimate dining all in one setting. Our server Briant was phenomenal, service with a smile, treated us like family. I would highly recommend Fogo de Chão to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a variety of tastes with great ambiance. In fact I already did, to my brother and his wife.
I was originally planning a birthday lunch at the carle place location today but saw the Huntington location was open so we decided to come here. What a good choice!I usually go to the location in Manhattan but once carle place opened I went there a few times. It took about a month at carle place to dial it in and get the right temperature and right salt level.Huntington nailed the temperature and salt level on my first visit, the second day of their official opening. If my experience follows course, this location will only get better.I would say it would be hard to improve on. The bar is set very high. The food was phenomenal and the service??? OMG the trainers here are doing it right. Service was impeccable. Were there some slow times, cocktails taking a little longer to arrive, a certain bottle of wine that needs to be tracked down? Yes but they literally just opened. Give the servers some time to get accustomed to the location and how everything runs in unison (front vs back of house.)Our new favorite is the garlic picanha. The picanha is great but the garlic picanha was delicious.I had both their signature and premium caipirinha. Both are good but the premium one using aged liquor is more complex in flavor (similar to using either clase azul or 1800 milenio tequila in a margarita down the road at Lucharitos.)Desserts? Yes please. We had tres leches, flan, and passion fruit mousse. All 3 were delicious in their own right (we usually do key lime pie and creme brulee, occasionally papaya cream.)All in all a delicious lunch with attentive service.Definitely worth follow up visits.UPDATE 01/04/22........Dining in is the way to go. I tried two to go orders and they have not figured that out yet. Lack of staff for that side of the line was the reason for the long delays. Both times it took over 40 min to receive the food. First time was ordering at the bar and the second time was placed online.Lesson learned, dine in, take out is there but be prepared to wait.Online order placed at 5:47. Instructed it will be ready by 6:08. Its now 30 past 6 and still no food.....
They had great service and the prices were very good for high quality meats and food. The bread they bring around was really good and it kept coming as long as we asked. Even though we had the full experience, they still let us get some order stuff apart of the deal. It’s definitely are favorite restaurant and we will be coming back many times.
My new favorite new place we were greeted by a very cool interior décor and ambience we were seated quickly on a busy Sunday afternoon even though we did not have reservations. After they gave us the menus our drinks arrived I was surprised they had a very elaborate salad bar which is part of their main course for $42 which the 3 of us took part of. After we loaded our plates at the salad bar we sat down again and the wait staff came around the tables with skewers of different meat such as chicken with bacon, lamb, top sirloin, pork rib, filet mignon, prime rib, roast beef & other meats. You can keep either a green button on your table that says yes please, for bring me more skewers of meat or red button thats says no thanks or stop. The meal was fresh and tasty I probably ate more than I should have today but i was delighted with every bite
Went to Fogo De Chao for the opening night with my family. First let’s start with the service. It was awesome! Everyone was so attentive, I even joked with them that I forgot I was in NY. LOL, that’s how nice they were. They were super friendly with the kids and my water glass was never empty. A constant flow of waiters and bus staff that kept checking on us. Definitely family friendly and kids under 7 eat free!Drinks were delicious. I ordered the mango habanero caipirinha and my wife ordered the strawberry hibiscus caipirinha. Both were incredibly delicious.Moving on the the market table (salad bar), tons of salad and cheese options! Very clean, delicious and fresh.Meats, meats, meats! They have a ton of different cuts to to choose from. Chicken, steak and lamb. All were cooked to perfection. If you do prefer medium well or well done let them know. The default seems to be medium to medium rare, which I preferred.Will definitely return in the future and I highly recommend it. 2 thumbs up and 2 pant sizes bigger!
My overall experience at Fogo de Chão in Huntington was extraordinarily amazing. From staff to the food, I was unbelievably shocked as to how astronomically great everything was. I knew Fogo would be a nice place for me to enjoy a nice meal. Overall the food was so tasteful and I loved everything. Everyone was really nice and I would definitely come back in the future. 100/10
Literally one of the best dining experiences I have had. The food was great, but the service was far better. Straight up, I have to shout out the man handling my meat. Edwin, is a star. This was my first time ever having Brazilian food and I was apprehensive at first, just not only did he inform painstakingly inform me of the food( if you read this sorry again for asking so much!!!) He did it with a smile. Ill definitely be coming back!
As a Brazilian who truly enjoys churrasco I feel obligated to write a review about Fogo de Chão Huntington NY. I’ve been to this Brazilian steakhouse many times and it’s surprisingly good when a establishment can deliver consistently good food every time! Our usual go to is the full churrasco experience and it’s always incredibly tasty! Our meals and drinks were perfect… It’s a really nice space and the decor is on point! But the best part is their service: the staff is AMAZING, friendly and eager to please! Huge thanks to Desi Maneri who makes sure we always have a great time/experience. You definitely will want more repeat visits!!! Highly recommended!!
I have been to Fogo Huntington Station several times and I never get disappointed! Food is always delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. Service is excellent, staff is beyond friendly and accommodating even with food allergies. I can’t say enough about Desi, she always takes her time to make sure we have all we want on our table, always with a smile on her face and treating all like family!Fogo is my go to place for a wholesome healthy and delicious meal!
This was the 2nd time we were at Chao. They were curtious & very helpful, especially Daffney & Kevin. They would check up on us often and make sure any missing items(meat) would arrive quickly. As for the food, meats and Brazilian drinks, all were very delicious. Thank you Daffney & Kevin for your hospitality!
If you’re looking for great food, perfect service, and beautiful ambiance this is the place. The experience was top tier. I’ve been to the carle place location many times but decided to try this one out and I was blown away. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
All I can say is wow!! I’m genuinely speechless. The food was bar none. The Wagyu melts in your mouth. The service was exceptional. Hats off to Marco. He made what was already a fantastic night even better. What an experience! I would definitely recommend it and will be going again soon. If you get the chance to eat at Fogo, I recommend you ask for Marco. He is a true professional and master of his craft.
We came here to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Dylan’s service was exceptionally phenomenal. He was very attentive and cared to make conversation with us. The whole staff was very friendly. I’d definitely would recommend Dylan and for anyone to come to this location. 10/10! :)
Everything was top notch, amazing quality and ambiance. One of the managers Erick took the time to make sure everything was going well and gave us amazing cocktail recommendations . Diego also made sure we had all the meats we wanted, which we really appreciated. Can’t wait to come back!

I have dined a couple times at this Brazilian steakhouse in various locations and I love it. It amazes me how great the food is here every time and the service is also excellent. We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday. The servers were attentive but got several orders wrong. We never got our appetizers. Luckily they have the salad bar which held us over. 7 of us ordered the unlimited carnivorous meat which is very good. The other 3 ordered Sea Bass which didn’t come out for an hour and then was dry and inedible. Thankfully they were apologetic and took them off the bill. Not a good place to celebrate, they simply place a desert with a candle on the table with no birthday acknowledgment. The manager claims this is too upscale to sing happy birthday. Too upscale with an unlimited salad bar? Lots of room for improvement across the board.

Ive gone several times with my family now and the experience is always amazing. The food is delicious and is always cooked to perfection. The amount of meats that come with the churrasco experience is crazy, not to mention the different cooking methods. Like your beef well done? Well when one of the many servers passes by, ask for well done. Are you more into medium rare? Ask for medium rare. Well done all the way to rare, you can try them all of just stick to what you usually eat. Dont eat too much however, leave some room for the market table. A table loaded with fresh food ranging from cold cut meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and more. You can come to this place multiple times and you still wouldnt be able to experience all the amazing flavors that it offers. The atmosphere is calming, the wagyu, albeit a bit expensive, is to die for, what the desserts lack in numbers, they more than makeup for in tastiness.A review wouldnt be complete without talking about their selection of wines and cocktails now would it? I honestly cant say much, Im still not allowed to legally drink so youll have to find out for yourselves.Great restaurant, delicious food, and amazing service from the waiters and waitresses. Would definitely recommend dining here.

Wow this was such a cool experience. I’d like to definitely give a shout out to Gavin and Stanley. They made our night extra special with great service and hospitality. We went for a birthday celebration and it was such a perfect place to do so and super convenient for group parties/nights out. A very interesting experience. The salad bar was excellent as were the different cuts of meat one got with the “Churrasco Experience”. Highly recommended for meat lovers!
Would rate at 3.5 stars. Service was excellent, to the point of sometimes overwhelming. The salad bar buffet was top shelf. Missing were crackers of some sort, for the cheese, pepperoni, salami and salmon. The meats were all good, but some definitely overcooked, especially the chicken legs and the lamb. Drinks were excellent but pricey. Sides were excellent, especially the mashed potatoes, cheese bread puffs and the fried plantains. Deserts were out of this world. Atmosphere/seating was loud and tight. Top of the range price wise. Definitely could not afford to go there often but overall unique experience.
I had an amazing experience, Kevin (I believe he’s a manger there) was very welcoming and made sure me and my date were satisfied. The service was excellent and the food was great. Definitely going to come back!

Out of all Fogo de chão that I’ve been to this is by far the best all around, the ambiance, the taste of the food is very authentic Brazilian, the service is exceptional and the strawberry caipirinha was the best one I’ve ever had. Will definitely only be coming back to this one 🙏🏼
Second time for myself and my wife. First time for my mother on Mother’s Day. She loved it and the food was fantastic. Our server Dyllan was very attentive to detail and was great to my family. Highly recommend!
Our table was terribly situated and obviously crammed in for Valentines Day between a pillar and the salad bar where the roaming purveyors of meats couldnt see us and rarely came around. Food wasnt great, but I went for the experience. The experience was not optimal.
A group of friends and I dined here for my birthday last weekend. Being that many people were celebrating Valentines Day, we were seated at our reserved time slot on time. It wasnt chaotic nor did we feel ignored at all. Most of us chose the whole experience which included unlimited options at the salad bar and a slew of different meals (chicken, steak, pork, ribs etc) and a complimentary dessert. I had a wonderful time, good eats, stellar service and all around good vibe.
No big deal. Definitely Rainas Brazilian steakhouse has way more variety of meats you only paying for the service and decorations here and I give 3 Stars because the waitress was nice other than that no plus Way Too expensive
If I could give 10 stars, I would. Food is amazing and staffs are out of this place. Waitress Mejia is out of this universe, I tell you. Such an amazing personality she has, is polite, and very friendly while also maintaining professionalism. This is def my to go place.
Let me first say that my first and second time dining at Fogo de Chao Huntington was absolutely amazing. I was shocked. Every piece of meat was tender and full of flavor.Now for the bad news. On Easter of all days I took my son and friend who had never been there before. I was very excited for them to have the same experience I had. Unfortunately the experience was a disaster. Almost every piece of meat they brought over was chewy. Like bubble gum. Some of which I had to spit out in my napkin. The pieces that were somewhat edible had almost no flavor at all. For me the worst thing is an inconsistent restaurant. Plus I wanted my son and my friend to have an amazing experience and it ust didnt happen and the fact that it was Easter made it worse. So its up to you I guess you dont know what you are going to get. It might be awesome and it might be horrible.
I have been to many locations of Fogo de Chao, Pittsburgh, San Juan, Philadelphia, Manhattan, and others. Huntington has been by far the best experience, fancy place, very attentive employees, excellent managers and delicious food. But dont take my word for it go and check it out!
The food was delicious. The menu was different for the weekend. We were told we could order individual steaks. We had to rodizio meals. We also ordered a seafood dish.The wait staff was excellent. Drinks were good.I will be going back there
Wonderful and delicious restaurant . From the front desk to the waitress everything was perfect. They have a good variety of salads and fresh waffles during brunch. My kids loved everything they even tried the meets. Absolutely delicious.

Absolute worse service ever. We had a big party and ordered our drinks and it took over an hour for us to get our drinks. The food was good that’s why I gave it 2 stars but service is horrendous and they need to put more work in that. We asked for a manager and no one even showed up…

Went here for Brunch, the food was Absolutely DELICIOUS especially the Prime rib, Lamb, Pork ribs and candied black peppered bacon was Amazing. The staff was attentive and checked on us frequently. The drinks could have been better if the citrus from the fruit wasn’t getting into the small straws, couldn’t enjoy, the slightly dirty martini was good… But I’ll Definitely come back..
Our visit yesterday was terrible. We both did the full experience but neither of us got plates, none of the tables who did full service received plates. My husband requested for a full size plate and never got it so I had to go back up to the market side to get my husband and i plates. All the meats were overcooked. Very gray and some extremely dry. The service was worse. One guy was high. We asked for a drink, it never came, he came back and he was tweaking out and he was like im sorry i forgot i was supposed to do something for you guys and we were like just forget it, can we order dessert to go and get the check. He said ok he wont forget this time....guess what...he forgot. We sat there waiting for another 20mins that i had to flag someone down to retrieve our order.

I’ve been here twice since they opened over a week ago. The first visit (opening day) was great - everything was perfect! but our second visit was not so great. We did the fixed price all you can eat both times and the second time we returned, had a completely different experience.It seemed as if we were getting skipped for all cuts of meat that were coming out and at one point, waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to come by our table. Yes, we sat there with an empty plate staring around waiting for someone to come and this happened several times throughout the meal. I don’t mind waiting and can understand things get busy but we’ve been to plenty of other similar steakhouses and this service was drastically different. We also received the same cut 3-4 times in a row which was a bit frustrating since we wanted to have the same variety as our prior visit.Did we eventually eat all that we wanted? Yes and it was delicious, but it took a lot of waiting around and more or less ruined the experience for us. Overall, the staff was super friendly, the food was great, decor is on point, but the pacing and service of the meat was completely off. We will not be returning for the rodizio and will stick to a traditional steakhouse going forward.
This place is amazinggggg!! you get to try a variety of different foods for an outstanding price. i got the full experience and with the guidance of my servers daphnie and mishelle i was able to receive the best service and all the meats brought to my table. i 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who’s a meat lover AS WELL AS vegetarian/vegan because the marketplace was filled with so many options from fruits, vegetables, salads and the list goes on. finally, their desserts are delicious! my personal favorites was their cheesecake and flan. definitely coming back for more!!!
Great atmosphere and great staff! I was blown away by the food and service at this fine establishment. I can’t give enough praise to the staff nestor and kaheem were amazing. The head guacho Edwin is a true king and saw to it that all needs were met. These dudes are the real ones can’t rave enough about them or their service. Would recommend anyone to go after my delightful experience.

Went for a late lunch after discovering a new location in Huntington. The timing was off. There was barely any jamon left. Meat circulation was slow in the beginning but picked up. Some meats were over cooked or overly salty. Also wanted the meat to be better quality for the price. shout out to Stanley and the other meat masters for making the experience better.
Sorry but the menu stated there was filet mignon and ribeye. I was there for over an hour and it was nowhere in sight. I asked the waitress and she said she’ll put in an order. I was given the check before moments later. Don’t put it in the menu if you’re not going to serve it. I guess I’ll go back to Plataforma in the city.

Desy, Emily, and Ricardo were amazing! Great service and the food was excellent. It felt as if we were dinning with fiends. The seafood tower was delicious and my son really love his Wagu strip steak. We will definetely come back again to eat with the rest of the family!!!
I attended the soft opening on Saturday December 6. The food and service is top notch. Our server was attentive and friendly—she had a team helping as well. The Market Table has choices sure to please everyone in your group. Meats were exceptional. plan to return soon.
I went with my family & kids, and we got the churrasco experience, and the experience was just amazing !!! The food had an amazing taste, they bring you and offer you the steak to your likes which is amazing ! Super soft, I cannot complain, amazing and delicious food, and let’s not forget about the service , treat you like family, always making sure you’re pleased and making sure you have food on your plate. Loved it ! Totally recommend this place.

What an exceptional dining experience Fogo de Chao provides. We recently hosted a 70th birthday dinner party at Fogo de Chao for our mother and the whole process from start to finish was wonderful. Angelica helped arrange the event, securing the time and date, providing a variety of packages to choose from, explaining different options available, and making modifications as needed. The day of the party, the staff was attentive, friendly, personable and professional. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and laid out, providing a relaxing yet upscale feel for your dining experience. Our hostess Gloria provided great customer service and communication throughout the evening, frequently checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly or if anything in particular was needed, asking about preferences of cooking temperatures on meats, having specific cuts of meat brought to the table upon request, as well as tending to individual needs of the birthday guest. The variety of meats offered was abundant and the quality was excellent. The cocktail menu and wine selection was equally as wonderful and very reasonably priced. While we had access to the entire waitstaff throughout the evening, Dyllan was our primary server and extremely attentive to the needs of our guests, from explaining the churrasco experience, to taking drink orders, to providing new plates as needed, and being cognizant of beverage refills throughout the evening. Dyllan even went above and beyond to provide the children who were with us (6 years and under) a freshly prepared tray of sliced watermelon. The flow of fresh cooked meats was perfectly timed and the staff presenting the meats were courteous, informative, friendly, and generous. The dessert selections provided were equally as tasty and plentiful, with a beautiful presentation. All of our guests were extremely satisfied with their dining experience from start to finish. Gloria, Dyllan and all of the waitstaff worked seamlessly throughout the evening to create an absolutely perfect dinner to celebrate out mom and we could not be more grateful. Whether you want to have a casual lunch or dinner, or want to book a larger event, Fogo de Chao is a great choice!

I love everything about this place the food, treatment, it’s very clean and cozy, and much better than Carle place one in my opinion especially the food.
Went there for a friends birthday the other week and had a great experience! Love the open plan because even with a packed restaurant, it doesn’t feel loud or overcrowded.My friends and I have been to the Fogo in Carle Place many times and the experience is just as good hear. Great cuts of meat that are well seasoned and cooked properly and a great accommodating staff!
This store is BEAUTIFUL. Fogo is doing an amazing job with these modern designs and locations. Service was excellent, servers were very attentive and the food was delicious. Management is definitely doing a great job. Can’t wait to visit you again!

I had an incredible experience at this location. The staff is young and energetic, more important theyre dress code is impressive. The floor manager checked in at our table about 20 mins in and prior leaving. The servers were professional and you did not feel overwhelmed or over loaded by the pace. The salad bar was fresh and the rice and beans were as close to home as you can get. The mixed drink was on point they offer a healthy wine list. The restaurant offers a Manhattan ambience but you still have the county friend atmosphere. Absolutely family friendly place. Our server Leo was on point. As far as price, you get what you pay for and Id expect to come back here on special occasions. I usually goto a nice place once a month, I can see coming back here 3-5 times a year.
We were there for my birthday on Wednesday, 1/12/22 and it was amazing! The place looks great, the staff was Top-notch, and the food was plentiful and perfect. We dined at lunch for the Churrasco Experience and we will definitely do it over and over again. I joined the FOGO e-club and they took good care of us. Definitely made my birthday an incredible occasion! Thank you!

Food taste great , salad antipasta bar great, but was very neglected with service, when youre spending good money Id hope to have a drink with my dinner and a refill every so often.

Ive been to this location twice now and the experience has been phenominal. The serivce is excellent and the food is even better. The decor and atmosphere of the restaurant is also superb. I cant say enough positive comments, just make sure to gohungry!

I went with the family Sunday and let me tell you , they are waaaaaaaay to over priced and not worth the food and when they serve u meat , it’s all fat and not worth it chewing some pieces of beef.Other restaurants worth it and surely not here

We were at the soft opening December 4th. I must say, we were VERY impressed!!! The ambience was elegant, warm and inviting, not to be surpassed by the staff. The management, Eric, Petro and Kevin could not have been more gracious or accommodating. Walking into this new restaurant was like walking into a brand new, family home!! The hostess, Angelica introduced herself, as did each team member. The service was efficient, pleasant and professional. The Market table was clean, well stocked and fresh. Each of the gauchos came around in a timely manner and was obliging to our every request as to how we liked our meats cooked.The food and desserts were outstanding!! Fogo de Chao is always top shelf. This new location is already running like a well oiled machine. It is smooth running and well organized. We can’t wait to go back. As a matter of fact, we’re going back this weekend. We will definitely be regulars!!!
A very well known and INTERNATIONAL ACCLAIMED, AWARD WINNING GOSPEL ARTIST hosted a birthday dinner party at FOGO restaurant in Huntington NY, TONIGHT, 2/13/2022. MR. McClurkin was the humble host for a dinner group of TEN people. Mr. McClurkin and his party of TEN were forced to eat dinner at a table that was shadowed in darkness. There were NO LIGHTS at the table where they sat. I personally am appalled by the low treatment, this humble servant of God and his friends were forced to endure. Upon being informed of the uncomfortable circumstances at the table, the management at FOGO RESTAURANT was both dismissive and discourteous, totally ignoring the needs of their guests. The management team at this restaurant (FOGO) is unprofessional and their level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Please do not patronize this business.

I love the sald bar and meat they serve. I have been going to other Fogo locations many times and twice now for this one. However, during both experiences, I ordered a waffle and omelet. The person at the station told me that they would bring the food to the table when it was. I was thankful, however, the food never came, both times I was there. The first time this happened I didnt mind so much because the restaurant was busy. This time around, there were only 2 tables occupied and the waffle never came. Drinks took 30 minutes as well. I ordered steak sauce and this took 40 minutes. Service is sooooooo slow yet the Rodizio comes out fast. How is service so bad when there are only 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant? God forbid if the restaurant is at full capacity you will never get a drink, sauce, or any other item besides the meat.

Went to Fogo de Chão today and the food was delicious. They were a little short staffed because of Covid maybe, but the manager Kevin took very good care of us. I highly recommend this place to the meat lovers!

Horrible.Meat is like rubber and cooked with gas fire with absolutely no marinade. It is not hard at all to tell that they serve very cheap meat.. no flavor whatsoever!Wife said she will never come here again even if it was for free!I left hungry.
We had a wonderful dining experience at Fogo de Chao by the Walt Whitman Mall. Both Petro Delakas, the manager, and Desiree Maneri, were both looking & checking, and Helping the staff during the service. I saw Petro pick up a tray full of dirty dishes & he took them to the kitchen. He was not just standing & observing. He was part of the team. Same thing with Desiree. So pleasant & friendly. Making sure everyone felt comfortable & at home. Our Gaucho was named Peña. He was also extremely attentive & asked us if we wanted anything else he could bring us to our table.This location gets a 5 Star review from both my husband and myself. Ah! Let’s not forget their excellent Malbec selection to go with our delicious grilled meats.Can’t wait to bring our friends and share this experience with them!

I attended the soft opening on Thursday December 2nd and I cant say enough wonderful things. The entire menu was delicious. The wine and cocktails were flavorful. Everyone was friendly and attentive (including our entire team of Gavin, Emily, Yamily, Bo, and Francie). The ambiance is warm, the decor is pleasant... Truly nothing but exceptional throughout. Cant wait to return.
Terrible experience! I called this place and made a reservation for me and my wife. when I arrived at the place I was attended by 4 children (really kids) who simply told me they werent seeing anyone else at night. I said I had a reservation but these kids didnt even check a computer or diary. I had to look for another place to eat. very frustrating! I dont recommend this place!

Wow! This Fogo De Chao is so beautiful! I am a fan and have been to a couple of the other locations they have so of course my friend and I had to check it out on their opening night! The decor and ambiance is stunning- dimmed lighting and beautiful chandeliers make for a beautiful date night spot. The wine walls were my favorite for obvious reasons....! I do wanna give a special shout out to their gaucho chef team! Every cut that came to our table was hot and fresh- and every chef who served us was well versed on what they were serving. We ordered the wagyu ny strip and it was served table side- Stanley explained in detail what Wagyu was! such a cool experience. Their market table was full of items we had never heard of before- so colorful and delish!!! Over all our experience was a 10/10. Good job to the team. We will without a doubt be back!
My husband and I love Brazilian restaurants. We were waiting for Fogo de Chao to be open but we were very disappointed. Getting seated was fast. Someone came and took the order for drinks, but after more than 15 minutes of having salad we noticed no one brought even water to the table. Then when we finally caughtsomeones attention. We asked for water and he said he would also bring our drinks because he was on break and that was his section. Then ok. It was fine. The meats started to pass by and many times they just ignored us and we had to ask for it.Even once one of the servers came with only one piece of rib on a platter, and it was funny, he just gave it to my husband and totally ignored me. He shouldnt have come to the table with only one piece and if that was the case, the woman should be offered first...Time passed and they kept offering the same meat and we waited like 20 minutes before we again caught someones attention for the bill... it was a bad experience, the place is not cheap and the service is terrible. Management is not really doing a good job, we understand the place just open, but would be nice to go and spend your money in a place with good service. We could tell the waiters were trying to do their job but didnt have experience and didnt know how to offer the items or what to bring to the table. We had to ask for the bread and sauces, plus at the end no one even offered coffee or dessert. The quality of the food is ok, they could a much better job with it. But they really dont know what they are doing. As a rodizio it should be worked different. The tables are so close together that the waiters can hardly walk through... it was ridiculous.

Our party of 4 went for dinner last night, and overall it was a great experience. The interior is beautiful, just like other Fogo de Chao locations.First off, if you plan on going on a Friday or Saturday for dinner then you’ll need a reservation. The place just opened but we were really surprised at how it was absolutely packed all night long. I think the fact that it was this busy and that they are so new contributed to some of the issues we experienced.First off- service was very friendly and the meats were fantastic. This isn’t a cheap location but unlike cheaper alternatives you’re pretty much guaranteed an avalanche of amazing high quality meats, together with a fantastic buffet.They also have an all day happy hour which was incredibly priced, especially the high quality of drinks served.The server who came around with the caipirinha cart was awesome! I’m Brazilian and I love my caipirinhas and she taught me a few things! She explained the drink and process of making it, really knew her stuff.Also have to mention the passion fruit caipirinha- amazing! They don’t cheap out on the cachaca brand. Also the brigadeiro cake dessert was to die for, an absolute must.Negatives- I waited a long time for my first drink, but had them coming soon after. I’m sure the amazing happy hour deal contributed to it and got them really backed up.One of our party ordered a la Carte and I just think they Simple forgot her meal, she was waiting a long time and we had to ask about it several times.Lastly, there was a huge confusion with our bill. I’m really not sure why it got so confusing, but my wife and I had to leave to get home to our kids while the rest of our party sorted it out.Definitely some growing pains to work out. But we’ll be back. Hopefully by then they’ll have worked it all out.
The staff was amazing, super friendly and eager to please Josh, Fernando and a few others, I do apologize for not remembering your names, the food was ok, some meats lacked flavor. Management was disappointing, I made reservations for the soft opening (mall employees) and was told they were booked but the girl I spoke to said she would speak to a manager and came back on the phone to tell me that they were going to extend the reservation to me and 3 other guests, the day of, I again call to confirm compt reservations and I was told they had it noted) upon being seated the Salesmanager (Angelica) proceeds to tell me that she did not approve compt meals - she speaks with Gen Manager after my guests and I await to resolve issue and he grants us 2 compt meals instead of 3, after our dinner, miraculously the 2 vouchers that were left on the table disappear (our waiter and several employees saw the vouchers at our table) then I am addressed by 2 employees as if I was making up the vouchers and they questioned me. Another co-worker had a similar issue only she was charged the full bill and had to speak with someone to receive compt dinners and questioned about who invited her. So unimpressed!

Pastor Donnie McClurkin is at the Huntington Station, NY location right now sitting in the dark, spoke to 2 managers, the first one very dismissive and the second apologetic but did nothing. Very bad customer service!!! I will not be recommending this place to anyone else!

2022-06-26This was the 3rd Fogo de Chao Ive been to. So far, they all have been great and each one has its own distinct charm. Celebrated Fathers Day as well as my brothers early birthday here on same day (king 2 birds with one stone). All you can eat steak and other meats along with a sides bar one cant go wrong with. Wait staff were helpful and pleasant as well. And they have great bench seats/sofas (makes one feel like royalty). Would definitely recommend people give a try.

2022-03-05Still suffering from lingering PTSD at the hands of Chinese buffets long ago, I had low expectations entering this establishment. But I am happy to report that this was a much better experience.The place is very nice and the service is perfect.The price point for the all you can eat is actually very fair for what you get.The market bar is a salad bar on steroids and I would actually consider that as a sole option, which is much cheaper.Why then did I subtract a star, you might wonder? They offer about a half a dozen beefs, but they all tasted very similar to one another.Overall, it was a very good meal.

2022-02-15Its my second or 3rd time at the famous Brazilian steak house but my first time coming to this location. The food was delicious and the service was great 👍 I definitely enjoyed it here. I came with my man and our 3 kids for Valentines day 💕 ❤️ we really enjoyed it!

2022-06-30My family and I discovered Fogo almost 2 years ago at their Carle Place location. From that point on we were hooked not only for the great food but the amazing service. The staff at the Huntington Station location is even better thanks to the efforts of Kevin Maldonado. Kevin and the rest of the staff always ensures that our experience is spectacular. I cannot thank him or the staff enough for the excellent service they provide. I would highly recommend this location!

2022-06-22Went on fathers day. The front staff seemed overwhelmed... but that was the biggest disappointment of the evening. THe food, ambiance and staff were excellent. We werent able to sample all the offerings because it seemed we didnt get in rotation for many items that we saw headed to other locations.. I will try again when its not a holiday. Overall we enjoyed it and felt it was much better than the other Brazilian steakhouse in lake Grove..

2022-06-24A very disappointing experience last night with a total lack of supervision throughout the dinner by non existent managers - we had 7 different servers, had to ask 5 times for our drinks, 4 times for new plates, 2 times for our dessert and when I asked for the bill, I was asked how much gratuity I wanted add - before I had been presented with it. Market table was not properly stocked, the bread was old and even the meat wasn’t that good. When I asked the manager if she was in charge, she said “yes dear”..... Did you get trained at Wendys? - sorry, that’s an insult to Wendys as they have less turnover than this place. We were lucky that this was not a special event like many of the other diners celebrating graduation. What a shame for them. Spent $530 for 3 adults and 2 kids. I’m expecting the same quality of response from the inept management team who were on duty last night. Note that all of the waiter’s woeful service skills are not their fault - we are only as good as the boss who is supposed to be training us.

2022-06-21Service was not great, took so long just to have a drink brought to us or any sides that we ordered. Seemed as if everyone was confused as to what was going on. Some food was also cold. The one in garden city is much better and organized.
