My husband and I tried their coconut lemonade (I liked the name and I got curious) Delicious for its freshness and the mix of it was perfect!
I was craving empanadas and we found this colombian foodtruck in Baldwin, we tried the 3 flavors and I cant pik a favorite one because 3 of them were delicious.
This place is the best food delivery there is. I mean come on they have a food truck to keep the food hot and cold for when needed. And who comes up with a lemonade stand ONLINE.ONLINE I SAY. I love the food as well it’s fresh and so good especially the strawberry lemonade and any of the hibachi and ceviche. For me I love the food and could not ask for better. I love you guys and thank you for the fresh food and keeping it in time of what you tell us.
They went to the hospital I worked at and found out they cater! - They cater one of my holidays party with empanadas and tacos and they were on time and each tray was beautiful presented!
Stopped in this weekend and got a shrimp ceviche, It was so delicious and fresh. The service was friendly and prompt.
This food truck is not just an ordinary food truckThe food that comes out of this food truck is amazing.. the quality the ingredients are super fresh!! You can absolutely tell the food is made with love. The people that make this fantastic food have amazing hearts good humble people. They came last minute to an event and there was always a line.. the food is outstanding dont take my word for it... You must try it yourself. The hibachi is so flavorful . The empandads are sooooo good ! Theres not one bad thing!!! I highly recommend this place is good eats!!

FoodRockett was my sons birthday catering food service and everyone loved everything but the tacos were the winners!
I was looking for ceviche, which you have to be very careful when it comes to order seafood anywhere, but this ceviche made the difference in their taste and freshness is authentic ceviche!
Their empanadas are made with a different dough, It is actually corn dough which is differnet but actually delicious.
Amazing food, incredible atmosphere, and most importantly a friendly crew. The Foodrockett experience is one I highly recommend to anyone looking for a DELICIOUS hibachi and an incredibly dope vibe!

I am Colombian and really if I have a craving for my land I go to Foodrockett !! The empanadas are DELICIOUS and they have a Habachi where they put the Latin flavor! Omg !! They have to go go try it! The chef who is one of the people who serves you is the sweetest in the world, they have a unique green sauce with a flavor…. WORLD!!!
FoodRockett came to my sons party at the foodtruck and nobody could stop eating the tacos, delicious and excellent service.

2021-08-28Very delicious!!!! To be honest it takes a little while to get your food but its def worth the wait!! Quality takes time!! I def recommend the empanadas especially the chicken! The shrimp and chicken hibachi were filled with flavor. Cant wait to enjoy more of this amazing food on my future visits. The owners Luz and Lou are very welcoming along with the rest of the staff. You can tell that theres a lot of LOVE put into their cooking.
