Foot Locker on Knickerbocker avenue is one of the best experiences for customer service, as for stock and availability of items there isnt that much to look for. There is shirts and some accessories but if you want all the hottest new Sneakers I suggest you go to Foot Locker at a mall to get the hottest new items.
They ain’t have what a young buck was looking for but the customer service that day was proper.

2022-01-31They always have something I want. Here, you can always find at least one worker who goes above and beyond to help you out. And prices for sneakers are reasonable.

2021-09-15Your worker was doing a tiktok while i was trying to get some shoes, very rude. Teenagers these days, say something “respectfully” and we can just link up and do something. Im not a old adult, and you have the right one mad! Unblemished and unbelievable. Never will come back to this location! So horrible. 0 Stars if i could.

2016-09-16Excellent customer service. I had knee issues after I had been running for weeks straight. They made me walk as they would watch my form. After they made you do several different tasks they would being out shoes for you to try. My knee issues are gone. The best part about it, is the prices arent too bad either. I would not be running today as I have been if it was not for runners edge.

2019-03-11Foot locker is where I will go to when I am not sure what exactly what shoes I want to buy. They sometime have amazing things, and sometime I leave empty handed. Overall this is a goof store.

2016-05-04This store sucks. Even the so called manager stanly cant help with anything. Bout a item off line , walked into the store and it qas cheaper. Could not help me if his life depended on it. Worst costmer service.
