Great variety and selection, but unfortunately they did not have the size in the sneakers that I wanted. Ended up buying the same style sneaker in a different color. The staff was very helpful.

They did an excellent job on upgrading the store with renovations. They also upgraded staff and have some of the Companys best employees there. Happy to go there more often for releases.

If you can help, its best to ((STAY AWAY)) from this location!!! I ordered some shoes online to be picked up at this location, which I was told from the website (SAME DAY PICKUP); this wasnt true. I wait for Footaction to email me a confirmation for my purchase that Im supposed to pick up the same day, but I never received an email. I contacted support via the website and still no response. The next day I call the 1-800 number and was told the shoes were at the store. I get to the store no greeting, there are three people on the floor looking lost. I find an employee and ask him for a smaller size of the same shoe I was coming to pick up, he told me they only had a size 11. I proceeded to wait for the guy at the register because I think hes the only one that can help me, but hes trying to fix an issue with another customer, which is never a good sign. Finally a young lady comes from the back, and she proceeds to help and get the shoes I ordered. I opened the box and the shoes are dirty. ๐Ÿ™„ I ask if I can see another pair of 11s because these are obviously dirty. The guy at the register tells me this is the last pair, which I found weird because I just asked the other guy and he said they had an 11 in stock that meant they had one and also have mine. So as Im trying not to lose my s**t and demand a refund, luckily the young lady that was helpful, went to the back and found some CLEAN shoes to switch out. I dont think I even want to order from Footaction ever again!!!! PS. This is my first bad review EVER. The only reason I gave it another star is because of the young lady was able to resolve my issue. Other than that, customer service sucks!!! ๐Ÿคฎ

So apparently when I came to this location system was down and I had to wait until the servers are back up. Mind you this wasnt the case for people who were making a purchase only people like me who was interested in doing a legit return. Dont buy here if you get buyers remorse. Only gave them 2 stars because the sneaker selection is pretty good

This place phone was not working. Called for an hour, music blasting when I arrived. Was attempting to return sneakers purchased that wrere the wrong size for my grandson. Their error not mine. They gave me one size 5 and one size 6 shoe. So of course I get the I wasnt here then from the manager...heres the deal the sales associate clearly made the error you should have gladly refunded my money being that the sneaker was no longer in stock. Instead I walked away with a store credit and a weak apology. Very unprofessional establishment.

The customer service was great. They order the snickers that I was looking for and were shipped to my house. Great selection of snickers. Ill definitely would go back for a new pair of Jordans.

My card wouldnt let me pay for the stuff and then they said it was a scam not afraid they cut my card off after they swipe my card two times I had to call in and get my card cut back on my NetSpend card will not allow them to purchase anything in a store sorry you must be fraudulent

I have placed an order to Foot Action on E 125th , New York New York 10035.. I have had a really difficult time receiving an order Ive placed over the internet.. Not did i bring proper documentation but both Managers spent well over 30 minutes in attempt to find the item I purchased after informing a employee marked it as received which apparently wasnt the case.. They have finally found my sneakers and was almost lost for words if they could not have locate them.. This is unacceptable and I have never experienced a IN STORE PICK UP THAT INCONVENIENT IN MY LIFE.. AND I GOT A PARKER TICKET FOR THE EXCUSSIVE THE EMPLOYEES TOOK. MIGHT MAKE ME TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER SNEAKER BRANCH

Waste of time. Horrible customer service and punctuality of staff. They donโ€™t open doors even though itโ€™s 10:10 am mins past opening time. Itโ€™s not even a staff intake day. Just because itโ€™s in the sketchy part of Harlem doesnโ€™t mean the Footaction brand should to reflect such. I๏ธ have a legit return but have to travel back downtown. Donโ€™t bother.
