Great place. Everyone is friendly. The lawn doesnt smell like ammonia from the pets I dont know why someone would write that, but they do treat it for ticks and weeds over the seasons. They are very pet friendly. It is walking distance from Islip main street. Its really close to Bayshore as well. The property manager is super nice and extremely helpful with any issues. The common grounds are well maintained. No assigned parking which makes it easier when you have guest over. Overall I have been living here for over 2 years at the time of this comment and absolutely love it.

Every morning you wake up to the smell of mold always had a stuffy nose.. All 1st floors need the floors replaced due to termites..Building H 31A has a neighbor right next door that would smoke weed in his apartment all the time. Called many times to complain (i have a new born).The smell gets through the cracks of the front door. Whole living room smelled...And nothing was done.The parking lot says 5 mph and every one races 15-30 mph to get out in the morning very dangerous if you have kids. I dont recommend if you have any kids to move in this complex. If your young and dont mind all those issues then youll fit right in!!!
