They were great! Long story short: there was a miscommunication with the call center saying I could physically bring my lock in... you can’t but them, the owner, made it right! Scheduled me an appointment right there on the spot!
On Christmas Eve, we wanted to move the baby into her new room but the lock to fully open the door was broken. We called this company. David came quickly and fixed the lock. He even then helped me move the bed with daughter asleep inside into the other room and he gave us some advise about deadlocks. Excellent service, friendly and helpful. 2022-03-25I am really happy with how David and his team worked with us. We were a small company, with very few resources, and they were able to provide us a great offer on 3 premium locks. 2022-02-06Excellent service, very friendly, and professional. I had an old Baldwin mortise lock. The part where the key is inserted had come loose and we feared we would have to replace this expensive lock. But Ron came out the same day I called, had the parts to fix it and made it good as new. And all on his day off! Thank you so much and we will definitely call you again if we have any other lock issues

2022-03-06What an amazing man! I messaged him for a quote to come key an old lock requiring a skeleton key. I had gotten quotes from others for hundreds for this job. He informed me, I didnt need a locksmith that these old doors all use the same set of keys and I could just buys some at an antique hardware store. Save me a ton of money and went out of his way to text me a picture of the key I needed and info on a place to get it. What an amazing business!!!!

2022-03-25Ive been using Locksmith for around 8 months now. I use it to keep my house secure, and its great for being able to lock up things that are still in the house, such as important documents and valuables. Its also very useful if someone comes over you can even lock them out of your house with Locksmith!
