My daughter has gone to FHRG for 5 years and learned invaluable things there- from improving her posture and confidence, to developing flexibility, rhythm, and most importantly her love for gymnastics and dance. Alex and Mila are super dedicated to the sport, they do everything hands-on. Mila was a strict but loving teacher, while Alex effectively managed the business side. We enjoyed the annual concert as well as a chance for my daughter to perform at Madison Square Garden, at the half time Liberty Game! We are so grateful to Alex and Mila for developing my daughter’s love for dancing and gymnastics. She does it to this day, and it’s been years since we moved. Unfortunately, we are not close enough to go to FHRG, but would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality gymnastics program for their daughter!
My daughter loves coming to Forest Hills Gymnastics. And I’m happy too because besides learning gymnastics elements, she also improved her balance and coordination skills, flexibility and dancing skills. The staff is very nice and friendly. So grateful to Forest Hills Rhythmic Gymnastics for their hard work and dedication to our children and community for over the past 20 years! We’ve been part of the Rhythmic Gymnastics family for 10+ years. It’s always a pleasure to see the progress of the children alongside the hard work and dedication of the staff. The classes are fun, the annual shows are awesome and the lifetime memories are priceless!
My daughter goes to Forest Hills Gymnastics for 9 years, so i can personally attest that Forest Hills Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance is the best gymnastics school with a long history of dedicated teachers, individual approach to each student regardless skills level of the student. I brought my daughter 9 years ago and after changing several schools , weve choose this school as we saw the difference in teaching style. This style combines life time gymnastics coach experience, discipline and hard work that Mila and Alex bring each day to students.My daughter had a great experience to perform in Madison Square Garden and Barclay center. My daughter is exited to go to gymnastics every time. I wish Alex and Mila to continue to cultivate old school teaching approach in spite of all recent COVID related challenges.
Rythmic gymnastics forest hills by far is the best place for girls! My daughter has been training there for over 4 years, the trainers and staff are so professional and give each child individual attention. What made me confident about this place is how the trainers love their job and students. My daughter became so flexible, made lots of friends and gained so much confidence! Not only kids but parents feel like all one big family! I am greatful to be part of Rythmic Gymnastics Forest Hills!
Forest Hill Rhythmic Gymnastics has been an inspiration, a positive motivation and a passion for my daughter Amiyah and our family. I am very happy with this studio. My daughter takes classes with pleasure. After only a first month of training I saw a huge results. If you are looking for a studio with professional instructors, than this studio is for you.
My daughter loves it most of the days. There are times when she prefers iPad to exercise (like all the kids these days) but the moment she enters the gym, she is back to sport mood :) would definitely recommend to all the parents!
I have 2 girls aged 6 and 9 that just completed there first year. They grew so much here. Friendly staff, flexible schedule and most of all the kids loved it while learning new skills.

Forest hills gymnastics is truly amazing. Students get the best of both dance and gymnastics instruction. The teachers and staff are very dedicated and teach students the importance discipline and hard work while also having fun. I cannot recommend them enough!
I would love to express my gratitude to Forest Hills Rhythmic Gymnastics! What a great school! My daughter has been attending their classes for nearly four years, and has proper posture, excellent dancer, amazing flexibility. Because of the training she’s getting at this school, she also learned how to choreograph. I feel that Mila and Alex pay attention and care to their students as if they are their own children. Their dedication to teaching and improving child’s progress is worth admiring. They are proud of their students. It was remarkable when Mila and Alex made arrangements for students to perform at Barclays center. Wow, what an honor! At the end of every year, for the Father’s Day celebration, they always put on a great performance/show for the parents. Thank you for helping my daughter reveal her talent.
Mila’s rhythmic gymnastics center has good value , very professional, good quality and great communication with the their students and parents . They explain everything and they provide attire for the students . The Classes are on time , the facility is clean . Sending both my girls made them more stronger, flexible, and have better self esteem. Mila focuses on ever girl make them better and stronger , Mila loves what she does and is great at it ! This place is definitely a win win place !!!
My two granddaughters attend this gymnastics center, and we have had a great experience! They are engaged during practice and look forward to it every week. This is a fantastic way for them to get physical activity, learn new skills, and have fun. We would highly recommend it!
I was passing by Rhythmic Gym yesterday and an overwhelming amount of great memories came back to me. There is not a day that I don’t remember my mentors, Mila, and Alex, with full gratitude and appreciation. From a young age I learned discipline, kindness, and self sufficiency. You pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way to become an overachiever and reminded me everyday that I can do anything I put my mind to.Your work ethic, professionalism, and endless love for your sport and all the children that step into your gym is extraordinary. Your sense of humor and spirit is very uplifting. Mila’s extensive knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics is extremely unique. Mila pays individual attention to each student and her technique of knowing how to explain the way certain moves are performed is truly one of a kind. Hello everyone I’m glad I find rhythmic gymnastics great since 2016 my daughter love to dance.This is a nice environment with a great teachers. The building is very clean I love ❤️ the place I recommend rhythmic gymnastics for any girl that loves to do exercise to strengthen and like to keep their body healthy.
We had a great experience with this school. Everyone was always very responsive and helpful, instructors were great with the kids. I recommend starting the kids early or at an early age.

My 6 year old daughter absolutely loves going to Forest Hills Rhythmic Gymnastics. She became more flexible, more confident, and not afraid to try new things and routines. She looks forward to seeing Mila and Alex whenever she has a class. The environment is super welcoming and nurturing to girls. Mila raises girls to be beautiful ladies and they put on most amazing routines on Fathers Day! Cant wait! This place is amazing. My daughter has been going here for a year and right away i felt so comfortable talking to Mila and Alex. Mila is the teacher and she is this tough mom when need be and a gentle loving soul when need be. People did tell me how tough she was before we joined but i took a chance. I pay for my child to learn, not go fool around. Alex has been amazing with communication. During this entire pandemic they have communicated their plans. He is very responsive and make ups are never an issue. I can go on and on. Truly they feel like family and my daughter looks forward to every class. Do not miss this jewel in FH.
My daughter joined the program 3 years ago, when she was almost 6. And it is by far the best return on my investment. The class duration is double or more of what other programs offer for the same price. It is an intensive program with a highly qualified coach, who cares about progress of every single child. I havent seen anything like this in other activities. And we saw results very quickly! My daughter became not only more flexible and athletic, but she is more disciplined and determined. Coach Mila taught her to stay focused on the goals and work hard to achieve the results. And now my daughter uses those skills everywhere else.

The staff is very professional, hard working and honest. If you missed a class they would always offer you a free make up class.This is the type of staff in whose hands you are not afraid to leave your child with. Its also such a wonderful feeling to see the progress of your child: you remember the day 1 when you just brought her to gymnastics and in few months you see all the amazing results. Not only during the final performance, but also in real life: posture, coordination, discipline, being more organized.The main teacher is a sport master in gymnastics. She is tough, but at the same time caring and knowing the limits. The helping team is also very professional. They all have dancing/ gymnastics background and education. They know what they are doing. The kids have a nice example of gymnasts in front of them.Rhythmic Gymnastics & Rhythmic Dance is a great activity for a growing up girl and Im completely satisfied with a choice of school.

As a student here, I can confidently say this place has taught me so many things and I had made so many friends as well as memories. The coaches are very hard on you, but its for the best. I can remember the first day I was so freaked out, but I can look back at that day with the satisfaction of reaching so many of my goals, and currently am still setting more. You can go in knowing nothing but after a semester, do so many things you havent before. My built for rhythmic gymnastics has been built so much I turn to it when theres too much stress!

I called last year to register my daughter for classes and was rudely told by the male on the phone to come on a certain day. When I tried to explain that I work during the week, he shot me down saying weekends are too busy and he wants to give attention to all students and rushed me off the phone, not allowing me to once again explain that I work Monday through Thursdays until 8 pm which leaves me zero time to travel back to gymnastics during the week. I do have to say that I have heard good things but wish I had been given the chance to enroll my daughter. Instead, I enrolled my daughter again at Lanas Gymnastics which is a bit out of the way but definitely more welcoming AND Jordays Dance Studio which is amazing.
Prior to joining the Forest Hills Rhythmic Gymnastics school, my 10 y.o. daughter had already had some gymnastics training and was already able to do a cartwheel, almost a side split on one side, some balancing on her toes, but she kind of plateaued and was still not as strong and agile as she wanted to be.She started attending classes at this school only in February 2016, and in just a couple of short months she improved her technique tremendously! In such a short period of time we’ve seen some major improvements in the results of her training: she is now able to do both side and front full splits; wide-angle seated forward bend with the straight back (that was the thing she could not do for a very long time); two and one handed cartwheel with much better poise and grace; maintains a much better balance standing on her toes as she improved her leg and core muscle strength. Overall she’s much stronger and tougher. And that’s just after one semester of training!Summer is over, and we are definitely coming back for more.
Great class for little pre-K and K girls starting to exercise. It is group class, fun and active in a spacious hall. Always a great time for myself to sit and see these little girls running and doing exercises in groups with the relaxing music in the background.
The place is so cool, they teach kids very well, they helped me with everything, I learn split and cartwheel in two months.

Highly recommend gymnastics in Forest Hills as my daughter has been going there for three years... the staff is friendly approachable and always ready to help a child learn no matter what the circumstances are... not only do you go and practice 2 to 3 times per week for 2hrs each but you also can get into Times Square Garden and perform during halftime... that was another amazing experience for my daughter... truly highly recommended...

Forest Hills Gymnastics is a rhythmic gymnastics school that I recommend 100%. My daughter has attended this school for 6 years without interruption and there she has learned not only rhythmic gymnastics, but also important values such as discipline, dedication, effort. Thanks to Forest Hills Gymnastics my daughter has had a comprehensive physical education where she has been able to develop her body through dance, elasticity, rhythm, coordination and many other elements that the school offers.
It is an excellent school, my girl has been there for more than a year. They are very good teachers, very professional, they respect their schedule a lot, the girls learn a lot. very good communication and respect and above all they learn demand and discipline I give them a 10 se👍

2022-02-06Forest Hills Gymnastics has been such a great experience for my 10 year old daughter. We have started lessons here in October and my daughter has made so much progress. Her body is in shape, she can do splits now and she is looking forward to each person. We are going 2 times a week and I highly recommend Forest Hills Gymnastics’s if you want your daughter to be in shape, enjoy her achievements and be a happy person growing up, this is definitely the right place. 2021-12-23I have sent both my daughters to Forest Hills Rhythmic Gymnastics for over 10 years. Mila and Alex demonstrate professionalism and installed hard work and discipline to both my children. They have always shown individual care and love to each student with an incredible ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each student and are able to provide a unique teaching style based on skill level. I highly recommend them to you for a wonderful after school activity to promote gross motor skills, balance, agility and friendship.

2021-12-01The best place to learn gymnastics! My daughter was doing gymnastics for 3 years now. Coaches put attention to every kid. Thats the place where your kids will get the results, not just having fun. It was very hard to find place and coach who really loves what she is doing . 2021-12-06After reading some great reviews I knew this was the place for us. The coaches here take their jobs seriously and instill discipline. Hard work is the name of the game but the kids develop many skills and become better coordinated and more flexible. Rhythmic gymnastics is not something I knew much about but I am so happy I found this place because it’s definitely an activity that benefits the girls in many ways and they love it.

2022-07-14My daughter has been doing gymnastics here for 2 years, she started at 6. She has become super flexible which helps her with taekwondo as well as with her coordination. The instructors are very serious and the overall organization by Mila and Alex is superb. Every summer, for Fathers day they organize a show for the kids to perform in front of their parents, showcasing what they have learned throughout the year. This year they were invited to perform at the half show in Barclays center for the WNBA game. Once again, the organization of 40+ kids and their parents was extraordinary.My daughter and i are very thankful for all the efforts from Mila ,Alex and all the instructors.

2021-11-30We drive here 50 min each way and it’s worth it so far.I like the style they use to teach. Also I like 2 times a week schedule.Besides learning gymnastics, kids develop discipline.You can see the difference in 1 month.Mila is a great teacher!Highly recommend.
