WG (Bill) Griffiths doing business as Forest Kitchen and Bath left us with structural problems and a persistent leak that is causing significant damage and health and safety issues. He was incapable of fixing it and now we are pursuing him legally. We also discovered that we are not the only ones that had this type of experience with him.

Im not one to usually leave reviews, but the experience I had working with this company compelled me to do so. From their team of designers I worked with Will. He was very knowledgeable, personable, talented and honest. After visiting several design companies in the area it was like a breath of fresh air dealing with someone that wasnt just telling me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. Will had fantastic suggestions and advice on exactly how to put together my rather ambitious wish-list of a project. His designs were excellent, his managing of the job was very efficient and transparent, installers were very friendly and skilled and the job came out beautiful!

We worked with Will Griffiths and he was amazing! He really knew what he was talking about and made the whole processes fun. We bought our first home and had a ton of renovations ideas, but being that this was our first home we had no experience. We had been to other places for quotes and design ideas, but they always fell short in one way or a other. When Will came to our house to give us some design ideas, he blew us away. From his attention to detail to his amazing design ideas, he took his time with us and got us so excited. Every appointment we had was easy and fun. He really listen to what we wanted and delivered premium results. He covered every base from cabinets, to counter top, to tile, to fixtures, to appliances, to the guynl who comes to detail the end results. We had no idea how much work it would be, but Will took care of it all. I got my dream kitchen, my husband was happy with the price, and we were both blown away by the customer service and professionalism we recieved.

What a fantastic company to work with!The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the showroom was beautiful and full of great options. After my designer prepared me to expect the possibility of delays, as renovations have many moving parts, I was very pleased to see everything come together on schedule. My designer was on site regularly to make sure everything was coming together as planned which gave me peace of mind after hearing so many renovation horror stories. I worked with Will and will be recommending this company to all my friends and family!

We worked with Will Griffiths on our home renovation who personally designed the kitchen of our dreams and then some. He is a visionary, artist and complete professional. He ran through every bump in the road like a bull dozer and made our experience completely smooth. Not to mention he did it all with a handsome smile which goes to show his experience and passion for what he does. Was truly a pleasure to work with!

I am lucky enough to find the employees at Forest Kitchen and Bath to help me with my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The design that was created led me to have my dream kitchen and bathrooms. The employees at Forest Kitchen and Bath were extremely patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. If I changed my mind or second guessed myself, they were always willing to listen to my ideas, make changes or give advice. The customer service at Forest Kitchen and Bath provided was outstanding. I felt like their most important client every day even though they had other clients spending more money on cabinets with them. At one point, when the project went over budget, they sat down with me and looked for creative ways to bring down costs without sacrificing functionality or the look I wanted. I would pick Forest Kitchen and Bath over and over again, and have recommended this company to many of my friends whom are very impressed with their remodeling.

Kitchen and Bath Designers Jimmy and Willie are FANTASTIC. My kitchen came out Perfect. They help me pick out the right cabinets, flooring, backsplash, door handles, faucets and counter top. Great selection of a variety of products. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Alot of kitchen displays and tons of Hanssem door samples to choose from.
