My grandbaby was taken from the hospital afterbirth last week, I was supposed to have visits with baby as of Monday, Today is Thursday, still no visit, Agency claimed that the baby will need a neck brace to move around..I have six other of my grandchildren, took care from birth, never had issues moving them around..One was a premature baby as well as the newborn now..I feel they hiding something from me..Very cheap n not professional, This is the worst agency to deal with, workers not professional.They covering up for most foster parents and their families, My granddaughter were very suck and treated very badly by fosterparent,, when my granddaughter came to visit me, she complained how fostermom hit her, plus stopped her from drinking water in the night, knowing her throat were very dry n she was very hot and sweaty, her throat was hurting her, Her pajamas were wet due to sweating, Foster mom ignored her cry for help. Fostermom beat her because she had diarrhea and messed her underwear and hid it under the bed because she was so scared of cruel fostermom, when she came to visit me, she complained, she was actually looking for help, when confront foster parent, he wanted to fight with eldest sister, because of that the stop unsupervised visits with children in care, and me plus eldest siblings.My grandson were staying with same foster families snd little sisters, he was so tormented by foster familes yelling and screaming at him, that his head were always hurting, bled through his nose many times.He even ran away from their home, he was in a park, he were beaten by two kids in park, he was scared, a stranger called me and said my grandson wanted to talk to me, he was a tractor trailor driver, he give the phone to my grandson to talk to me. I was so upset at foster families for treating him bad, he could have gotten kidnapped, Foster family neither Foster care agency workers did not call the police or try to make a report.All they did was remove him alone from said Foster home and leave 3 other siblings there. I feel i was treated very badly by cas planner, and her supervisors. They never get nothing done on time. They put all blame on Pandemic.. Very lazy case planner. There is so much to tell about my grandchildren in care and the bad treatment theyve gotten from school bullying and more and foster care worker do not really care, theyre covering up for cruel foster families. I been with Forestdale agency for two years and havent completed my Fosterparent training, never gotten my certificate, everytime i asked case planner about classes, she would say, I will let you know..Upside down workers. I have so many to tell, i can write a book. They stopped me from seing and talking to my grandchildren unless its supervised by case planner and without going to court and change order with Judge from unsupervised visit to supervised visits. They are above the law. Families you need to speak up.Fosterparents breainwashing our children into saying no to many abuse in their home. Plus forcing kids to say they dont want to go back home to their parents. Please fight for your rights.

Not professional ! Not clean (I have photos) they dont treat all of the kids with respect. Case workers gossip about parents. Case workers are NOT urgent when it comes to safe of the children. 83% of contracted ACS agrncies FAILED TO KEEP THE CHILDREN SAFE according to the NYC DAILY POST !!!!

This is the place that I was read that when I was a young teenager in New York City I was homeless and I was in state-run care facilities when they sent me to Forestdale it was called Brooklyn home for children and it was the greatest place in the world for young kids from the ghetto to be raised at they have families type atmosphere and very caring staff at the time I was there is Helen Fay Mr Hudson you know the director dr. Hassan and mr. Unger mr. DeVito Danny DeVito burnout let me send these what a mentors and staff that young man into young response to the society unfortunately I left before I should have and I missed out on the opportunity that they have to offer but I seen others get everything that they needed to move on and be successful in life. The greatest place in the world for orphaned children and homeless kids I love this place and if ever I get a lot of money I would definitely donate a good portion of it to Forestdale.

This AGENCY has been in been in existence from the late 1800. Starting at that time as a childrens orphanage. Serving over the years they are now operating as one of the most successful foster care agencies In nyc, children coming into care through ACS or the court system are assessed by qualified social workers and seen by healthcare professionals then placed in adequate foster homes where all are qualified, thoroughly trained, foster parents. Serving as a resource caregiver to help children cope with their new surroundings. The agency is located in a quiet neighborhood on secured grounds for the protection of all the children. A security guard is there at the entrance to get any additional information before heading inside. Overall Forestdale is a good agency that does their best to provide children a professional caring environment to meet all their needs. While helping to provide necessary resources to reunite familes.

This angency acts like a mad black woman agency tht aint getting no play . theres no male supervisors they make false accusations gives my friend and hard time with his.child on visits and make him look bad in court lie about visits smh I was in foster care before Im a woman myself this agency.needs new people in it for real the judges aint good dnt catch the agency in their petty lies .you might as well get a paid lawyer they dnt take these city lawyers seriously new York horrible place to have your child .these people need to get fired supervisors and all.they give the men a hard time let the mother take the child out but not the father drug test the father but not the mother? Crazy

They offer Parenting, anger management, domestic violence courses and preventive services. Might be non-profit funded by city

Does not answer the phone i have to call 20 times this morning still no answer ....parent was a minute late took vistit away no matter if its a minute 20mins late you still wait for the parent i was in fostercare also this is bad services.
