Forever 21 in other cities:
The staff of this store are super rude and unprofessional. Especially the cashier named Rhoemi is ridiculously rude. When he called me “ Next!”, I stepped down and I said Hi! to him. He ignored and at the end he said “ Freaking Chinese!” to me. I was speechless. I would never buy anything from forever 21 anymore.
This is a very nice store with lots of space and several floors. This store caters to the younger crowd; as the name suggests of course. The clothes are very trendy and there were lots of sales for the clothes leaving from one season to the next. Lots of pills and halter tops crop tops and jeans.
Who hires the people for this store? Cleary, the employees are bottom of the barrel. I was in this location, and the cashier struggled to count my change to me. I swear, it took her 10 minutes to count $7 and give me my change. All of the cashiers were too busy talking to each other and ignoring customers. There was one guy at one register who kept screaming LOL and laughing. There was a lineful of customers and this sort of behavior was very unsettling. The cashier I had was FATIMATOU. Clearly FATAMIOU needs to learn how to count, and take a basic in math class and not give people back coins instead of dollar bills. To top it off, the cashier was rude and pushed my purchased items at me. No manners whatsoever.
In my opinion F21 on Times Square is just a freaking zoo but with only wild and scarry animals. Sure this has to do with the unbelievable crowd that is pushing each other around there but this does not explain the - again in my opinion - screw you face almost each and every employee shows in this store. If you cannot cope with such a crowd then go and work at a family store that closes at eight. I still give em credit as the customers seem to forget all manners they might have had once before. I was shocked at the mess they leave behind. Its like... but check the pics. They show more than words can tell. Will sure never visit this place again as shopping is just no fun like that.
STOP GIVING THEM BUSINESS. If I could give zero stars I would. Why would an employee direct me to the dressing room when I’m not allowed to try on bathing suits? The guy in the dressing room did not know the store return policy so I waited in line upstairs for 10 minutes and the girl at the register tells me no you can’t return it after you buy it. So basically know your size or you are S.O.L.
Employee are super weird tryna say you do wanna sign up for a “REWARDS” card not saying it’s a credit card like what? SAY ITS A CREDIT CARD THATS FALSE ADVERTISING AND AGAINST THE LAW…. Lol. Anyways train your employees that it’s nowhere near a rewards card…. A rewards card is an email and phone number…. A credit card is ss and id lmao.
Terrible service and I’ll mannered security personal. Four of my friends were standing in line to pay and I was waiting and the security person told me I had to step outside if I wasn’t buying I couldn’t stay, I tried to explain I was waiting but she didn’t let me finish just repeated that I had to leave! Never coming back or bring anyone to this store
Wow..huge forever 21..I wasnt expecting that. It was a hot day and I needed a few cheap shirts and sunglasses. I wish I went to the one on 14th because it was so annoying to walk through times square to get here. Anyway, sunglasses are the cheapest quality Ive ever seen. And thats okay thats forever 21.. but seriously the eye glass kept popping out of multiple frames! Before I could even buy them. So I didnt. I did end up buying 3.90 tee shirts . They run a bit big ( which is unusual for forever 21) but Im sure they will shrink .. this is the biggest forever 21 Ive been to
Absolutely the worst management of a store I have seen. The line to check out has taken 35 minutes. The cashiers and the managers don’t care. The new guy cashier said he is training and “I have to learn sooner or later”. The manager didn’t help him check people out or open more registers just to get people moving. The worst store. Never go here. After 20 mins I told my wife to drop everything and not support a poorly managed store like this. The people’s attitude is a no care attitude.
This is by far the best forever 21 I have been to! Despite the MASS amount of people that come through here, the employees manage to keep this place neat! (Hopefully theyre paid well!)I have been to F21 along the east coast and midwest that are like a tornado went through them. Staff standing around talking.
So I am what is considered extremely fat. Im about a 3X, 4X and most clothing which is definitely outside of what Forever 21 sales. Even there Forever 21 plus section has closed that I wouldnt exactly put in the plus-size section, but thats fast fashion for you and Im not mad at the store for that. I was at this location for my friend who could also be considered plus-size but much smaller than me. She was looking for a sweater, which you would assume would be in any store during the winter times, but Forever 21 had none. The jackets were short and their sweaters were like. It is New York in the winter how do you expect people to stay warm?? But then again fast fashion I wouldnt believe they had it anyway. My friend was also unhappy to see that they did not sell any shoes pass size 7 and 1/2. That we were informed by one of the staff members that all largest sizes could be found online. Is the very large Store, with three floors currently, I think theyre doing something special to the 4th bottom floor so we were not able to go on to that floor, but its big enough that everyone should be able to say 6 feet apart during these times. If you are larger than a 2X, I would not recommend going here for anything fast shoes and jewelry
V bad behaviour of a manager girl.. she was at cosmetics department.. her behaviour was so disappointed and rude.. I tried a cuticle oil by mistake but her behaviour was disgusting. I was looking for lots of products but after her bad behaviour I didnt take anything. I paid for that cuticle oil n then left.
HUGE Forever 21 store with many clothing options to choose from for females. The prices are a surprisingly not marked up- as most things are in NYC. The store is very neat and the staff is friendly. Fun place to visit if you’re a fan of Forever 21 or if you need some very affordable clothing or accessories!
Great styles and prices 👍. The music was awesome with Motown and fun classic hits then it switched to rap. The sales people seem as if youre interrupting them. I spent $75 for two cute t-shirts with ruffled short sleeves, fun wooly sweater and a pair of pants! A style for every body type. Really excellent prices.
It’s a great store! A lot to choose from. Considering it being very crowded they keep up with it and everything is somewhat organized and clean. But the guy who worked in the fitting room area was VERY rude! Very bossy and acted like he was above us all. I felt like I was in Boot camp or something! Ruined the experience for me. He asked why my two shirts did not have hangers and clearly I picked it up in a section that was folded with the rest? When I left the fitting room he was doing the same thing to another girl and she looked in shock! If you don’t like your job quit! Shopping in this store should be fun and relaxing! Hire people who actually care about their customers and love fashion!!
This place is the cleanest, most organized & by far the largest location weve visited between DC, FL & CA, the latter locations with many in between that weve visited need to take note. There we 0 clothes or accessories on the floor, there was no trash on the floor, the store appeared as if it had just opened & it was 3:00 in the afternoon!!!! The lines moved fast, the cashiers greeted us with a smile & a thank you. These smaller locations need to get with the program!!
Decently priced clothes and a huge selection. this store is like 4 floors I think. The staff were kind and went out of their way to cut the tags on my purchase because I was running low on time and needed to switch my shoes right there. It was easy to find someone when I was browsing if I needed them but they generally left me alone and didnt spring up to help unnecessarily which I appreciate.
With multiple levels to explore, this bright, open store offers lots of clothing choices. The prices were good. It loses one star for the long lines for a fitting room. It appeared there was only one fitting area open that day and the wait was like 15+ minutes. Otherwise, its a friendly, expansive store to explore.
The sale section is so discombobulated, like most Forever 21s. However, there were some great deals. Be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time sifting through a lot of stuff you arent interested in to find a few items that are a steal. If you have the time and patience, it is worth it. The sales staff was quite friendly at checkout, despite the numerous amount of buyers in the line.
If you ever have the urge to buy a shirt at 1:30 in the morning,Forever 21 in Times sSquare is the place. With 4 floors there is a lot to browse through. The hours allow you to wait and not have to deal with the crowd during rush hour. When we went it was cold outside but inside the store it was nice and toasty. Would definitely return to this location especially for the unique staff working here.
This forever 21 is the biggest I have seen. It was clean and organize. The staff was not friendly at all. They almost run me over with a rack. The environment was popping the music keeps you moving. They just need to work in professionalism for the staff. Customers do see and feel, you shouldnt take them for granted.
Always my favorite store, I would mostly recommend this store for kids and teens. You find either really cute or really trendy clothes or accessories here. From shoes and coats right down to earrings and phone accessories! LOTS of stuff here to be bought. I especially love the online store too!
Such a huge store with so many floors, its actually worth the visit even if you are a local just looking to go cloth shopping. Definitely more spaced out and accommodating for a Times Square location, making the shopping experience pleasant and almost makes you forget that youre in Times Square. Plus the design of the store is really cool with its cylindrical design.
They have an amazing selection👍🏽The only problem I encountered was the long lines for the check out and for the dressing room. Cloths wise I would recommend this forever 21 but if you don’t have much time I wouldn’t recommend going to this forever 21 because of the long lines. The employees are very nice and helpful. Another problem I encountered was the fact that the store did not carry eyelash glue but they carried eyelashes. All though overall I had a pretty good experience.
The men section is disorganized, and also has very limited options. There are various options for women as well as many sales. Overall if youre a man looking for clothing try some other places, if youre a women looking for clothing its a perfect place with many options. (Its also a bit too hot in the place, dont wear your jacket or even sweater unless you want to sweat)
Store awesome, fashion on too but staff is definitely not customers oriented! If you need something, don’t expect to be helped! I asked for the men or basic section and they send us everywhere in the store but at the right section! They’re cool only at the cashiers.... of course you give them money! Hopefully it’s not everywhere like that :((
I went with my relatives since they wanted to check out times square. When my cousin went into the store, I figured Id give it a try. Four floors in total but theres only one small section for men. I know its at times square but the place is very messy compared to other places. Its a great place if you love going through piles of clothing stacked over each other.
Clothing for a younger crowd. Large store with trendy clothes, shoes and lingerie. The atmosphere is upbeat. Cheap to moderately priced. A nice pair of jeans are usually $20 U.S. dollars or less. Quality of the clothes is medium but not high. Basically cheaply made trendy clothes at discount prices. They also sell costume jewelry and gift cards. Best for teenagers and younger people both male and female.
I am plus size so I have to do all my shopping on the fourth floor.Which is what it is but the father you go down the less staff there are. The bottom floor had clothes unfolded and falling off the rack. The dressing room was closed so I searched for a staff member.I was informed that the only dressing room open was on the top floor. So I would have to go back and forth from the top to the bottom floor just to try on clothes .I immediately put down all the clothes I wanted to try on and left the store.I wont be shopping at this store.
This was possibly one of my worst shopping experiences ever. The clothes were great but the staff, particularly the fitting room assistant, was incredibly rude. I was racially profiled by the fitting room lady and this just ruined my experience at this store. I bought 2 items at this store and wouldve bought more if wasnt for the racist fitting room worker. Please treat everyone equally and always be kind because it goes a long way.
I love this store. Yes, its cheap, but there are some really cute things in the store, especially for petite ladies like myself. It can be hard to find clothes that fit for us smaller framed ladies, so this is where you can find things that do not have to be hemmed or taken in. They are always stepping up their game, so check it out!
Great location and lots of clothes. It has 4 floors, including a basement, and has a major selection of clothing for kids, women, men, and accessories as well. Theres a section for seating in nearly all the floors, and though it is often very crowded (it is in Times Squares after all) the lines move decently fast, and it isnt very messy. I dont know how they manage to keep the clearance section neat and updated, but they do.
I absolutely love this location. It has so many different styles and taste of fashion that it will blow your mind. For any Forever 21 fans or people who love to shop here this is a must-see you must go to this location and Shop. I promise you will not be disappointed there are like four levels in the store you will so love it.
Jordan and Lee the best two sales associates. They both provided well and professional service also very informative when I asked questions about the store.Note: My experience here was at 1:00AM personally I find it very convenient at that time. I would say the best hours where its less crowded would be from 11:30PM until closing. Weekdays theres really no one there from 12AM until closing. Hope my review helps.
This store has honestly changed my life in so many ways I cant even BEGIIIIIIIN to describe. One employee not only helped pick the perfect tank top, but she also gave me her first born child which is so generous!! And have I mentioned the clothes? Fabulous. Cheap pricing, but the most expensive looking taste ;)
The most complete forever 21 flagship store. It also open until 2am. If you cant find what to wear in this place, u wont find a better option elsewhere at this price bracket. There are 4 floors of clothing, lingeries, shoes, and make up and facial stuff. Theres also a mens department but the selections are not that exciting. This store obviously focus on its female clientele. Great store at the center of NYC.
Forever 21 is one of my personal favorite stores. And this one is the cream of the crop! 4 stores tall and filled with tons of clothes! Its a girls haven! Everything is reasonably priced. They have multiple checkout registers throughout the store making the wait time in line low. I ended up getting a makeup organizer and some earrings. I was pressed for time when I went which was a bummer! I waited in line for 30 seconds at the most. The staff was very nice too, they didnt mind checking in the back to see if there were any sizes available for me! Awesome store!
Definitely has a larger selection, and a plus size department. Its 4 floors of forever 21 cloths. Too messy, its right in the heart of tourists, so people take/leave behind cloths, almost nothing is where it should be. Prices r decent, but its best to go when they first open in the morning, avoid the crowds, avoid the mess. They have signs that tell where everything should be, but I found out today, that such departments were moved to other floors, like the mens department isnt.
Incredible customer service and great selection. I dont know why anyone would give a less than five star review because each person I interacted with was beyond lovely, extremely helpful and very friendly. I ended up coming in for one thing and leaving with more items than I anticipated. The staff there tonight converted me from an online shopper to someone who will always patronize the brick and mortar Times Square location. I cant sing their praises enough!
Order online and pick it up or get it delivered. This store is always packed with people and billing queue is too long especially in summer probably due tourists and visitors. Also collection looks used or not in good condition most of the time. Jewlley I bought from this store runs black after 2-3 wear. I was so disappointed with this. Clothes are good however all my collections were from online. At the store I could not get any good clothes. Also the store is too big.
This Forever 21 is above standard in neatness. Theres a variety of clothing options to choose from. I think it has 3 or 4 floors. Theres a clearance section so you can find some good things for a really low price. The checkout line is usually long but the fitting room line is a short wait.
I have always liked going to this location because of the accessibility of having a wide range of style selection in one place. The only problem I had with my last visit was how loud the music was. Tbh it made my shopping experience shorter and painful as I left the place with a huge headache.
Really busy. They have one set of changing rooms open. Staff have time to try and sell you stick on nails but no to try and tidy up the racks which are in a wide part of the store in disarray. I asked a staff member where the changing room was, she looked at me like I was actively trying to ruin her life.I was excited to shop here.
Ive never had a worse experience in a store. The staff were too busy joking around with each other to provide any kind of customer service. With only 2 people running the register there were 8 employees screaming, dancing around, and cursing VERY loudly in the downstairs dressing rooms. Everyone (8 dressing room attendants & 2 cashiers) were EXTREMELY rude to me and my parents. Don’t waste your time in NYC going into this store.
Huge location. 4 amazing floors full of current and new units. There are SA assigned to each department which makes it helpful to keep all department maintained and organized. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient at the fitting rooms and cash registers. They are not always available over the phone. Very Busy location.
Best selections, only a handful of competent employees. You cant take shoes off a mannequin because its store policy? Prioritize mannequins over customers? Get your priorities straight and your employees more customer friendly and product savvy. Good luck asking for something, theyll look at you like a deer in headlights.
Where do I begin?? The customer service was top notch. I can tell the sales associate was having a rough day but she was still able to put her personal problems to the side and help me find a outfit for my wife. It also helped me change my wardrobe without breaking my pockets. Best thing I love is you can come buy a outfit for a interview, come back and buy another piece and hang out with your friends that same night.
I mean, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the store per say, but if your a person whose not used to crowds or long lines, this might not be a place you’ll want to stay in for long lolI always plan my visits ahead of time so I can find cute pieces, try on what I want to see if I like it on me or not, then GET OUT!! Forever 21 always has something new whenever I go and I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchases..
This place is cool. The floors are huge with nice displays. The staff are friendly and approachable. They dont hound you, they let you shop in peace which is great in my opinion. But they are there if you need them. I really like this location. The clothes are always a plus. My fav store
There is so much to choose from. Morning is the best time to go when there arent so much people. Cashiers are so funny and always make sure you leave with a smile. Only problem is the escalators, they dont always work and the music is too loud. Other than that its an awesome experience.
I would say the experience was pleasant with cashier. No one greeted with me or asked if I needed any help. However I was on the phone with my credit card and the gentleman appears to be a manager asked if it were my things. Because I didnt answer fast enough. He moved my things to back rudely.
The place is huge and has clothing for both men and women. You can also find clothing online in the store. But there is rarely anyone who works there on either of the floors and the lines are way too long. Sometimes the employees dont know where things are and send you on a wild goose chase.
I love this location since its open until 2 am. I always come here after work if I have to buy clothes or accessories for an event in the city and cant nake ir back home. They have a variety of different styles and great prices for the quality of clothing, shoes, and accessories.
I went there during my vacation in New York to only to window shop. :) Its a 4 floors shop with acceptable prices. They have selection for all - women, men and even kids. But since its on Times Sqare there is a lot of people including tourists so be prepared to wait in line for the cashier.
This place, how can I describe it. I had a shopping experience outside of the space of time, it was like entering a Casino but a clothing shop under the ground. Went here late at night, like at midnight. The variety of clothes, the price, the staff. It all sums up to a great experience and its open at midnight allt that in one word - Amazing.
You know whats funny, though this location has four levels, my friend still found it hard to find exactly what she wanted. Having a bin store like this can be a little overwhelming. But if you have the ione, its worth it. You may come in looking for one thing but leave with an item thats completely different. I have noticed that their prices have increased over time. Some of the quality is deserving of the price change then here are some that will leave you questioning the reason behind the price increase.
Huge multi-floor complex is worth taking a picture of. Too bad security will tell you photos are not allowed. Strange. It can be rather overwhelming, as their inventory is organized by style rather than type. Itd be nice to see all the tops in one area, all the shoes in another. Theyve got a nice clearance section though and sometimes you can find a gem.
Disappointment!!! I traveled far to go to Times Square mostly to just check this store out, and I ended up leaving with two jewelry items and a lipgloss (which i later found on their website cheaper) in total disappointment. While the store is four floors and looks to have lots of items most of it isn’t very nice. The only men’s section is very small the bottom floor and has a lack of variety. You need to really take your time in their to find anything good. However, these reasons aren’t really for the low rating, it’s because THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE!! I approached a girl working there and she kept ignoring me completely several times, i said “ excuse me” AGAIN and very politely asked if they had tank tops with thick straps and she rudely makes a face at me, looks me up and down and goes “umm NO” then turned around, I thought she was turning to look around, but she wasn’t, she completely ignored me. I was quite baffled, have never had such costumer service. Safe to say I’ll stick with the one in my mall now on. The only things I liked was the accessories section (jewelry, bags, shoes etc.).
The largest forever 21and therefore has the largest selection. However, expect to leave with a bad taste in your mouth as customer service here is nonexistent. Three customers, myself included were on a line for at least five minutes when an associate told us they werent taking anymore people and made us go upstairs, where there was no line and five open cashiers, yet of course there was a line and only two cashiers. The cashier that took me pointed at me and told me to come here like I was a dog. I asked her to check if each item was original price, to which she snapped well did you get it from the sale rack. Not to mention I was not greeted or assisted the entire time. Somebody in management needs to change, because they have associates that treat their customers very poorly. Im never shopping at this location again, Im disgusted at the people that work here.On a side note, I had an online order in which I payed via PayPal, and when I tried to return an item I could only receive store credit?? Smh. Completely ruined my day and the best part is that they wont even bother to read this
Ive worked for this company for 4 years. This company has made so angry and vigilant. I switched jobs all within the company at this store. I was a floor sales associate, fitting room sales associate, stock associate, sorting sales associate and cashier/register sales associate and I am being used by the managers to do all 5 jobs at once. At this location, I am the only sales associate who has been here long enough and has suffered ever since I started. When I started, all of management (such as Leads, ASMs, Co-Managers, Store Managers, General Store Managers & etc.) were/have been unproductive and treated/treats staff and sales associates like waste. Poor management is the nicest I can get, but they are awful and repugnant human beings. These managers DO NOT go by availability, time stamps, requests-offs, general responsibility and etc. Instead, they show off their store status to employees by flicking their lanyards to their face (Yes, really) and are on their phones constantly who show their private lives to sales associates. Additionally, they have a lack of respect to their most diligent employees who have stayed to make ends meet. Sales Associates including myself have stayed against our will (literally) to finish what we had to in order to go home. We did over hours and got penalized (documented write-ups & cut hours) because we were told to stay extra hours or if we denied to stay (register, sorting & running). All I could see from my colleagues was determination and hoped that something better would come through their suffering. I mentored and comforted them through their time at the time once I became older at this location. ALL of management have been insolent and impolite to customers that I have many stories to tell. There was and still is favortism at this location. For an individual who has been there for an incredible amount of time has never been offered a bonus, raise or anything of that kind. After 3 and 4 years of asking once in those years for a raise or promotion, management has laughed in my face. Id clear registers at 2am, risked my safety, respected management and complied to everything. And for what? Ive forced myself to become the person they wanted to the point that I have lost almost 50% of my hearing due to the loud music played at the store. However, Im still here struggling to pay my rent while others have the hours I wish I had. There are sales associates who do not do any effort and management knows about it. Kiddum Constantine, Jay, Blady Jimenez, Debbie, Israel and etc., this is for you. I have an article being published about this store and I cant wait to publish it.
Good range of clothes with alot of sales and great prices, however the service coming from the workers is extremely slow and appauling. They make themselves seem very un-approachable, and when you do approach them it seems as they are not interested whatsoever. My friends and myself have experienced this behaviour 3 days in a row, and when looking at a store with usually a 5 star rating, youd expect alot better.
Stuff are really not good, compared to other stores forever 21, just bunch of rags. Store has 5 floors and only one of them has dressing rooms, very inconvenient. Stuff is not very pleasant, seems like everybodys so sick and tired of people. Dont want to come back there.
This was a massive store with so many, however, the cashier I had (Fatoumata, as the receipt says) was beyond rude, unprofessional, & disrespectful. I understand that youre working at midnight in a popular store, but you chose to work at this location and to have late hours, therefore you do not need to take it out in me (I know because she kept complaining about her shift). The main reason I am writing this is because there is absolutely no reason to repeatedly speak rudely to your customers & ignore them/roll your eyes when they ask a simple question about an item on the counter. On top of that, this little girl really snapped at me when the card reader did not read my card, despite the fact I typed in my pin and it told me to remove it - she spoke to me like I was an idiot, & when I repeated myself twice (because she clearly did not understand what happened since she was too busy bad mouthing a manager with her coworker), she ripped the card out of my hand & started swiping it for me. I was absolutely baffled. She threw my card back to me & then proceeded to shove the bag in my face. She does not need to be working a customer service job - not to mention, her language was foul with absolutely no care for the people around her. On top of this, I noticed she had left the counter to go to the backroom (to get a drink, change her shirt, etc.) 2-3x during my time in line, leaving her coworker to deal with a mile long line by himself instead of pushing through & worrying about her other needs after it was managed - what you are SUPPOSED to do. I have worked in retail for 10+ years on numerous levels & have had some questionable coworkers, but she is by far one of the worst I have seen & this is not how an employee should behave. An employee is a living, breathing, walking billboard of a companys image, & this immature girl does not shine a very bright one at that.
As someone who typically hates these cheap stores, Forever21 really has some great items! This is my go-to place before an event or night out, for items that I think Ill wear once or twice, but wind up wearing them a few years later.Good accessories, cheap tank tops, which are perfect for layering, and cute dresses for all sizes.
I love Forever 21, I got all of my basic clothing there. Over the years, I got a down jacket, sweaters, sweaters are wonderful (at a cheap price when on sale), I purchase many accessories at cheap rates for my boyfriend and his family last Christmas and they love it! Visit again when I need.
A great selection for all types for budget and i love fact they open earlier than other. Store who open a@ 10:00.like they neighboor hm they ll open 9:00.am.they had. Lost my business because i m early bird.store in new work open @ 10:00am.where i m from most of them open a 7 00am specially the ones who loves. Money
The girls who worked there were so rude and didnt help anyone! It was the worst experience in a store Ive ever had. The girls were too busy talking about their social lives to pay attention to the customers. Since that was times square they should know better. I had to wait 40 minutes in a 10 person line because the girls were absolutely horrible! They need to get new employees ASAP!!!!!!
4ever21, as I like to abbreviate, is MY FAVORITE store to shop! I was amazed at the 3 levels of flooring they have and the late hours they are open! I was so overwhelmed by all the options, but so amazed to know, they carry plus sizes and had a HUGE selection to choose from! I wish theyd open up a location in Montgomery, AL, because I either have to order online or drive to Atlanta. However, I managed to pick up a couple of dresses, purses and jewerly. This is the go-to store in NYC!!
Very funny with there return policy the woman that work here are very nasty!! Definitely the Spanish mangers they have a serious attitude problem!! The black men here are very nasty well at least one a big fat guy with a beard he acts like a woman!! Be aware they won’t help you on returns they take it personal with you!! A good store as far a variety but the midnight shift workers and managers need improvement!!!! That’s why they have only three stars because of their nasty attitude!!! I hope they change the staff they need to crack down on the first floor workers and the second flier workers!!!! They gonna have a lot of complaints to cooperate!!!
I love this location😍😍 its like shopping on the website but in person. I never leave empty handed. They have by far the best plus section of any Forever 21 Ive shopped at so far and Ive been to my share of stores from Nyc, Atl, Fl, and Tx. As many of us girls who shop in this section know they have tons of stuff online and when you get to the store your lucky if u can even find the matching top and bottom to a set.😒 Here everything is nicely laid out. Things are easy to find for the most part.
Forever 21 in Times Square is the pace to go shopping. I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend last night. I was looking around in this wonderful store in Times Square and I saw Dessaure, one of its employees . She was folding the clothes back. I Went to her and explained my needs. With a smile, she walked me to some places where I could find some nice dresses. To get me what I wanted she asked me some questions in order to figure out the way my girlfriends body size. She was really patient to my needs with this desire to help me out. That was really touchy. I was looking for just 1 dress but I ended up with 2 dresses, 2 bags and 1 pair of hills. I was happy to get them.
The music is too loud in there, you can’t hear what the employees are saying. Princess A the cashier has a really nasty attitude. There’s a supervisor in there that also has a nasty attitude. & I had to wait an hour on the line to pick up my online order. I’m not coming back to this location, I’ll be taking my business to another location ✌🏽
I shop at Forever 21 to basic stuff for my wadrobe at a low cost! Most of the stuff is of okay quality, and lasts a good while, depending on how often you wear it.You can find esentially anything to fit your style here, which is awesome. The store is huge with four floors, so its easy to pick up a bunch of things you didnt originally intend to buy, as you shop.I love the accesories section as I am a big earring fanatic. The store is open til 2am, so its a great option for a last minute outfit. The only downside is the fact that it is often crowded, because of its location. They also dont have a public bathroom, which can be a hassle if youre in the middle of shopping and have to go! For as many floors as there are, there should also be more available dressing rooms too!
Sometimes when I go into this store, I forget it only USED TO be a Virgin Mega-Store. I wander around aimlessly looking for the latest Coldplay abortion only to be ushered out by security for trying on sultry B-Cup halters instead.Nobody is REALLY forever 21. We all inevitably die. Its actually kinda sad.
One thing I can say about this location is that its HUGE!! Came here to pick up items I ordered & asked a I dont want to be here and dont ask me any questions type of attitude employee what floor to pick up orders. Thankfully the customer service representative at the location was delightful.
This has to be the biggest Forever 21 there is in New York City. Its about 3-4 levels deep and each floor is very spacious. The only thing is there are a lot of tourist who go here since its in the middle of Times Square. Its a pretty cool place to shop since they have a DJ, I always joke that its like shopping at a club. The set up is good, everything is easy to locate and its not as messy as the other locations.
Staff forgot to put two items I purchased in my bag. I got back to my hotel and called (no answer), emailed (no answer), then returned the following day... the manager did not seem to believe me, but told me I could just take the two pairs of socks they forgot to put in my bag. Not the best customer service.
12/05/13 -- Horrible experience. Im disgusted beyond belief with the employees. Ive been traveling above and beyond for a leather skirt and discovered that this location has the skirt in my size. First I called the store...busy. I waited a few minutes and it was busy. Ive been calling them for about 2-2 1/2 hours back to back trying to get assistance. When I finally got someone on the line they put me on hold for about 15 minutes. I work in retail and thats the ultimate KILLER!The associate came back and told me that items were out of stock and no sizes were available. That was strange because I went to a different store and they informed me of 2 skirts in my size. I then decided to go to the store (2 hour commute on the MTA Train) and end up finding several skirts in multiple sizes. The item I was looking for! I couldnt find my size, however I bought a size smaller and left the store.Today 12-07-13, I called the store asap when it opened (8 am) and the line was busy. Ive been calling and calling and finally reached them around 9am. I asked the associate to locate the same item in my size and she put me on hold for 25 MINS! I have the patience, but honestly no customer should be waiting for that length of time. Not even 5 minutes!I hung up the phone and called again and the line was busy nonstop. I end up speaking to the same associate around 9:43am and she said that nothing was in stock (surprise!). I said Oh really? Well I spoke to an associate from a different store and they said that you guys have a good amount of that item. She then replied by saying that the items are new and not on the sales floor and she will not look for it in the stockroom (I never asked her to in the first place). At that point, Ive had enough of her rubbish and demanded that I speak to the manager because her professionalism was exceedingly poor. Then she hung up on me...(When I went to the store it took me approximately 6 minutes to locate the item with the help of an associate. I had to seek out a associate like theyre my prey because they were too busy chatting and giggling amongst one another. The lack of customer service is horrific in this store and I DO NOT recommend it one bit.)They should be grateful that Im giving them one star. That one star is for the greeter who cheered me up as I entered and left the store.SOHO FOREVER 21 IS SO MUCH BETTER !!!!!!
Forever 21 Time Square is a landmark in itself. Based in the center of Time Square, this is surprisingly a great place to shop without having to bump elbows with other people. There are many selections of clothing and I never had to wait on line for a dressing room. This branch also opens late until 2am. So its a great place to go to when youre feeling a little restless during the night.
This is probably the biggest Forever 21 in the world. There are 4 stories and lots of choices for all types of body, gender and age. However, you get the quality for your money. The quality isnt very good but its cheap and fashionable. It also gets messy and there can be long lines.
Only one dressing room avaiable, the others were closed. Music were super loud, it was kind of awkward. Could barely hear what my boyfriend and the staff said.Overwhelming amounts of clothing, was looking for some basic singlets and thin sweaters, but everything had a logo/funky detail. Mostly poor quality by the looks of it. My boyfriend bought a knitted cardigan, when we got back to the hotel it was already torn up in the shoulder area. Didn´t bother going back, since it was the last one in his size.
This is one of those places I always go in Times Square. It used to be the Virgin Megastore, so theres a nostalgic element for me here, too. Its hands down the biggest Forever 21 Ive ever been to, so the selection is incredible. Plus, if you are visiting NYC and need to waste a couple of hours until the next thing on your itinerary, drink a bottle of wine in your hotel room the cruise in here and see what you can find. One time I left with three chrome lash curlers and a trucker hat that I lost later that night.
So I brought my friends daughter here, she was ecstatic! Best 4ever21! I believe it was 3 floors, maybe 4. It was very busy as we are close to back to school shopping. YIKES what was I thinking..it is right in the heart of Timesquare And there is of course sidewalk construction...so be prepared for tourists jammed into a very small space...due to the construction .My friends daughter told me they had so much more than any 4ever21 that she had been in and there were lots of bargains on summer clothes...warning dont just let your young teen buy clothing there without you seeing it on them...they have clothes for girls that may not necessarily be appropriate for young pre-teen and teens...just sayin!!
This shop has approximately 15 fitting rooms. And only one was open and you have to wait long in the queue. I asked why only one is open, and they told me because they are busy right now. Busy??? Employee were standing and doing nothing on the other floors, some of them looked boring.Sorry but I think it is just laziness...
Worst service Ive ever had! I cant get the return label for my orders. The web site says my address is not valid when Im trying to create it. I contacted life chat already and have been told to send an email to the customer service. So I did. 6 days ago and didnt even get a response. I come to the store 1540 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 yesterday to make a return and Ive been told that I only can get a store credit because I paid though PayPal system. I want my money back on my card. The manager of the store Cj Matos tried to help me. We were trying to rich the support for 40 min from 2 phones - no response (during their working hours). The only thing he could recommend me is to go on a website and try to rich them through the online support form so I did. And guess what? 24 hours passed and - nothing.I was just asking you to send me the return label for those orders ( other stores are sending it WITH the orders, you dont even have to worry about it ).It just rediculous to waste so much time for such a thingThe most disappointing service Ive ever gotten.
Best Forever in the city! Yes, its in the middle of Times Square, but I can always seem to navigate through all the people including tourists to find what I want. The selection is great with all 4 floors. Plus they are open until 2 am, so if you ever find yourself in a jam needing clothes, you can run there!
Awful customer service, I will never shop at this forever 21 again! To be in the middle of Times Square and to ask where the fitting room is with the biggest attitude on most employees faces for them to just point in the direction of the fitting room without saying a word is just plain RUDE!Jason MANAGER- to have someone like him on staff considered a manager is a total embarrassment for forever 21, RUDE,nasty, full of attitude- there are not enough words to express his attitude and demeanor! His awful and disgusting customer service will never have customers return and making you feel unwelcome is an understatement!!!!! GET NEW STAFF WHO HAVE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!
Absolute lack of management. Manager witnessed line of over 15 customers waiting with only 1 cashier and did nothing to help. Instead spent time talking with friends at end of counter. Only comment was there is other cashiers on other side of the store then left. No sense of urgency, complete lack of professionalism, very bad representation of brand. Name was Jil I beleive. Waited over 20 minutes no make purchase. 2 escalators out of order, credit card systems down, employees chatting everywhere instead of helping customers. Store was a mess, complete lack of order or care.

2022-03-19This is an okay store and they have some good deals. However, the mens section is quite small. They also appear to be understaffed as there are long queues that take a while to be moved along due to a small number of staff on the tills.

2022-06-116/10/2022 I was racially profiled at this store. I decided to stop by to shop and kill time while I was in the area and I had my grocery cart with me. I knew I would attract attention because of it but not to the extent that this f21 went. They followed me around the whole entire store. Every time I turned around there was a security guard watching me. I understand theft is an issue now a days but there are signs that someone is stealing and I was clearly just shopping around. I didn’t pick up anything only a slippers and I ended up leaving them because I was so uncomfortable. I would never vouch for this company again and would recommend that all poc stop shopping here as we are clearly not welcome. I only have pictures of the last security guard before I left acting like he’s not following me.

2022-04-29Asst Manager Brey is an angel..... my pick up item did not show up yet at their system but instead of telling me to come back the following day- she took the effort twice to look around if my box is just lying around. And she found it- she didnt give up! Thank you Brey- you made one customer happy! I bought 2 colors of this puffer corduroy jacket. They are soooo comfty and fits well!

2022-03-16Theres 3 floor at this location and somehow the line is always on the top floor all the way out the door.. Literally! There are registers on the other 2 levels, but they are always closed. Also, you never know when the fitting rooms will be open.

2022-04-30This location had 4 floors. Music played on the speaker. Good deals. Sale rack items said $12, but that was half price, so I paid $6 . A lot to choose from.

2022-07-21Took my daughter shopping to the Times Square store - she picked up several items of clothing she needed to try on. We asked where the fitting rooms were and were directed up two floors. A rude assistant then said that all the changing rooms were closed and offered absolutely no solutions. What kind of customer service is this? We, like several other annoyed customers, just put everything on a rack and left. Will not be going back and will never shop online!
