My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience working with Roman. We visited about a year ago to take a look at their display. Roman was super accommodating and professional to work with. He explained how their process works, explained differences between styles, gave amazing advice and recommendations to my fiancé on what would look best. Roman was fantastic to work with and helped make the custom engagement ring of my dreams a reality. I live in California, and I was a little nervous about designing such an important piece without being able to be there in NYC in person, but he sent me silver mock ups and plenty of detailed design images and photos to make sure the ring was exactly the way I wanted it. He was also very patient and spent a ton of time on the phone with me answering all my questions. I spent months researching jewelers who could be trusted to execute the perfect custom engagement ring that I envisioned. I randomly stumbled up Forever Diamonds one day on Instagram and decided to scroll through a few pictures and that’s where my journey officially began. I was intrigued enough to pick up the phone and call to get more info on the custom ring process and was greeted by Roman who took his time to explain everything and invited me to download the app so I could browse different stones, rings, etc. After downloading the app, I began looking for the perfect stone, however, I was conflicted between what I wanted my future fiancée to have (Radiant) versus what she ultimately wanted (pear). Well I’m not a fool so of course I went with the pear :) Next step was designing the ring. Roman and I discussed several options, I gave him my vision, I changed my mind several times throughout the process, and Roman never pressured me and remained patient. Keep in mind this is all being done by phone calls and text as I never visited the actual store. Long story short, after I finally made my final decision Roman ensured me that he would meet my deadline which was 6 weeks from that date…I had already made vacation plans to pop the big question. Roman kept me updated throughout the design phase and production. He sent videos and pictures as requested and when I actually received the ring in person by mail I was even more amazed at his craftsmanship. Honestly, the pictures and videos are amazing quality and the ring looked even better in person. More often than not, once a sale is complete you don’t hear from the salesperson again. This is not the case with Roman. He stayed in touch even after the ring was delivered and that speaks volumes to the type of person he is. I can’t wait to go back to Roman for our wedding rings and I would suggest that if you stumble across this review, just as I stumbled upon Forever Diamonds, to stop and look no further. About a year ago, my fiancé told me to go ring shopping as we had been discussing jewelry and I had very little knowledge of what goes into an engagement ring. After following Forever Diamond NY on Instagram for quite some time, I headed to the Diamond District and they not only let me try on every single ring I asked for but they also taught me so much about diamonds and what to look for.I showed them examples of exactly what I was looking for and made it a point to save all this information for when my fiancé was ready. Unbeknownst to me, that would be very soon. In March he proposed and we celebrated in Barcelona where the ring would be photographed perfectly!Nearly 6 months later, they still check in and make sure we’re happy with the engagement ring and ask if we are well which is so nice. I came in to get my ring cleaned and resized and the Forever Diamond team had welcomed me back as if I had never left. We looked at weddings bands and locked those in too!I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH. They’re professionalism is outstanding, they care about their clients deeply and the quality of their diamonds is unreal. Best jeweler in town!!I wish I had gone to Roman from the very beginning of my journey. Instead, I went to Gemkraft who was also located in the diamond district. I spent 6 months creating my fiancés ring and gave gemkraft my business. Worst decision ever. Gemcraft not only didnt deliver in terms of vision, but remade my ring 3 times! Each time was recreated due to poor craftsmanship. Unfortunately I was nearing my proposal so went with whatever gemkraft created. My fiancé and I were both dissatisfied with what gemkraft had created.We then went to Forever Diamonds NY. From the first visit, forever diamond made us feel so comfortable. We showed them the ring Gemkraft created and was even told that this was poor work. One of the halo was bent and naked to the eye (that gemkraft did not want to fix). We sat down with Roman and explained to him exactly what we had envisioned. Roman showed us exactly the design we wanted and explained to us the process. Even though my ring took a while to make, it was worth all the wait! He literally turned my envision and dream ring into a reality. You could see the vast difference from forever diamonds NY and what gemkraft had created. Roman takes his time to make sure he delivers perfection. He made sure he kept in touch with us during the entire process. From sending us 3D pictures, to the process, and final product. As soon as he sent us a video of the finish product, we ran to his store the very next day. I receive compliments from family, friends and even strangers. My now husband and I started our engagement ring journey January 2019. We looked at local jewelers in our area and werent really impressed with what we saw. I found Forever Diamonds on Instagram and decided it was the only place I wanted my ring from. My then-boyfriend, now husband and I went to NY just with the expectation that we would look and come at a later time to purchase the ring. We had called ahead to tell Roman what our budget was, the specs we had in mind, etc. and upon our arrival, he had a decent amount of options aside. He showed us a diamond that was perfect and we got my engagement ring after only 2 months of looking. Fast forward to 2020, a full-blown pandemic and a downsized wedding later, we called Forever Diamonds up again to finally get our wedding bands. Even in a pandemic Roman was communicative and followed up with me on the progress of our bands. All I can say is that Forever Diamonds has been beyond amazing to work with! Even with a slight hiccup with my husbands wedding band, they worked with us cross-country to right anything bumps along the way. Also- if you dont follow them already on Instagram, I encourage you to. Their pieces and work are unmatched and the sky is the limit in terms of what ever personalizations you want. I contacted Roman at Forever Diamonds NY in Dec 2019. I was a little nervous at first, because I live in CA and they are based in NYC. After a short phone call, my nerves were put to ease and I knew he was 100% the right person to make my special engagement ring. Once I had picked the style out, we started to look for the right diamond. I looked at thousands online, but I eventually, ended up going through him to get the center stone as well. Once I told him my budget, he never once pushed me to increase it. After a couple weeks of looking, he found me a absolutely beautiful stone that fit perfectly in the budget and was actually over the carat weight I had thought possible in the budget. When it came time to make the ring, Covid-19 had just shut down the city. All along the way, he made regular phone calls to check in and let me know what was going on with the shutdown and he let me know as soon as he had an idea of when the ring would be completed. He told me he would build me the best possible ring for my budget and I believe he 110% did. I could not recommend Forever Diamonds NY enough. And will certainly be back to get her wedding band made there as well! Thank you Roman!
If I could give Forever Diamonds and Roman 10 stars, I would. 5 years ago, I found Forever Diamonds on Instagram. I was already married and had a diamond ring that I wasnt completely in love with. My husband and I decided to go see Roman on a whim, not exactly sure if we wanted to buy anything or not. We stepped foot into the diamond district for the first time and quickly felt intimidated. Let me tell you, all of the uneasiness quickly subsided as soon as we met Roman. He made us feel special and helped us find a ring that spoke to us WITHIN OUR BUDGET. He never once talked down to us or made us feel less than if we didnt feel comfortable purchasing a diamond that was not affordable for us. I never once felt that I was being taken advantage of or that he was making a sale. In fact, we were building a relationship. Since then, I received countless compliments on my ring. The quality and craftsmanship of my ring was so unique and beautiful and I have never seen anyone else with something comparable to my design. I bought a simple 1 carat double halo ring, nothing crazy, nothing unaffordable, but that ring sparkled like a 3 carat. This Christmas, I lost my ring at a party and I was devastated. I immediately reached out to Roman to tell him, to vent, to express my sadness. I didnt mention anything about a replacement, and he was still there for me and comforted me. THAT, in my eyes, goes beyond customer service. Roman treats his customers like his own friends and family and I am so grateful for that. It goes without saying, I would NEVER get another ring anywhere else! Right now I am in the process of getting my new ring with Forever Diamonds and Roman has gone out of his way to answer every text, every question, and address any concern. Roman and his family were so accommodating and worked hard in getting my jewelry exactly like I wanted it. Not only did they reset my original diamonds in a new band, but also took an old band’s diamonds and made 2 beautiful rings for my daughters. I started researching My fiancé’s engagement ring towards the end of 2019. My specification was to target diamonds in the highest scale on diamond clarity, cut, and color. He always took the time to explain different options in details on the phone, sends pictures, and videos and made the shopping process very personalized. I felt despite COVID and not being able to go to the store in person, it was still a fantastic process and didn’t feel I missed out on anything. Roman is a very straightforward, professional and reliable. He created the engagement ring as I exactly imagined it and was genuinely nice to hand deliver the ring to me on a Sunday afternoon which was a nice way to sign off on an incredible personalized experience. The ring is exceptionally beautiful! All our friends and family are still being blown away by the beauty of the engagement ring that Roman and his team created. First of all, I want to say a big thank you to Roman and the Forever Diamonds NY team. I called Roman once to find out some information about an engagement ring. Even though I was not a customer and it was the first time I spoke to him, he stayed on the phone with me for one hour and I thought to myself, Wow, when I get engaged, this is who I want my ring from. My fiancé and I talking about getting engaged but then the pandemic happened and things become a little more difficult. When my fiancé started talking to Roman, he was a bit hesistant to do everything through phone calls and texting due to a previous bad experience trying to purchase a car. Getting an engagement ring is a daunting process, and I can say with confidence that we wouldn’t be half as happy as we are with our ring had we not found Roman. It’s been a year and my fiance still gets giddy when she looks at her ring finger.Not knowing much about diamonds or rings, we first did a lot of research online and visited a showroom of a big online retailer. The showroom was extremely disappointing not only because the settings were lackluster (they didn’t look nearly as good in person), but also the rings weren’t even set with real diamonds! It’s really hard to judge a ring without the most important element. So, next we visited a few local retailers, but was really worried about being scammed. The first few retailers were fine, but we didn’t leave with the sense of trust and comfort we needed to make the most expensive purchase of our lives so far. Quite honestly, at this point we were feeling discouraged. We decided to push through and check out a couple more places. That’s when we met Roman, his lovely wife, and his dad at Forever Diamonds. It’s a family-run business and it shows in how they treat and take care of their customers.Roman cares about the customer experience and journey above all else. Being a mechanical engineer with experience in manufacturing, I walked into his store with preconceived notions of how jewelry is made and with a healthy amount of skepticism. I think it’s fair to say that I was a tough customer, but he didn’t bat an eye and completely won me over with his patience, kindness, and humbleness. To be honest, I don’t know why he took the time to correct my misconceptions and teach me what I wasn’t able to learn on my own about the craft of jewelry-making. We didn’t have a fortune to spend. On the contrary, our budget was pretty ordinary, if not on the low end.From the way Roman talks about jewelry you can tell he is genuinely passionate about it. He is extremely knowledgeable about the craft yet somehow manages to never come off as snobby. His goal is to make beautiful jewelry and he understands that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. He is great at facilitating the discovery and design process, which is extremely valuable because let’s face it, at the start of the journey a lot us don’t know what we want. He walked us through many common styles, asked us guiding questions, and made a few digital 3D designs based on that. I was really impressed that Roman does his 3D design in the same cutting-edge software that Apple and car makers use to design their products. He sent us the 3D designs and we could spin them around on our phones! Being able to do that gave us the confidence we needed to know that we’d love the final design and pull the trigger. When he showed me the finished ring I was blown away. It was better than I could have hoped for. How beautiful the ring was really helped anchor the anxiety I felt leading up to the proposal. The ring was something I didn’t need to worry about.My fiance and I still drop by to see Roman from time to time and it feels like we’re visiting an old friend. We gossip about jewelry designs we’ve seen recently and related stories (he’s got lots of good stories) while he cleans our ring. I continue to learn something new every time I stop by. We’ll be sure to get more pieces from him in the future.
Celebrating 35 years of marriage is something we do not take for granted. My husband and I wanted to commensurate this milestone with a anniversary ring. Absolutely wonderful experience with Roman and his colleagues. I visited their store in NYC a few years ago when I was 19 & as a diamond lover (but certainly not ready for diamonds yet) I was so excited but also a bit nervous. The staff was so kind and let me try on several engagement rings, even a 6ct radiant cut without question. I then had a beautiful morganite promise ring bought for me and the person who bought it said he had an absolutely wonderful experience working with FD. Unfortunately my house was robbed one day while I was at work and that ring as well as all my other jewelry was stolen. I called Roman as I wanted to have a couple pieces replaced & he was incredibly empathetic about my losses and was so kind in helping me choose & design 3 custom pieces to add to my replacement collection. My husband found Forever Diamonds NY on Instagram before I had any idea he was going to propose. I was going to NY for a weekend (October 28, 2016) and he suggested that I make an appointment at Forever Diamonds NY and another popular jeweler in NY, just to get a feel for which jeweler I liked and what types of rings I liked. My appointment was with Roman. Let me just say he was GREAT! He took his time, listened to what I thought I wanted, and gave me his suggestions. When I left I felt that I had designed my dream ring and I told my then boyfriend that I was sold on Forever Diamonds NY because of their amazing customer service. Fast forward to April 1, 2017 - the day my husband proposed! But guess what!!! He did not buy the ring that I designed, he purchased a completely different ring that he designed with Roman. The ring is a DREAM and way more than anything I ever imagined. After our engagement I received follow-up texts from Roman who was checking in to see if I had questions! Forever Diamond is a great place to shop for any ring budget (low or high). My fiance bought my ring even though we do not live on the opposite coast. A long time ago I fell in love with their IG page so when I started looking at engagement rings I knew I wanted to go here. Roman was as amazing as everyone raved he would be. Long story short, I wound up choosing my grandmothers 1920s engagement ring. Now that being the case, rings were made differently back then and set very low. The ring was beautiful and I wasnt going to have it reset so back to Roman I went about creating a wedding band.I brought in my other grandmothers wedding band and asked to use whatever diamonds they could to create this. He worked with his team to take that ring apart, clean the diamonds and give me back the band. After some ideas and discussions on what I would like for myself, he went to create the mold of the ring. He had to keep my engagement ring in order to make sure it fit perfectly. No issues for me, I trust him 1000%.The ring he made is spectacular. I am so pleased with what he made for me - its modern yet fits with my vintage ring. He is a true class act making you feel like you are the most important person hes working with. He will forever be my jeweler from here in out. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Thanks to Roman and Forever Diamonds, the road to finding the perfect engagement ring was paved with new personal connections, white glove service and second-to-none professionalism.Finding the right balance of price vs. perfection is a daunting task, and finding a jeweler with the willingness to not just patiently guide you through the process, but also go out of his/her way to scope out as many options as necessary to meet your strict criteria is next to impossible. At least that was my experience until my first virtual meeting with Roman. From day 1, he took the time to get to know me and my preferences - we spent at least an hour discussing how I met my (now) fiancée, what I was looking for in a diamond, and he patiently answered all my questions about the ring journey I was about to embark on.After several sessions, and countless text message exchanges, we decided on a round, 2.5-3 carat, colorless, unblemished stone, with a gold flat band - I passed the baton over to Roman to scope out as many stones as possible that fit my criteria, and to work on the design for the custom ring. Roman’s production center was closed as a result of the state imposed lockdown measures in March so we had to wait a few months for production to start - in the interim, we spent several weeks iterating through various custom ring designs and engraving options. A few weeks later, I got a call from Roman - “I found you the perfect stone” he said, and offered to pay me a socially distanced home visit to show me the stone he found in person. After one other home visit, and several stops by his office in the diamond district (when it was safe to do so), I walked away with a stone I was confident my fiancée would LOVE (and I was not wrong).I wholeheartedly recommend Roman for your next jewelry purchase. He is genuine, honest, funny, and takes his craft very seriously - if you experience even half of the white glove service he extended to me, you will not be disappointed.

I don’t leave reviews often but I can say that For the service my current Fiancé and I received, there was no way I couldn’t leave a review. 5 stars is an understatement! I will definitely refer everyone I know to Roman. From the off, Roman was super, super helpful. I didn’t know much about the niddy griddy behind rings, but Roman was patient enough to help me (we went back multiple times and chose different designs each time and Roman was still patient). My fiancé and I were choosing between another jeweler and Roman, but only one visit with Roman was enough to help us decide that Forever Diamond was the way to go. The main standout for Roman is his will to get to know his clients. He didn’t just try to sell a client on a ring, as we felt was the case at other jewelers. Instead, Roman tried to really get to know his client, which then allowed him to help the client truly design their dream ring. Roman really sought the happiness of his clients. He seemed less interested in just selling a ring, and more interested in satisfying his clients (something that stands out even more during this pandemic time). Roman made sure to do everything to perfection. He was patient, understanding, and caring in the way in which he wanted to tend to his clients. My fiancé absolutely loves her ring! She admires it and looks at it 24/7. She got her dream ring and is absolutely thrilled with it. She definitely publicized where she got it and loves to make it known to everyone. We will be back for the wedding band for sure!!!

After falling in love with Forever Diamonds on Instagram and following their account for over a year we decided to finally pull the trigger and chose to get our engagement ring with FD. What can I say other than my ring is perfect and I love the quality of work and detail Roman and his team put into my ring. I am still in shock. My fiancé got our initials on the bottom of the band and requested infinity signs on the side of the ring and it came out perfect. Our experience with shopping for our rings (engagement ring and wedding bands) was amazing. Most jewelry shops will sell you a ring that is already made. But with Forever Diamonds NY, you craft your ring piece by piece. Roman sat down with my now husband to build my engagement ring. My husband told me it was such a great experience because he knows exactly what my ring is comprised of. And there are special details that only he and I only know of.Also, my husband and I have visited their booth a couple of times to get different services done to our rings. Ie: engraving, sizing etc. We’ve met Roman’s mother, father and wife. They are all so helpful and pleasant. 2022-03-04Roman and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable with the custom wedding ring they made me. He provided information of the ring size/clarity/cut/shape etc and got me exactly the one I was looking for. I was in a time crunch, but they made it work with ease and got it to me in time. I am from San Diego and I was worried about shipping the ring across the USA but it got to me overnight and was perfect. I recommend them in a heartbeat. Most of their rings and jewelry are one of a kind and this is the place to get it! Craftsman ship and product is well worth the amount spent. No regrets at all. They know how to earn your trust and meet your expectations. I will be returning to purchase the matching band in the future! 2022-05-25I love my engagement ring! It is the most comfortable piece of jewelry I’ve ever worn. My fiancé worked with the owner, Roman, to custom create my ring virtually. I was skeptical about the process without being able to go into their showroom, but you just have to trust the process! Roman is an expert in his field and it shows. We are working with him now to create our wedding bands. SO glad we chose Forever Diamonds NY!

We went to Forever Diamonds while visiting New York about 2 years ago since we werent having much luck finding anything in GA. Im extremely picky but fortunately was able to find a few settings that I loved while ring shopping there. Roman and his team were extremely friendly, kind, and professional in helping find our dream ring. My now husband told me the customization process was extremely easy. He explained the features that I had described and they drew up a virtual 3D model for him to approve before they started the ring making process. I had my band customized to match my engagement ring and am so happy with my set and my husband! It all came together just how I envisioned it and even better, its absolutely BEAUTIFUL! My husband got my beautiful engagement ring from Roman and the Forever Diamonds NY team and I was amazed at how beautiful, simple, and unique the ring was (which is perfect for my personality, my husband nailed it). He told me immediately after getting the ring what a great experience he had with Roman, so we decided to visit New York and have Roman make a custom wedding band for me. Previously, my husband worked with Roman remotely to make the ring but I really wanted to go in person for the wedding band to talk more about the logistics (even though it totally wasnt necessary and Roman picks up very quickly what youre envisioning and sends mock up drawings of the ring). It was a great process and I was amazed at how honest and hard working Roman is. Not one time did he pressure me or try to upsell me. He was very straight forward and honest about pricing/what he thinks is worth it and what isnt. The rings are very reasonably priced for the quality. I HIGHLY recommend Roman and his team to everyone. I love my rings so much and it was such a pleasure to work with Forever Diamonds!

2022-04-26My boyfriend gave me the option to design my own engagement ring because he knows I am extremely picky and particular about what I want. I knew for years I always wanted my ring to be from Forever Diamonds because I stalked them on Instagram. I only had to go there twice: to design and to pick up. That’s it. It was that simple. We set up our appointment after we were told to download their personalized app that literally had every diamond and characteristics that I didn’t even know existed. I chose what diamonds I wanted to see in person and my boyfriend set up an appointment.We met with Eleanor. She was the absolute best. She knew exactly what I wanted and made careful notes about every little detail. She showed me different options that I might prefer and asked all the right questions. Eleanor listened to my concerns and gave her opinions to enhance my ring, which was very much appreciated. She explained the process beginning to end. Eleanor was very communicative and kept us up to date during the entire process.After about 6 quick weeks, we received the videos of the ring. Eleanor quickly accommodated us for a pick up appointment. I fell in love with the ring immediately! I couldn’t believe that my vision came true. Every single detail I wanted was perfectly present in front of me.I want to thank the Forever Diamond team, more specifically Eleanor, for this smooth and joyous experience.
