I’ve been looking for a truck for my family for months and I found a beautiful truck and amazing people. Everyone worked so hard to get my good financing and was super pleasant to do business with. Jeremy was friendly, honest, and knew what he was talking about. Everyone I had any interaction with was super awesome. Definitely will buy from them again!

Huge shout out to Fort Drum drives. I had been having trouble with my diesel pickup truck (picture attached) I went there looking for the same truck with the same equipment. Though I have not yet purchased from Jeremy, he has been patient and courteous answering all my questions whenever I have reached out to him after my visit. They have created a comfortable relaxed environment to select your next vehicle.

I was in the market for a pickup truck and heard the great success stories with Fort Drum Drives, so I figured Id give them a visit and I was very happy I did. Jeremy was very courteous and professional with the entire experience. He gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process and best part, I was able to get a great deal on a great truck. Absolutely amazing company! We started the journey of looking for an affordable, reliable, used car in the Syracuse area because of all of the warnings you get when shopping locally as a military family. Once we arrived to the Fulton location, we had taken a look at a few cars but they happened to be something that was either not in our budget or just not what we were looking for as we have a growing family. Jonathan and Luke went above and beyond at the Fulton location to look around at the other locations to find us the perfect fit. That’s when we were introduced to the Fort Drum location. We immediately fell in love with the car they recommended for us and Jeremy made the buying process so easy. He was thorough, he was friendly, he was very welcoming of us bringing in our 3 small kids while car buying - It felt like home all around! We’re now the proud owners of a 2015 Traverse and we couldn’t be HAPPIER! Thank you Fort Drum Drives and CNY Drives for everything.

Amazing, truly amazing. The service was unmatched, I’ve never been treated better at a dealership in my life. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and funny all at the same time. The selection was also very good at the location, and they had exactly what I was looking for in amazing condition. Now, if only gas was cheaper … then I could drive this beautiful vehicle. Apparently this business has their car detailer post their listings... their site shows the car I was interested in purchasing listed at 29,950.00. Upon reaching an agreement and finalizing the purchase the price magically jumped another 4000.00 dollars.. not including tax title and registration. Once that was included it was around 38,000.00. During the sale he realized it was listed wrong. Integrity doesnt seem to matter much to Jeremy.--Upon reading.. what is very clearly Jeremys own response to being called out on their professionalism.. he asks a customer to review their morales? Exemplary service indeed. He also forgets to mention that I asked if hed take 32,500.00 to make up for the mistake.. and instead of calling his boss and asking my request.. he said nah no way man he wont .. very professional!So I later get a voice mail from Jeremy saying Im blasting him and that the review should come down because he did nothing wrong.this is the rough transcript from the the audio file via otter app. (Dustin, Jeremy before drum drives. So while you were blasting me on a review page for something that has absolutely positively nothing to do with me whatsoever on any level, Ive been advocating with you before you with my boss for the last probably hour, okay. After going back and forth with him with me in your corner, Ive got him to agree to do 32 five plus tax agencies if you agree to change that review, because again, it affects my family it affects the way I live, it affects the food in my kids mouth. And it has nothing to do with me. I dont price them I dont do airs. I found it because I was going through the steps so to black me for something I have nothing to do with. Honestly, man, its not its not right. Not fair and you want to talk about morals. Thats morally not right. So give me a call back please. So we can discuss this and I can tell you exactly what my boss said when I went to bat for you four so 3156 to 96079 Thanks)Again.. rough translation but you can tell/get the idea of an individual refusing to admit a company mistake. while throwing their employee under the bus. In my opinion you back your employees because they represent your brand.. and if Jeremy didnt feel he was able to make a judgement call..it says more about the owner of fort drum drives than it does jeremy. If it needs clarification I recommend the attorney General office.. not a customer needing to explain business reputation.
