The store was neat and clean. The staff was professional and courteous. The staff directed me to what I was looking for and the cashier was polite.

Our salesperson, Karen, was great! She was not pushy and standing over us to force a sale. Instead she gave us space, was knowledgeable and let us explore the store, but knew what to do to close the sale. I would certainly recommend Fortunoffs Backyard Store to buy any of your patio furniture as the furniture they carry is top notch. If you go to the store on Route 110, you should definitely ask for Karen.

Been waiting since March for my set that I ordered. 8 weeks they said now they are telling me the set is back ordered and I wont get it until October. Are you kidding me, call Customer service and they have no answers call the store and lets just say not the sharpest tools in the shed. DISASTER at best. But they were quick to take my money back in March.

We were in the market for a backyard patio set...we needed the whole kit and kaboodle...lounge furniture, dining table, chairs, umbrella, the works. We could not have been more fortunate than to work with Anthony and Connie. Anthony was amazing, he worked with us and our budget and helped us through the entire process. Connie was an absolute sweetheart, she made sure to make proper recommendations for our space and make sure we were spending wisely. It was such a pleasure dealing with both and we cant recommend them enough!!
We were looking for a new patio set and the salesman, Jeff, was great in helping us navigate all the different options! We found the set we liked, purchased an umbrella and the pricing was very reasonable! We would definitely go back for when we need something else and would recommend Jeff!

Our first time at the Fortunoff Backyard Store, Omer greeted us and pointed out what section to look at the table and chairs we wanted. Then we browsed on our own. There was a large selection. We had more questions than answers and he helped us choose. We got exactly what we wanted!
Excellent Service. I called the Store in Melville NY trying to replace a Crank for a Outdoor Umbrella that I lost. I purchased the umbrella several years ago. Luckily Kevin answered the Phone. He was Wonderful. He went out of his way to research the exact Umbrella Crank that I needed. it took him several days. He called me when he located what I needed. He ordered it for me to be mailed to my home. I have Never received such Outstanding Customer Service anywhere. Kevin worked so hard to help me and it was only for a $25.00 dollar item. I received such Amazing help, I will be recommending this store to Everyone I know. I plan to return to make a future purchase just because of Kevin. I cannot recommend this store any higher. Inventory of many items (especially patio furnture) not in stock. While deal was good (July 4th sale), must look forward to use next season. This isnt really their fault. Shippimg issues for almost everyone during this time.. Otherwise a good shopping experience with no pressure. Appreciated not being followed around while we looked. They answered questions when we were ready to ask.
Went to the Melville location to look for new furniture for our deck. I had already seen a few sets online that I liked. Seeing them in person helped me narrow down my choices quickly. Bill helped to answer a couple of questions that I had and priced out a few options. We wound up spending less than anticipated. Overall, quick and easy visit. I would shop here again.

We were extremely happy with the level of personalized service at the Melville location. Kevin Doherty went above and beyond in making sure that we chose the proper dining set for our needs and our budget, and its evident that his aim is to please. We are very happy with the quality of the merchandise as well, and would shop there again.
This place is horrible. Horrible service. Terrible salesmen. I would not recommend going to this ripoff of an establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back to that place again
I purchased a large tent, which the recent storm destroyed the privacy screen and I had a very hard time finding a replacement. Connie was persistent and found a place that sells it. She also helped placed an order for me. Her customer service skills is top notch.Can’t say the same for some of her colleagues who didn’t do squat for me when I came to visit in person. They were totally useless. If you go and visit store, ask for Connie.

Found real nice, comfortable chairs and a small side table, just what I was looking for. Prices are high but quality looked good. Salesman was helpful. It was a pleasant experience- will shop at Fortunoffs again.
After weeks of looking on line, we finally found just the right set for our deck in the Fortunoff Backyard Store. The set was not cheap, but of high quality. Salesmen were courteous and knowledgeable. Steps were taken to keep the store sanitary during this trying time.

Customer service was great. Kevin gave me all info I needed between buying my new gazebo and setting up delivery. I am , however, disappointed with the price I was quoted for the set up by the gentleman who was recommended by you for installation. He is about $150 more hours then I was quoted by the store.

An absolutely first class experience. The merchandise at Fortunoffs speaks for itself. You know walking in how upscale and well made everything is. What is so gratifying is how extremely reasonable the pricing is. For us, the best part was the very professional staff, managed by Kevin. I purchased furniture from here on June 10, 2019 and had it delivered on June 25, 2019 but I was not home at the time of delivery and all of the furniture was put into my garage. Two months later after my backyard was done with construction, I finally opened up all of the boxes and realized that I was shorted two cushions. Today I called and got the store manager, Kevin, on the phone and had explained what happened. I was expecting to have to pay for the two cushions because how do you call two months later about something missing and it not to sound fishy. My expectations were completely blown away because Kevin had no issue with how I explained the story and he ordered me two more cushions at no charge. I was totally surprised and very thankful for this. Nice to see good people in the world still. Thank you

Although a little pricey, you get what you pay for. We had a good experience here when looking to purchase an umbrella for our patio. We dealt with Bob the Asst. Manager and he came through with the delivery day we wanted. They guys showed up early which was great, as we had a party scheduled for the afternoon. We love our umbrella and highly recommend Fortunoff and seeing Bob.
We purchased a teak outdoor set for a great price. Then saw the online promotion for free seat cushions. Contacted the store. The salesman called us and added the cushions with no fussing. Thank you. Long time customer and will stay that way !

2022-04-18Was looking for specific pieces to augment our existing backyard furniture. Didn’t have much of what we were looking for but did find 2 chairs & 2 chaise lounges that fit the bill. Not the colors we wanted but salesperson was able to locate the same pieces in a preferred color. Nice & helpful salesperson to deal with.Although not in stock we ordered & expected delivery is not too far out if expectations are met. Felt delivery of only 4 items was expensive especially considering it is local.

2022-03-18We went to see a gazebo advertised on your booklet. Danny was very professional and helpful in answering our questions. We ordered it and used the coupon in the book to save an additional $200. I would highly recommend the store.

2022-03-15UPDATE: It is now over one year since my order was placed and still have not received our patio dining table, umbrella, and chairs. Latest email said March/April 2022. I’m anxious to see if it actually comes..Great quality, but poor shipping time. We placed a very large and pricey order that furnished our entire backyard in February. Most of our furniture was received mid May, which was expected. However the shipping on my patio table, umbrella, and chairs has been moved from May to July to September, and now the end of October. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if it was pushed off even longer. 8 months is an unacceptable time to wait for a furniture order. Especially since the season will be behind us by the time that we do receive it.

2022-05-30After we walked out of Westbury store because nobody wanted to help us....we went to the Melville store.We were in the store less than 5 minutes we were greeted and helped immediately.I cant praise Karen Deaver enough..extremely helpful and professional..So Westbury store lost a $5500 sale
