Was able to get ALL my beauty supplies here and it was reasonably priced.
The store is always clean and organized, the staff is always helpful, and theyre always stocked with whatever I need.
If you want to have an experience in which the salespeople are somewhat pleasant, yet unclear on explanation of services after purchasing a wig, this is the place for you. No signage that it would cost $5.00 in CASH to cut the lacefront to put on a wig. Manager was cool enough to offer to cover the cost, however after the exchange with the woman who would do it, we had to decline. Great place for wide selection and I guess what passes as customer service. NOT.
They always have what I need at a reasonable price. Workers are nice.

I will never shop in here again. I asked a clerk about hair color because I wanted to purchase a drawstring ponytail. I had recently colored my hair and I was unsure of what color to get. He told me what color to get. I asked if he was sure and he said yes. I get home, unpack the ponytail and its 3 shades too light. And I cannot return it so Im out $25!Yesterday, I went in to get some Design Essentials hair creme. $31!!!! Since when??? *Price gouging at its finest*

I live up the street so I come here ALOT! They have a huge variety of literally everything and are extremely clean. They have some of the best synthetic wigs that you will get in Brooklyn honestly. I am extremely particular where I get my hair products as well as certain makeup items and I’m happy to say I only shop here for all my needs. Check it out if you’re in the area
Has E V E R Y thing i needed & not needed in beauty supplies. Frm lashes to skin & hair care lol spent more than intended finding things from my old list. Great sale i got 3 20 oz dove liquid body soapa for $10. so i ended up getting 6. lol. if youre in Bklyn on Nostrand Ave, give em a try. They are really good.
The staff of this store are extremely friendly. They are patient with your questions and willing to go out of their way to help you. In addition to hair and beauty products, it was nice to see that they also sold hand sanitizer, soap, surgical masks, and KN95 masks as well! The masks were a couple dollars cheaper than my local store!
Cant return or exchange anything. They say its due to covid and that made sense a year ago. but literally every store (that does not handle food) allows you to make returns or exchanges by now. Im okay with store credit and yall would still get my money but now Ill just do to another store
I just moved not far from here and I love nice head wraps. Thankfully they had a good amount of variety in colors and designs. Reasonable prices as well.
The selection in this store is great and The two ladies in the back was very helpful and a joy to be around.
Terrible customer service!! After spending almost $100 on a purchase here, I tried to exchange one of the products after realizing the smell was rancid and the ladies at the front desk were so unprofessional and rude - especially the girl with the scarred cheeks. If the product I was returning didnt meet store policy or there really was nothing they could do about the situation they could have just kindly explained that and I wouldve went on my way but instead they were petty (as they called themselves) and nasty. Will not be returning.Too many beauty supply stores around here to frequent one with this type of customer service.

Has a wide variety of products. Its nice to have so many options. I especially love the fact that I can get a tripod and a block head without going online. However customer service really sucks. Especially the cashier by the door.
Have stock. Hair is fairly priced, everything else is not. Dont ask the Asian ppl for anything or be prepared to get literally yelled at in response. Pretty typical.

Very nasty customer service when it comes to a problem they handle it very unprofessionally the manager and the staff need to be retrained when dealing with customer service go spend your money else where they need to go out of business
The best beauty supply store around the area. They actually have what you’re looking for, they aren’t took expensive, and you don’t get the feeling that you’re been watched (they still have security) like the other stores around the area.

2022-04-05Huge supply. I found everything I needed. I gave four stars because the cashier charged me a 30 cent bag fee, when I had my own bag! I didnt realize until I left. Next time, Ill review my receipt in the store just in case this is their way of scamming unsuspecting customers. However, she could have done this by mistake out of habit. Perhaps, most customers come without their own bags. I will definitely return, as the male staff who assisted me was very professional and courteous. Great customer service!

2022-09-14Place is a rip off. I visited the store to purchase braid spray the the sticker with sku# on the shelf read 5.49, when I was at the counter to purchase the person at the register pointed out the sticker price on the bottle as 6.99.I stated that is not the price on the shelving. He checked and then spoke with the Asian Manger or owner I do not know which... lets just call him the final decision makerHe rechecked the shelf price and proceeded to tell me the price has gone up. I then said the shelf price with sku# has not been changed, whatever is on the bottle does not apply to my sale. He repeated, the price has gone up . I said keep it . Your doing bad business you are a thief sir Im not desperate for braid spray.This place is a rip off and tries to take advantage. This should not be a place you go to and if you do check the prices!!!

2022-07-19When entering the store you are greeted with a chemically induced toxic smell from all of the fake products. I will not purchase anything from this store, the staff is rude the store owners are just hell on earth. Bed-Stuy seriously needs more black owned hair supply stores seriously. This place is gross and racist. I am making a report to the BBB, needs to be closed down ASAP.

2020-09-02Wigs! Wigs! So many wigs!! This store has the best selection of products on the street. I could spend hours in here. They have everything you need for sew-ins, braids, extensions, and chemical processing. They even have bulk sanitizer. When the pandemic first hit, of course it was this beauty supply store that still had rubbing alcohol (limit 2 per customer). The staff are super knowledgeable and very friendly. There is also no pressure to buy. They give information and let you decide. Love this place!
